Sir,
i bought new airtel sim .it have been one week but not activated yet. my sim no. is [protected]. i submited all the documents... please activated my number as soon as possible. and what time is taken for activation of this sim.. i really very upset of airtel customer care as they given diffrent answer when i ask for the sim nott activated. thankyou.

      Today i.e on 05/July/2016 at 20:51 while I was having dinner I got two messages, one for subscribing to VAS Airtel Super store ( Which I don't even know exists) and second showing Rs.35 charged for the service. Within five minutes I called customer service and complained to them that I dint subscribe to above said service and asked for restoring the balance deducted. But they were adamant and insisted that I only subscribed to it by clicking some link. They are resorting to cheap tricks to earn some extra money. These things used to happen some ten years back. My family has a 3 prepaid and 2post paid airtel connections and 1 airtel dth connection. Not satisfied with the response from customer service rep, I e-mailed the complaint at [protected]@in.airtel.com

      Airtel resolved the issue by adding back the amount Rs. 35 to my balance as a one time benefit. But they still believe that the service was activated by me. If telecom operators can mask call drops with the help of technology they can as well use technology to automatically subscrbibe for services without customers intervention.Anyway all is well that ends well. Hope I don't face this kind of situation in the future. Thanks for their quick response

        My airtel digital tv id [protected]-001 and my name is shyamal chandra dey (m.-[protected]). previously i am asking to airtel customer care for long-time plan and he advice me call [protected] and i received the current plan available for me. i do this and reply sms found 12 month plan for rs. 3928 for south eco. sports plan. i recharge 3950, but after recharge i found the amount not calculate 12 month basis and that calculate as per days. i complainer customer care and she said the plan active between 48 hours. but, 72 hours past, but till now nothing happened. this is simple chatting. please do needful.

        Till now I not get any solution.
        Against the complain I received call from Airtel customer care and he said active the package in 48 hours, but till now anything update! Very poor service.

          My mobile number is [protected], today i was browsing on my phone in google page than when i disconnected after some time i got a sms that you have been charged for activating follo celebrities. when called this is an advertisment. we cannot tell which website you visited you have been charged Rs 45/- for it.we cannot refund it.

            I am using Airtel IPTv along with broadband and landline connection, I was sold a costly IPTV setbox and subscription few years back stating that its a futuristic technology, the services wasn't up to the mark though and I stuck to it as I had paid them 3500 for STB n don't want to lose out on my initial charges. Now suddenly Airtel decided to close IPTv and forcing me to go for DTH which comes with only basic manual recording option unlike IPTv. I feel cheated because what they offering is not at all equivalent to IPTV. I expect nothing lesss then HD recorder or money back with penalties.

              I got an sms from Airtel saying that FASHIONBUNNY service has been activated on my phone ([protected]) on 11th june for which I never had placed a request. It deducted Rs 35 from my account. As I did'nt check the message I had not cancelled it. But it automatically renewed the service on 19th june, 26th june and 2nd july and further deducted Rs 35/- each time. This is really frustrating as I never requested for the particular service and my account balance was not sufficient without my knowledge, when I had to make an emergency call. I had to get additional talk time of Rs 10/- for which they deduct 12.50/- when we again charge the account.

                I hve a airtel digital connection and my customer id is [protected]. their is no signal in my connection so i made complain on 1 july. its being a week completed and no engineer had yet visted. after that i register a new complain and when i call a day after they said your complaint had automatically cancelled. i had recharge my account for 6 months so because of that i cant even change my account. now i want my recharge amount to be refunded. i m not willing to continue this service. plz resolve

                  I have been using postpaid connection of airtel from approx 2 years, my normal bill charges are max 1000 rs. and I am happy to that. Last month bill (may, 2016) the charges are levied for internet usage for close to rs. 1000. My point is if I have activated net packs them why the hell they have overcharged... Their services level have reduced so much. I spoke to one of the so called nodal officers on [protected] (my ref no.[protected] but she was so rude. They dont call back when they say so. Not the same level of service which they used to provide. I just want my bill to be reduced.

