    Hi team,

    my mobile does not have proper 4G signal on the sim. Either it works in E with full tower. sometimes I get only 1 signal with 4G and the data works very slow. I have10GB of 4G plan on the sim but still not good. Airtel used to work very nicely earlier but it is losing the reputation for poor signal strength. I need to keep on search for 4G network or work on E signal. please reach me on [protected]

      Its utter disappointment, that even after complaining to customer care about poor speed of Airtel 4G, there is no sign of resolving the issue.
      The internet speed in 4G NEVER crosses the 2kbps mark.
      It simply fails to open a webpage in the browser or even Google play.

      The speed of Airtel 4G don't even match 3G of other carriers.

      I have sent mail to Nodal officer as per the requirement. In past I have written several mails to airtel presence as been told, but the issue is not even attended.
      I have also raised concerns in airtel/leap webpage and called customer service for resolution, but they only say our concerned team will look into the issue.
      Apart from these dummy promises, nothing has changed so far...
      Kindly work on resolving the issue, or at least let me know what is the reason for this issue and the status...

        13th feb I refer my friend for airtel Dth connection also airtel is offering me to earn rs 500 by refering a friend but till today I do not get complete benifits. I called airtel customer service many time but still they gave me complaint number every time but the complain is stil not resolved

          I had accidentally activates airtel next tv service however I had deactivated.. I had called customer service hyderabad and got very bad service.. I feel the service is very very bad..
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I had spoke. To customer service agents they were rude and had no professionalism.. I was asked to deactivated service immediately for airtel Nextgen tv but the balance wad not transferred.. Hence after a long time got hold of and agent named Sukanya she had xfered my call to supervisor named Sugar.. They are from begumpet office in hyderabad who had given a poor customer service and said cannot help me.. I hope some action can be taken for these agents and proper training given.. Airtel and deducted money but no service given.. I hope some one this is brought to there head office notice how pathetic the services is provided.. I am extremely sad and hurt for my time and energy wasted on calling the customer service office in hyderabad. I hope I get justice.

            I had a airtel postpaid no [protected] and i have ported it to airtel prepaid. I submitted Passport sized photos and required documents at adambakkam airtel showroom. and I was paid the amount Rs.160. I was told it would take 5 days. After 5 days it wasn't change to prepaid. So i Again went to the same showroom and asking about my issue. they were saying it like you have a sim card parring problem. you have to pay extra Rs 350 and we will change your sim card. so i have no other options i paid Rs 350. and got a new sim card. I was told it would take 2 days to change. after two days my old sim card didn't received any signal. so i removed and inserted the given new sim card. for the day i didn't got any signal. after that i got signal but i couldn't make any calls. i couldn't recharge from on-line. I recharge yesterday of Rs. 50 from Airtel retailer at adambakkam. But i do not received balance at my number. They told it was recharged to your number but i didn't get my money back. Whenever i call the customer care number i was told to wait for 48 hours. Still I'm waiting. It's been 240 hours of waiting. I'm really tired of waiting. I never seen these kind of bad support in my life. Airtel is the worst network i ever known. I want this issue solved ASAP. Kindly do the needful. I couldn't even call customer care from my mobile number.

                    My airtel no [protected] out of service from 20/02/16
                    When I call to customer care they told me that no was not in use from 90 days thats why deactivate.

                    Now for your kind information let me remind that no was in use from 2013, the no was in rajasthan circle. 3 month ago it was port in uttarakhand circle.
                    After 3 month working it was suddenly out of service.

                    This is your fault that you people did not update in your system because when it was port it should be update in system, but you people didn't, d‎ue to this reason system shows not in use.

                    Now pls this is my humble request to activate my no otherwise will case a file against bharti airtel under 420, fraudulent and cheating in consumer court.‎

                      I recharge yesterday of Rs.259 from Airtel retailer at landran Mohali.But i do not received balance at my number. I talk to retailer that my recharge is not done, he saw me message of successful Recharge is done. Then i call to customer care of airtel they said we have no information of any recharge on your no. you call to retailer.
                      Now plz solve my problem

                                I am a heart patiet. During october2015, I got heart attack and admitted in MMM Hospital, Chennai. I was having a postpaid airtel connection [protected]. I lost my phone during treatment. I have not used that number from october 2015.                                   I odered for postpaid sim online airtel galary on 15/02/2016 and representative of airtel will come and gave me the sim and collect my id and photo on 16/02/2016
                                  bt today is 23 of feb my sim is not yet activated.

                                    Hello,

                                    I am in a quiet disappointing and helpless situation.
                                    my Airtel 4g Number is [protected].

                                    My bill plan was 1999 - 30GB ..I had used the whole 30 gb by 5 th and over used another 1 GB ... then Airtel caped my usage.. after charging 2Paisa/ 10kb .. i.e 2000 / 1 GB.
                                    Then a guy from airtel called and said to go for 50 gb paln so that he can wave off / include the additional usage and charge me on pro-rata basis for 50 gb .

                                    i.e for 15 days 1999/ month prorata & remaining 15 days 2999/ month pro rata ..

                                    which should be close to 2500.. I had agreed and changed my plan.
                                    Now to my surprise i got the bill close to 4500 ..

                                    When i called customer care they say that they dont see any note on my account. and i have to pay full..

                                    I want you to please pull out the recording --- on 12th feb 2.35 PM
                                    Airtel customer service rep called me from the number [protected]


                                    It is completely a false promise. And i wont pay a single rupee until it is sorted.

                                      I had Rs 386 balance 2-3 days ago but when i checked it yesterday it showed low balance of almost Rs zero. When i tried to contact their customer care agent, I could not contact due to low balance. On email I got a reply that whole of Rs 386 has been deducted due to data usage above the limits of data pack i activated few days ago without explaining the extent or time of that usage. I am surprised how all of a sudden the balance dropped from Rs 386 to zero without any intermediate deductions. And if the data pack was over, data service should have been stopped. If Airtel takes so much pride in providing continued and hassle free data service to customers, then why this service has been stopped now? Let my balance be run in negative. This is nothing but befooling customers of their money.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I raised a request for MNP from Airtel Mumbai to Airtel Maharashtra circle on
                                        11th Feb, 2016. I was told it would take 7 days, but nothing as been done as of
                                        now. On top of it without giving me any prior information, incoming of my
                                        number has been cut since 18th Feb, 2016. I had a family emergency yesterday but because of this problem, no one could connect to me.
                                        What is more ridiculous is the fact that outgoing is still active and on raising this issue to customer care multiple times since last 1 week, I have been told that it will take another 24 hours (Complaint number:[protected] . What kind of business Airtel is running, I just fail to understand.
                                        You can easily check that I have been an Airtel customer for 8 years and have
                                        been paying my bills well before time religiously. I never expected this kind
                                        of service from Airtel. I am really pissed off and will take the matter to
                                        consumer court.
