Hi, i have requested for a broadband connection, and paid 1000/- on 2nd jan 16, n then for 10 days sometime they said connection is not possible and sometimes possible. And last they said its not possible and they said u can submit the details for online refund n we will refund within 3 working days but till now i did not received any refund. Kirtika

    Today, on 17th Jan, 2016 at 1:20 AM, I used the myAirtel App to recharge my phone with Rs.250 full talktime and Rs.500 in my Airtel wallet. The transaction went smoothly and without any problems whatsoever, I was happy with the service at that point. I used the data I had leftover from a Monthly offer to validate this recharge, After the transaction I had ~45 MB of data left, So I switched Mobile Data off and turned to WiFi. After that I was up until about 4 AM using WiFi to watch some shows online, I did not check the balance afterwards, however I did not feel the need to as I did not use any data services at all. After that, I put my phone on airplane mode, I do that a lot to prevent any unnecessary calls and data transactions, and I went to sleep. I woke up at around ~10:30 AM today and switched the airplane mode off, and still my mobile data was off so I turned on the WiFi and opened the myAirtel App once again to do another recharge via the Airtel wallet this time, however I was shocked to see that it stated that my balance was Rs. 0.02, I thought it might be an error because my balance before the recharge was close to Rs. 0.06, So I dialled *123* on my phone to check the balance and yet again the balance read Rs. 0.02. I pulled down my notification drawer and went into my data usage to see if by mistake the data had somehow been left on even though I had my phone on airplane mode when I woke up. But the data usage on my phone was 0.35GB for this month which is the same as it was last night after the recharge. I decided to call Airtel customer care to know why this much balance had been deducted from my account even though I am not subscribed to any services which would periodically deduct my balance, however I was unable to talk to a customer care executive because "I did not have enough balance to complete the call", Pissed at this point, I went to the nearest store and recharged my account with Rs. 30 to be able to make the call even though It makes no sense that I have to have balance to be able to call customer care but whatever, I finally got through to an executive and told him about my problem, he then told me that he is checking into my matter and asked me to hold, I did. After about 3 whole minutes, he told me that the reason my balance had been deducted was because from 1:33AM to ~10AM my data was turned on. Now, I'm not a fool, I always switch my phone to airplane mode and I know, It is not possible for me to even make a call let alone use the mobile data with the Airplane mode turned on, So I told the executive that it is impossible that my data was switched on from 1:33AM to ~10AM since I only had it on till I recharged my account after which I turned the data off and switched to a 2G band for better network coverage, He persisted on saying that it was turned on for that duration. Okay, Let's assume for a moment, that there was a way that it was possible that my phone can actually magically access internet on its own even if it is on airplane mode/flight mode, I still have 45MB worth of Night data from Airtel, which just confirms that my Internet was for sure not turned on till 6AM, I was completely alone, so unless a thief came inside my house, picked up my phone, turned on data, use 250Rs. worth of data after 6AM and then left without stealing anything. There is no way possible that my balance would have been deducted. With that being said, I call you out on your explanation Airtel, I want full refunds for this issue and I want you to fix your stuff, This did not happen to me while my number was a Vodafone one, I switched operators thinking this would be better but what do I know, I get charged for going to sleep. Amazing. I am attaching an image of my balance according to Airtel at 11:53AM on 17th of January, 2016 after I had done a 30Rs, talktime recharge which netted me a total of Rs.23.20 talktime, If necessary I will provide any more details on this issue. I hope you take this issue seriously because I like Airtel and I switched mainly because It has the best Internet in my opinion. I do not want to switch carriers. Thank you.       Dear Sir/madam For the circle Assam there is a recharge option of the amount rs 53 for 1 GB 3G data for 1 night validity.I recharged my airtel number with the amount on 16/01/2016 at 09:45 PM TransID:[protected] .But I received no 3G speed after 00:00hrs.I was awake till 1:30 hrs on 17/01/2016 but I got the least speed.Is this the service the company offers to its customers.I was getting very frustrated and angry with this kind of cheat.I want my money to get refunded.even after doing recharge with the amount 53 I got no service from airtel.