                    Follo up service and fashion and glam activated on my no and balance deducted, couldnt check msgs till today so my bal was getting deducted on daily basis for fashion and glam @ rs5 and for follow up service @ 35 for 7 days. Starting from 26 of july for fashion and glam and 27 for follo up . Found about it today, deactivated it and called cust care and requested and then enquired whts this service but they have no idea and tried to tell me that they are deducting this amount from my bal for some pages i might have visited on google and accepted which i didnt as the services got activated in odd time when i would have been sleeping which you can see in msgs i recvd and which will be given below. When i got a lil angry as how can they pay to 3rd party from my ac bal from my airtel ac, then they refunded 45 rs, ..though my total bal deducted should be around120 (2 weeks*35+ 10days*5 ). For this case as i came to know about it.
                    Seems like again the old ways have restarted in airtel for earning wrongful money but auto debits.the msgs were as follows :
                    1.

                    Than deactivated it today as soon as i saw the messages.as i generally dont check the messages regularly due to so many spam and useless messages coming regularly.

                    What about the remaing amount which should have been refunded but was not, even though i explained than i am not from a village and have been using mobile since last 10-12 years and m with airtel sibce last 4 years, and unknowingly activating a service could have been a viable excuse till year 2007 but not in year 2016, as now people are aware of these traps and tricks and faults which were made but people earlier by mistake. These things cannot happn in todays market and specialy in case of cities.

                    Plz look into the matter and refund the remaing amount, also try to avoid such instance and people are not so foolish as in the past and now mnp is also available.

                    Airtel has deducted charges so many times. Recently they deducted whatsmob service activate charge which I don't even know. Called up customer care they said user must have click on pop up and immedietly reversed the charges. AIRTEL is totally fraud company. They don't have ethics.
                    Airtel is completly a thief. Previously they used to pump out money from customers by selling 1 GB data at Rs.400+, and presently they are doing it by activating services, without user's consent. More than Rs.200 was deducted from my mom's account, who do not want any kind of services offered through Whatsmob service. If Airtel is a company, having a proper code of conduct, they should refund the money back.
                    Today from my account too. Airtel guys debited 5/- . And I go through the Google then I find this conclusion. So actually I can put a case on them in consumer Court for thefting public people's money. It's actually a crime, as criminal act we can file a cheating case against you AIRTEL. Too bad for you.

                      I had called the airtel customer care two months back requesting to terminate this connection since I was moving to Hyderabad. The customer care rep took my details and promised to do the needful. Yet I received a bill of around Rs .780 for April-May which I paid without having used a single KB of data thinking this must be my full and final payment. This month, I see the same bill coming yet again. I am NOT paying this bill come what may. This isn't just a 100-150 Rs we are talking about so please TERMINATE THE DATA CONNECTION FOR [protected] AT THE EARLIEST and consider the 780 I paid earlier without using the dongle AT ALL as my final payment.

                        Hi,

                        This is Lucas Joseph from Chennai. i took Airtel Boradband connection two months ago, my plan is 75 GB/month and 16 Mpbps speed limiit.

                        I get the maximum speed limit only in the night time, during the day time i get 5 Mbps or 3 Mbps speed..this is very disgusting...because the reason why i have taken broadband connection is for good speed for my work requirement. Till date i have raised complaints three time, every time they send the engineer and they don't do anything, they do something at the back end and i get the speed...then after few days again its back to square one...This is absolutely irritating, am not able to work properly...you don't need to give 16 Mbps speed, at least 10 Mbps speed constantly would be helpful.

                        I don't want to raise another compliant ticket...Can someone do something...?

                          Yesterday (04/07/16) i got a message from airtel, saying, 'follo celebrities service has been [protected]@rs60.0 for 20 days. txn id n[protected], 04 jul16 10:56. service will be renewed after validity expiry. to deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. for more servics, call 56789 or click http://5678. airtel.in'

                          My airtel number is [protected] (wb) and i am staying at karnataka and i dont even using the number now, then why they did this? they should refund it immediately

                          they activated a service called 'FOLLO CELEBRITIES' without my knowledge on 4 jul, 16 and charged rs 60 and telling that another rs 60 will be deducted. What is this???? i am not even using the number as i am staying outside west bengal. I just want my money refunded and stop the bullshit service. its not resolved...

