    Yesterday i did a recharge of 100 rupees from my airtel app, later 100 rupees was deducted from my account but i never got my recharge done. So i had to recharge it again of 100 rupees. I want that earlier 100 rupees recharge done

      My mobile No is [protected]. I opted for postpaid 199 plan in December 2015. The usage limit should be 199 and should not cross more than that. Airtel branch themselves desided themselves credit limit as Rs 5000/-. The monthly first bill paid Rs 150. Now from 11 Dec 3025 to 10 Jan 2015 the monthly charges is 513/-. I personally approached anjali communication Belgaum Manager Asish Mobile No is [protected] to discontinue the existing postpaid 199 plan. Because monthly wise bill is increasing. He and his staff refused it. Now my complaint is request stop immediately from today onwards. Or convert the existing postpaid plan to prepaid plan.

      Respected sir,
      Thank for for your reply. I have no complaint but the Anjali communication its branch manager and staff refused to listen. I will apply for fresh prepaid airtel shim after clearing the all post paid amount if intimated. Request instruct the staff to discontinue the the [protected] sim with immediate effect. So that I can apply prepaid plan in another branch.

        I have requested for New Land Line Airtel phone connection in month of Oct-15.
        Airtel person came & checked the feasibility and then collected the documents &
        installation charges (INR 500).
        There onward, I have been keep on following up with the person incharge -
        Suresh/ Manikandan ([protected]) for 15 days. Initially, he told that service
        person will come tomorrow for installation for one week. Then later on, he has
        stopped to pick my calls.
        I really got frustrated by Airtel person irresponsible attitude & pathetic
        response towards customer.

        Its more than 4 month, nothing has initiated

          Dear Airtel,

          My 4G LTG number is [protected]. And my payment due is on 25th Jan 2016.
          I have made the payment on 19th Jan 2016 @ 11.43 AM.

          In the due course there are several follow ups and disturbance caused by your payment recovery agents. I have been associated with airtel for more than 9 years and have around 4 active connections on my name.

          In spite of communicating that the calls are disturbing me, they keep on calling for enquiry. This is really causing me a mental trauma.


          If I cross my due date then you have every right to ask me. but when I have confirmed that I have made the payment, still calling me for confirmations repeatedly is not acceptable.

          Because of this unethical behavior, I have already requested to cancel my 4G LTE connection.

          Just wanted to bring this to your notice, that a customer who has been with you for 9 years is leaving you because of your staff who treat the customer like this.

          Better take care of hiring a right executives and right mannered people.

          Anyways, you cannot compensate the disturbance caused. I regret the my association with Airtel.

              I have send msg for porting my Sim from aitel to idea network.
              Then some where call comes that sir why are you porting your no I said your 3g charges are high then that person gave me offer that for next 3 months we will provide u 1gb 3g net in 177 rs so I said its OK I m not porting my no I will stay with Airtel network
              Next day I did recharge of 177 n got 1gb 3gnet after 10 days again I did the same recharge they provided me 500 mb data and 15 days validity
              So is it the way to treat your customer ?????

                I have purchased Air-tel 4 G sim card on 16th of Jan and they said it will activated on Monday that is on 18 th since 16th and 17th was public holiday for pongal . but now its 19th evening still i did not get my number activated . Normally sim card gets activated with in 10 hrs now its been 48 hrs still its not activated can you please say how i can use it if it was like this . then what is the use of buying sim card with air tel ??

                  After getting a very good feedback from one of my friend, I have MNPed to Airtel from Tata, I have submitted all the required documents and got and SMS saying that the Documents/Address is verified. Asked me to changed the SIM and call 59090. Once I called they say your details do not match Please talk to the executive. Once i Called the executive i come to know they have entered the details wrong they ask me to resubmit the document, why the hell on the earth I should resubmit documents, when their Staff staff has committed such a bunder. They are yet to activate my sim and namesake escalation team is waste of time. I have wasted my time money and 5 days trauma as my regular phone is down. They call me for once and say you are not reachable such a sham. The call is even made during their closing hours so that i can't even call them back.

