I have recharged with Airtel recharge of Rs. 379 for 84 days validity (kolkata circle) on 11th October 2021 which had 6 GB data, 900 Sms and unlimited calling facilities ( Local, STD, Roaming on any network) in the pack. But since 11th October 2021 post recharge my data is not working and a "E" sign is showing constantly in the network bar whenever I switch on mobile data.
I have complained about this problem with Airtel on 11th Oct. 2021 and they wanted time till 21st October 2021 to resolve the issue. However the problem persist and I was compelled to complain again for the same issue in November 02, 2021. This time also they wanted time till 15 th November 2021. However I am sure till that date the problem will still persists.
Everytime I call customer care they assure me they are working on the problem but sill the problem stays and deadline gets over . Moreover due to Work from Home model internet has become a necessity to ensure that the work must go on and I am struggling to work .
Request you to please enquire into the matter and please solve the issue at earliest .
