        I opted base pack of Rs 230 for airtel DTH but airtel changed it to Rs.270 without my consent .when i changed it through my airtel account they deducted 230 Rs. from my balance. My balance was 495.88 today but now it is showing 265.88. deduction of 230 rs from my balance is fraud. Kindly return my balance of rs. 230 and change my pack from Value standard to value prime or pack of least amount.

            Good Day!!

            Regarding: New Sim card Registration Error.

            I am Tamilselvan from Chennai, As I bought your Airtel 4G SIM card on last week in Chennai.

            I submit the proof of my Adhar Card, 1 Passport size photo and RS.50 INR for this SIM card purchase.

            Your executive informed me that some card will work next 24 hours only, so I check in the next day. When I try to insert your Airtel new SIM card, it shows "SIM CARD ERROR".

            So I try to call your customer care executive and explain about this problem. But he informed me that your new SIM card not activate so far, kindly check where you buy the card. I keep on trying on your executive number, but no one pick the phone and reply for this issue.

            Kindly let me know, how you can provide me a better solution in this regards. Moreover, if any misuse will happen in this regard who will take care, either your company or your executive?

              On 13th March, I recharged my mobile No.[protected] through my Canara Bank Visa Credit Card No.[protected] vide transaction ID No.498943. Though the recharge was reported to be successful, the credit of recharge has not gone to this mobile number but to my another number[protected]. I was informed by some one from Customer Care that the wrong credit would be credited back to my Credit Card a/c. Today, again when I recharged my mobile No.[protected], this time also, the recharge was reported to be successful; vide transaction No.609643 ; but the credit has not come to this number but to the other number [protected] this time also. In the circumstances, I do not know how to recharge my mobile No.[protected] thro' on-line, when the credit is not coming to this number.                 Yesterday, I recharged my mobile number[protected] with Rs.300/- thro my visa canara bank credit card vide transaction No.498943. But, the credit has been given to my another number [protected]. Now, the amount credited on my second SIM No. has to be transferred to my first SIM No.[protected], where the balance has come down to 0. This number is my primary number and I have to use this number for all my official talks. Request to do the needful immediately.

                      I am Sanjukta- residing in South Kolkata. Since Airtel is the only company that is providing 4G services, I approached them online for a 4G SIM.This was on 7th March. On 8th March, I was flooded with telephone calls of which I shortlisted a DSA named Ms.Phalguni ([protected]) as she called me maximum number of times. She spoke to me about a 999 plan and told me to keep Rs.300/- ready along with my passport pic and document proofs. By evening a gentleman from Airtel with number (+[protected]) walked in my house stating the 999 plan as introduced by Ms.Phalguni. He collected the Rs.300/- along with my PP picture and Xerox copy of Aadhar Card and Passport. He wanted Rs.1300/-, although luckily I told him I shall give only Rs.300/- for SIM. He gave me the SIM along with an AIRTEL acknowledgement and assured me in 48 hours my connection would be live. As you know, its 14th and I am writing to you as theres no connection - the executives number had been switched off since 8th March. The executive Phalguni offered a cold shoulder to my query. She is now distinctly 'rude' as against her initial polite behaviour during 'selling' the SIM and plan. On the contrary she began counter questioning me and challenged me the executive is not sent by her - although the executive mentioned the plan (of all the numerous plans) that was concluded by her. If this was not all, I have been continuously seeking help from Airtel by writing to their email [protected]@in.airtel.com, Appellate and Nodal. None have responded. I wonder on what basis, AIRTEL has handed over their selling job to such irresponsible DSA's and how come their top Management too has such a casual and irresponsible attitude. A strange walks away with my personal identity details of Aadhar, Passport and Passport picture and there's no protection to customer? The service too not initiated!

                                  Every month end my 4G data pack is not credited and I keep calling their customer service no. to get the credit of my pack. Their CS service team does not have proper visibility to the credited pack details and by looking at last months data, they keep sharing that you have exhausted your complete data pack in one day. My monthly consumption is less than or equal to 3 GB. How can in one day 3GB data is exhausted and that too without crediting the pack. Every month I have to complain and make 2-3 complaints to resolved the problem. They keep promising that next time onwards it will not happen but every month I face the same problem. I am suppose to get credit on 3rd every month and today is 13th March i.e. 10 days and I am yet to get my pack. Pls help to resolve the problem. My complaint has been shamlessly closed by them as the money has been paid in advance. Pls can anyone help to resolve this problem. Also, pls share the TRAI complaint contacts for further escalation.

                                  Your Customer Service team has told me that they can only lodge the complaint. I will need to get in touch with Appellet team. Although it is there responsibility to get in touch with appellet team, I tried contacting appellet team, but as soon as I enter either of my 4G No. or registered no. it simply states "You have entered wrong no."and drops the call. I tried this 4 times.

                                  I had sent one mail also to airtel appellet and nodal team. They are not even acknowledging my mail.

                                      I had raised a Porting request from Vodafone to Airtel postpaid 1 week back. I recieved SMSs that all verifications etc are done and porting would be done on 12 March 2016 23:43 hrs. Ever since porting is done, I have 6 times called the airtel helpdesk and I was always told that it would max take 4 hrs. It has been 16 hrs now and still the status is same. Your senior executive (Shashi Kumar) was rude and asked me to wait for 24 hrs. Earlier one of your senior execs (Tausif) had assured me that by 4 PM, 13/03/2016, it would definitely be done.
                                      Please look into it with priority as I do not have any alternate number and I am missing on important calls.

                                        I have three airtel number which was connected as known as my plan and my i was using my primary no. This happend 2 months back where i had been exeding my plan a bit and they suggested me a plan and said your amount wont exed more than 2500rs no documents were submitted but my plan had been changed no issue came up then but the i got another call stating than we have unlimited net 3g 5gb then unlimited 2g for 1500rs then It was a genuine call and the plan seemed pretty reasonable but then i asked them how much will my bill generate overall cause i have 2 attached sim and there answer was no sir your bill wont exed more than the amount given . my sim card was ported the next week without my consideration where i had asked the i have to stay in maharashtra circle and i dont want to enter bombay circle still rather the info given i had my sim ported okay no issue but my card wasnt activated its about 1.5 months and still have'nt activated my sim my bill is now approx 8K and the next bill is gonna generate me in a middle class family cant pay so much and for something i havent done and was cause by a fraud of wrong information from the airtel company i ready to pay what was promised by me but i wont or cant pay 8k please help me stop this.