                      I want to get a new Airtel connection for which I had provided all the necessary documentation. But my document verification failed and the company representative replied back saying you have more than 9 active connections.

                      My complaint here is, I don't have more than 9 active connections .
                      Secondly I want a list of all SIM's registered on my name as Airtel says.
                      I am now curious to know the details as someone might be misusing my details to buy SIM cards.

                      Can you please let me know the way to come out of this situation.

                          Good day, I recharge my wife's line[protected] on the 15/1/2016 with #1, 700 airtime. I then activated airtel blackberry bundle (unlimited) of #1, 500 by dialing *440*161*. Immediately, the entire money disappeared without any date subscription reflecting in my phone.
                          I called their customer care which promise to look into it but to no avail.

                              I was using tata docomo plan, Airtel committed me given better plan & they conform me given 500 call free, permonth, they conform at the time of conformation, & port number, after my no port, time of activation executive told me 200 call free, I told them sales executive & company conformation call conform 500 call free. but activation member told sir this is plan say may I Activate no . or not . why they not conform before port mobile, why after port they conform plan.

                                Despite so many emails, my concern is still not resolved by airtel. It is a shame that a corporate like yours is so unprofessional and cheats customers. Let me re-iterate my points: 1) I was charged for 63 SMSes sent to a number [protected] when i was in UAE from 2nd to 5th Nov. I had not sent a single SMS to that number. I called the number and it says such a number does not exist. I checked on internet to find whose number it is and it says airtel helpdesk. How can i send (a) SMSes to a number that does not exist? (b) I have no reason to send 63 SMSes to a number that does not exist. I have raised this issue in both my trailing emails as well as during the complaint call i had filed on 23rd Dec. No one had bothered to look at this and rectify this issue. I expect Airtel to investigate this wrong SMS charge and rectify the same. 2) I had called Airtel on 2nd November 2015 morning to activate roaming plan. I was told by the concerned who answered my call that the plan I had taken during my previous month international travel is still active and will be valid till my travel date between 2-5th Nov. Now, I request your department to check the call recordings to know the facts, rather than responding to me so casually. 3) I also get 4-5 calls a day for payment and I have to tell everyone the same story that I have raised a complaint and waiting for the same to be resolved before payment. No one would pay the wrong amount until the issue is resolved. If you check my record of over a decade with Airtel, I have never been a defaulter. I wonder why my response cannot get recorded in the system so that 5 different people need not call me every day. If you note, I have not paid only for the month where there is a dispute. I have already paid for the last month where the billing was fine. I am writing to you in anticipation that i will not get another "parroted" response from Airtel, but a proper check done and my problem rectified. I am losing faith in the system of airtel and now believe that Airtel is out to cheat customers. I feel so cheated by such a large organization.                                       I own an Airtel Prepaid number +91 [protected] (Kerala Circle). I ported this number from BSNL to Airtel. I am using this number since 1998. Couple of months before I perceived a job in Coimbatore and got relocated to Kovaipudur, Coimbatore. So I decided to port my Kerala SIM to Tamil Nadu circle without changing the services provider. I shared my mobile number online with Airtel. Immediately someone from Airtel called me and had a detailed discussion regarding my requirement. I explained everything to customer care person. I preferred to take MyPack Family Post-paid connection with two additional SIM added to my account by making my above mentioned number as my primary number. One Mr. Prabhu (His number is [protected]) came to my location and gave me required number of SIM by collecting documents, photos, signatures on 3 different applications and requested an amount of rupees 900/- towards the activation of 3 SIM (300X3). I paid him the requested amount plus the cost of other ad-on SIM and he gave me a mobile number (Ms. Valarmathi [protected]) so that I can contact in this number to configure my myPack. In the evening Valarmathi called me to discuss about myPack and I explained to her about required number of packs in each category. I opted 999 plan with 50 packs. In between someone came to our flat and verified related documents and my address. Three SIM cards that I have received are still with me inactivated. I called Ms. Valarmathi to check the status but no proper information, I tried 12, couldn't find an option to talk to customer care representative. I send SMS to check status no proper reply. What should I do? Please assist me in this regard. I really became hopeless. I assume customer care team can help me in this regard.
