This is rohith joshi here am using airtel postpaid services from past 5 year .Earlier i was in prepaid same airtel

Issue- in my native signals issue in postpaid and prepaid is everything is fine
This problem is not one days issue it's long back issue i talked with airtel team they saying it's 90 days for resolve

Now i am saying please resolve. This issue within 3 days bcz i am not talking about new tower establishment

Scenario- i am using 2 sim both are. Airtel but prepaid single is full and postpaid single is 1 bar or 2 bar or nothing 0.

If you not resolve my issue within 3 days i will plan to different operator

    I purchased airtel 4g on 8th april'2016 paying inr 2300. It was activated on 18th april.
    Since then it is running only in 3g mode. I live in delhi.
    The airtel ad claims 4g network in remote areas but they have failed to provide 4g network in delhi ncr itself.
    I could not find any link for complaint filing online.
    I am feeling cheated by the company.
    Please help me to get my money back!

      Respected sir,
      This is to inform you, that i am customer of airtel broad band in katni mp .In last month march my broad band didn't work so many days, it was almost 20 or more days didn't work although i tried many times to register complaints on [protected] but executive told me that site of my connection had a technical issue and our engineers already work on it so they could not register any complaints.Although i called many days regularly but they responded same answers. After some days almost 13 days after local airtel engineer worked and restart my broadband but after 4 hour's of broad band working it stopped again and then after again i tried local katni engineer and also [protected], my broadband connection start properly working after 8 or 9 days.
      Sir toady i called to [protected] customer care executive for waiver of at least 20 days for march 2016, but unfortunately they denied and said to give waiver for 7days only.So that's why i need to registered this complain. So please do the needful

        Hi,

        Its been several weeks and this airtel people cannot fix the issue, and they come begging for money .
        I have raised several complaints to the customer care and the nodal officers and till today they could not fix my broadband issues .

        All they promise is false, i have lost many thousands .

          Hi team,

          I have activated family data share plan on my airtel prepaid number [protected] on 14th apr 2016 by following below procedure.
          Step -1) sending message “share” to 121
          Step -2) sending message “add [protected]” to 121

          After that family data plan activated and the other person able to use my internet, however i am started facing issue by using internet on my mobile. When i use internet in my mobile amount got deducted from main account instead of data.

          I have tried all type of deleting share plan and getting to main account but no use.

          Step 3) sending message “del [protected]” to 121

          I have reached all type of communication y which i can contact airtel (Calling customer care and visiting nearest airtel office), everyone says wait for 24 hours or 48 hours or 72 hours but no resolution provided. If this continues i have to go to the next level.

          My data plan is getting wasted now it’s been more than 6 days i cannot use my internet nor the other person who is part of share. And i am having around 1610 mb of data valid till 13th may 2016. Requst you to resolve my problem it the earliest.
          Please extend my validity and provide my currency back to my airtel account.

          I spoke to customer care and contacted retail airtel customer relationship center and sent mail to 1) '[email protected]' 2) '[email protected]' but no success. steps have been taken by the company to resolve my complaint are just sending message to 121 " DEL 9945779317" and 1925 "STOP". but still I am charged from main account eventhough I have 1610 MB of Data. its been more then 8 days I connot utilize my internet.

            I am a senior citizen, living in Khar alone and had applied for a Home Wifi connection as my daughter was planning to come and stay with me and work on the internet from my home. I had applied for a Home Wi-Fi connection on 12th February 2016 and the payment against the installation of Rs. 3990 was collected by a service executive Mr. Abhay Dubey on the same day after conducting a network availability check at the premises with assurance of installation of the Home Wi-Fi connection within 72 hours after document verification process. The said amount was credited to Airtel bank account on 20th February 2016.

            After passing of 72 hours there was no sign of the representative or the promised Home Wifi connection.

            When regular contact and follow up did not help, we went to the nearest Airtel Gallery at Bandra on 26th February and lodged a complaint. The store manager Mr. Shaikh assured us of resolution within next 48 hours but nothing happened.We followed it up with reminders on 29th Feb and 1st March 2016. The Bandra Store Manager Mr. Shaikh then gave us the contact number of Kamal Pandey from the Andheri Lokhandwala branch for installation followup.

            On 1st March Mr. Pandey assured us connection within next 24 hours. Nothing happened. We kept on following up with Mr. Pandey for installation of Home Wi-fi as we had only received a new simcard pending supply of the home wifi instrument. My application was for home wi-fi and not a 4G connection.

            Between 1st to 10th March, we had written numerous emails to support and the nodal officer regarding delay in activation and installation of Home Wi-Fi connection by Airtel.

