Hello Team,

I want to register complaint against a new broadband connection I applied via Airtel app. I applied New Broadband connection on 30th March via Airtel app and someone named Srinivas called me and collected all documents and 1000 INR on the same day and promised me that he will make the installation by 31st March.

After which he never received my call to provide me an update. Later he texted me telling that his grand mother died and he gave his manager's number. I called his manager and he was so rude that he told that it's his wish if he want to give the connection and disconnected the call. Later when I texted him back stating him that I will complain to SP Bangalore East Division, he called me back and told he will do it by same day. Now again he is not receiving my call.

I have multiple Airtel Accounts ( 2 DTH, 3 postpaid ) on my name and have never felt such disgrace till date.

Help me to assist on this or I will be forced to write a complaint to consumer civil court.

    Inspite of so many complaints on the customer care number, No one seems to bother about any of the complaints .Every customer care representative is programmed to give the same response, " Madam it will be done by 24 hours ".I dont even remenmber how many such 24 hours have passed and how many fictional technicians have tried to fix the issue . I now understood why all of my friends have opted out of AIRTEL and have become loyal customers of other broadband services .

      I bought new SIM connection on 2nd March 2016. It got activated in 2 days. But since then, I was never ever able to make a phone call from inside my home without having voice break or call drop issue. I was offered 740 MB of 4G data; which is an irony that I never ever got 2G network in my home. I have to step out every time I have to make a call or receive a call. Not only in my home, rather while I am in office, I have to step out from office to make a call.

      My family has to call me at least 20 times to make my phone ring. Everytime it rings, the call drops within a minute and that minute also suffers from severe voice breaking issue. Who will be responsible, in case of any emergency, if my family wants to reach me and can't due to Airtel's pathetic service. Even my Airtel Delhi connection doesn't get network in my home.

      While generating bills, you guys don't even get delayed by 1 second, you charge for every second the call is made. But tell me how am I supposed to make a call while having such network issue.

      I am a freelancer and most of the work is carried out on phone. But since I moved to Bangalore, due to severe network issues, I had lost many of my freelancing contracts.

      Airtel flaunts of widest 4G service. I challenge you to take 4G challenge inside my home. Your 4G girl can't even make a call without having voice break issue or call drop in my home, using internet is beyond imagination.

      Do something about the issue or keep losing your customers.

      Yes. It is very much true. Call drops during important calls are really irritating and highly inconvenient.
      Network is not reliable. During calls, there are multiple call drops.
      When you travel from Electronic City to Majestic, you'll face call drops invariably all the time, particularly in some places like Silk board, Nimhans etc.
      Even in area closer to Electronic City Phase-1(places like Doddathogur, Chikkathogur etc.), the signal drop is very high.
      Absolutely right T.r.r.

      Airtel is cheating the customers by luring with it's fake commitments of having widest and reliable network. Their services in Bangalore, which is considered to be one of the most advanced and important cities in India.

      Telecom ministry should take strict actions against such Mobile Service Providers. They should be penalized for not providing acceptable services.
      Chose pre paid option always. Post paid connection always ends up your bills getting up and up in every month where you have no control. They just create the bill, you cannot Cross check the bill, and No one reply to your query. You get no sleep.

      5 days have past since I logged the complaint. Still no response from Airtel. Good job in cheating customer guys. Hats Off to your irresponsible behavior.
      14 Days and counting. Still not even a single Call/Email/SMS from Airtel. They keep calling me, but to inform me about some of their plans. They offer me more talktime, lower charges, but never ever bother to ask if I am facing any issues. What will I do with your plans when I am not getting even the proper network?

      Well, now quitting Airtel and moving to some other service provider. A feedback to other airtel users, please avoid using Airtel and let them know what the hell they are doing with the customers and their hard earned money.
      Finally got SMS from airtel saying my service request has been logged and will be resolved within 4 days. A guy visited to survey the issue at my place. He checked and confirmed the issue. The guy from Airtel told me that he called me at least 20 times to ask me route for my home but every time he got no network issue.

      They have logged complaint, but don't know when it will be resolved. It has been 7 days since then and still counting.

