    Airtel customer care executive told me they deducted this for internet usage and the fact is that is my mom's mobile and she even don't know also how to use internet and before this they have also deducted our mobile balance around 60-90rs. but she havn't told to me about this deduction but they deducted again recently so she told me about this deduction so i want my deducted amount back. i hope so i will get positive response form this.

      Hi Sir I am Mohanraj residing at korattur using Airtel Broad connection Ph No: [protected] for few years. I lost many household items due to recent Chennai floods. One among the items are my desktop and data card. I was completely isolated from my house for 2 weeks. And later we came back to normal state later few weeks after rescue and relief operations flood. I was not using data card for the past 2 to 3 months. I was asked to Pay amount of around 3000 plus by collecting Agent. I have explained my personal problems faced during these two months at different times whenever they call me to Pay the money. They are keep on asking only to Pay the amount as I was not using the data card at all. Kindly please consider my request to give concession on the outstanding amount. Thanks Mohanraj Ph:[protected]

        Airtel DTH is the worst service I ever used in my life.They have utter disregard for the customers.I have registered a complaint one week back and called the customer care 4 or 5 times and what they do is raise a complaint each time and say it will be resolved in 24 hours .The funniest thing is when ever I call them, after 24 hours still having this issue(Error code 6 even after recharge) the customer center executive says the previous complaint case is closed(NOT RESOLVED the issue) and they are raising a new complaint number.I dont know what to say.To make things even worst they are reducing my account balance everyday(RS 12 per Day).This company still exists because it is in India.Now we all know the consequence of these kind of customer cheating in countries like US.I would have sued them in court if I have time for this.I dont have time for that.So I hope I am saving a few victims from this trap called Airtel DTH by this review. Now After waiting for almost a week I have no choice but to switch to a new DTH service provider.So my dear customers, never ever opt for this pathetic so called DTH service called Airtel.The DTH service is a far cry from Airtel mobile service.Just the name is same.Their DTH service dont even deserve to exist.They are such a pathetic service run by a bunch o[censored]nskilled people.           I, Sherin James, have reached for 1555 for my dongle # [protected] and as per the reachare, airtel should have provide be 12 GB 4G data but i was not able to connect google at least in 2g speed. I complained on8th about it and they said they would solve it by 13th January. But it was not done. it called again and complained on 14, but the rep said she would arrange me a call back. But i was not got at all. so i went to airtel show room at Ashok Nagar on 18th and complained. they have reset the modem and now its at least getting connected. But, buy the time i lost 10 days of validity. i asked for the extension of ten days of the lost validity but they are vey stubborn to provide me. I have talked about this issue to the tamil nadu customer service team leader and he recklessly asked me complaint in consumer court and they will not provide extended validity. As they are so stubborn to provide proper service for which i have paid earlier, i would like to bring it to the consumer complain form's attention. Kindly take necessary messures to eradicate these kindly fake promises.

                    I was very surprised to know that Airtel DTH is charging Rs. 15/- on every delayed recharge, and they have been charging this every month. This is very frustratic that no message or information they give their consumers about this. And daily rental also is deducted on ther hand if you don't recharge in advance. How airtel is cheating consumers while they take money in advance. If any people don't recharge their account by 15 days, Airtel will charge you for these 15 days and recover the money when you make a fresh recharge. Please beware of this.

                        5846992 please check for this transaction number ? I did data recharge for [protected] but airtel is denying it. The retailer who did my recharge is [protected]. His money is also deducted and his merchandiser says transaction is success. But Airtel says they have not received the transaction. Please check the transaction number and let me know. My complaint is airtel network is not at my home in that address. Out side is a best network only my home is not available your network.that problem is a big problem than my Township is very big town but your airtel customer is low because of that problem. Your network is no 1 network so pls feel up the network problem..
                          No network in nerul west sector 16 palm beech road as there are no network tower in that zone, the airtel staff is only helpless since the company cannot give service for nerul client. As there is no tower in nerul palm beech road .

