I bought a new sim of Airtel a message was sent to my alternate number stating you number is ready for activation please insert the sim and call 59059 but as i dialed the number it is not getting connected showing as call failed and the Airtel customer care is so difficult to reach no one picks up the call different sites have different numbers and the Airtel store number nearby my location also is connecting no one is responding to the calls .

      I activated 89 rs PVME offer on 7th October it showing in airtel thanks app but it is not working, i was raise the issue same day but it is not cleared till today 21st October, higher customer executives are talking like non-responsibly, very bad experience.

        I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking for Rs. 574.0 on 6th October 2021 and received an SMS with Order ID [[protected]]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

          I have recharged Airtel Data pack by Rs. 48 and got 3GB which is valid till the current outgoing validity yet to expire. however after the recharge when i put on the data an instant notification on the mobile screen shows up directing- "?sign into network". further it is also not getting connected with the laptop.

            Hi,
            So I had paid for new installation of Fiber Broadband on 4th October this year . They still havent done the installation everyday giving some reasons. Everyday telling tomorrow we will do it but now it been 20 days post payment and now when i called them they have cancelled it and asked to repay again. this will again cost more 3-4 days.
            Feel like they are not just playing around.

                  Dear Airtel
                  I want to complaint regarding tower radiation which is within 30 mtrs from my building and antennas are directly facing towards building creating highest radiation and health hazards.

                  I measured the EMF radiation with mobile app and it was very high near to the window on 7th floor, I assume it's because of the nearby tower within 30mtrs aerial distance and antenna facing towards building, mobile tower antenna are in same height as 7th floor

                  I request to Airtel authority responsible for tower planning & maintenance to verify the antenna radiation patterns and take appropriate action to reduce radiation level by reducing Transmit power (temporary) & moving antennas which are directly facing towards building to some other direction so that building will not be in main lobe of antenna radiation pattern (as a permanent solution)

                  Attached are pictures & radiation level measured with mobile app from 7th floor Window

                        I raised a shifting request on 1st october as I shifted but their system did not capture it, it has been 20 days but shifting has not been completed. on 17th october, the guys came, did wiring, attached the router and left without activating the wifi. It has been 20 days since I am taking a follow up on daily basis. I have spoken to 10s of agents and 8-9 supervisor, 1 manager but nobody has given me a proper resolution. I get the same standard reply from the agents and supervisor that the issue will get resolved in 4 working hours and 24 working hours and so on. The engineers assigned to the request never showed up, the escalation team never calls and neither do the supervisor. The supervisor I spoke to were Rajeshwari, Pushpa, Neha, Mallikarjun, Sakshi, etc. These are the names I remember. Not a single person from customer service has followed up on the issue. Not a single person from airtel has taken ownership. Due to the false promises of the agents, my work got piled up and my kid is not able to attend the online classes. I even dropped an email to their NOdal team but no resolution has been provided.

                            I paid online payment of Rs. 3536/- on 19/10/2021 towards Airtel broadband. Attached is the invoice copy for the same.
                            Airtel personnel denied to do internal wiring connections and stating that I should call electric person to get it done.
                            When installation is free why these guys are denying to do it.
                            I want my money back and don't need Airtel Broadband connection.

                                I bought 2 Airtel sims one for me and one for my mother in Bihar last month. I even activated international roaming. I am here in Nepal for vacation and my sims stopped working after a few days. It worked initially for few days. I am sure validity has not expired. Now airtel thanks app shows no information whatsoever. No history or validity anything. I expected that airtel was more professional than other networks. It turns out I was wrong. There is no service at all. Not even emergency service it's as good as dead.

                                  A 6 year old mobile tower has been set up over a 15-20-year-old building which is the most dangerous during earthquakes. The radiations are harmful for every neighbour living around the tower.

                                    today the call was connected to another number, and the person was telling me the number was wrong, and my friend keep talk and she was able to hear my voice, but I am not .

                                        I recharged with 79Rs (Smart Recharge). Then I came to know that I will not be able to send a SMS by this recharge as it say No SMS services.
                                        So as earlier we used recharge, I did a 10rs recharge for sending SMS, yet I was not able to send a SMS. So I called customer care no.
                                        The customer care replied me that the SMS service will be activated only after a recharge of Rs.129. So in fury I said I want to port my no. because you are costing me unnecessary service charges, he replied for that also I will have to recharge with Rs.129 as an SMS is must.
                                        So it is just looting of consumers in the name of services. If a lay/poor person wants send an SMS in urgency will he go around and look for someone to recharge him with Rs. 129 as most of the work nowadays are on SMS (Bank, Adhar, PAN, or any registration work).

                                        My complaint is against the Airtel company for unnecessary compulsion/ Mandatory recharges.
