I bought new SIM connection on 2nd March 2016. It got activated in 2 days. But since then, I was never ever able to make a phone call from inside my home without having voice break or call drop issue. I was offered 740 MB of 4G data; which is an irony that I never ever got 2G network in my home. I have to step out every time I have to make a call or receive a call. Not only in my home, rather while I am in office, I have to step out from office to make a call.
My family has to call me at least 20 times to make my phone ring. Everytime it rings, the call drops within a minute and that minute also suffers from severe voice breaking issue. Who will be responsible, in case of any emergency, if my family wants to reach me and can't due to Airtel's pathetic service. Even my Airtel Delhi connection doesn't get network in my home.
While generating bills, you guys don't even get delayed by 1 second, you charge for every second the call is made. But tell me how am I supposed to make a call while having such network issue.
I am a freelancer and most of the work is carried out on phone. But since I moved to Bangalore, due to severe network issues, I had lost many of my freelancing contracts.
Airtel flaunts of widest 4G service. I challenge you to take 4G challenge inside my home. Your 4G girl can't even make a call without having voice break issue or call drop in my home, using internet is beyond imagination.
Do something about the issue or keep losing your customers.

Network is not reliable. During calls, there are multiple call drops.
When you travel from Electronic City to Majestic, you'll face call drops invariably all the time, particularly in some places like Silk board, Nimhans etc.
Even in area closer to Electronic City Phase-1(places like Doddathogur, Chikkathogur etc.), the signal drop is very high.
