We had applied for a business line - office internet - business plan - dedicated 2 mbps download and 1 mbps upload, unlimited data, with two static ips. The installation charges paid was rs.10, 305/- as advance rent of rs.4000/- for the month and 5000/- installation charges + service tax.

The connection was not active for 20 days since i refused to activate as was not getting the required dedicated...

I have recharged with an amount of 34 rs on my airtel no [protected] after checking an offer on my airtel app, it was shown in the offer that I would get 36 rs talk time. But I did not get as per the offer. Even I did not enter the amount manually it was automatically taken by the airtel app while doing this recharge online. Please clarify the matter....

I brought airtel hd digital 2 months back. It was working fine till before 5th june 2016.

I logged a complaint against it as video is not coming.

From 5th june to till today my complaint is not resolved. I called many times to customer care number every time they aligned my complaint...

Airtel has deducted Rs.50 for a subscription model house which I never applied or wanted on 11 July 10.32 PM. Next day I saw message and called customer care. Customer care executive informed that amount will not be refunded as they have nothing to do with this service. They closed the subscription.

If Airtel was not aware about subscription
how they can close the subscription.

Been calling airtel consumer care. Almost Every 20 min since 18th may to 12 th june. Highly disappointed and irritated at their reluctance and disinterest in serving the customer. Our complaint was to relocate the connection to our new place and getting wifi there. No visits have been made or efforts shown. Absolutely harassed.
