I am generally very fond of Airtel and all of my products broadband, DTH mobile are airtel in spite of high rates. From last one week I am frustrated like a mad man because of irritating service caused by Airtel. I was using a postpaid number with corporate my plan which I wanted to shift to family plan. They have deactivated my previous number and new sim is not activated from last 4 days. All my accounts are linked with that number. I am not able to to do anything(tickets, recharges, payments) because o[censored]navailability of my regular number. I am definitely going to port my number to idea, at least I will pay less. My relocation request for broadband is also pending from last 15 days with request number 64116104. God knows what will happen to that.

Hi Team,

I have requested the new Airtel 4G sim online and day before yesterday i activated the sim through sending a message to 121 (SIM with sim number) and till now its not activated yet. I went to nearest Airtel store 3 times and they are telling different different things, Today again i went to the store and now they are telling we can't activate this Sim, now you have to get the duplicate sim which will get activated in 24 hours. So please help me to get activated my current sim because it's already been 3 days and I am facing lots of problem with that.

    After an interval of 7 days, Rs.35/- is being deducted from my Air tel 3G A/C balance i.r.o mobile No: [protected]. As per message received over mobile, when SMS is being sent to stop video store, message is being sent that reply not received. I was unable to talk to customer care personnel because no option is being given, only music is being played to subscribe one after another. I thing it is one type of harassment to customer. If not returned the deducted amount so far and stopped the deduction for the service immediately, which I don't need, I will have no option other than to take the matter with appropriate authority.

And many more from the same series... Since 9 Feb 2016 morning.. Don't disturb or force people to use your services! Or else give me my PAC!!

        I am a customer of airtel since last 5year but now I m fully dissatisfy to
        customer care because of his negligence service.Now I fed up.i have complained to support team that as per my Data plan i have to Received full data of 480Mb but they will given me Approx 150mb but surprising think is that it has passed more than 20hr but not a single step has been taken to sort it out & they not give proper and satisfied answer. they are not doing duty properly..Therefore, I requesting your higher authority to kindly look into this genuine facts and action may kindly be taken..i want advice to every customers plz don't take 3Gdata pack from Airtel service they
        cheating with customers by offering lower price.

        It has been passed almost 4day but they not a single step has been taken to sort it out now I'm facing lot of problem with my 3G data pack due to low data balance so I can't do any online transaction

                          Sir, on 08.02.2016, I recharged money to one of my airtel mobile as the same was not received, I lodged complaint through your web, soon after I received calls from +[protected] [protected], [protected] and +[protected] and asked certain details in the web id myperfectBanking.com later on they told that the amount is going to be refunded. After lapse 30 minutes, the entire amount to the tune of Rs: 97000.00 had been withdrawn from my account.

                          » Do not respond to any unexpected calls from a number with the +92 or +375 country code.
                          » Do not respond to any suspicious missed calls from unknown numbers.
                          Do not get lured into any financial transactions or divulge any personal information like IMEI, Bank Account number and other information to callers offering prize money or lottery winnings. Also do not respond to any instructions to dial an international number to get the prize money.
                          » This luring may also be done through SMS messages offering prize money and seeking personal details on a specified email ID. Please do not respond to these.
                          » Do not respond to any SMS/Email from unknown sources prompting you to call on a number or go to a site offering free download of content/movie clips/pictures.

                                Sir, I recharged a sum of Rs: 300.00 (Full talk time) from my net banking on 08.02.2016 at about 9-30 PM the transaction ID is[protected]. The amount is deducted from my account, but so far I have not received the currency. Kindly sent my recharge amount or else refund the amount back to my immediately. The convenience is highly condemned

                                    It is been 5 days, my airtet connect network for UserId: DSLS 255903 is not working. Repeatedly I am reporting the concern and getting nothing out of it.

                                    Can u please check else help me to follow the process to disconnect it.

                                      Hi,
                                      i am a prepaid 3g airtel user([protected]) . from last 2 months (december15 & jan16) i have recharged my a/c with RS 1499 in both the month one after another.i was given 14 gb 3g data each month under this offer pack.but each month it got lapsed because at the end of the month airtel didnt send me the alert message saying that your date is approaching so that i can carry forward my 3g data to the coming month.as a result i lost almost 20 gb 3g data just because of airtel error.

                                      earlier they were sending alert messages every month on time without any delay...when i was doing 2.5gb 3g recharge .at that time they never missed it.sent alert messages on time ...but this time they screwed my entire data.

                                      this is really unacceptable.

                                      if anyone from airtel wants to contact me then thy can contact me after 4pm mon-sat.
                                      during working hours i dont have access to phone at all due to my companies process requirement.
