Promising life time bills free if proved any better network than 4G, have accepted their challenge to prove their network at my place.
Add is only to fool Indian citizens by way of cheap marketing.

        I am anirban paul, i have recharge the amount of 515 on my Airtel number through paytm on 13th Feb 11:02PM,
        after rechrge i could not receive single amount on my airtel number. i am trying to notifying this details to Airtel as well as Paytm none of them are supporting. if emailing to paytm they saying contact to your operator.
        if i call to my operator(airtel)they telling me talk to your third party .
        i am really frustrated i am using airtel since last 10 years. i never thought i.e airtel responding Like this.
        even i contact to the nodal officer's of airtel, they also not responding properly.

            Last week I have got a call from recovery of airtel.
            I have a good reputation/respect abt airtel.
            mentally disturbed the way they have talk to me.
            My[protected] Airtel Broadband connection number
            I was disconnect the service of Airtel Broadband connection on Aug 2015 after that they have generated the bill for 3 month . now they are asking me to pay the amount of 4000 Rs .. I have nt used the airtel connected .. but the way they communicated was not good.

            So, Kindly look into this matter seriously,

                Person Mentioned that he is calling from Airtel and asked me to deposit payment of Airtel Bill in very rude tone.
                He sent me an SMS saying that Airtel is giving me a discount of Rs. 1000/-
                and on confirmation with Gallery I found no such discount.
                I will request Airtel To take a prompt action on the same as soon as possible.
                Person Named himself as Yashpal Rana From Delhi.
                Please do revert.
                It is really bad on the part of Airtel.
                That someone else is using their name in wrong way.

                      I recharged my number [protected] with an STD pack of Rs. 14. I also got a confirmation SMS from Airtel stating the same. But when I make STD calls, they are charging more.

                      I called Customer support. But they kept me on hold for almost 10 mins and the call got disconnected after that. Please do the needful ASAP.

                        I have requested for new Airtel broadband connection on 6th-feb-2016. After a week of new connection feasibility check in my place and repetitive calls from airtel customer care, I decided to go for airtel. I submitted documents and Installation charges on 15th-feb-2016.
                        So far till the date, I haven't got any call/email response from airtel. I called customer care and raised a complaint [complaint number#64783794], and they said on call, that I will be recieving a call from airtel service within 8 hours. even I didn't get any call after that.

                        Again I called customer care and asked the airtel customer email ID which need to send the mail regarding delay of the connection and got mail Id [[protected]@in.airtel.com] from them and sent mail to it. Airtel customer service replied after a day to my mail, mentioning that, they will revert back by 72 hours. Even after 72 hours, they dint respond to that :(.

                        Today [22-feb-2016] again I called airtel customer care and asked the status of the complaint whihc i raised, they said they are going to reopen it!!. And get back by 2-3 days.

                        I needed Broadband connection as earliest.

                        Dont just blabber the time whatever you think!. whenever I call customer care, they give me the response saying "will getback in 72 hours". Even after reaching the time limit, I dont get any call/Message/Email from you.

                        After long time, Airtel said, there are no open ports(again same drama).
                        And I got call on saturday [27-feb-2016] saying there are ports available now, can you send the documents again to below email ID's ?

                        When i asked customer care about this, should i need to send documents to the mail id's, their response was.

                        "We would like to inform you that as per resolution update the connection is not possible as there is no feasibility. However, as per process if the connection is not feasible then the security amount will be refunded to you within 20 working days."

                          Hi, this is Jafar Practicing Chartered Accountant at Hospet.I want to lodge a complaint regarding the subscription of Mobile TV without the consent of me.on 21.2.2016 at 1.50pm i was browsing internet suddenly i got a message from Airtel Rs.150/- has been deducted from the main balance after that i called to customer care regarding that deductions and to deactivate the Mobile TV.But the airtel executive told me that the i got the confirmation message from the concerned company which is deducted deduction is not done by airtel.but as a fact i did"t got any confirmation for subscription of mobile TV logic is the executive told i got 2 message for subscription actually i didnot get any message for subscription.Hence i am lodging a complaint i am requesting your goodself kindly do the needful.

                                I ported to airtel from vodafone. After i got my no. ported out from vodafone and tried to use airtel, the new airtel sim didnt work. They took 1 day and asked me to submit documentatiom again. Next day they told me the address verification got cancelled and gave me third sim and asked me to submit the documents again. Then the next day the agent calls me and tells me dial 59059 for address verification and it will be active.
                                The sim got activated only for outgoing calls and not incoming calls and messages.
                                I have been complaining the customer care since 3 days and they are just saying technical issue and they are not ablr to resolve it. After 6 days of this mess when i complain to the zonal region of airtel they say we need 3 more days.
                                The no. 1 network claiming company is just no. 1 in not even providing basic service like incoming calls.
                                Worst network possible .
                                Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                How many days would you need to activate a sim correctly? Its already a Week since i ported out from vodafone to airtel and i still dont see any resolution on it.
                                Do you guys have any idea how much loss i face due to this issue.

                                  Hi, My Mobile Number([protected], Munirajamma), Around 1.14PM today, 115/- transferred into someother mobile([protected])(unknown person to me) . I spoke to custome excitives couple of times with CBDVC[protected] and CBDVC[protected] ids, I did not get proper response from customer service. Please correct it and please make from proper proff from my mobile before money mobile transfers.

                                    From past 3 months i am raising complaint for my high bill i have asked for an explanation of high bill but no proper response was given by airtel and with out my confirmation my plan was changed from CUG to infinfty and today i got an bill of 9k, when i called customer care to ask the explanation they said its from previous plan.'which is pathetic, I need an justic for misleading me.

                                      As per the service provider promise connection should have been connected by 72 hrs. but it's not connected till 144 hrs. There is no proper response from service provider. Everytime answer is it will be done by next 24 hrs. I am totally harassed.

                                      Very sorry to say but still there is no solution i got. Customer care of Airte is not at all doing any follow up. Whenever I called, they reply to call me back in next 24hrs. But never ever I got call from them. Very surprised to look at the professionalism of airtel. I will share this feedback of mine to all my friends and family so that no one should suffer like me.

                                      It's been 11days i am waiting now for connection and no one does not bother to give service. If you are not giving service at least return my money. Extremely poor gesture.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am using Airtel postpaid mobile connection along with 3G data services with Mobile number ([protected]) and Relationship number ([protected]).

                                        It has been more than 15 days, I am unable to use my data services on my phone. During this period I have raised 3 complaints regarding the same and everytime, I have received TAT of 72 hours for resolution but no luck.

                                        Today I spoke to a customer service executive named Mr. Taha Ansari, he again insisted me to register a complaint, but I didn't agreed and asked for immediate resolution. He kept me on hold for 13 minutes and eventually came with o solution. When I asked for transferring calll to his supervisor, he again kept me on hold and came with an excuse that his supervisors are busy on other calls and hence cant attend my call. I again insisted, then he disconnected the call without taking my complaint or providing me with a final solution.

                                        I have also registered complaint at Airtel gallary and also changed my SIM card as suggested by Airtel executives but all in vain. Still same problem persists.

                                        Its a pathetic piece of service from Airtel and I would like to put it on this forum, so that Airtel can be held responsible for not providing me adequate services.

                                        For all this period, I would ask Airtel to waive my bill and pay me a compensation of Rs.10000 to make up for the losses I have incurred due to no data connectivity.