                            I have a prepaid connection no [protected]. and Today i got an sms from aitel that Fashion funny been reneved and you have been charged Rs 35. Its an auto renval. Without owner consent the amount debited from account. This is total cheating Aitel will be debiting crores of rupees from many customer unknowingly. If it is an auto renval even when out talk time get exhausted they should do the auto credit talktime to our account. Why are they not doing. The only want to extract money from the customer service is worst.
                            Called customer care asked them to stop the service with the reference no:CBDOV[protected] on 5th July 2016 at 06.12 am.

                            But again I got a sms from Airtel that you Fashion Bunny service been renewed at 9.02 am

                            kindly any one can sole this kind of malpractice.

                                  I recharged my airtel 3data of my airtel prepaid dongle by online payment of rs. 297 on 4th july 2016. My transaction id is[protected]. Still my dongle is not getting connected. Whenever i try to connect it gives a message no internet connection. I called at the toll free no[protected]. When i opted for hindi language mr sunil told me that this my dongle no is up no so i must call at[protected] for help. When i called at this no there were only 2 options-1. You want a new pre paid no, 2. Your sim is lost. I again called at [protected], mr. Sunil was not ready to listen anything and asked me again to call at [protected]. I again called at[protected], this time opted for english language, mr. Himashu told me to call at 121 or 198. I called at both the nos but none suited any option related to the problem i am facing on my dongle.Infact very unhelpful attitude faced by me on your toll free nos. Very bad experience.

                                    I am also become one more victim of this scam today. suddenly i got message from airtel that follo celebrities service has been activated @ 90 for 30 days. txn id n[protected], 04 jul 16 04:53. service will be renewed after validity expires.

                                    I never activated this service on my mobile, i contacted the airtel customer care as i receive this message and they told me that i have activated this service 10 minute before, i was shocked because since last 2 hours my phone was idle so how can i activate this service. i explained them the situation but customer care representative was very blunt and he said i can help you since this is the third party service. my point is how this can happen. i also asked to give me the details of this service provider and he refused and told me that it is confidential..!!!

                                    This is cheating.. even though customer care people are not sensitive to customers problem...

                                    Absolutely. Surprised to see that many of them have got frustrated with this phenomenon. I did blast airtel customer care few minutes back but their stand remains rock solid - that we have activate the same! Airtel... We are not stupid to activate follo celebrities by paying 90/- per month when we get to see gbs of celebrities for free on the internet. Accept your fault and get going. Enough wasting our time.
                                    I too faced the same issue yesterday. The service got activated without my knowledge and 90rs was detected. Then I called the customer service but they kept telling I activated the service.. Then after few minutes of negotiation he agreed to refund for this time alone like I did something wrong..

                                    This is should be a bug on their side. They should first here what the customer says and try to find what happened rather than simply putting the blame on customer.

                                    I hope this is not a scam and not many people lost their money...

                                      This is to bring to your notice that we m/s radha smelters limited using airtel
                                      Mobile services at our office banjara hills, sagar society road no 2, plot no 75 with around 40 - 50 users, we are facing weak signal in our premises for which we are facing lot of problem while interacting with the customers.

                                      Since february 2016 we facing problem, inspite of 9 remainders ref. no.31186540 this problem has not solved till date below details enclosed for your reference.

                                      They are unable to improve the signals in the near by airtel tower, by this we are losing lots of business calls which effects the company image in the market. kindly suggest us in this regard and take strict action against airtel service provider.

                                        This is to inform you that, i am using [protected] number for last 6 years and soo far happy with it. today by my surprise, i have received one sms stating i have been charged rs.90/- for using some follow celebrities services which i have not opted. when called up 121 customer care, i have been told it will be deactivated but i have to bear the amount. my query is how a service provider has a right to charge their consumer without their consent.

                                        I demand the concern that the the unauthorized deduction shouldn't reflect in bill to generated and no such deduction in future.
