On my no [protected], a 3G data recharge was done on line, worth Rs 153.00 for 1 GB and 28 days validity recently. but till date, after recharging, I am unable to access the net, in spite of the fact that, that signal is showing 3G. Complaint was lodged over customer care no [protected], since last 3 days, but the problem remains unresolved. its not a phone problem, because from the same phone I am getting access to a voda phone sim already. I am totally upset
