I along with my family hold seven prepaid connections of Airtel and also a Broadband connection. There are no mobile signals specially inside the house. A written complaint submitted about three months back at Shopprix Branch office, Sector-61, Noida of Airtel has also not been responded to by the company. If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will forced to switch the mobile operator and also initiate proper proceedings against the company.

I am gaurav rawat, I purchased new airtel prepaid connection n I already using airtel postpaid connection from approx 7 years n now I phasing a network problem in my new connection like (automatically call disconnect, internet suffering, low signals)..

    Airtel 4G Dongle is not giving a 4G Speed. I'm able to acess only speed less than 200kbps for a 4G Service. Request raised to Airtel but no effect since 3 weeks.

      On my no [protected], a 3G data recharge was done on line, worth Rs 153.00 for 1 GB and 28 days validity recently. but till date, after recharging, I am unable to access the net, in spite of the fact that, that signal is showing 3G. Complaint was lodged over customer care no [protected], since last 3 days, but the problem remains unresolved. its not a phone problem, because from the same phone I am getting access to a voda phone sim already. I am totally upset Mitul Dutta

          First of all Airtel is worst in customer service. A pie chart on daily usage is not getting updated daily... since three days the pie chart is showing the same old data where as ive used much more than that... then suddenly it would send a message that ur data has been 100% consumed... this is mere cheating... my 8GB is getting over within 4 days...

          I want to know how much am i using daily to keep my data consumption in control...or atleast update it on daily basis... dont suddenly give a shock on one fine day.. i will be thinking that i am having lot of data available so i use it..

              I have done Airtel 2G recharge of 126 (Mobile : [protected]). But without asking my permission, they have put me on Auto-renewal service. So on Jan 12, I received an sms stating that the service will be renewed. I called 121, and followed the instructions to deactivate 2G mobile internet. Now I didn't receive a confirmation message from Airtel. That is true. But I believed that the deactivation was successful. I didn't know I had to receive some sms for that. On 14 Jan, I got an sms stating the service has renewed and I lost my 126 rs. I called up 121 to complain, and they replied that my deactivation process didn't go through. They said it is my fault that the deactivation sms didn't come. I was not redeemed my money. I was extremely upset. My complaint is about this Auto-renewal process. Few months back I had called 121 to ask them to stop this auto-renewal process for 126 Rs recharge. They said it has been stopped and it did. But I didn't know that the next time I do the recharge, I will be on their auto-renewal process again. This is what happened this time. Either Airtel must ask customers if they want to be included in auto-renewal process or before they deduct the money for the service, they should ask the customers - "Do you want the service?". They have neither in place. It is a shame that a company like Airtel is using schemes like these to exploit common people.

                  Date- 14 jan 2016 Mobile no-[protected] Hi Team, Today when I woke up I saw a message saying "Thank you for choosing HOT CHILLIES on your airtel mobile.You have been charged Rs 49.00 for 15 days...". After that Rs 50 has been deducted from my account. I never activated any services and still money is getting deducted. please take care of such issues as it is impacting user experience with Airtel.                   Yesterday I got the similar message. I didn't activate any services. I was charged Rs. 99/- for Hot Chillies service for 30 days. This is not the first time Airtel is activating services in my account on their own. I'm very unhappy with Airtel

                  This is the second time 99 rupees is being deducted.

                  Stop scamming your customers please, and initiate a refund ASAP.

                    Hello, I had purchase new airtel postpaid plan and with mobile portable of my older number. And I had given 500 Rs as activation charges but for some reason the card is not activated. And since last 20-25 days i repeating calling to airtel dealer or airtel office. They always say we will call back or we send our representative to refund my money and document. till they not send to any guy to my office. So please take my genuine request and please consider.

                      Hi,

                      I have been getting e-mails regarding [protected] mobile number on my e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com. [protected] is not mu number and I have been living in USA. I have complained a lot about this and every time I got the response that we have made the necessary changes.
                      Why are you guys sending me e-mails for a number which I don't own. You are the worst customer service I have ever come across.
                      Improve your BS system to avoid such kind of issues.

                              They deduct my balance of rs 150 from my mobile phone on 12 Jan 2016 during any received call of about 12 min. When I check my balance & call to customer care executive they said that this balance deduction is due to net usage. I can call thrice every time they give different different reasons & not give any satisfactory answer & also they don't talk to me in a proper manner & said that that's your problem. Also I have 7mb left in my net balance so I don't know how they deduct my balance if I have that much MB left till now. On 12 Jan 2016 I have about 50mb net balance. They said you use 30mb net during call that at that time so they have to deduct net usage from my net balance but they charge it from my mobile balance. According to my knowledge during call no net is used. Sir please solve my problem as soon as possible & please try to refund my balance. Yours truly Thanking you

                                  I recharged Rs.199 for 2G Net Pack Via my Airtel app on my friend mobile no.-[protected] on 06 dec.2015, recharge not done but balance deduct from my bank account. i called many times to customer care but they said that we had refund your amount but i did not received yet.                                     We are using airtel mobile no [protected] post paid in the name of mukesh jetha. theey have charged every month extra charges in bill and every month we have to compalint ofr the same. after that we have follow airtel outlets to disconnect that no but they have not ready to dicoonect. now we are not using that no but they are telling that you bill 2000 is due you have to pay. they make fake call to us from [protected] and they are telling that we are speking from high court ahemdabad but they are not from high court they are simpale airtel company guys. like that only airetel company do. first they have charged extra to cusmtomer and after that they are harrsing customer to pay that amount otherwise we are going to file a case against you even customer not used that amopunt but he has to pay.

                                      I am trying to access my postpaid account bill since yesterday i.e. 12 jan 2016. For every query it is showing the same message again and again, "Sorry! We are unable to process your request. Please try again after some time". I called up customer care yesterday and they told me that I would be able to access all the information in an hour. But today i.e. 13 jan 2016, I am still not able to get the details.