            Surprisingly, in-between on 6th March 2016 we received a message that a bill is generated for your connection for Rs. 4647.31 against mobile number [protected] and after adjusting the advance of 3990 you have to pay the balance of 657.31 by 24th March 2016.When we followed up with customer care on 10th March as we have neither received the connection, nor used the number without instrument, they assured us that the bill would be waived as the connection was not activated till date with complaint reference number 68275851.

            By this time, we were fed-up with delay in connection as it was nearly a month from our application date, we informed the call centre as well as Mr. Ashutosh who was supposed to be the Mumbai region broadband head to cancel our request and refund our money given for connection as Airtel is not able to provide me the Airtel Wi-Fi Home connection that I have applied for even after more than 25 days.

            Even after putting in the cancellation request, instead of being apologetic for not being able to provide connection, even after receipt of payment, Airtel refused to refund the amount saying the same has been adjusted against activation charges.

            How can a service provider charge me for a service not provided and instead of giving compensation for mental harassment for a month and the refund of application money blatantly refuse to refund the amount.

                I have initially started the broad band connection with 1099/- pack under the user id:[protected] and telephone no: [protected] and the package is changed after a month with the phone call of your concerned authorities that the GB will be extended from 20 to 60 for 1199/- pack. And i agreed for the same. But I have been getting bill for an amount of Rs/ 1316/- and 1376/- and for the march month I got a bill amount 1476/-. Why my bill amount is increasing day by day as they have informed that after the 60 GB consumption it will be unlimited with a speed of 512 mbps and the land line for any mobile is free within in India. But my bill amount is varying every month and increasing every month.

                  I am currently residing in abroad. My SIM card has been deactivated ([protected]). This sim belongs to Tamil nadu and SIM does not connect to mobile network. I have swapped the mobiles and tried to connect to the network but no luck. I want to reactivate the SIM. I have been using this number for many years. Please help me to reactivate the SIM.

                    Vidyaranpura airtel wifi service providers are cheaters and shameless people
                    I took airtel 4g hotspot wifi connection ([protected] hotspot no.) in june 2015 and the airtel representative (Manjunath) assured me that the speed in my area is 15 -18 mbps. I got that speed for 10 days and after that the speed dropped to 1-1.5 mbps . I registered a compliant for this in july’15 & airtel manager sudarshini told me that they have to install a new tower to improve the speed and it will take 3 months. I continued paying the bills with a discount of 200/- which was very less for the kind of data speed i was getting. I also need to invest rs500/- on reliance net connect dongal every month to take calls from home as with airtel speed of 1-1.5mbps, i could hardly check emails only. So overall i was paying rs 300/- extra every month in order to manage my work. Sudarshini gave me false hopes and assurance that things will become better but nothing happened till now even after 9 months also. I registered a new compliant and asked them to cancel and disconnect my connection as i am no longer interested but they didn’t cancelled my connection also they did nothing. The customer care representative even told me that this is the best speed you can get in that area and airtel can’t do anything. I told the same thing to sudarshini and told her that why they lied to me for over so many months when they knew that nothing can be done. I even told her that i will stop paying the bills as enough is enough. She very rudely replied to me and disconnected the call. After that she stopped replying to my emails and started disconnecting my calls every time. Finally they disconnected my service in march 2016 but they kept on generating bills which shows their true character and class. These guys are pathetic and cheaters.
                    I didn’t mean to say here that airtel as a whole is a team of cheaters but definitely vidyaranpura airtel office and their manager and her team are no. 1 cheaters and they just don’t care about their customers. I request to all my friends and their friends to at least forward this review to as many people so that a lesson can be taught to them. This is what maximum i and you all can do to improve the service quality of airtel. Today it happened to me and tomorrow the same can get repeated to you too. So before you suffer please make them suffer so that they improve the service and signal quality all over the bangalore and even outside.

                    I completely agree with Airtel bad service. They are very bad in terms of providing customer support. Similar exp was faced by me as well, where wifi router will stop working anytime and will impact our work commitments. While calling customer support they will start talking about their SLA, non availability of technical staff, or any other silly reason which is not acceptable at all many a times. I have been given reasons by Airtel customer case during my wifi problems, that entire Bangalore server is down, which is really not easy to digest, as this is not possible. For payments, they are always on time, but when it comes to customer issues they are hardly on time.

