    I was using tata docomo plan, Airtel committed me given better plan & they conform me given 500 call free, permonth, they conform at the time of conformation, & port number, after my no port, time of activation executive told me 200 call free, I told them sales executive & company conformation call conform 500 call free. but activation member told sir this is plan say may I Activate no . or not . why they not conform before port mobile, why after port they conform plan.

      Despite so many emails, my concern is still not resolved by airtel. It is a shame that a corporate like yours is so unprofessional and cheats customers. Let me re-iterate my points: 1) I was charged for 63 SMSes sent to a number [protected] when i was in UAE from 2nd to 5th Nov. I had not sent a single SMS to that number. I called the number and it says such a number does not exist. I checked on internet to find whose number it is and it says airtel helpdesk. How can i send (a) SMSes to a number that does not exist? (b) I have no reason to send 63 SMSes to a number that does not exist. I have raised this issue in both my trailing emails as well as during the complaint call i had filed on 23rd Dec. No one had bothered to look at this and rectify this issue. I expect Airtel to investigate this wrong SMS charge and rectify the same. 2) I had called Airtel on 2nd November 2015 morning to activate roaming plan. I was told by the concerned who answered my call that the plan I had taken during my previous month international travel is still active and will be valid till my travel date between 2-5th Nov. Now, I request your department to check the call recordings to know the facts, rather than responding to me so casually. 3) I also get 4-5 calls a day for payment and I have to tell everyone the same story that I have raised a complaint and waiting for the same to be resolved before payment. No one would pay the wrong amount until the issue is resolved. If you check my record of over a decade with Airtel, I have never been a defaulter. I wonder why my response cannot get recorded in the system so that 5 different people need not call me every day. If you note, I have not paid only for the month where there is a dispute. I have already paid for the last month where the billing was fine. I am writing to you in anticipation that i will not get another "parroted" response from Airtel, but a proper check done and my problem rectified. I am losing faith in the system of airtel and now believe that Airtel is out to cheat customers. I feel so cheated by such a large organization.             I own an Airtel Prepaid number +91 [protected] (Kerala Circle). I ported this number from BSNL to Airtel. I am using this number since 1998. Couple of months before I perceived a job in Coimbatore and got relocated to Kovaipudur, Coimbatore. So I decided to port my Kerala SIM to Tamil Nadu circle without changing the services provider. I shared my mobile number online with Airtel. Immediately someone from Airtel called me and had a detailed discussion regarding my requirement. I explained everything to customer care person. I preferred to take MyPack Family Post-paid connection with two additional SIM added to my account by making my above mentioned number as my primary number. One Mr. Prabhu (His number is [protected]) came to my location and gave me required number of SIM by collecting documents, photos, signatures on 3 different applications and requested an amount of rupees 900/- towards the activation of 3 SIM (300X3). I paid him the requested amount plus the cost of other ad-on SIM and he gave me a mobile number (Ms. Valarmathi [protected]) so that I can contact in this number to configure my myPack. In the evening Valarmathi called me to discuss about myPack and I explained to her about required number of packs in each category. I opted 999 plan with 50 packs. In between someone came to our flat and verified related documents and my address. Three SIM cards that I have received are still with me inactivated. I called Ms. Valarmathi to check the status but no proper information, I tried 12, couldn't find an option to talk to customer care representative. I send SMS to check status no proper reply. What should I do? Please assist me in this regard. I really became hopeless. I assume customer care team can help me in this regard.

                My AIRTEL 4G no. [protected]. Since october i have been facing problem with the AIRTEL hotspot device. And i have been complaining since then and writing to AIRTEL customer support but still airtel is not resolving the issue. Airtel provide me a plugin router which is faulty and for that airtel is charging me .After 3.5 months i got my hotspot replaced and still they are charging me for that, i am also facing billing issue with airtel as i have paid my bill for october and november month still airtel is not updating that and the relaxation on the bill provided by airtel representative is not updated by the company and now company is harassing me by barred-ing my number again and again. I had a word with Mr. DEEPAK KUMAR supervisor who called me and told that he will take care of the billing issue and still airtel barred my no. and not providing me proper service. I had a word with supervisor Ms Lakhwinder, Mr.ARIJIT and he said that he dont knw when my services start working fine.I asked him to unbarred my no. but he said he cannot do it. As the issue is within airtel departments so airtel is responsible for it not the customer(me) but they are harassing me from past 3.5 months as the are not responding properly to my complaints and and charging for services which artel did not provide me. On 28th December Whatever waiver amount airtel supervisor promised to leave they are denying that and now they are making my life hell by barred-ing my number again and again . I have to call airtel every third day so that i can use my internet, I have to beg for the services for which i am paying . I request you all not to use AIRTEL 4G services they will make u suffer until you die and your life will be hell. Airtel has the pathetic 4G services and worst customer support team . There are other 4G services like IDEA 4G, RELIANCE JIO, Vodafone please use these services they are far more better than Airtel services. I want very serious action to be taken against airtel .

