I raised a shifting request on 1st october as I shifted but their system did not capture it, it has been 20 days but shifting has not been completed. on 17th october, the guys came, did wiring, attached the router and left without activating the wifi. It has been 20 days since I am taking a follow up on daily basis. I have spoken to 10s of agents and 8-9 supervisor, 1 manager but nobody has given me a proper resolution. I get the same standard reply from the agents and supervisor that the issue will get resolved in 4 working hours and 24 working hours and so on. The engineers assigned to the request never showed up, the escalation team never calls and neither do the supervisor. The supervisor I spoke to were Rajeshwari, Pushpa, Neha, Mallikarjun, Sakshi, etc. These are the names I remember. Not a single person from customer service has followed up on the issue. Not a single person from airtel has taken ownership. Due to the false promises of the agents, my work got piled up and my kid is not able to attend the online classes. I even dropped an email to their NOdal team but no resolution has been provided.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
