    We have requested for cancellation of 4g Internet on Nov 6th for the number
    [protected]. However it was not done and we were informed later that it has been
    converted to prepaid. If it was converted to prepaid, why are we being charged postpaid rental charges until 24th Dec? We have been out of station in the month of November and
    December and haven't used any internet. But we are told that there is some
    109mb usage and hence we have to pay the bill. No one is even ready to listen
    to the situation. We get rude calls from the customer service demanding we pay
    the amount. Why should I pay when I cancelled it on November 6th itself? We regret to inform that the service provided by Airtel is highly
    disappointing. We have been speaking to the customer service repeatedly a
    number of times explaining the issue but in vain.
    They have themselves mentioned in the mail that their agent made a mistake in not cancelling it and they are sorry. The price of that sorry is Rs. 2500 for the customer, not for the employee who did not do his work on time.

    This is what I have been hearing from the past few months, that you will resolve the issue but in the end it is the same reply I get - that I have to pay the bill just because your customer support executive made a mistake in not cancelling the connection on time.
    I have received a call from the customer care today regarding this issue. I have explained the case patiently and after listening to the whole issue, the executive comes to a conclusion that we asked for the connection to be converted to prepaid and hence we have to pay the monthly rental amount which is correct and valid.

    We never asked for a prepaid conversion and when I asked if he listened to the call recording that actually happened on the above said dates, he said he hadn't verified them but there is a 'note' made by their customer care agent which mentions it. Seriously! A note???? I can also show hundreds of notes saying this was my actual conversation with Airtel. Why do you even record the calls if they can't be used for dispute resolution purposes? Is this the way to resolve an issue - by trying to convince the customer that you are right and valid?

      I activated RC 95 under auto renewal. this month Rs95 debited on 15th. but service not activated. response from CSC is not satisfactory. I have received activated message only. but they say that the service is not activated and the amount was again credited. but no such message sent. poor service from the company.

        since 17th march 2016.. its been constantly calling and when called back isn't even replying back.. not even telling the person's name when asked.. voices at the background can be heard...so more than 1 person is involved..

        i would be obliged i[censored] looked into the matter asap...and let me know the person's identity...as it's not even visible in truecaller..

            My mobile no. [protected], I have recharged my phone rupees 299/ - 3G Internet pack 1.25 GB Data on[protected], through airtel website under this transaction ID 481835. But it could not happen successful due to some technical error in airtel website.

            According to aitel customer care they will give my money refund in 10 working days i. e.[protected].. But till yet I have not got my money on my credit card account.

            Regarding the same I have written many emails to their cutomer care, nodal officer and appelatte authority and called airtel 121 customer care, nodal officer and appelatte authority many times and detailed the problem every time but they have not given me positive answers and responses.

            Till now I have not got my money. If airtel provide this type of service to every customer which I am facing it is not good or acceptable.

            I realized that Airtel has no intentions of refunding my money back.

            I, as a customer is extremely disappointed that such a reputed company like Airtel is not as prompt in refunding the money and provide this type of service to their customers.

              आजकाल ऐरटेल मोबाईल सर्विस सेंटर वाले कोई कस्टमर ऐरटेल को छोड़कर अन्य सर्विस वाले के पास ना जाए इसलिए उस ईनसान की पोरटीग रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट कर देते है.

              ऐ कानून के खिलाफ है. इस लिए ऐरटेल कंपनी पर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए.

              मै पिछले 15 दिन से पोरटीग के लिए टृय कर राहा हु लेकिन ऐ हरामखोर ऐरटेल वाले उसे रिजेक्ट कर रहे है .

              मै trai से निवेदन करता हु की मुझे पोरटीग को परवागी दे नही तो मुझे पोलीस मे कमलेट करनी पडेगी

              मुझे noc रायटिंग मे चाहिए, क्योंकि बाद मे कोई भी व्यक्ति फोन पर बतारहे है कि आप mnp के लिए अप्लाई करो एयरटेल की वोर से कोई ऑब्जेक्शन नहीं है।
              में एयरटेल और इतर ऑपरेटर के ऑफिस में चाकर लगाके थक गया हु कोई भी पॉजिटिव रिप्लाई नहीं देता। एयरटेल वाले बोलते है हमारी तरफ से कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं है। आप को जिस सर्विस प्रोवाइडर में जाना है उससे बात करो हमने आपकी रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट नहीं की.
              लेकिन मै जब दूसरे ओपेरटर के ऑफिस जाता हु तो व् बोलते है हमारे वोर से रिक्वेस्ट भेजने के बाद एयरटेल से रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट होती है. कारण बताते है की ये नंबर डिएक्टिवटिव् और अपडेट के रिक्वेस्ट में है। लेकिन मेरी वॉर से कोई भी रिक्वेस्ट आरटल में नहीं गई है।


