      I have taken airtel broadband 200 mbps plan on 6 nov 2021. The landline number for the connection is [protected] and the registered mobile number is [protected]. The receipt for the plan activation is not showing to me on airtel thanks app and airtel website. I talked to their costumer care but they are not willing to provide the complete bill. Ranjeet Kumar, the employee at Airtel Broadband, Saharsa office did my KYC. He had confirmed me that I will get the bill but now he is not responding to my calls.

        Hi, Myself Jaydeepsinh, I stay in guj pin 362268, gir somnath dist, i want to submit complaint against the Airtel as they are failing badly with mobile network services, pathetic level of services they are offering! though showing all wrong in advertisement, I came to my town on the occasion of Diwali and found no network here from last few days... due to this I missed many calls and few emergencies as well, , this is very very bad. do not make wrong promises when you are so poor, , , so so poor! if you need money atleast have some guts and beg on signals but do not cheat your consumers! we are paying our hard earned money! i see many people are facing issues here and paying bills to airtel! DEAR AIRTEL, ITS A HUMBLE REQUEST - PLEASE SHUT DOWN YOUR BUSINESS.. TODAY.. NOW IF POSSIBLE

          Dear Airtel Team,

          I would like to bring this to your notice that i shifted my connection from Udaipur to Haldwani. Installation team was very nice, they installed it without any hassles but after installation i got to know that the box near my home from where the connection was given has not been activated as of now. I waited for more than a week for connection to be shifted but at the end it not activated. Doesnt make any sense. I have already done the advance payment of 3 months as well. I am not complaining but this needs to be resolved as. i am not able to use the internet.

            Unable to use internet connection from the last 1 month. I called coustomer care number but didn't get positive response. Due to this network issue I am unable to attend the meeting, college lecture.
            Slove this issue asap or else gave my recharge cost back . I will port it to another network company .

              Hello,

              I have airtel sim [protected] with one year validity. I travelled to Dubai on 8th august, 2021. Suddenly on 3rd Nov, 2021 my sim network is down. I checked in Airtel app and I can see that my sim validity remaining is 148 days. But still I don't have network on my Airtel sim. Can you please resolve the issue.

                  We have been customers of airtel since 14-15 years now. We have two broadband and 1 mobile connection. The service of airtel is becoming worse every day. There is one problem or other from time to time. Sometimes there is speed problem and other times the net stops working. This has become quite frequent now. On top of that, on calling the customer care, they say that the problem will be solved in 4 hours and maximum 24 hours. But they take atleast 3-4 days to solve the problem. No one turns up when the problem is faced. Even on calling customer care repeatedly, they just tell that they have escalated the issue but still no resolution is reached. Even if you call technicians directly, they don't answer the calls. This is the case even after telling and requesting them that we have to face a lot of financial loss due to internet outage. But still they have no empathy towards their customers. They keep saying that their service is very good but when it is time to prove it, they back off. Airtel is a pathetic company.

                    My Nam is srikrishnavaraprasad jasti and I am a pensioner. My airtel prepaid SIM card became dead all of a sudden and no SMS or calls. I have been using sim card for the last 5 years. I am presently in USA and require my mobile number is required to generate life certificate apart from other services. I request necessary action be taken immediately to resolve the issue and activate my SIM card .Alternatively I request a sim card replacement be provided.

                      I have set a tamil callertune eppa parthalum song. I even received a sms stating "Callers will hear Eppa Paarthaalum as your Hellotune. Share with friends wynk.onelink.me/[protected]/ht" but the callers are hearing some other language song which I didn't set.

                        While upgrading my sim number 2g to 4g my sim registration has failed and no tower is coming.When I contacted the shop he told me that the sim belongs to other name you cannot take it with that old number .But I was using this sim aleast 10yrs before at that time the sim was given without any documentation and we have no idea that which name the shop had given for identifying the sim .Now I want the old number of that sim to be restored..

                          Even after several complaints since 19th september airtel broadband connection has not been resumed
                          - No superviser visited
                          -Forcing to upgrade it into fiber or connections are not being
                          -After each complaint they send a message that service has been resumed to close the case
                          -more than one month service is not being given and a bill has been provided for Rs 471
                          - complaint no[protected]
                          Never resolved and they keep on closing the case
                          When asked to disconnect the service they promise to resolve the issue which they never do

                                Hi! I am an NRI student who is studying in Pune. My phone no: is [protected] Due to the pandemic I had to come back to Dubai and now its time for me to go back to Pune and when I tried checking my phone, it isn't active any more! I have been trying to make phone calls frequently and complete transactions from my phone, so there is no issue of it not being active. Please do the needful and rectify this issue since I have to go back in a month and if my phone is not working, it is going to be very difficult for me during my travel. And please do try to get some new plan for NRI's or even people who have a secondary sim card for emergencies etc. Getting a new SIM card is just a waste of time, money and even bad for the environment!

                                    I have been using airtel broadband connection nearly 4 years, In recent days There is worst service giving by airtel. frequent disconnection in my line, poor service, Technical Engineers spoken very unprofessionally. They recently changed my plan to 499, earlier It was in the same plan after changed my plan. My all the airtel benefits was lost and restored it which i have got from DTH, Postpaid, prepaid connection. I registered the complaint regarding this but without any call It was marked as resolved.

                                    Airtel Technical Team Manager was not good manner while speaking with customer. He said "You can do whatever you want" and also he given his employee code and designation.
