Hi Sir, I applied for a new internet connection with airtel they took money from me ON JUNE 4TH 2015. CEF NO: TBLR 6981471

They did not responded 6 days when i inquired with them they told me "we don''t have provision at your location contact airtel customer care they will send the cheque back in 21 days". i argued with them it's your mistake, why i have to wait for 21 days, before taking the money from the customer you have...

I have send msg for porting my Sim from aitel to idea network.
Then some where call comes that sir why are you porting your no I said your 3g charges are high then that person gave me offer that for next 3 months we will provide u 1gb 3g net in 177 rs so I said its OK I m not porting my no I will stay with Airtel network

I have purchased Air-tel 4 G sim card on 16th of Jan and they said it will activated on Monday that is on 18 th since 16th and 17th was public holiday for pongal . but now its 19th evening still i did not get my number activated .