      Hope Airtel will do something to prevent loosing its customers.
      No resolutions so far. Facing same issues. Well nothing worst can be expected from Airtel.
      Type 121 and you will hear a computer saying in a cracky voice 'Welcome to AIRTEL, India's fastest network'.. lol! Also don't get surprise or get shock when you dial & suddenly you see ' Call Ended bad network coverage' that's absolutely normal.. Everything explains it here.. No doubt they are the fastest in setting up their inactive towers.
      Airtel owner should send his daughter to EARN money but stop people making fool by claiming to be fastest 4g network actually it is worst ### you 100 times
      since the beginning on the year 2017 and its almost end of the year till now i face a network fluctuations i have got the sim for the purpose of gaming with this fluctuations i can't ####### do a thing... if this fluctuations is not fixed by next year m done with your false advertising as the fastest network..
      Data speed - on an average of 50-100 Kbps only even if the signal indicates 4G.. Inside Bangalore city also same condition..

      Voice calls also not properly get connected.
      Most of them always saying your number is not reachable.
      The worst service from Airtel. I decided to switchover to other services.. I won't recommend to any others...
      The most fraudsters airtel . No proper network. I wasted money .
      Worst network so far... JIO is far better than airtel. Now a days 4G network speed of airtel is ~400Kbps.
      We are having an Airtel PRI line and the payments are made through NEFT.Yet the payments are not updated and keep dissconnecting the lines every month. Have escalated as per the escalation matrix but no one bothers to rectify the issue. Airtel has become worst in case of service providing and customer satisfaction

        I recharged the airtel mobile number [protected] online through DEBIT CARD banking first it show failure( bank txn no - VbyV/PRCR/[protected]/[protected]:23: ) but the amount has been deducted from my Bank a/c. Kindly refund or cancel the payment at the earliest.

            I have raised a complaint with Airtel team(Reference No[protected] on 1 April 2016 for 4G Network issue and frequently Data Network drop.

            SR was closed without providing any solution and no intimation to customer.

            Knowing this I called on 121(23:57:37) informing of my complaint not solved but it is closed from Customer Care and what i got a response that issue has been resolved and in comment it is mentioned that "I am located in weak Zone and this is the best possible Network which can be provided to me"

            After discussion with customer care representative I was inform that they will be arranging call back from technical team within 24 Hrs.

            Luckily I received a call today morning(08:23:38) from +[protected].while speaking to customer representative she updated me same information what was inform me last night and also told that they can provide me only information and was ask me to call her Sr Supervisor for further grievance.

            so is this your technical team who just read from the comment and update same to customer.After having call no where i can say that she was
            technical person.

            I have provided call conversation and the screen shot of my mobile screen which indicate network drop.


            I am surprise on how come suddenly my area come to weak zone when till few days
            back i was using WiFI Hostspot device(XXXXXXXX00) from same location and also have access 4G from my Mobile.

            When we are asking for solution and Time line what we are getting response from appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com is
            "Your feedback acts as the roadmap for our planning on network deployment and I have forwarded your location details to my technical team for future network planning.

            Network enhancement involves clearance and approvals from local authorities and some external factors owing to which it may not be possible to provide you a specific time frame for resolving your concern."

            This message is from their higher complaint cell.

            I want solution from Airtel team which till now they are not able to provide me.

              I got a call from a number :-+91-[protected].She said that her name is Suman, and she is calling from Airtel.

              She sent a person whom she said that his name is Shayyed.His mobile number is [protected].But the agency people informed me that his name is Md. Usman.

              I gave him a xerox copy of my AADHAR CARD and a passport size photo.

              He gave me a receipt in name SUN SHINE GLOBAL SERVICES.

              When I called today this agency regarding the activation of my sim, they informed me that Sayyed who sold me the 4G Dongle and Sim does not work with them and he has done some fraud by giving the receipt of their agency.

              The Contact number of this agency is:-+91-[protected].

              The TIN number written on the receipt is :-[protected].

              I will be attaching the scanned copy of the receipt with this mail.

              I just wanted to know, if I share my details to AIRTEL how these fraud people contact and even sell AIRTEL 4G HOTSPOT AND SIM.

              I hope you people will look into this issue and keep me posted on this.

                From april 1st 2016 onwards, i am not getting any smss to my number [protected] due to which i am facing problems with online banking and other transaction issues. I have complained to airtel customer care also but so far nothing seems to have happened.

                  I requested for airtel brodband services on 24.03.2016. I talked with the customer care regarding the same, she confirmed with
                  feasibility of installation in my area/location and on the same day executive visited for the documents and installation fees. I submitted
                  all the documents along with the installation(Rs. 1000) and security fee(Rs. 200). He assured about the connection
                  within 3 working days. After 3 days I talked with customer care, she told about some cable issue in my area which
                  will take some time to be fixed. I tried to reach to executive on the same day, he responded after several frustrated attempts. He falsely assured
                  me again that he can deliver the service by 31.03.2016 end of the day. On His assurance i bought the device (Panasonic Single line 2.4GHz kx -TG3611SXB Digital cordless Telephone)
                  which cost me rs. 1885 and i requested for the disconnection of my previous brodband connection. Now if i want to restore my previous Internet Service
                  Provider's services then also i have to pay Rs. 1500 which is quiet unnecessary as it happened due to your interference.