                            I have recharge with Rs.222 full talktime offer but they have not credited balance in my prepaid balance, they have provided special balance but it is not specified in the recharge. But I want to have balance in my prepaid balance. So I have called them regarding this but they are behaving rudely and not transferring money to my prepaid balance. So, I want to file complaint against them and transfer my special balance to prepaid balance or return my amount.

                                Today, on 17th Jan, 2016 at 1:20 AM, I used the myAirtel App to recharge my phone with Rs.250 full talktime and Rs.500 in my Airtel wallet. The transaction went smoothly and without any problems whatsoever, I was happy with the service at that point. I used the data I had leftover from a Monthly offer to validate this recharge, After the transaction I had ~45 MB of data left, So I switched Mobile Data off and turned to WiFi. After that I was up until about 4 AM using WiFi to watch some shows online, I did not check the balance afterwards, however I did not feel the need to as I did not use any data services at all. After that, I put my phone on airplane mode, I do that a lot to prevent any unnecessary calls and data transactions, and I went to sleep. I woke up at around ~10:30 AM today and switched the airplane mode off, and still my mobile data was off so I turned on the WiFi and opened the myAirtel App once again to do another recharge via the Airtel wallet this time, however I was shocked to see that it stated that my balance was Rs. 0.02, I thought it might be an error because my balance before the recharge was close to Rs. 0.06, So I dialled *123* on my phone to check the balance and yet again the balance read Rs. 0.02. I pulled down my notification drawer and went into my data usage to see if by mistake the data had somehow been left on even though I had my phone on airplane mode when I woke up. But the data usage on my phone was 0.35GB for this month which is the same as it was last night after the recharge. I decided to call Airtel customer care to know why this much balance had been deducted from my account even though I am not subscribed to any services which would periodically deduct my balance, however I was unable to talk to a customer care executive because "I did not have enough balance to complete the call", Pissed at this point, I went to the nearest store and recharged my account with Rs. 30 to be able to make the call even though It makes no sense that I have to have balance to be able to call customer care but whatever, I finally got through to an executive and told him about my problem, he then told me that he is checking into my matter and asked me to hold, I did. After about 3 whole minutes, he told me that the reason my balance had been deducted was because from 1:33AM to ~10AM my data was turned on. Now, I'm not a fool, I always switch my phone to airplane mode and I know, It is not possible for me to even make a call let alone use the mobile data with the Airplane mode turned on, So I told the executive that it is impossible that my data was switched on from 1:33AM to ~10AM since I only had it on till I recharged my account after which I turned the data off and switched to a 2G band for better network coverage, He persisted on saying that it was turned on for that duration. Okay, Let's assume for a moment, that there was a way that it was possible that my phone can actually magically access internet on its own even if it is on airplane mode/flight mode, I still have 45MB worth of Night data from Airtel, which just confirms that my Internet was for sure not turned on till 6AM, I was completely alone, so unless a thief came inside my house, picked up my phone, turned on data, use 250Rs. worth of data after 6AM and then left without stealing anything. There is no way possible that my balance would have been deducted. With that being said, I call you out on your explanation Airtel, I want full refunds for this issue and I want you to fix your stuff, This did not happen to me while my number was a Vodafone one, I switched operators thinking this would be better but what do I know, I get charged for going to sleep. Amazing. I am attaching an image of my balance according to Airtel at 11:53AM on 17th of January, 2016 after I had done a 30Rs, talktime recharge which netted me a total of Rs.23.20 talktime, If necessary I will provide any more details on this issue. I hope you take this issue seriously because I like Airtel and I switched mainly because It has the best Internet in my opinion. I do not want to switch carriers. Thank you.                                   Dear Sir/madam For the circle Assam there is a recharge option of the amount rs 53 for 1 GB 3G data for 1 night validity.I recharged my airtel number with the amount on 16/01/2016 at 09:45 PM TransID:[protected] .But I received no 3G speed after 00:00hrs.I was awake till 1:30 hrs on 17/01/2016 but I got the least speed.Is this the service the company offers to its customers.I was getting very frustrated and angry with this kind of cheat.I want my money to get refunded.even after doing recharge with the amount 53 I got no service from airtel.