                    In nutshell, the customer support is very bad in Airtel, and until you reach to next level of escalation, its difficult to get a resolution. Being such a big brand, they should be customer-centric, rather than giving reasons to linger on the customer issues.
                    I fully support this concern and this needs to be taken seriously for such big giants, so that they should stop harassing customers.
                    I completely agree. I too had a similar bad experience with Airtel. They charged me for a month without even providing the broadband connection.

                    Bharti Airtel — Service

                    I am n my family are using Airtel GSM service, but from last few days their is big problem call drope. I am not able to pick any call as well as call. Due to dat I missed many important calls. I have also tried to contact customer care but it also not connected.
                    You guys are biggest cheat and has not done anything to improve your image in last 1 year particularly .. your customer care representatives are pathetic and never listen to the customers.. I kept on saying to cancel my connection when I knew that your speed can not increase more than 2 MBPS ... But they never cancelled the connection and kept on generating the bills.. I will stop and keep quiet unless and untill you take action against the Airtel vidyaranpura manager, Sudarshini who was the main culprit who kept me in dark and kept on giving me false hopes and commitment month on month and intentionally she did nothing to improve my data speed in my area/house..

And the network is getting weaker day by day and now when you guys promote your useless 4g saying that it reaches up-to himalayas i feel like disconnecting this connection and swap to other service provider. If i'm sitting at my work place... The signal is literally like poop. Fix it if you value your customers.

                      And stop showing this crappy advertisements about 4g when in truth your network sucks to the core.

                        I have been using the Airtel 4G connection since the past 8 months, regularly paying the bills.

                        I have raised a complaint with Airtel on 2nd April, 2016 that the 4G speed which used to be around >20MB suddenly dropped to <1MB.

                        Even the engineering from Airtel visited my room from where I access the net checked and found that the speed is less than <1MB on my Airtel supplied hotspot instrument as well as on his mobile device. And he also pointed out 2 more customers have complained about it and when we checked the same near the tower from which the supply was it is <1MB.

                        Airtel is giving lame excuses as per the mail sent from their end. The mail communication done with Airtel is below.

                        Every month I have subscribed for a 10GB data, out of which I have used 3.5GB of data and was not able to use the remaining 6.5GB because of the network problem from airtel. They have sent me a bill for the entire amount.

                        I have been put to a lot of inconvenience by Airtel in providing the services, since I was not able to communicate to my official work.

                        Even when I communicated to them that if you are not providing me the 4G speed, I will cancel and also put up the same in social media, they were least bothered.

                        Hence, I request you to look into the matter and justify us for the same. The attitude of Airtel in providing proper Service & Support is pathetic.

                            Dear sir, airtel company is cheating it's customers by one thing or other.
                            I recharged my account (Mobile no. [protected])for rs 70/- 20/03/2016 and again again for rs 128/- for 50 hrs of 2 g internet on 50 hrs. On 24/03/2016.

                            Whenever i used internet the company is deducting the money from my call balance. On complaining the executives talk very rudely and put the call on hold for 15-20 minutes and deduct undue money. No company charges money from it's customers to solve their problems but airtel does it shamelessly.

                            I recharged for rs. 12/ on the same number for all std calls @rs 1/ for 3 minutes, but after 3 -4 days the company sends me message '''''your pack is deactivated and recharge it again'''
                            At present they have stopped my net access although i had a net pack till yesterday but i could not use it for one month due to the company's cheating. I paid for the std pack but i could not use it due to company's stupidity. I had to waste my precious time talking with airtel's stupid and irresponsible customer care executives, whereas they are least bothered about caring their customers.

                              We are using airtel internet lease line. Circuit id no : 1533291 - ac number 70363159.

                              Since past one week we don't have internet connectivity. We pay every month in advance as per the invoices received.

                              The last proper invoice we have received from airtel was dated 15th february 2016. Which is already cleared.

                              After that we have received the below two invoices from airtel;

                              Invoice no[protected] dated 26 february 2016 amount - 0.19
                              Invoice no[protected] dated 26 february 2016 amount - (-42014.12)

                              After that we didn't receive any invoice.

                              Our line is barred by airtel. No intimation we have received from airtel. When we call the customer care for log a compliant, customer care officer didn't allow us to register our compliant. Simply replied that the line is barred due to non payment. We asked the pending invoice detail, they said us to check with our finance team.

                              I wrote 10+ emails regarding the same to our account manager, other persons as per the support matrix. But so far the line is not activated, no details are shared about the due. Simply barred our line and creating "big problem" to our business. Also i have been calling our account manager and others but unfortunately no one supports and even not picking our calls. Last four working days i have been chasing airtel every now and then but no supportive response from airtel.