                  Almost 2 weeks passed and the service is not yet delivered. I request you to cancel my order as you are unable to deliver the services (which hardly takes an hour) and return my
                  documents as well as the total cost(Rs.4585 ) caused to me.

                  Rs. 1000: installation fee
                  Rs. 200: security fee.
                  Rs. 1885: Panasonic Single line 2.4GHz kx -TG3611SXB Digital cordless Telephone

                    I am a vodafone user and never taken any airtel sim yesterday i got message from Airtel.

                    Thank you for your interest in Airtel! We have received your request for activation of mobile no. [protected].The same will be activated within 24 hrs.

                    And today morning

                    Dear Customer, verification with your local reference for your Airtel Mobile [protected] has been¿completed successfully.We will keep you updated on the progress.

                    I have not recived any verification call and never requested for any sim card somebody is using my documents, please do not activate this number.

                    Let me know the procedure to stop activation of the above number.

                          I am using connection no [protected].on 28.03.2016 I applied for recharge amounting RS208.00 The amount was paid through net banking Tr ID[protected]. The recharge was not done till this time. An email was also posted to saying "' Sorry! Your transaction failed due to some technical error.
                          Please complete your transaction now.Mobile Number (+91) Recharge Amount Rs208 [protected]' Under the circumstances, amount debited to my account must have been restored to me but this has not been done so far. I request that this amount together with app. Rs11.00 be restored immediately.

                            Hi,
                            Please note that on19th of march i have been charged for using mobile data by vodafone whereas i have not used and i was out of station. Which is very much evident that while roaming when i am not activated data plan i will not be able to access internet. Whenever i am out of town i was not able to access as my network was reliance and moreover i never activated data.

                            Please note i will not make payment for that particular day i.E 19th march 2016 as it is not my fault. I have already complained to vodafone on the issue via e-mail.

                                  I have received Airtel 4G SIM card 1 month back and from that time I have been facing many network connectivity problems. I spoke to many Airtel executives and Managers but none of them were able to address my concern.

                                  Issue: I’m unable to make and receive calls during my office timings. I complained number of times but none of them were able to resolve it. I even took many duplicate SIM cards but I had the same problem. I even escalated to Airtel Appellate and Nodal team but even they are least bothered and didn’t resolved my issue.
                                  They have even closed my complaint without my notice and without the resolution. When I asked them how can they close and they said that could be the issue was resolved hence they closed it. The service request number is 68455228.
                                  I would say Management is least bothered in resolving customer concerns. I am using this number from last 8 plus years but they are least bothered.

                                  I know how much my mobile is important to me because I dealt with client in an out and most of my clients got pissed off by calling me but my number won’t get connected. I’m so frustrated that now I’m switching to Vodafone.

                                  I request you to kindly look this issue and take it further.

                                      Hi,

                                      I was an airtel prepaid customer 2months back and i changed to postpaid because of wrong information provided by the airtel person about the bill plan. I have been put into an expensive bill plan. When i raised a request with airtel to change my plan to the one that is said. The response i got is you will not be able to change your plan. So there is no other way left for me so i requested them to change me back prepaid but i didn't get any response from them.

                                      Could you please help me in solving this.

                                        I am using Airtel post paid 'my pack' plan where I get fixed monthly mobile minutes and SMS by paying fixed monthly rent. Usage beyond fixed results in charges.

                                        Company does not provide any self help system to get information on how many call minutes/sms have been used at any given point of time.

                                        I have to email company every time to get this basic information. There is no standard process defined. Some executives will share information on single request. Others will refuse to share few times and then provide.

                                        In latest development, company executives have refused to provide this information despite several requests and giving reference of past events of sharing.

                                        Company's default policy is to not provide any self help system and block access to information, keeping the customer in darkness. This policy results in several disadvantages for customer
                                        1 Not knowing how much is used, customer can easily overshoot limits resulting in high bill
                                        2 Customer can not plan his usage as he does not know how much is used or remaining. This can result in under usage

                                        I would request you to direct company to provide suitable self help system as in prepaid service or promptly provide information on request
