I have recharged with Airtel recharge of Rs. 379 for 84 days validity (kolkata circle) on 11th October 2021 which had 6 GB data, 900 Sms and unlimited calling facilities ( Local, STD, Roaming on any network) in the pack. But since 11th October 2021 post recharge my data is not working and a "E" sign is showing constantly in the network bar whenever I switch on mobile data.
I have complained about this problem with Airtel on 11th Oct. 2021 and they wanted time till 21st October 2021 to resolve the issue. However the problem persist and I was compelled to complain again for the same issue in November 02, 2021. This time also they wanted time till 15 th November 2021. However I am sure till that date the problem will still persists.
Everytime I call customer care they assure me they are working on the problem but sill the problem stays and deadline gets over . Moreover due to Work from Home model internet has become a necessity to ensure that the work must go on and I am struggling to work .
Request you to please enquire into the matter and please solve the issue at earliest .

    Helo I m using airtel [protected]. For this number I have given a network issue to the airtel customer care team on 01/03/2021. as of now the issue has not been resolved. I have given various mails and various calls for the same issue. Everytime they r giving one complaint reference number and closing the complaint without giving solution and without giving update to me. For the same issue I have raised two grievance to trai also. For the first complaint Airtel has revert me back that the issue will be resolved with in 17/05/2021 and nothing had happened as of now. After that another mail I given to trai for the same issue for this also airtel has given one reference number NP[protected] and not yet resolved Now 26/10/2021 the issue has not solved and not even responding customers. Worst customer care. Kindly ask them to refund my money and give some compliment of some more money for wasting my money as well as my energy.

      I bought this dongle online few 3 days ago. I was regularly using my mobile hotspot prior to this for connecting net to my laptop. Ever since I started using this dongle, the data consumption is like hell. It consumes data so very fast. Im sure there is something wrong but whom to approach in this matter. hope to get some help from here. Thanks & Regards.

        I have been writing to airtel customer service and tweeting too for about 10 days now with no response. This is regarding stoppage of safe custody and restoration of full services on my postpaid mobile number immediately as I need to travel to India. I currently live in US and I am about to start a travel to India and need my number active at any cost immediately. In spite of repeated attempts I have had no luck in getting resolution to my issue. Hope you will assist.

          SRN[protected] I have Sent Emails and called like more than 20 times spoken to 6 supervisors from the customer care team but till now my issue is not resolved. I have not even recieved any call Airtel Technical Team or Email Reply to my Mail send to the Nodal Team Kolkata, Tried every possible option Airtel is not at all helpful, they keep on saying issue is escalated and will get resolved in 4 hours, but noes it almost more than 5 days since broadband is not working and it is now impacting my work. AIRTEL IS THE WORST ORGANIZATION OF INDIA AND HAS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

            I have tried contacting the local internet provider who installed this airtel router, complained by writing email, also complained using airtel thanks app. But nothing seems to be working.. My internet is down Since last Thursday. And nobody seems to be concerned even after so much of complaining.. This is so careless in today's time when everyone is dependent on their home internet. There is no sense of responsibility by airtel service people. I will never recommend anyone to reply and depend on airtel.Such a pathetic experience.

              broadband internet not working from 3 November on 4 th November technician just phone called by saying he is checking issue, till now one visited my house to check, from 4 days I m continuously complaining dis to customer care but not solved yet, always customer saying we are escalating complain to technical department but only once I recieved call not solved yet, please look into the issue resolve as soon as possible

              dis customer care ppl are playing games keeping my call in holding by saying transferring to senior and ending call in 5-10 mins every tym, hardly revert receiving calls from them stating same will resolve by today, it’s now 9 days boardband not working neither any technician visited my house to check

                  On 8th Nov I did a recharge of 399 and process went smooth . I thought recharge is done but it wasn't refelected on my phone. I havent yet received any refund.

                    Hi,

                    Am writing regarding a plan change done without confirmation from the customer side. Landline number[protected]

                    First I have received a call on 1 Nov 12.54 pm from [protected] asking for plan change I clearly told am not interested for plan change.

                    Second I have received a call from [protected] on 5th Nov caller Saranya was telling about details and dropped without taking any confirmation I called back almost 30 times to that mobile number but she did not pick up the call it was in waiting .

                    I have written several mails and no response for that

                      Hi I'm using Airtel for many years. Present I'm in abroad. I recharged my number last month with 79 and got talktime in Airtel thanks app. Now I have main balance in app and when I'm trying to recharge it's not working as I don't have any validity left. Really disappointed. Please help me.

                        I did a MNP from JIO to Airtel today.
                        The jio sim got deactivated but Airtel sim also does not work now.

                        Got a message as Your services have been set. Please restart your handset and I have done every possible thing and still nothing.

                        Still have No Network, absolutely pathetic

                          Dear Sir / madam. I tried to do a recharge of 498/- on 28th Oct. Amount was deducted after sometime I got a message saying it was unsuccessful and will be refunded in 7-10days. It’s been more than that I haven’t received it yest . Please help.

                                I have taken airtel broadband 200 mbps plan on 6 nov 2021. The landline number for the connection is [protected] and the registered mobile number is [protected]. The receipt for the plan activation is not showing to me on airtel thanks app and airtel website. I talked to their costumer care but they are not willing to provide the complete bill. Ranjeet Kumar, the employee at Airtel Broadband, Saharsa office did my KYC. He had confirmed me that I will get the bill but now he is not responding to my calls.

                                  Hi, Myself Jaydeepsinh, I stay in guj pin 362268, gir somnath dist, i want to submit complaint against the Airtel as they are failing badly with mobile network services, pathetic level of services they are offering! though showing all wrong in advertisement, I came to my town on the occasion of Diwali and found no network here from last few days... due to this I missed many calls and few emergencies as well, , this is very very bad. do not make wrong promises when you are so poor, , , so so poor! if you need money atleast have some guts and beg on signals but do not cheat your consumers! we are paying our hard earned money! i see many people are facing issues here and paying bills to airtel! DEAR AIRTEL, ITS A HUMBLE REQUEST - PLEASE SHUT DOWN YOUR BUSINESS.. TODAY.. NOW IF POSSIBLE

                                    Dear Airtel Team,

                                    I would like to bring this to your notice that i shifted my connection from Udaipur to Haldwani. Installation team was very nice, they installed it without any hassles but after installation i got to know that the box near my home from where the connection was given has not been activated as of now. I waited for more than a week for connection to be shifted but at the end it not activated. Doesnt make any sense. I have already done the advance payment of 3 months as well. I am not complaining but this needs to be resolved as. i am not able to use the internet.

                                      Unable to use internet connection from the last 1 month. I called coustomer care number but didn't get positive response. Due to this network issue I am unable to attend the meeting, college lecture.
                                      Slove this issue asap or else gave my recharge cost back . I will port it to another network company .

                                        Hello,

                                        I have airtel sim [protected] with one year validity. I travelled to Dubai on 8th august, 2021. Suddenly on 3rd Nov, 2021 my sim network is down. I checked in Airtel app and I can see that my sim validity remaining is 148 days. But still I don't have network on my Airtel sim. Can you please resolve the issue.
