I have requested for New Land Line Airtel phone connection in month of Oct-15.
Airtel person came & checked the feasibility and then collected the documents &
installation charges (INR 500).
There onward, I have been keep on following up with the person incharge -
Suresh/ Manikandan ([protected]) for 15 days. Initially, he told that service
person will come tomorrow for installation for one week. Then later on, he has
stopped to pick my calls.
I really got frustrated by Airtel person irresponsible attitude & pathetic
response towards customer.
I am keep on sending mail : '[protected]@in.airtel.com'
Its more than 4 month, nothing has initiated
Looking forward for some positive response from your side.