                              We have been a customer for airtel since 2012. Lease line payments are done as advance. This unethical and improper behaviour of airtel led loss of time and affected our business.

                              For the past 8 days i have been calling and mailing airtel people every now and then. Many times my calls and emails are not attended. Sometimes i got the response to wait.

                                Today apr 21st 2016, at 9:24 am, i gave missed call to my friend in us.

                                I clearly started hearing ringing sound, same time call duration started. Immediately i disconnected the call. Call duration was 4 seconds and i was charged 8 rupees.

                                I know if the recipient attends the call, and if i disconnect the call in 1 sec also i will charged (I am not a kid, i am using mobile from many years).

                                But in this case, the call duration started the same time i started hearing ring sound, so i disconnected the call.

                                I wanted to tell this issue to the customer care person. First one lady picked and she was telling ican check call history by dialing some number. She was not understanding what i was trying to tell. She then transferred the call to her supervisor.

                                Her supervisor, she is not at all ready to listen what i am telling. She got he information from the previous lady. She was not ready to listen what i was trying to tell, she started telling isd call is like that, very far distance is there in between it will take time to reach me what he spoke(Kidish story).

                                I was trying to tell that there is a technical glitch here, "call duration started same time when i heard the ringing voice".

                                I am not much bothered about that 8 rupees deduction now. But the dumb supervisor response bothered me much, she is telling there is no issue here, you dumb supervisor if there is no issue, why customer will call to you and wait on hold to speak with you.

                                Dumb supervisor first listen what customer is trying to tell, then understand what customer told. Dont tell your story and ask me to check the call history. "call duration started same time when i heard the ringing voice, immediately i disconnected the call".

                                You would have to told my mistake it might have happened due to technical reasons. But you are concluding there is no issue, we can see in our records and mistake is mine. You dumb supervisor that i can see in my call history also, call duration is 4 seconds.

                                Finally that dumb supervisor is asking is there any thing she can help me. You please listen what customer is saying, understand their intention. I was not blaming you customer care people, but i wanted to raise this technical glitch matter, but she concluded there is no issue and i unnecessarily call her and its my mistake.

                                This dumb supervisor created wrong impression on the company itself.

                                  I have port my airtel number to idea and i have paid the bill 300 rs at the time of porting but then again it was showing the 272 rs pending from myside.I have called your customer care for itemized bill but no response and i have not received the last bill on my email also.Now my service stopped by idea.
                                  Still i have paid the 273 rs on 19 apr 2016 the transaction id is 228010.

                                  Please note that the bill is for only 10 days of service.

                                  Still the service is stopped.

                                    Finally I received a call from airtel representative who said he cannot do anything about the wrong recharge done.
                                    The reversal /transfer is not possible in their system. WOW, I mean such a big company is running with a such stupid flaw. I know I will not be the first one to report such issues, there would be many who has faced this issue. Imagine 1000 people would have done wrong recharge of Rs.200/- and that could not be reversed then on a particular day airtel has earned Rs.200000 (two Lakh). Awesome.
                                    I guess at this time I can only say that "Airtel has earned Rs. 200/- free of cost, free, free, free.

                                      I am writing to you in order to tell about the problem faced by the airtel users in ramnagar road no 3, agartala, tripura.

                                      Here, airtel is providing very poor and weak service.The results of the poor services are: very bad internet speed(In 3g we are getting about 100kbps, and 2g it is only connecting no speed is there at all.It takes about 2 minutes to connect to data services in 2g), signal is heavily fluctuating ( when i go to my terrace i get signal strength about -85dbm and when i come to my indoor it even strikes up to -125dbm).Call doesnot connects in 1time after dialing even in 3g and in 2g takes about 2 minutes to connect a call, even if the call is connected the voice does not go and reach properly the voice is lagging.The voice quality is very very bad. Here peoples even i am facing problem in indoor especially and this problem continues outdoor too. I tried to talk to the customer care they either disconnects my call or transfer this call to their seniors or sometimes the even tells me to discontinue the service.I also tried to contact the nodal authority they tells that it would take a little time and they pretend to take complaints but do not take. Even they told me that his system's application is not working so he will take the complain letter. I have tried every means, but it failed.Unfortunately, i am compelled to write about this here.
                                      I expect airtel to take this complain very seriously, and i recommend to optimize the network by attaching duplex, in order to give a good coverage here.Please increase the internet speed especially 2g and 3g as everyone like to surf on net.Please do take this complain seriously and if possible send your network engineers to meet me.You can contact me in this no.([protected], ) and call through a valid no so i can back call you(If you donot get me, due to network issues).Any suggestions is greatly welcomed.
