    Airtel network issue in my village

    I am writing this complaint to Airtel company to mention about network issue I have been facing in my village from years. If I sit inside my house and try to use my phone there will be not even a 1 point signal which is very dissatisfying because as a airtel user I except my network is up anywhere and that too when I’m not in any hills or something.     It’s been 15 days they had charges Rs 600 extra in my bill and every time I call them executive at call centre say that the charges will get removed and you will get a call back but neither charges are getting removed and not I had received any call back, and now they blocked my dth connection services,

    I am a Airtel black customer where I am not supposed to pay for any service on dth as per the plan initial commitment then how this rs 600 charges in my account also if they are charging any thing to me they must take my concern which they don’t have

    How can any company charge anything on my account without my consent ?? And then ask me to pay that also,

    Above that I was surprised to see that after complaining for around 15 days I have to contact them again and all my previous complaints are closed on their own wish without contacting me or giving resolution to me

    What a shameful act by Airtel need to raise this case now in consumer forum if I didn’t get any resolution

      I'm having prepaid number with airtel [protected], yesterday I did PORT, but unfortunately i got call from your customer care They give offer as 199 rs recharge will come with validity of 35 days & per day 1.5 GB data, i agreed that offer and recharged but it was not credited to my account.
      later I'm realised that is fake promise from Airtel.
      Issue 2 - for this same number I have 199 rs 1.5GB with 28 days validity both are not applied, completely cheating. Poor support
      I'm called 198 no use and I write mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com no response

        Hi, MNP to Airtel is done and RFC done for 250. SIM activated 2 days back. But, still the RFC recharge balance is not updated. Let me know how to fix this?

                I have port my sim from idea to airtel. And after inserting the sim after 4 days i still get no network. I had recieved the confirmation message saying that I can insert the sim in ny handset, only to see there is no network available. Whereas other people who have airtel do receive signals. The issue is only with my sim. Please look into it and resolve it. I can't even dial 59059 to activate my sim. The condition is very pathetic. Do look into this as soon as possible. No one can go without phone calls and messages for long as we have some work that we need to do. Thank you

                  Airtel network coverage range is not proper in my village so we all are facing issue with call and internet, there are around 1500 mobile users, if they need to make any call they need to go on terrace for call.

                  Airtel service was good in my area but now it is worst than any other

                    I have a postpaid line with Airtel Kenya which has been disconnected due to non payment. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have sent emails to the official customer care mail and to the credit department. From August to date I have not even received an acknowledgement to my issue.
                    What makes this even worse is that staff of Airtel Kenya credit department see it fit to send demand notices and threats of third party debt recovery but they will still not have the courtesy to engage with the customer.
                    To support this claim I have emails from an Aska Gisemba from the credit control department and a Moses G. Mwangi who claims to be 'head of business operations and credit control'. Every time the emails are rude and condescending and everytime they do not have the courtesy to reply back and try to resolve this matter.
                    I am fed up!

                      I stay in Indra Reddy Allwyn Colony, Miyapur Hyderabad. We have been facing network issues for the past 2 years but Airtel never resolved those issues even after multiple requests. now it has become so worse that when in indoors network will be completely zero. I want the issue to be resolved ASAP or refund my recharge amount so that I can port my number to different service provider.

                            Airtel XStream fiber engineer or whatever they call them installed a new connection in the locality box which connects everyone in the locality with airtel fiber but they broke my wire now my airtel XStream is not working for last 3 days, they have registered the complaint but no one came to resolve the problem. they only say the issue will be resolved in 4 hours. Worst after-sales service. The Airtel router blinks red instead of green.

                              I have recharged with Airtel recharge of Rs. 379 for 84 days validity (kolkata circle) on 11th October 2021 which had 6 GB data, 900 Sms and unlimited calling facilities ( Local, STD, Roaming on any network) in the pack. But since 11th October 2021 post recharge my data is not working and a "E" sign is showing constantly in the network bar whenever I switch on mobile data.
                              I have complained about this problem with Airtel on 11th Oct. 2021 and they wanted time till 21st October 2021 to resolve the issue. However the problem persist and I was compelled to complain again for the same issue in November 02, 2021. This time also they wanted time till 15 th November 2021. However I am sure till that date the problem will still persists.
                              Everytime I call customer care they assure me they are working on the problem but sill the problem stays and deadline gets over . Moreover due to Work from Home model internet has become a necessity to ensure that the work must go on and I am struggling to work .
                              Request you to please enquire into the matter and please solve the issue at earliest .

                                Helo I m using airtel [protected]. For this number I have given a network issue to the airtel customer care team on 01/03/2021. as of now the issue has not been resolved. I have given various mails and various calls for the same issue. Everytime they r giving one complaint reference number and closing the complaint without giving solution and without giving update to me. For the same issue I have raised two grievance to trai also. For the first complaint Airtel has revert me back that the issue will be resolved with in 17/05/2021 and nothing had happened as of now. After that another mail I given to trai for the same issue for this also airtel has given one reference number NP[protected] and not yet resolved Now 26/10/2021 the issue has not solved and not even responding customers. Worst customer care. Kindly ask them to refund my money and give some compliment of some more money for wasting my money as well as my energy.

                                  I bought this dongle online few 3 days ago. I was regularly using my mobile hotspot prior to this for connecting net to my laptop. Ever since I started using this dongle, the data consumption is like hell. It consumes data so very fast. Im sure there is something wrong but whom to approach in this matter. hope to get some help from here. Thanks & Regards.

                                    I have been writing to airtel customer service and tweeting too for about 10 days now with no response. This is regarding stoppage of safe custody and restoration of full services on my postpaid mobile number immediately as I need to travel to India. I currently live in US and I am about to start a travel to India and need my number active at any cost immediately. In spite of repeated attempts I have had no luck in getting resolution to my issue.                                       SRN[protected] I have Sent Emails and called like more than 20 times spoken to 6 supervisors from the customer care team but till now my issue is not resolved. I have not even recieved any call Airtel Technical Team or Email Reply to my Mail send to the Nodal Team Kolkata, Tried every possible option Airtel is not at all helpful, they keep on saying issue is escalated and will get resolved in 4 hours, but noes it almost more than 5 days since broadband is not working and it is now impacting my work. AIRTEL IS THE WORST ORGANIZATION OF INDIA AND HAS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
