Hii airtel, i applied for broadband connection shifting from 1 city to another they said will happen in 3days but after 8 days there is no resolution to my request.
I already paid my bills but I am not able to use services. And there is no customer care no for non airtel user how a person can contact them.
Thirdly I try to book new connection then they are saying that will install connection in 1hr in your are but there 4500rs charges for that tell me if I already paid my bills and you have availability in my area then why this silly things that purchase new connection what will I do with old connection ?

    Hello,

    My Airtel prepaid SIM got corrupted and can't register on network. Spoke with 121 and found that number is still in service/active.

    My father already visited the Airtel store but replacement SIM can't be provided to him.

    I have moved to Canada recently and won't be visiting India any sooner, how can I get a new working SIM ? Any other solution ?

      Prepaid Mobile App Failed Transaction

      I have made recharge of Rs.598.00 through Union Bank Of India debit card on 18.112021 at 16.59 hrs. I got SMS from AIRTEL that your recharge is under progress and wait for 2 hrs.

      After 2 hours, Airtel customer care AA-AIRINF sent sms as transaction failed. Contact your Bank.

      Checked with my Bank next day, they have told no message or refund effected from Airtel Bank. Even after 14 days AIRTEL people not refunded...

      Hi Sir,
      Airtel Blue box is installed in middle of out compound wall, currently we have to demolish the wall, this blue box was installed in middle of my compound. Please remove the box or move it to the end of the compound wall .
      Please confirm the receipt of this complaint by email or a call to advise when the box will be removed

        I lost my phone few days back and obviously the inserted Airtel SIM with that.
        Visited Airtel Store in Prayagraj (Sulem Sarai & Civil Lines) and the support executives submitted SIM swap request multiple times (using Aadhar, PAN, DL) but everytime Airtel rejected this request stating the reason "Live photo does not match with live photo". Now no one has any clue what's the issue and resolution here.
        They are asking me to visit Bangalore where the SIM was first issued.
        This is really absurd that there is no communication between two circles (UP & Karnataka) of the same company who happens to work in communication domain only...PATHETIC!!!
        This mobile number has been in use with me for over 6 years and it is the only number I have. All my bank account, aadhar etc are linked to this number.

          SIM is not working after validity extend up to 1 yr. Now Airtel told that the Owner of the SIM has to be present . But the owner of the Sim has been passed away 4 yrs ago. His wife is using that No and that No is given in bank also as She is pensioner after death of her husband. Kindly resolve as she is belong to a village and didn’t know anything about ownership transfer and already she recharged 2500 for 1 yr

              They promise to provide priority to customer complaints when you opt for Airtel black.

              i am very surprised, generally they were responding my mails in 3-4 days, now even after 11 reminders in one month, they are not bothered to reply my mails, attending complaint another part.

              even after payment of bills, they suspended my services for landline.

              i request company administration to look into the matter

              Airtel black id[protected].

              in my experience, airtel black is a trap since you may not change plan atleast for 6 months even there is deficiency in services at their end (Airtel)

                  I have recharge by mobile of plan Rs 549. My money was deducted from my account but recharge got failed. My did'nt come back as it gets more than 12 hrs.

                    I took a new Airtel Broadband(100mbps) connection on 20th Nov, and raised a complaint of slow browsing on 23rd Nov. Talked to customer care many times, some technician get assigned but never visits my house to check or resolve the issue.
                    And this complain is still open with no resolution.

                      I shifted to a new city last month, and request to shift connection to my new address which they dragged for 15 days, I got frustrated with their delay (wfh reasons) and requested to close account and got a ACT connection instead. Airtel still owes me ~5k INR against the advanced deposit they took for 1 year connection. On my request support told, billing team will get in touch. No one has contacted me in last 30+ days. All IVRS support number require active account number to connect to support and refuse my deactivated broadband account number, so I cannot contact them over phone, emails are unanswered. This request serves as proof along with different emails that i tried contacting them but they were unreachable. In the next 30 days I will file a consumer complaint in court to get back my money.

                        I came back from india 2days back to dubai. My airtel number is not getting network at all.. My number is[protected].. I have all the credit requirements and check all the settings from my end.. Please look into the matter and resolve asap

                          I tried to recharge my airtel number [protected].

                          The amount Rs.698 was deducted from my account. However the recharge failed.

                          The airtel has not refunded me as of today, 01/12/2021.

                          No option or facilities are given to report these kind of issue by the company.

                          It is very shameful that we can't connect to our service provider to report any issue.

                          Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible.

                            I lost my mobile, so i went to airtel store to get sim replacement . They charged me 150 rupees . i thought its too much so i asked him give me receipt, but he denied, and got into argument with me . That's very unethical

                              I have been following up with airtel support team requesting for the thanks benefits eversince I got my connection and no resolution has been reached till date.

                              First I reached out to the salesperson who gave me the connection.
                              Then I reached out to installation people for assistance which did not help.
                              Then I went to the nearest Airtel store and they asked me to reach out to customer support.

                              No proper response has been received on this issue. I have followed whatever troubleshooting steps communicated to me by the support but nothing helped.

                              After multiple reminders this is the message I got from them last week:

                              I have registered your complaint and the reference number is[protected]. Let me assure you that the issue will be resolved within 02:38 PM on[protected].

                              But still the issue is open. Looks like they are not bothered to address this.

                                I paid my international roaming bill today and it was debited from my account twice. It is a huge amount and the plan is for an entire year so double the amount has gotten debited. Could this be refunded back?