              ये एयरटेल वाले बिना कामके हरामी करते है. एक तो इनका नेटवर्क पुरे हिंदुस्तान में सबसे ज्यादा ख़राब है मेरा फ़ोन दिन में १४ घंटे आउट ऑफ़ रेंज होता है तो में क्यू १००० रु हर महीने बिल पेमेंट करू.
              इसलिए में पोर्टिंग कर रहा हु मुझे एयरटेल की सर्विस जीवन में आगे कबि भी नहीं चाइये
              एयरटेल वालो हरामी पण छोड़के मुज़े पोेर्टिंग करने दो नहीं तो पुलिस में fir दाखिल; करूँगा की एयरटेल मुज़े जबरदस्ती से एयरटेल में रक रहे है

              मुझे NOC रायटिंग मे चाहिए, क्योंकि बाद मे कोई भी व्यक्ति फोन पर बतारहे है कि आप MNP के लिए अप्लाई करो एयरटेल की वोर से कोई ऑब्जेक्शन नहीं है।

              में एयरटेल और इतर ऑपरेटर के ऑफिस में चाकर लगाके थक गया हु कोई भी पॉजिटिव रिप्लाई नहीं देता। एयरटेल वाले बोलते है हमारी तरफ से कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं है। आप को जिस सर्विस प्रोवाइडर में जाना है उससे बात करो हमने आपकी रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट नहीं की.

              में ट्राई से रिक्वेस्ट आता हु की एयरटेल के खिलाफ कोई एक्शन ले मुज़े एयरटेल में ९० दिन के ऊपर हो गए है ये बात एयरटेल के आउट लेट में उनके एग्जीक्यूटिव में भी कन्फर्म किया है लेकिन उनका कहना है की ये रिजेक्शन ट्राई के ऑफिस से होता है इसमें हम एयरटेल का कोई रोल नहीं।

              मेने एयरटेल की पुरे बिल पेमेंट किये है फिर बे एयरटेल से मेरी रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट की जा रही है

              प्लीज मुज़े ये एयरटेल की पैसे कमाने के जल से मुकत करो में फ्री में एयरटेल का बिल पे करता हु कोई की मेरे मोबाइल में एयरटेल का नेटवर्क हमेशा नो सर्विस दिखता है

              में आपके रिप्लाई की प्रतीक्षा करता हु और आशा करता हु की मुज़े ट्राई में नाय मिलेगा।

              एयरटेल पूरी दुनिया में सबसे घटिया मोबाइल सर्विस प्रोवाइडर है.

              मैंने पोर्टिंग रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्शन के बारे में पौंड रोड पुणे के एयरटेल स्टोर में ३ दिन पाहिले विजिट करके इन्क्वारी की थी वाहके एग्जीक्यूटिव में मेरा नाम और नंबर नोट करके लिया और बोला में कल सुभह आपको कॉल करके रिजेक्शन की वजह बताता हु लेकिन आज तक पौंड रोड एयरटेल स्टोर से मुज़े कोई भी रिप्लाई मिला।

              में हर बार मेरे ऑफिस का काम छोड़के के चाकर तो लगते नहीं बैठसकता।
              ऐसी फालतू सर्विस प्रोवाइडर कंपनी और उसके स्टोर्स को बंद करना चाहिए।

              आज में पौंड रोड स्टोर में कॉल करके बोला मेरे मोबाइल में नेटवर्क नहीं है और मैंने ३ दिन पाहिले जो विजिट करके MNP रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्शन की वजह पूछी थी उसका क्या हुवा तो एग्जीक्यूटिव Mr. दिव्यप्रकास ने बोला आपको स्टोर विजिट करना होगा अगर मुज़े हर बात के लिए स्टोर विजिट करना है तो हम आपको कॉल करते है ये बात उनके एग्जीक्यूटिव में क्यू कही ३ दिन पाहिले। क्या हम कस्टमर चुटिया है

                I have paid an amt of Rs.1, 143.86/- against the internet bill on 8th Feb 2016 transaction ID:[protected] But I received the mail from airtel payments saying that the payment is failed as it was declined by the bank. At the same time on the other hand I received the sms from my bank saying that you have made a debit card purchase of INR 1, 143.86.00 on 8th feb 2016.Info.IIN*Bharti Airtel.' Now I am getting regular messages from airtel to pay the ovedues.It means that the amt has been deducted from my bank but the bill stands unpaid.The transaction was done on 8th feb 2016 but till date the amount is not been credited to my bank account which is supposed to get recredited to my account if the transaction was failed. Inspite of contacting the airtel customer care several times my concern is not been resolved til date. Please help me out resolve this issue..