                        My data card number [protected]. asked plan change on 31st dec'15 from 5gb to 6gb Customer care said Rs.300/- will charged extra per month. Now the surpirse is 7th jan i got bill of 6500/- saying they charge pro-rata basis which was not told to me while plan change. ITs big cheat they are minting money for consumers. Pls need solution and knocking off bill. I will cancel my connection.

                          I had Airtel 4G AC #[protected], I asked them to close the same on 12Sep2015 which they closed after few days.I have not used the connection after that but i am keep geting threatening calls and Emails saying I need to pay 2382 rs.I have called airtel and they said its their issue and they will resolve this.                             I have been using an Airtel Postpaid connection No. [protected] since last Five years. My current plan is Voice Plan with 199 Rs Rental Data Pack (2 GB ) with 249 Rs Due to some reason I left India on 08.11.2015, removed my SIM CARD and have not used that number since 09.11.2015. Airtel has generated my bill dated 23.10.215-22.11.2015 of Rs. 681, which I have paid on 12.12.2015. Now as I am not using that number but still Airtel has generated my bill dated 23.11.2015-22.12.2015 of Rs 512.97 and unbilled amount for date 23.12.2015 to till date is approx 400 Rs. which I am not able to pay. I want that number to be active and convert it into prepaid. So it is requested you to kindly Wave-Off my Unpaid amount and convert my number into prepaid. I shall ever be grateful for this kindness.                               My complaint is against Airtel for levying wrong charges on my Postpaid bill. Airtel Number: [protected] Bill Number:[protected] In November first week, I raised porting request due to increase in my monthly airtel bill and then received a call from airtel retention department and he asked me to change plan to CUG combo 499 plan with below benefits: 1200 local+std call 300 local+national SMS 1GB 4G/3G data free but because I was already using 1gb 4g/3g free (post 1gb data stops)@250, so he told me from next billing cycle(5th dec), plan will automatically start and 250 rs data plan will automatically disconnect. on next billing cycle, it did not happen as told by the executive. so I again requested for porting and with no surprise, retention dept called back. This time, my bill plan revised to "alive net cug 499 combo plan" from 10th dec'2015. but on the current bill, 500Rs charges for internet was levied. As I discussed with customer care, in 499 combo plan they have not provided 1GB data free benefit. Also, charges for 250Rs data plan was also levied on the bill. I was a loyal customer of airtel since last 10 years but now they have become a big fraud. I feel so cheated! I expect an earnest resolution to this issue! Please help me out for this.

                                Sumitted the docs for convert my airtel nunber [protected] corporate number as on 04/01/2016. they thave taken the docs and forget to process that after 12 day i visited the oultet where i have sumbited my docs that is 16 community center new friends colony new delhi then they realized that they are just given me the wrong sim (having pratice to change the sim (distubation of 4gsim)for the smallest issue) then after 12 day as on[protected] they have send new sim and told me will get activated in 12hr and they have disconnet my number from[protected] and till the time it is not activate i havr to suffer the monerty loss of 500000 inr because of not having the active number. airtel has to pay this as its is ok vid the customer till the time there is no monerty loss one thebut id due the number blocker i faceed mental harresment as well as financal loss which i can not get it go.

                                    Airtel customer care executive told me they deducted this for internet usage and the fact is that is my mom's mobile and she even don't know also how to use internet and before this they have also deducted our mobile balance around 60-90rs. but she havn't told to me about this deduction but they deducted again recently so she told me about this deduction so i want my deducted amount back. i hope so i will get positive response form this.

                                      Hi Sir I am Mohanraj residing at korattur using Airtel Broad connection Ph No: [protected] for few years. I lost many household items due to recent Chennai floods. One among the items are my desktop and data card. I was completely isolated from my house for 2 weeks. And later we came back to normal state later few weeks after rescue and relief operations flood. I was not using data card for the past 2 to 3 months. I was asked to Pay amount of around 3000 plus by collecting Agent. I have explained my personal problems faced during these two months at different times whenever they call me to Pay the money. They are keep on asking only to Pay the amount as I was not using the data card at all. Kindly please consider my request to give concession on the outstanding amount. Thanks Mohanraj Ph:[protected]

                                        Airtel DTH is the worst service I ever used in my life.They have utter disregard for the customers.I have registered a complaint one week back and called the customer care 4 or 5 times and what they do is raise a complaint each time and say it will be resolved in 24 hours .The funniest thing is when ever I call them, after 24 hours still having this issue(Error code 6 even after recharge) the customer center executive says the previous complaint case is closed(NOT RESOLVED the issue) and they are raising a new complaint number.I dont know what to say.To make things even worst they are reducing my account balance everyday(RS 12 per Day).This company still exists because it is in India.Now we all know the consequence of these kind of customer cheating in countries like US.I would have sued them in court if I have time for this.I dont have time for that.So I hope I am saving a few victims from this trap called Airtel DTH by this review. Now After waiting for almost a week I have no choice but to switch to a new DTH service provider.So my dear customers, never ever opt for this pathetic so called DTH service called Airtel.The DTH service is a far cry from Airtel mobile service.Just the name is same.Their DTH service dont even deserve to exist.They are such a pathetic service run by a bunch o[censored]nskilled people.
