Hi, i am a 8 year customer of airtel. I have postpaid, prepaid, broadband and dth in airtel itself.

Recently i subscribed for an broadband connection in bangalore area. I met an airtel representative who was at a stall near my house in huskur gate area. The airtel representative showed me list of plans available and i selected 16mbps - 50gb plan at a rental of rs 1049 per month. I paid rs 1000 /- for getting a new broadband connection to the representative. When paying the amount i reconfirmed my plan as 16mbps and 50gb. The representative assured the connection will be given in 3 working days.

I received a message from airtel stating that the installation order number is 57928686 and the account number is [protected]. After the installation, i checked the speed limit and it was 2mbps.

I called airtel customer care and complained about the speed limit as i subscribed for 16mbps and was getting only 2 mbps. They replied that in my area the maximum speed limit is 2mbps only. They created a ticket bearing number 66495504 for my complaint. There was no information about the ticket for some days and when i checked the status after 3 days i found the ticket was closed. There was no resolution or work around given to me from airtel for the complaint. Without any resolution to my complaint they have closed the ticket.

Also when 2 mbps is the highest speed that can be given by airtel in my area why airtel has appointed a representative in my area and giving applications for subscribing new connections for 16mbps. There is no notification from airtel that 16mbps is not feasible in this area.

I need a proper response from airtel.

    Recently i have changed my post paid no to pre paid. Its already more than 15 days. But i am unable to add my new no [protected] in my airtel app. Also i am unable to upgrade my 3g sim to 4g sim either thru app or thru sms..
    Also it takes min 5-7 min or some tines virtually impossible to talk to a customer care executive by dialling 121

      I have requested to stop this "divine collection service" by messaging "stop" to the number 155223 since 6/4/2016 to 13/4/2016, more than 7 times. I have not yet used this service. But airtel often deducting rs 35/- towards this service. Today 14/4/2016 airtel deducted rs 35/ towards this service. Please deactivate this service and refund the amount deducted till this date since the service implemented date.

          We have a Airtel number for many year which is prepaid

          Recently on 29 Feb 16 I got a separate internet package for INR 180 valid for 28 days for my mother. However the internet was discounted within 20 days and moreover there was a deducted of INR 261 from the normal/main phone balance. We has put a complain at their office located in Andheri west - Four Bungalows and were assured this will not again .

          On 25 March 2016, We refilled the normal phone and also paid INR 180 separately again valid for 28 days for the internet package . But again on 12 April the internet was discounted and there was deduction of INR 300 from the normal phone prepaid balance .

          On complaining to Airtel staff, they were laughing and saying you don’t understand that you have finished your data package . I had send a written email complain to Airtel and today received a reply saying that my free data usage had exceed, hence they deducted the amount from our normal /main phone balance

          What is their free benefits provided by the package, Zero usage ???? . We does not download, only make few calls on Viber, Whats app message and skype, And who gave Airtel the right to deduct from the main/normal phone balance, did we give them any instruction as such ??? Clearly Airtel is not giving complete information about the data package to customers and using such excuses to extract money from naive data package users who are not aware of the internet system package .

          This is nothing but a scandal by Airtel to make money . We want our refund of both deduction ( INR 216 + INR 300 ) which was done without prior intimation or our approval .

              I undersigned mr vishwas popat more, i have received a notice dated 11/4/2016 from bharati airtel ltd under the subject that complaint regarding unsolicited communication from my mobile no-[protected], further contended that on 4th april 2016 an alleged unsolicited communication received from my mobile no by the someone dnd registered subscriber and therefore due to alleged violation of the tcccp regulations my mobile no is disconnected .
              I say that on 4/4/2016 i never send any msg or communication to any dnd registered subscriber, i had already called to bharati airtel ltd for clarification of the above said notice, thereafter information was received from bharati airtel ltd that some unsolicited message has been sent from my no, and discription given by the airtel company regarding the said alleged unsolicited message, after going through the contents of the message which has informed by them, i am not concerned with the said alleged message and the said alleged message is not relating to my day today affairs, and further informed me that bill of my mobile connection will be finalised and issued after 21st april 2016, there is no any fault on my part, the day to day transaction depends upon my this contact no, therefore i am sustaining huge loss.
              Hence it is my humble request to you, be please reconnect my mobile services.

                I had auto renewal facility for my data pack of 1gb28days till 13th april 2016. I wanted to discontinue it, and so tried the*121# with all possible cides, in vain for about 3 hours. Then, called up customer care who very promptly deactivated the service. I got an sms to the effect on 12th april. My ref no. Is rmodc[protected] dt 12/4/2016, 23.09 hrs.
                On 14th april, at 00.02 hrs, my data pack was renewed, ignoring the deactivation done by customer care!!!
                So, i called up customer care in the morning, most of the time was spent listening to their boring hello tune. Finally the service person said that it cannot be deactivated by customer care personnel!!!
                And that it has to be done by the customer only.
                Why was this not told to me in 12th? And how come i got the deactivation message?
                The supervisor then tells me that i have to use the net pack and that he can do nothing about the inefficiency of the system!!!

                Is the sole purpose of airtel to loot their customers?

                Airtel ought return my talk time of rs. 252 and deactivate my netpack properly and effectively, which they are refusing to do.

                  Airtel number [protected] - i raised a request to close the service. They did not close the account and charging me from 2 months till date. I came to abroad 2 months ago and dropped a mail to them. Called them several times. Logged a complaint in face book also but they said they will call back but never did. Almost 20 times they said this and never did.