                  I had travelled abroad for 6 months from Sept 2105 to march 2106, when my sim no. ([protected]) has been sold/allotted to some one else, without notice. This has put me in lots of problems on my return to India now, and forced me to get a new SIM. As compensation, will you provide me with a new SIM CARD FREE and same previous plan ? Earlier I had gone abroad for 4 months, then this did not happen.

                      I have submitted my bill on 22jan-15 against a/c no [protected], receipt no. [protected], ( jagdev singh chauhan).Bill payment mode in cash which is received by growmore-orbit ug-2, orbit mall ab road, indore.

                      Now after disconnection bill of my mobile generating every month and auto debited from my credit card of hdfc bank. When i have blocked payment from my credit card airtel send legal notice to me for attend (Lokadalat) on 26 march.

                      Please suggest what may i do???

                          I have requested for postpaid to prepaid on 14th March 2016 in Airtel Store Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Their first reaction was “aaj nai ho payega”. I explained my urgency that from the next day I won’t in home circle then they agreed to take my request. I submitted all my documents and while issuing micro sim they told go and get it from other store after the sim is activated. I had to again explain my situation. Then after 2 mins I don’t know from where they came out with micro sim. I was tortured for 3 hours in the same store for some or the other issue. I mean such a callous attitude was not expected from an Airtel store.
                          Coming to the main problem…..my post paid sim has been de activated since 15th evening and my pre paid number has not been activated till now. I have called 59059 for verification but they say your Airtel store has not yet uploaded the document. When I ask the same to the Airtel Store they say we have done everything from our side. From last 2 days they are playing the same game and I am a sufferer. Today when I called the guy Amish in the Airtel Store he said “itna facility phone pe nai milta hai……aana hai to aayiye nai to bhaad me jayiye”. I don’t know how Airtel recruit such people for front desk job…….It surely is hampering brand image of Airtel.
                          I don’t care about Airtel and its brand image the only thing I care about is My number is de active from 3 days….I am in an unknown city right now and nobody is able to contact me….neither I am able to contact them……I cannot make online money transactions because my registered number is inactive all because of Airtel and their staff.
                          I called 121 and asked for the Nodal officer’s number but they gave me some tele voiced number which ultimately never connects to nodal officer. I don’t know what problem they have to give direct number.
                          End of the story…..Airtel is useless…..nobody is helping in getting my number back…..I would have ported my number but for that also your number must be active. I am totally stuck.
                          Only help I can demand on this platform is please give phone number of Nodal officer Bihar and Jharkhand or number or Bharti Mittal. I have no problem talking to him directly. He also should know the ground reality.

                              So, we are not ready to continued with broadband, but the landline number is popular in our customer and all advertisements. We required a plan with only incoming facility.
                              Reaching at company's customer care is very complicated, they can not suggest the plans, which we can afford.

                                  Yesterday, all of a sudden my account balance came to 0.0 ( i am using shared internet and we have around 90mb of 3g data left / nearly 1.1 gb of 4g data) i thought data might got over and hence it has taken from main account. Then later on when we checked we were having 90 mb of data ( in chennai 4g wont connect in most of the places - only 3g and so that 4g data is waste -unable to carry over ) morning i called cc and they told they mistakenly taken the amount from my account and they will credit in 4 hrs as per the request( ???).
                                  Then they asked me to dial 1925 - and ask to deactivate the mobile data from using the main balance when own/shared data is not available .( it wont deduct from main account ) and i asked whether i can use the 2g data which is unlimited. One guy (Senior guy ???) venkatesh told yes you can use that, and by deactivating, ur main balance wont get affected. After some time, i cant even able to connect to 2g. When checked we have 90mb of data ( night and morning we were using wifi at home ). Again i called cc and this time one lady came and she told that we cant share th 2g data and 90mb is reserved that cant be used and u can share 4g( but no 4g signal to share ) since i deactivated that mobile- data -from -main-balance thing, u cant able to connect to net. What a bull is this ? Directly they are cheating us and we are not able to do anything. Not sure what we can do now. Writing this with all frustrated and angry to the core.

                                  Submitting a complaint in consumer complaint forum hoping some action will be taken on this. Previously one month is 30 days and now it is 28 and for some pack it is 25 days .

                                      We are cancer patients admitting in cancer ward and lodges near the cancer hospital. Among us Airtel sim card is the most common used but poor radio signal is our problems. The nearest Airtel tower is erecting at RIPANS, Zemabawk Aizawl. which is 50 meter away from our hospital. Even there is no long gap between us, but still we don't get good signal especially 3g, 2g and all. We learn that, all Airtel Signal Dics/pole/antenna are not directed cancer Hospital rather moved away from cancer hospital.
                                      So if honourable Airtel Company add a single antenna or whatever device to rectify the poor signal. It would be very grateful to us.

                                        Worst service I have ever seen in my life. have taken a postpaid connection([protected]) 25 days before still connection is not activated. I have so important work of my new connection but these people are so irresponsible and lazy for their work.
