My Docomo stopped working on 26th of December 2015 at 11.00 P.M. After that I tried calling the customer care to activate the number, they initially said the transfer is not done yet. When ever I call they give a new reason. After 27th evening call to 59059 is not connecting to the verification departement. My number is not working since last two days. We are facing broadband connection speed problem past two weeks. We used 16 Mbps internet speed up to December 11 2015, after that it got reduced to 4MBps. We complained to the customer care, they said with in 48 hours it will be rectified and the executive said the 16 Mbps feasibility is available in that area, within 48 hours the 16 Mbps plan will be activated to your account. Every day we are calling to the customer care but nobody responding...
