Airtel has raised a bill of 773 against me for the month of January'16, where my plan is just 150/-. When I asked for clarification, they told that an amount of 500/- was for Data usage and I strictly don't agree to the above statement they have made. I have wifi at home and at office and there is no way I could cross the total usage i was allocated. I had raised a complaint to cancel my service. But i believe this should be dealt seriously....

Hi There, Myself, Bharat Kheterpal, purchased a prepaid Airtel plan 20 days ago from Faridabad. Suddenly got the following messages and my service has been disconnected; "Prepaid to postpaid conversion of your airtel mobile number [protected] has been initiated. Your address verification will happen within 72 hrs." On my investigation, it was found that the local Faridabad Airtel has sold the same number to multiple customers....

Whenever i'm using this pack, it allows me to download untill 4 a.m without disconnection. After every 1 mb usage it disconnects automatically.i already complained about this but still i'm facing the problem. Dear Sir, I have requested to change the dth stb box on 5th jan 2016 but it will not change it and its engineer mr.anil thats no.
