Hello sir,
I was complaint for my Setup box on 22- sep-21 with ref id[protected] and it has also been resolved on the same date but service engineer has charge Rs.150 from me while my setup box is in warranty and I was also receive messages that -
"Hi, service request for your Airtel DigitalTV ID [protected] towards STB issues is 51944523. The engineer visit for you is free of cost."
Now I have again complaint for stb...

Currently classes and work is going online but in my village network speed is less than 2G ...we are not able to use internet..

Please establish tower or network.

On 23rd Sep.2021International Roaming for 6 months were purchased for Rs.8998.
After reaching USA on 25th, as the Roaming was not working Airtel Customer Care were contacted to rectify the issue on 26th.

The problem still remains .
Till date Airtel were contacted several times but in vain.

Request to take up the matter with Airtel to resolve the issue.

I had airtel’s broadband for 5 years and they were never resolving problems of net not working. Finally I changed broadband to hathway and the day I was changing and disconnecting the connection I paid the due amount confirming from their site and customer executives. I have recharge of Rs 48 on my prepaid mobile from Google Pay app through net banking on 28th september, 2021. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no [protected].

I am working in dubai from last 6 month but and I am using Airtel sim on roaming but from today my sim is not getting network kindly reactivate my sim...

I have requested Airtel for disconnection of my broadband on 04 Aug 2021reference number[protected] as there was no internet since 27 July 2021. I cleared all pending payment as directed but Airtel again generated bill on my name in Sep and asking me to clear those as well for disconnect.

I wanted to share the experience regarding the Airtel network, they have cheated for me during number port.

My Number [protected] was Vodafone and I got the call one day from the Airtel executive the name of the person is Swati ([protected]), she told me the postpaid plan, which means Airtel providing 299 plan life time if I will port from Voda to Airtel.

I trusted her and raised the port request from Voda and...

Airtel has been spamming my mobile number with pack reminder messages and incorrect SMS saying my pack has expired even after reneweing pack.

They are misusing SMS service.
Inspite of fully registered under DND, airtel itself is spamming.
Multiple reminders for pack renewals, pack expiry etc
one SMS one can understand.

Messages received from nay headers like AX-ARWINF, AX-Airtel, AX-AIRGSF...
