Airtel fixed line (Broadband) no: [protected], account no: [protected], taken the connection as advanced rental plan for 6 month(26th july 2015 to 25th jan 2016). On 18th jan 2016, received mail and massage from airtel that my plan will be renewed on 26th jan 2016. Plan name: airtel-arp-ul (5+1) abhinandan 699 15gb (4mbps/512kbps) combo plan, amount rs 699 per 1 month. There is no where written that my combo plan will be changed to monthly plan and i need to contact customer care to retain my combo plan will change in monthly rental plan. Then airtel company is sending a monthly bill which they are not supposed to be without the concern of the customer. They should disconnect or call up to confirm the same.
Is it not airtel company making a customer confused/fool to satisfy their own condition?
I need to pay 3 months rental bill around rs.2500.

I am feeling cheated and have not expected a company like airtel to do like this.
Please accept this a complaint. Hoping best decision and suggestion.

I have attached the screenshot of the mail which I have received.
1. Is there anywhere written that my COMBO plan will be change to monthly plan???

2. If my plan get renewed with combo plan then only I need to pay Rs.699*5=Rs.3495. Thats what a customer should understood from ur mail.

3. Two month's bill (26th Jan to 25th March) I had received and surprised to see that my plan converted to monthly plan. When I contacted Airtel customer care, they have refused to take complaint. Is it justified?

4. on the 3rd month, Airtel made my connection so slow that I have not tried to use it but waited to resolve the issue (though may be some issue in AIRTEL itself). Then also they are asking to pay the bill for the month of April. Is it justified?

There is no justification from Airtel. Finally I have requested for Disconnection.

    I have raised few questions on deactivation of my prepaid number, Nodal officers are giving reply which is irrelevant.
    Even though after communicating with Airtel Nodal officers, Again they are giving the same reply.

    When I enquired with 121, they are giving proper reply, Deactivated card can be obtained only in Airtel Head Office, Santhome But the Nodal officers will ask us to go ARC and apply which is not applicable.

    Nodal peoples and Appetite officers who are staying in Airtel have limited information and gives us foolish / Stupid answers.

    Don't get connected with Nodal / Appetite(Foolish / Stupid peoples), Instead call 121 and get your reply.

    When ever you get reply (EMAIL) from AIRTEL, you will see that in the last line mentioning that "Customer is more important", don't believe that. These are tricks to cheat the customers.

    I have faced this type of problem multiple time, so complaining and want the public to be more aware

      I want to convert my airtel post paid connection to prepaid. I went today 19/04/2016 18.45hrs to aitel galley sector 17 vashi, navi mumbai, maharashtra 400705 and the executives not process my request. Mr sandeep(One of the executive) told me that system down and your request can't process at this time.I replyed that i will come tomorrow after 7.00 pm with all documents. He told that after 7 .00/pm they can't process the request.My suitable timing is that daily after 7.00pm because my office romind between 8.30am to 7 .00 pm.The gallery timing is up to 7.30 am that mentioned in the gallery door.

        December bill is of rs 1625.31 paid amount is of rs 1625 (Attached cc statement)
        January bill is of rs 1775.26 paid amount is of rs 430+190+900 (Attached cc
        Statement)
        February bill also paid on time of rs 1780 attached (Bank statement)
        March bill of rs 1313 paid and confirmed by you...

        Still april bills shows previous balance pending of rs 1057

        Hope this works and they solve my issue

          I was complaining regarding no network in my area i can not call and can not use internet. For this i complained to airtel many a times they gave me false assurance and wasted my time.At last they were saying sorry sir we are unable to provide u the services. This is cheating with me i am mentally harassed i paid the bill also so lost of my money too.

            Since there is no feasibility for having a broadband connection in my area padur in chennai, I ve decided to buy an airtel 4g connection. When I requested, cust care made a promise like the connection will be activated within 4hrs. So, I ve bought the modem worth of 2k and a postpaid sim on 16th April. I ve submitted all the documents also address verification has been done properly. Till today 19apr, The connection is not activated. 121 is keeping on arranging address verification again and again. The person who sold the airtel 4g modem also not picking up the call. His contact details are Mani- [protected].

              after discussion with toll free executive, i have recharged my 3g data of, 177/- rs, on my airtel no. [protected] but till today after complaining many times in company, did'nt recieve data pack.

                  I had purchased a 4g hot spot at kolkata in november15 with sim number [protected] with an assurance that it would work all over in india. I was relocated to jamshedpur in march16. The hot spot is not functioning at jamshedpur and i visited the airtel store at sakchi jamshedpur. I was told that this unit will not work here and i need to purchase another unit. I had raised a complaint ref 68781632. The response to the complaint by airtel is that as and when the network is upgraded the service will be revived. There is no mention of making use of the hot spot or providing an alternate as 3g services that is available here.