                    I have airtel sim card . worst kind of network these people provide and show advertisement even in forest they get network. For god sake please correct network in town's than go for forest. Who ever calls us we cant hear anything again. I stay at shahupuri, kolhapur, (Maharashtra.) In main city there is network issue we don't want network in forest. So plz take necessary action on network issue

                      Hi,

                      My name is naresh jain and i applied for iptv hd connection few months back and paid a sum of 3500/- to airtel sales executive.

                      I have been told by airtel executives that iptv hd connection will not be possible and payment will be refunded.

                      My airtel account no is [protected].

                      I have sent airtel this very mail many times. I was told that the problem would be resolved by 29th july, 2015.

                      I have been given dates again and again but no refund is being made from their end.

                      I request a full refund at the earliest from airtel.
                      I am attaching the customer enrollment form as well.

                      I had recharged from my airtel app for rs100 but i got only rs10 in to balance. 100 is debited from my account if i call the customer care they are not responding properly like wise i am facing many issues related to airtel

                      Airtel called me and asked for my bank details but did not transfer the amount.

                      After a few days, airtel representative called me on May, 23, 2016 and asked if I still want the iptv hd.
                      I agreed but then they again told me that it wont be possible.

                      I request you to kindly give my money back and stop creating troubles for me.

                        Hi,

                        I have paid my bill for [protected] which was Rs 2604 in cash at airtel store and the number is deactivated 6-7 months back but all of sudden i am getting a call from an unknown number who says that he is an advocate from Delhi and have filed case against me in Delhi court. When i called to the customer care, the executive told me to mail on [protected]@airtel.in with my concern but when i got the reply it was shocking and disappointing as they are not able to find any details updated in their system about bill being paid and request for number deactivation, i have to pay this amount again which i find is not fair. When i called back at customer care to ask for proper resolution, Airtel Customer Care people are asking for receipt for the bill paid, i told them its been 6 months i dont have the receipt and since the bill was paid by cash and after learning that i dont have any other proof for paid bill now they are pressuring me to pay this amount again.

                        Hoping to get help from here.

                            I Have Recharged my Airtel dth on 30 march 2015 and on that day relocation was done but the technicians said if i face any problem and not getting signal then contact me(technicians).But from that day onward and till now i face signal problem, whenever i called that technician he said he will come but he not.I also call to customer care and said all my problem related to signal disturbance, i paid rs.150 to technicians but whenever i call to customer care they say me to pay money, they also abuse with me and said i send technician but no one came.whenever i call customer care i have start from start what happen to my stb and problem related to signal i am tired saying one thing all time. my complaint no.50878956 of[protected],[protected]:50951972.

                              Hi, I have been using this number almost for 10yrs now and since 2013 I have started using the 3g net. However since last year I am facing network issue in regards to the 3G internet. Whenever I try to use the internet the complete network goes off and it starts fluctuating between 2G and 3G not only that as my network setting is on auto I also tried to select network manually as told by the representative from customer service. He also informed there is a 3G network problem right now and you are trying to resolve it do u think it should take more than a year to fix the problem and do you believe after going through all this people would believe that your 4G network is the best. Not at all and yes I am paying for 3G and not even getting 2 G network which is really pathetic. My address is sai savera, bhosale nagar, hadapsar, state Maharashtra, city Pune, zip- 411028. After using this network for such a long time I do feel that you should resolve this problem in priority and please do train the customer service properly. Hope this time my problem gets resolved.

                                We have taken airtel sim card 6months back and since the day till today severe call drop is there pune hinjewadi phase 3. When we complain to airtel customer care people they just raise complain and the next day without informing us they will just close saying we have planned and implemented soon so worst response never expected from airtel customer care people. So worst kind of network these people provide and show advertisement even in forest they get network. For god sake please correct network in town's than go for forest. Who ever calls us we cant hear anything again we have to call back. Even when ever we try to call any one it takes 5min to connect, after we dial the number.

                                I have sent mail please check. Taking Airtel account number will not get anything please check in that area.This Problem is not related to only my number, who ever is using Airtel Network facing this kind of Problem in Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune
                                Below Reply is the Reply I got for Airtel :

                                "You have our assurance that the matter is receiving our full attention and we are making every effort to resolve the problem. We are pleased to inform you that a network site is planned for your area and currently we are in the process of acquiring a suitable place for site installation. Once the site is installed, network strength will improve considerably. "

                                I am not at all satisfiend with the answer, you people should have thought this before distributing AIRTEL SIMs not after buying and complaining. Than do one thing unless and untill network site is planned untill than give me free service.I will not do the single monthly payment. Once network site is finished from that month i will pay my monthly rent. Will you except for that..??? Will that be ok..???

                                  I have purchased airtel broadband last year in may month. As per my airtel representative the plan of broadband was for 6 months and if i want to renew it i have to contact him. But after 6 months plan got automatically renew and i am getting bill. And one more thing that the plan was prepaid plan so how can i get bills?
                                  I tried to contact airtel customer care and they had also taken my complaint to close the connection complaint id is 65524950.Still i am getting call from them to pay your bill. Kindly resolved my issue.

                                      Airtel has the most pathetic customer care executives, they handles complaints carelessly. They log a complaint and say you will get a call back from seniors and nobody calls back.
                                      Firstly they gave me a wrong SIM card and when I asked them to deliver home, they denied saying you need to get it from the gallery.
                                      Please re think before taking any services.
