Wifi Internet Broadband Connection is not working, since 9 thOct 2021, even after complaining so many times on121, talked about it to various executives. They promise everytime to resolve this, they assured us, again and again to resolve but all in vain, even they make us fool everytime, even they assure us to give compensation for that, they are just lying every time, even asked to recharge the internet so that they compensate for it, even after recharging, they neither give us internet, nor give us compensation. All the executives are just humiliating us. They are just shifting their responsibilities on each other...their names are: Ms.Jyoti, Ms. Shweta, Ms.Karan, Mr. AMAN, Mr. tanishq, Ms. Smriti, Mr.Shivam, Mr. Shivank, Senior Executive Ms. Khushboo, they asked us to do recharge again to resolve the problem now they are saying we r not able to provide the internet. Even nodal officer of the area no want receive the problem. Technician of the area intentionally cut the wires of the problem. Every time their executives said a new thing...It completely Humiliation to the consumers.