                        My Name is Anirban Bhattacharjee, Mobile No. - [protected]. I had recharged with Rs 441/- on 20.01.2016 via Airtel mobile app. I was given a 2G data pack and 90 days validity. The date of expiry was April 18, 2016. On April 18, 2016, 1.7GB data was residual in my account. On April 18, 2016, I recharged with Rs 175/- 2G data pack via Airtel App. Today on April 19, I am being intimated that residual amount is only 1GB - the amount recharged yesterday.

                        MY 1.7GB DATA HAS BEEN WRONGLY CHEATED AWAY.

                        I called the customer service - not surprisingly - the worst customer care service personnel available - to complain about the wrongdoing. I called at 10.49am, April 19, 2016. In turn I was given all misleading information & I could make out they were trying to put me in wrong shoes. I was very scornfully attended by a so called "Senior Executive" - Mr Pradip Kr Das - after I asked for a senior, because the Junior was equally untrained and unprofessional. I was told the following:

                        1. First he told me I had wrongly recharged with a 2G pack, when the last one was a 3G pack - I told him that he should know more about his products - as both were 2G pack as seen on airtel.in.

                        2. I had made a wrong recharge: I should have recharged with Rs 177 instead of 175 - which, when I said there was no such option on Airtel App, he said it could be done only via easy recharge from a vendor - so airtel.in is not a complete site - & hence we are not being told the true facts - hence this is cheating.

                        In no communications that I received from airtel, was I informed of any hidden clauses.

                        Please note I have been robbed 1.7GB, which is equal to at least Rs 250/-, if not more.

                            I have done my porting request on april 9 2016 and received a message of port no it was validate by airtel on april 11 2016.
                            My sim was closed by 17 april . and i started my airtel sim on 17. April and. Verified by call center. But it is not started yet. I call customer care where mr. Sunil rajvanshi at call center jaipur didnt satisfied me and rude to me. He tell me to go retailer not to complain company . which was quite depressed me.                               Issue is
                              I purchased your airtel prepaid sim on 16 april 2016 of 150 rs is not activated in which there has to be 1 gb internet. My sim number is [protected]. Whenever i am calling to your airtel employee everytime he is saying within an hour your sim will get activated and u don't need to bother even i hav his voice recording

                              Please help me sir 150 rs is not a small amount

                                Airtel is cheating in the name of 4g. We couldn't even get 200kbps. My sister tried downloading a movie which is 700mb. It failed thrice while it was about to complete and consumed 4gb just for downloading a 700mb movie. This is really getting worse. We paid 2300 for airtel 4g connection and it is of zero rupee worth now. Also i tried calling customer care 1800* to make a complaint from my alternate number. It did not give me any option in ivr to connect to a representative. It gave an option called, "keep your number yourself". Is airtel becoming stupid or making customers stupid. Feeling ashamed of purchasing 4g hotspot and sad for being airtel customer.

                                Fix the problem. Also i want waiver for my first bill as per the reason mentioned above.

                                I got a call from [protected] and a person keep on saying me to upgrade, upgrade, upgrade. Please ask a person who knows English and who has the capability to understand what is the problem I am facing using this worthless 4G Hotspot connection.
                                Nobody called me to fix the problem in this 4G. Worst customer service.
                                No reply from Airtel. The world's worst and biggest fraud network.

                                  On sunday i recharged of rs.178 for internet recharge bcz i was getting extra benefit from my airtel app. After paying money at the time of bill generating suddenly error came. My money was deducted from bank account but i didn't get recharge.
                                  I called on airtel customer care service regarding issue but i got mixed reviews of them. So i m requesting you to pay my money back.

                                      Last year I got a fancy no([protected]) from idea by paying 6000 as premium.3 months before I ported to airtel. Then I went abroad for business purposes. Then the no got bared, then I enquired customercare they told to regain the no by providing proof bt in airtel store they are telling the no is bared(this happen for a routine of four to five time by calling cc and going to airtel store)

                                        I pay an amount of rs 1100 (It is 1000rs for new connection but the agent took 100 extra) towards new connection of airtel broadband and the agent promises me the new connection in 2 working days. I get a confirmation of the application only 5th again saying they will get it installed in another 3 working days.
                                        Again i give them numerous calls (One ex."thank you for contacting us. The ref. No. For your airtel fixedline/broadband [protected]_kk is 66634956".) and one executive says something and someone else another thing. Then i get a call on 16th april from an executive of agent saying he will do the connection on monday but they cannot give me the promised 8mbps speed but will give 2mbps. I said whatever just get it done.

                                        On monday i call that executive and he cuts my call (Phone. No.[protected]).. I call their boss (Phone. No.[protected]). And he blocks my number, i call the guy who took the money from me and he doesn't pick up.
                                        I call customer support again and they say that the installation has been cancelled due to insufficient resources. (Without even informing me). I call back customer care after two hours to know how will i get the refund and they say that i will get the connection in sometime. I don't know what happened to the cancellation here. I don't what kind of people airtel employs.

                                        Also airtel 4g or even 3g doesn't work well in my building in the centre of bangalore and they show fake advertisements where people get 4g in remote villages!
