I got a message that you have been charged for the subscription of supermodel club which I didn't opted I unsubscribed at the same time. I contacted the customer care but they very rudely said that it can not be reversed and they charged for the same service twice at the same time.VAS though not opted charged 234 rupees.

    5/3/2016 we had balance rs 147 at 8 o clock but 8.30 Pm balance message shown me rs 33 only i called to customer care no. but they answered me that my mobile data shared by somebody . but i couldn't see anybody shared my data at my enquiry.my 400 mb data also lost at that time. in my enquiry nobody use or share my data. pls refund my lost data MB and balance amount.

      I have opted for new airtel broadband connection on 1st Mar 2016. Airtel executive came and collected the amount of 1399(equal to plan i have opted for) and my photo id also a pink slip was issue by him as aknwoldgement. I was told by him and as well as by airtel costumer care that connection will be provided in 3 working days that is 72 hrs, but until now there haven't been no proceedings regarding the connection. I had followed up with customer care and every time was told that connection will be provided in 1 more day. Now it has been 7 days and iam fed up following up. My office work is impacted dur to non availability of internet.
      I will be raising my concerns in consumer court if issue is not resolved asap. Being such a giant in broadband services this kind of lethargic attitude is not acceptable and also airtel charges above par for their services.

        Hi Team,

        I spoke with customer service Rep (Varun Gowda) today 07/03/2016 at 3;50 pm enquiring about the plan 146 ISD plan. He told me that the plan is applicable for UK countries(for both landline & Mob) .

        After doing the recharge of Rs 146, I couldn't make the call to UK and tried calling the customer care and Mr Nagendra told me that It is not applicable to UK.

        Request you to interrogate and kindly asked to refund my hard earn money.

          Airtel over charged me for the month on August 2015, I complained to them in September 2015 but they closed the cmplain without resolving it and without asking me or informing me. Post which in october they suspended my connection again without informing me and kept sending the bills.
          Since my connection was suspended in October, I cleared my dues until september and stopped paying from october. Now they are continuously asking me to pay the bill for october onwards and calling me harrasming me. They are also making fake calls saying they are from state magistrate. Please guide me further with how to manage this.

              COCO store, But at that time your CRE spoke to me that he will give discount
              of 250 /- per month upto 6 months. Because I gave another dongle (
              visiontex... imei no...[protected] ) to him for that, but when I went on
              today in COCO store, he said to Me that `'NO ANY OFFER LIKE THIS'. I was
              seated there last one hour and he talked with another person in kannada
              Launague. He did not give any response and weight to my no...
              And he did not sent to my no... to ZSM OR ASM OR ANYWHERE for benefit the
              offer.This type service is going on in your COCO store in Bangalore.(doddballapur) this type service airtel is giving, I am so socked...

              AIRTEL CRE making fool to some customer and COCO STORE environment and CRE Behaviour is not good . provide me best service as soon as possible.

                      I have done Rs 300 recharge on my Airtel mobile no. [protected] via My Airtel app for talk time as app was showing Rs. 300 for full talk time. Instated of adding Rs. 300 talk value have credited 2G balance in my account, that is quite ridiculous and your customer executive was not responding well and didn't provide any complaint no. I want return back Rs. 300 in my call balance.

                      Please do something as soon as and instructs your customer executives also they always forward it to senior person rather resolving the problem. I am using airtel since 2007 and expect always better services and care from Airtel.

                        i got a call from one of your airtel agent, 10 times, that i, should port my number to airtel from vodafone haryana and they will give the stated scheme and i also have recording that,
                        " i will get 600 local and std calls and 1gb, 4g after that 2g, 300 messages, in 399, but nothing like that was provided,
                        I reside in Haryana he told me that after a 99 booster, I will able 2 use my
                        package there also and he converted my haryana voda no 2 Airtel delhi,

                        neither i was provided with any scheme, and i am being charged for roaming
                        i have called them 100 times, no one is picking up phone nor airtel customer care is helping me,

                        network of airtel also never come

                        they have done fraud with me and converted my number and not given me any scheme they promised

                        how can customer trust anyone after this kind of fraud

                        The number of agent who cAlled me is[protected].
                        and he gave me another number to talk 2 was [protected],

                        This is so disgusting, this is mere fraud.

