I am using 3g postpaid plan since 3 months but am getting 2g speed. The amount has been collected for 3g. I have raised this issue several times with customer care as well as the floor managers in Bangalore, but the response I got was worse. Network Issues-completely zero connectivity at my home

I am not able to make any outgoing calls, or able to receive any incoming calls. I have no connectivity for hours and hours and people are not able to reach me and I am not able to reach others.

A network that claims its presence every in India does not provide a proper coverage at the heart of a city in Bangalore.

This is completely actionable because the company is not serving the customers as appropriate....
