I have a Airtel 4G Dongle postpaid connection (using it from more than one year), with number [protected]. From last 5 months i am not getting good signal, so the quality of speed is derated. It not even giving 2G speed. I have complained it to the customer care 4 months back, they told to bear with them for 3 months and they will install new tower. After waiting for 3 months (paying full amount of money) still i see the internet speed in the same conditon. I have called customer care again and complained about the situation, but they are simply telling that their representative will come and check, but till now no one came. They are simply charging me with bill but not responding. Customer care people gave me the following reference numbers, from the month of November 2015 to March 2016 (Reference numbers: 66292315, 68402434,[protected]. with using the full speeds i am paying them money from the month of November 2015.
even i told them, if they cannot provide good internet speed, please remove the connection, but no response.

I have already sent a mail to airtel.presense as well as airtel 121 too. I didn't get any satisfactory answer. Today i got a mail like the number and sim got deactivated. I am asking how to reactivate and get the same number as it is tagged to multiple purposes and i am using this number from 2006 onwards.
Don't know whether the my request is understood or not. I am only asking how to get the same number. Airtel people are not telling the process to get the same number instead they are sending the same copy and paste response like your sim got deactivated and you havn't used from past 90 days. Past is the past. I am expecting atleast right response and solution to get my number.