            This is Bhima Gollar [protected](alternate number [protected]), I am using Airtel service since more than 10years, and now my number has disconnected permanently due to violation of TRAI rules, this is my personal number which i am not using any professional purpose but one promotional SMS has sent to DND customer but it was done by deliberately it was happens by mistake and that also Once so on the basis of "one sms how they can disconnect my number and that also without any warning notice" and Even this also I have apologized to Complainant and service provide but still they are not listening to me and I am Ready to pay penalty charges because this number will cost me more in terms of professional and my personal also

              On[protected] an employee named manoj of airtel store of bhilai supela called for broadband connection i agreed and he came to home and checked the possibility of connection. Then he confirmed and said to provide an amount of 1000, i said to provide the bill then he said he will provide it after connection so i gave him 500 along with my aadhar xerox and a passport photo. He went and after 8 days message came in my cell regarding connection confirmation and the same day i called he confirmed after 2-3 days connection will be done but till 7 dec no such action for connecting broadband done, so i called again manoj then he said connection is not possible because of xyz reasons and i request for refunding of amount he said it will be done within a week. Then at 18 dec i got message of cancellation. But till date i haven't received amount and today i called manoj he said you go to anywhere you want but i can't provide you refund. I am extremely tensed for such an action by airtel broadband department.

                    I have been informed by text message my application has been successfully submitted and processed against portability. The minimum 30 minutes, i may have to switch off my mobile. Post that my number will be activated. It will be close to 48 hours now and still the number didnt get activated. called multiple times but yet not clear, where it get stuck. This is like nightmare if you been travelling to multiple cities, with no alternate number. Trusting the Brand called Airtel.

                      With a deep dissatisfaction and frustration I am lodging this complain against Airtel India internet online recharge system. 2 days back I recharged my airtel mob [[protected]] with 3G pack, and deduct money from my account. But recharge didn't happen although I received success screen, and I am not able to use my internet. And they says "It's smart phone network".. all BS. Also I am not able to check as it's shows service not available temporarily. They are not at all care about the customer. I face similar issue 2 months back also.

                          On 13 Jan 2016 I had recharged my Airtel number with amt. Of Rs. 151 in which I got 1gb 3g data for 3 days validity. Means it will be expire on 15 Jan 2016 at 12 o'clock at midnight . and also I had Rs 43 as my calling bal. I used my data From 13jan 2016 to 15jan 2016 till 23:55pm then I close my data connection from my handset bcoz I know that if I use my Internet after 24:00 they will deduct charges from my main bal. But after closing my data connection from my handset I received a message from Airtel that 235mb of data bal. Is remaining in my Airtel account and suddenly I received a new msg that my main calling bal is nill after receiving these two msg I call to 198 ext. for complaining of this problem but they said Ur Airtel account is not updated yet for getting information o[censored]r bal. Deduction it takes one hrs to update and told me to call again after 1hrs but I didn't call bcoz its a night time. in morning means on 16th Jan 2016 I call again on the ext. 198 but they didn't gave proper reply when I asked for transferring the call to senior they transfered my call to Airtel dth dept. And cutted the call without giving me proper information abt these deduction again I call to Airtel 121 helpline ext. And request to transfer my call to senior they transfer my call to a lady and when I asked a reply of my bal deduction she said to me that I had used my data connection after 24:00hrs again that's y my bal. Was deducted means my data bal. Is supposed to be nill that's y they deducted my bal. From my main bal. account but I had already closed my data connection 5 min before 24:00hrs...plsss check this complaint and give main calling bal. Back plss do the needful

                              I am facing problems with my airtel mobile network since past 3 days. The calls drop every 15 sec or so. It works fine in my office and ither places so it seems the problem is licalised to Vasant Kunj. My husband also has an airtel connection and he is facing the same problem. This is very inconvenient as we are unable to use our phones once we reach home. Please solve this issue asap.

                                      I am experiencing network issues near to my locality for almost a month now([protected]). The call will disconnect in between(max 1.5 min) and afterwards it won't even connect (if connected, no voice). I had called their customer care(Jan 03) and they assured a resolution by Jan 8. Since there was no improvement even by Jan 12, I made another call. This time they informed me that they are having some maintenance going on and hence these issues. They weren't able to give a possible resolution date. As of now we cannot even make a proper call. When my neighbor had called them with the same issue, they told him a different reason(that he is not having 4G sim) and hence this problem. I think since this issue is localized, they are turning a blind eye. Even I'm able to make normal calls from my office. But most of my calls are to be made while I'm at home and that is not possible with their current service. I'm writing this complaint in this forum since Airtel customer care weren't able to resolve this issue. Also I would like to remind Airtel that I, as a customer can have a much more easier resolution to this issue by simply switching to another customer(already done that). If you don't want to loose business, better resolve this kind of call losses.
