I have 2 Airtel Sims and both are activated for International Roaming. Now when I m in UAE even though there is enough balance I am unable to make or receive the call. I am Airtel postpaid customer from 2006. I have been charged rs.1858 extra for some ISD calls to some different countries which I have never called. Also those numbers they mentioned in the bill are fake numbers. When I raised a ticket to airtel they closed the ticket saying it's valid call. Again when I tried to connect to nodal officer the call never got connected even single time.
