I have been using an airtel postpaid data card. As im not using my data card nowadays, i went to the airtel store and gave a letter regarding the cancellation of my postpaid SIM card. Theyasked me to pay my monthly bill which is Rs.100. It has been more than 2 weeks now. They gave me no acknowledgement. When i went to the same store a week later, they said that they have sent something about my SIM card to someone. And my SIM is still active....

I am using 3g postpaid plan since 3 months but am getting 2g speed. The amount has been collected for 3g. I have raised this issue several times with customer care as well as the floor managers in Bangalore, but the response I got was worse.
