Hi,
I have done mobile data card recharged to my mob:[protected] through icici bank online .
Transaction remarks:
Bil/[protected]/0120/[protected]/[protected] recharged amount was rs.259

I have dailed to karnataka customer service [protected] almost 5 or 6 time around 2 + hour waisted my time for dailing to talk about this issue. But not picking the call only. Then i dailed [protected] this people picked the call soon and i informed the issue, they told the issue only karnataka customer service can help you, so again i dailed to karnataka customer care they still not responded, i tried many times, then again [protected] this number dailed and picked .When i told they saying you have to talk to [protected] ..I really got frustrated with customer care service...I badly got anger because i was in emergency for this mobile data card balance, even they asked me mam please be in hold i waited long then they made me disconnected..Really i am not happy with airtel customer service support, when the customer is in rural area and balance was needed in very emergency, how they will take care... Please take care of this issue...

I received a message saying "your Rs256=1GB 3G pack has expired yesterday. Buy your pack with auto-reneawl and get 10% cashback with each renewal.To purchase this pack with auto renewal, reply with 12" I replied with 12, still nothing happend. not credit back the money account, even not received the recharge amount back too. Try to resolve the issue ASAP .
After this complaints, I received a call from this [protected]. the caller asked me for my debit card number, I told I can't share that, he said we will refund the amount, after that he asked for Exp Date, I told not possible still he said, no..no.. we will credit your amount back, then I said the date of exp, after that he asked me to give the security opt code, I told I will not give.No chance of giving that.. Then I disconnected. again call came from another number [protected], he also saying the same thing. Your complaint we received, so we need your card details to give amount back, that time my husband took the call, and he spoke with him, again that guy also said we are going to deposit the amount back, so card number we needed, he given card number and exp date, after that he asked for CSV number, my husband said to him we will not share that CSV number. then we disconnected. So finally we got a call from [protected]. This person also asking the same thing I told him, we are not ready to give you CSV number, he said no need of CSV, we need only card number and exp date, I told usually all transaction will do through account number and IFSC code, that time he said no we are not going through the online transaction, the reason is server is done that is why my manager asked to do this way, Using card number, I was getting opt security code in my mobile inbox many... it was saying "you have initiated a purchase transaction on your ICICI bank card, etc..." .at the end I got an sms saying that "dear customer, due to security reasons, your ICICI bank debit card is blocked from 3d secure online ... ".

    My customer id id [protected] on airtel digital tv, they have added, maa tv top up, set pix top up, gemini tv top up with out my knowledge, when asked for refund they do not even bother. worst service, when asked for refund, they expressed their inability to refund the mony as it is 30 months old claim.

    all people are cautioned to watch their billing on airtel tv as these money suckers will fleece you without you realiing the same.

      This mail is revert by airtel and many more after that. But still they are not refunding the money. Please suggest me what I have to do now for these fake promise.

          I have fixed line for past 13 years with airtel and now since i dont need anymore i called them to disconnect. but instead of disconnection they put my connection in hold as per thier advice. but after couple of days i requested them to totally disconnect as i dont use landline. they did not take my disconnection request even after calling more than 6 times. they refuse to give disconnection order no.
          till last month i have paid on time and i can pay upto today but i cannot continue to pay for this line since i dont use it.

              I told Airtel sales executive Sathya in Chennai that there is no broadband connection in our area but he told few customers names and said we can provide broadband there. I paid RS.1000 and also I got below confirmation message.

              Documents received against your fixedline account No [protected] installation order no. 58306189. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to Installation Engineer, except additional CPE purchases(if any). For queries, call[protected].

              Now, an agent called and said, we can't give connection try to your area. When I said, Airtel representative said there are already few customers, he yelled at me and said, that's sales team, go and ask them.

              Airtel customer service becoming as a crappy one. This is the most ridiculous conversation.
              I need proper action to be taken and my money refunded immediately.

                I have submitted a requested on Nov 11, 2015 from a non registered email id.( I used my official id and copied in my gmail registered id. I received a reply from Airtel on the same day asking me to either resend the request from my registered if or to provide a few mandatory details. I replied with the details reqested, again from my official id and copied in my gmail id. I did not receive any follow up after this and assumed this was being taken care of. I received a bill for Nov 2015 and on Dec 15th 2015 i again emailed Airtel informing them that I have disconnected but am still receiving bills. I had settled all outstanding until Nov 2015 and will not be paying for any more services. Pls note that i have Zero usage on both my LL and BB connection since Nov 2015. I have been receiving countless calls asking me to settle outstanding and i have been informed eevery agent who called me that i have disconnected services. In march 2015, i was informed i still have an active conection and had dues of Rs 6000+. On march 7th, an extremely rude collctions agent threatened to bring the police to my place. Since I knew this was illegal, i told him so and hung up. I called 198 to register a complaint against him and was infomed that they do not have any cancellation request for my line. I sent them snapshots of my emails in Nov and Dec 2015, and asked them to atleast action it then. As of March 7th, a new request was taken for the cancellation and I was asked to mail 121 to ask for a rebate with evidences. Inspite of me sendng multiple emails with snapshots of my emails to airtel, i keep getting the same from the billing team saying I did not request for a cancellation until March 2015. I have escalated to the nodal team. While a few of the advisors from nodal understood the issue, when the query was sent to the billing team for resolution, I would be back to square one. I am not seeing any response from airtel as to how and why they say they havnt received the cancellation request when I clearly have screenshots of my requests to them.
                The customer service in this regard has been pathetic inspite of me being an airtel customer for over 8 yrs.

