Hi,
I am using Airtel postpaid mobile connection along with 3G data services with Mobile number ([protected]) and Relationship number ([protected]).
It has been more than 15 days, I am unable to use my data services on my phone. During this period I have raised 3 complaints regarding the same and everytime, I have received TAT of 72 hours for resolution but no luck.
Today I spoke to a customer service executive named Mr. Taha Ansari, he again insisted me to register a complaint, but I didn't agreed and asked for immediate resolution. He kept me on hold for 13 minutes and eventually came with o solution. When I asked for transferring calll to his supervisor, he again kept me on hold and came with an excuse that his supervisors are busy on other calls and hence cant attend my call. I again insisted, then he disconnected the call without taking my complaint or providing me with a final solution.
I have also registered complaint at Airtel gallary and also changed my SIM card as suggested by Airtel executives but all in vain. Still same problem persists.

Its a pathetic piece of service from Airtel and I would like to put it on this forum, so that Airtel can be held responsible for not providing me adequate services.
For all this period, I would ask Airtel to waive my bill and pay me a compensation of Rs.10000 to make up for the losses I have incurred due to no data connectivity.
