I bought samsung galaxy j7, which have airtel 3g/4g doble data offer to avail the benefit for the same i called on the customer care, executive told me to first recharge internet pack, only the you can get the benefit of double data.I did the same, recharged with rs 259 for 1 Gb data, which do not have double data again i called on 121 now they asking me to recharge with rs 299, to get the benefit.I ask the reason they told me that there is no reason for this you have to, also they started misbehaving with me. After few mins i got a call from verfication department of airtel. He is the worst guy i ever speak with i ask the name but he didn"t tell me his name only i have the number from which i received the call [protected]. Please solve my querry also please tought cc executives some ethical and behavioral corrections. Also please take some serious action angainst with that guy from the number [protected].
I hope and beleive that airtel is a renound name and should not vanish its name.

    The indicator for internet on the modem goes red meaning no net connection. This has become a recurring problem. We lodge a complaint on cust care and the issue in fixed in 24 hrs but within next 4-5 days the same prob is back. This has been happening every week since December and we are tired of the drill. We want to do away with this conx but the cust care guys wont give us the procedure! This is a problem that the "engineers" from airtel have not been able to permanently fix since last 3 months. I think i have had enough eith this co and last night we have again registered a complaint for the same issue, complaint# 65153990

          I am using Airtel service since last 6 years
          But i am unable to get good offers as other person are getting.
          I am continuously paying huge amount of money on recharge and Internet.
          My friend is also using Airtel service and he is continuously getting 6GB Internet offers for just 148 rs for 28 days.
          He is also getting good offers for unlimited calling with affordable prices.
          So should i still wait for good offers or i need to use other services.

            I had two connections with Airtel, one a normal connection and another a HD Connection with connection number ([protected]). I had asked to disconnect the normal connection since we were not using that connection for more than an year. I had called the customer service and asked them to disconnect the normal connection in the month of March 2015. The complaint however was not registered in there CRM notes. I usually make a 6 months payment for the DTH connection. My balance got over in 3 months itself, and i had called in July 2015 to check the status of my connection. To my surprise, they have not registered in the system to disconnect my service. I had a made a payment of 2500+ for a 6 months service again, and asked them to register a complaint. They registered a complaint. However, they didnt disconnect the service. They closed the ticket as resolved. Again i made a payment of 2500+ for my services to be resumed. The balance got over in November 2015 again with the same issue. This time they said they are escalating this issue but didnt service again. Again my balance got diminshed in 3 months again by end of Feb. Now they are disconnecting my services. I am frustrated calling their customer service. There is no resolution provided. I didnt make a note of the ticket numbers which they quoted. Also it didnt make sense as they have always registered a complaint but never resolved one. Everytime the money used to allocated to the connection which I had asked to disconnect. I have to call back. They were supposed to provide me with a refund in the month of November 2015. They didnt mention how much is the refund, despite me asking them several times. They said it will be deposited in a day or two. But that never happened. They need to pay back from March 2015 for what ever money i had paid for the secondary connection. I dont want to be a part of Airtel anymore because of their shabby customer service.

                  Have previously launched complaint of poor network where in my data is utilized but the 3G nor 2G network seem to be functioning as per the speed.. its been noticed that there are more complaint as such in bhayandar area where i reside .. complaint in the gallery also submitted.. but in vain..complaint reference no CGPSC[protected] launched and got a notification saying its resolved.. wherein there was no changes at all. Please look in the matter and resolve the same asap

                    Recently i have shifted my Vodafone mobile to Airtel and end up paying Rs 1000 more in every month . I have an average billing of Rs[protected] and its jumped to Rs.2200. They have disconnected my data connectivity in between and most of the friends complaint that i always not a range . Absolutely worst service by Airtel and ended up in higher monthly payment . Worst customer care service too

                      Sir i got a message from u that if i recharge 102 i will get 1 gb 3g data for 28 days after that i checked my offer by pressing *121*1# and its also showz me offer of 102 by which i get 1 gb 3g data for 28 days but sir when i recharge it shows u have 1 gb 3g data but validity shows only for 2 days sir i used first time intetnet plz what is the problem sir plxx solve this and give me back 26 dayss of data plx please sir it is my humble request please that will be your most kindness ... ... ..                         Hi

                        I'm using airtel broadband (no.[protected]). I request them to transfer my connection from sector 22b, Gurgaon to Palam vihar, Gurgaon on 20th Feb.

                        Till now I'm getting all false commitments from them. Everytime they are saying that it'll be done by 5 or by 7 or by tomorrow and so on...

                        Also some of there executive didn't register my complain, he told me that he'll register my complain and send me a mail of it. But it didn't happened.
                        Today morning(29 feb) I got my complain no. 65115280 from different executive but don't know what she mentioned in it.

                        I called them several times and spent lot of time on them and every time they are taking it for granted.

                        I'm requesting 'Indian consumer complaints forum' to take very strict action against 'Airtel Broadband' for there false commitments and not registering complain.

                        Also want to know by when I can get my internet connection.

                            I have been using the Airtel prepaid number [protected] for past 8 years. I have been out of country for a month now and I have been still using it for OTP transactions and other online transactions. So I believe the number should be still active. However when today my friend tried calling this number and it was picked by someone else. I was surprised and shocked as all my personal accounts like PAN, Bank etc are registered with this number. Now when I called Airtel they say this number was never used by you and someone else activated this number on feb 15th. How can this happen? Can Airtel help me with this?

                                From 25.02.2016 my 4G internet services are not working. I have visited the store 3 times and called the customer care 8times. They always say we have escalated the matter. My charges for net pack is on but i cannot use the same.

                                I also have the same issue since Dec. I have registered complains 3 times, but no one bothers to call back or respond. All the calls and messages i receive from Airtel is for the bill payment, where as my device is just not working. Frustrated, I sent an emails and very promptly i get a response from some Arokia Raj, that restart and check and if you want to disconnect, do let us know. Is this how easily you let your customers go after receiving payments for the service that was not working?

                                        I have ported my number from Andhra Pradesh to Delhi and it ported in 7 days on 13th feb from Airtel Postpaid to Airtel Postpaid, on the same day ie 13th feb i have lodge a complaint that my internet services are still not activated, the customer care executive told me it will be resolve in 8hrs, i called again after 8 hrs they told me it may be some technical fault so it will be resolve surely in 24hrs, and after 24 hrs i didn't got my problem solved so i called again and this cycle of calling customer care and getting fake commitments i am getting from every member of to whom i am talking whether he is customer care executive or his senior or his concern department member. its been more than 15 days today and the problem is same, and i m really tired of calling customer care everyday from last 15 days, they have also generated my bill on 27th of february.

                                        And my problem is the same and its been 2 months, i even went to airtel store but they dont know whats the problem and where is the problem, and i have decided to port my number in any other service provided just waiting to end 3 months so that i can port my number. i am getting each second day a new reference no. but till now no issue has been resolved though i am sharing you my number and few reference numbers..