                  I activated nightplan of 49rs. which allows me to use 3g net from 12 am to 6 am.But i was unable to get benefit from the plan as the airtel's 3g service was down the whole time leaving me with only 2g net reception.I would like a refund of cimplete 49rs. on my airtel no.                     Hi I have a postpaid Airtel number [protected] from last 2 years, in that 1999 plan is activated and after that when my 3g plan ended I activated 3-4 smart packs.But when got bill, it shows 6-7 smart packs activation.I use 3-4 smart packs but got bill of 7 smart packs.I got msgs from 121 server that( Sorry! We are unable to process your request at this moment. Please try later.
                    99 - Home).My bill came 6880 approx in feb & 7500 approx in mar.for this matter I spoke with customers care 2 times.They told me that because of TECHNICAL PROBLEM this is happened. He also told me by mistake company charged 1800 extra in Feb bill and 3500 extra in this current Mar bill.BOTH OF AIRTEL EXECUTIVES SAID THAT WE FORWARD YOUR COMPLAINT AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE COMPANY WILL WAIVER OF 4500 APPROX AND WITH IN 2 DAYS I WILL GET NEW BILL.

                    is this any kind of joke?are you really serious?you should think twice about 1 month bill is rs7000.butill I have not received any call or new bill.this is very worse.very very disappointed.
                    I WANT MY MONEY BACK(OF FEB BILL) OR IF POSSIBLE THEN CHANGE MY THIS NUMBER TO PREPAID.

                    Hi I have a postpaid Airtel number [protected] from last 2 years, in that 1999 plan is activated and after that when my 3g plan ended I activated 3-4 smart packs.But when got bill, it shows 6-7 smart packs activation.I use 3-4 smart packs but got bill of 7 smart packs.I got msgs from 121 server that( Sorry! We are unable to process your request at this moment. Please try later.
                    99 - Home).My bill came 6880 approx in feb & 7500 approx in mar.for this matter I spoke with customers care 2 times.They told me that because of TECHNICAL PROBLEM this is happened. He also told me by mistake company charged 1800 extra in Feb bill and 3500 extra in this current Mar bill.BOTH OF AIRTEL EXECUTIVES SAID THAT WE FORWARD YOUR COMPLAINT AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE COMPANY WILL WAIVER OF 4500 APPROX AND WITH IN 2 DAYS I WILL GET NEW BILL.

                    is this any kind of joke?are you really serious?you should think twice about 1 month bill is rs7000.butill I have not received any call or new bill.this is very worse.very very disappointed.
                    I WANT MY MONEY BACK(OF FEB BILL) OR IF POSSIBLE THEN CHANGE MY THIS NUMBER TO PREPAID.

                      As per Airtel advertisement they are giving 4G network plan and I have Airtel sim having mobile number [protected] in the name of SEKH SAHID ALAM but the problem is most of the time I am not getting network so I am unable to use it and the worst thing is many time inside my bedroom I am not getting network coverage in urgency I can't call anybody. Many time my clients are trying to call me it's saying switch off. So Airtel is lying in his advertisements.

                              I have recharged 200 RS . it deducted 35 RS three times any third party service s which is not activate by me. My whole amnt got deducted for unnecessary service. When I talk to CSR Mr. Kuldeep and anup they hardly tried to help rather tried to get rid off me..
                              This why I stopped using airtel such cheater to its long time customers .

                              I lost my faith on airtel.
                              They keep on deducting till it bal become nill for no reason . some time I got refund some time I didn't know they made huge deduction s.

                              Airtel cheats people. Thanks God we have other options in the market. Airtel will not only loose me but also other 5 connection s in my family.

                                    Again airtel has disappointed me…..

                                    Using airtel since 2008, due to network issue switch over to other network. But last year in oct-16 i have received a mind blowing plan from airtel for which i was looking for….

                                    Visited your store number of times for clarifying about the plan and network but i have been assured by your customer representative that their will be no issue/problem in network and our network is the best in market.

                                    From the 1st day, i was never ever able to make a phone call from inside my home without having voice break or call drop issue. I was offered 2.7 gb of 4g data; which is an irony that i never ever got 2g network in my home. I have to step out every time i have to make a call or receive a call.

                                    Since then, i personally visited airtel store on numerous occasion and registered complaint, every time i have been assured that the issue will be resolved within week but regret to inform you that till date i have not seen any improvement…

                                    My family has to call me at least 20 times to make my phone ring. Every time it rings, the call drops within a minute and that minute also suffers from severe voice breaking issue. Who will be responsible, in case of any emergency, if my family wants to reach me and can't due to airtel's pathetic service.

                                    While generating bills, you guys don't even get delayed by 1 second, you charge for every second the call is made. But tell me how am i supposed to make a call while having such network issue.

                                    I am in procurement field and most of the work is carried out on phone. I had lost many deals due to severe network issues.

                                    Airtel is cheating the customers by luring with it's fake commitments of having widest and reliable network. I challenge you to take 4g challenge inside my home. Your 4g girl can't even make a call without having voice break issue or call drop in my home, using internet is beyond imagination.

                                    If airtel is not able to resolve the network issue, then should provide free of cost service till the issue has not been resolved.

                                    You are requested to acknowledge my complaint resolve at the earliest….

                                      Hi i have purchased the airtel 4g wifi hot spot device with the data plan of 10GB unlimited for a month. Initially when I got the device the representative told me that post 10gb o[censored]sage I will be able to use 3g unlimited . But that is not the case and also. when ever i switch on the dongle even with out any device connect i could see there is some data usage. The 10 GB gets used with in few days even though I rarely open any videos. NOt only me many users have posted the same complaint on airtel in online forums. I raised complained and a call back office from airtel agreed that there is this issue with airtel everywhere that is they charge more than what is actually used. e asked me to change the network. But I have paid 2400 + taxes for the dongle device. airtel needs to stop this data looting
