Dear Sir,
I have bought new Airtel D2H connection before a month ago.
After that, eventually I have to face bad signal problem and picture was not clear.
So, since last couple of days, I am not able to see any channels on my Airtel D2h tv connection though I ahve pay money.
The reason was, while first time installation, installation engineer did not install the dish on correct place.
So, I have raise the complaint on Airtel Customer care.
I got a confirmation from Airtel customer care, for the reallocation for the dish I don't have to pay any extra money as it is engineer’s fault. So Aitel should bare this expense. (On call : [protected] by Mosin Ansari)
After that, I got a call from reallocation engineer to pay extra money of rps 250/- for this, (On call: [protected] - Alpesh Makwana)
As this is airtel's engineer's mistake, why should I pay this amount.
Airtel refuse to solve the issue and asking for extra money.
Please look into it and solve this issue as early as possible.