                        please help me with this

                        and i want nothing from them for doing this kind of disgusting fraud, i just want them to disconnect all my airtel connection and i want to shift back to my previous network if they cant give me what they promised .

                              But I got sms as below which says only 3G benefit of 1gb. I need 4g not ONLY 3G.

                              Recharge Successful on datetime#, MRP:Rs251.00, PF:218.21, Revised STax:Rs31.79, Talktime:Rs1.00, Balance:Rs18.60, TransID:[protected], Benefit:1 GB 3G data for 28 Days.Now get 1.2 GB data absolutely FREE! Dial 59995 to know more.

                              Please correct my benefit to 4g or else arrange to refund. I will recharge another pack of 4g.

                                  I ported my sim([protected]) to airtel postpaid connection on 28th Jan in Kolkata zone. The plan I purchased was 299 Per month which was suggested to me by Airtel's Sales Executive, Subrata([protected]).While pitching me the plan that it has 1 GB 4G per month and unlimited 2G Speed post 1 GB 4G. But to my surprise, I got the bill amount of 1790 INR. When I called the sales executive, he admitted that he had done this by mistake and said "Not to pay the bill and loose the number carelessly". This is heights of ignorance and sheer wastage of my time and money. Please resolve at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

                                      I have been complaining on wrongfully overcharging my airtel connection since January 3rd 2016 when I had disconnected the Airtel 4G pack. Nothing has been done to rectify from their end despite giving clear details and multiple emails, they have been constantly ignoring the core issue.

                                      Now they have disconnected the mobile number and my girl child who has the number for her safety and contact is now left exposed to having no means of contacting her family in case of emergency... all this because I refused to bow down to the unfair and wrongful charges levied by Airtel.

                                      I shall appreciate if any lawyer can step forward and help me take this to the consumer court. I shall provide complete details of the calls and email exchange between me and Airtel on this.

                                      Update - Received a call on 10th March from a lady in the Airtel Social Media team... Read the irony of the call - Someone asked her to call an aggrieved customer namely me! The lady has no brief, no background and most of all no willingness or authority to resolve the issue at all...

                                      Such a humongous waste of my and her time. On second thoughts no waste of her time as probably she needed to call just to tick one more task off her daily checklist before she swipes out for the day.

                                      I am pretty serious... anyone who reads this post.. Please help with a good consumer court lawyer... Airtel needs to be taken to task for their employees' lackadaisical work approach.

                                      A little help from the fractured consumer fraternity will help bring these fleecing pretentious business behemoths to terra firma.

                                      The logic for contention on disputing the additional charges from my end are simple –
                                      1. The #Airtel 4G plan very clearly mentions - 5Gb 4G/3G post which DATA STOPS - data stops is the key phrase:
                                      a. By this it clearly means that there cannot be any data coming to my phone from #Airtel post consumption of 5Gb.

                                      b. Which also substantiates the fact that the only payment due for internet is Rs.850+taxes for the package 5Gb data

                                      2. On exhaustion of the package data of 5Gb, on 3rd January, I had called 121 for disconnection of the package and received confirmation for the same which means no data can be received or consumed after the disconnection confirmation. Therefore, the question of additional charge does not exist. The gentleman, Manish Paatni, from Airtel, on 10th March 2016, was extremely rude when I asked him to respond based on these rationales leaving me no option but to present the experiences faced and being faced from #Airtel to the public domain.

                                      At present even incoming is blocked by Airtel. Anyone reading this, please please help me with a good consumer protection lawyer to take this up in the consumer court as well as help spread this on all social media platforms both domestic and international.

                                      Anyone who is a parent to a girl child will understand my battle and come out in support.

One Airtel representative - Manish Paatni called, was rude, did not bother to understand the rationale I presented and ended the call by saying that if I don't pay up (as per Airtel's unjust charges at their whims and fancies) then there is nothing he can do.

Skipping of this clause completely changes the scenario. I am sure all reading this would agree.
