Airtel is cheating My Plan customers. I am a My Plan customer. My mobile plan is ₹399 My Plan. I subscribed 4 packs of 3G internet plan. As per my plan, I can access 480MB at full speed thereafter unlimited 2G at 20 KBps from all my mobile numbers under this plan. But, one of my add-on number cannot access internet after completion of 480MB. I complained it for 4 times to Airtel customer care number. They registered my complaint but they closed all those complaints without resolving the issue. Every time they ask me to restart my phone and they assured internet will connect after restart. But nothing worked but they simply changed the complaint status to resolved. Airtel did not look in to this issue and did not take action any on those customer service executives who have changed the complaint status to resolved without resolving the issue. Again, I called Airtel CSE and the CSE told that they have this problem to all My Plan customers and this will get resolved within next billing cycle. But there will be no change in my bill even they have not given the service they committed. I am totally disappointed with the service from Airtel.

    I am facing lot of network issue in bangalore from past 2 months. Even though i use LTE the speed shows E and sometimes calls are not getting connected. So called AIRTEL having several customers is least bothered to provide proper service to customers even after several complaints. If you cant provide proper service better close your company and go. I request you to take proper action with respect to towers so that calls, messages and internet is available.

          My prepaid mobile number is [protected] by name Nayeem Ahmed Khan. I am in saudi, I wanted to recharge international roaming pack and I got the details from airtel website 779 full talk time, incomming 30/minute and out going 40/minute. I recharged it from my credit card with transaction Id 772381 dated 07.01.2016. the recharge was succussfull and I got confirmation message also. Even after getting confirmation from Airtel International roaming pack was not activated and I lost huge amount. Also I checked Applicable countries in the list of applicable countries Saudi Arabia was mentioned. I would like to claim full recharged amount my contact details : [protected]@yahoo.co.in

            I have recently applied for a new broadband connection at airtel's online site www.airtel.in and paid the initial fees of Rs.1000/-. The details of the transaction are : Application Number : ONBANGA01352562 Transaction Status : Successful Transaction Reference no. :[protected] Transaction Date & Time : 03/01/2016 11:40:43 Payment Amount (Rs.) : 1000 Paid from : Debit Card it has been 4 days since and i have been given the connection and when i make phone calls to the numbers from which i have received the call once for asking me submit the documents, they are saying contact customer care and that this is the number that deals with that issue. It is very annoying from airtel.

                      I have airtel 4g internet at home no [protected]. While selling this product 4g speed was promised. However each month experience slowness atleast for 3 to 4 days.i have not consumed the stipulated 50Gb usage however speed is very poor. Tried to report this issue to airtel earlier. No action taken by them, not even a call was made to understand the problem. After some days sped is restored. Need transparency from airtel on the actual speed as its not as promised. Need better customer service as well.

Those people have been telling me there is some outstanding amount of my old data card number.                             Myself Bhuvaneswari, Writing this with most frustration. I am facing lot of issue with Airtel network postpaid connection. Always my mobile is out of coverage area. I have raised multiple complaints against the same. In return i just received 1 SMS from Airtel saying issue will be solved in future. (Attached copy of that message). Would like to inform that am not staying in the jungle. Am very much in hot place of Bangalore. Staying in Mid of Indiranagar, Thippasandra, HAL, Old Airport road. Whenever i want to make calls only the Sim card (Sim1) is searching for the signal. During the call i get 3 points signal strength. Once the call is over, again it will go back to 0 signal strength. This network issue lead to a lot of professional & personal problems since no one could able to reach me even if there is an emergency situation. I could not able to use mobile internet as well (opted for 250 rs LTE). Even Though the service is very poor, Airtel charges 1500 rs to 2000 rs every month as a bill. Every day I have to struggle with this frustrated Airtel. Worst thing is they have never taken a step to solve my issue at all. But they promote their business by challenging other service providers, without even considering the existing customer. Herewith i have provided images & video's as a proof for Airtel Service and showed how much i suffered due to this issue. You can check Signal strength of Sim 1 in all these pics. I have just given a sample images since i have too many proofs. Even a free Sim card (Sim 2) which I got from a supermarket - T24 is working very good when compared to Airtel. I am using Sony C4 Smartphone which is 5 months old. So this is definitely not mobile issue. You can verify with Sim 2 Signal Strength. Requesting you to take action for this.                                   I got a new microSIM for my existing number [protected] yesterday ( 05th Jan 2016 ) at about 11 am from the Airtel Office in Chennai Beach Station. I was told it will be activated within 4 hours, but the activation took nearly 12 hours, i could now call and surf internet, but still the SMS facility is not working. Because of this i am unable to activate my ICICI and Axis bank mobile banking which sends OTP, and also my credit card which sends OTP for verification. Why i have not been informed about this before? Why the Sms activation takes time? The representatives have to inform every customer who purchase a new sim about the activation time and sms activation delay. No one cares about it. In chennai Beach station Airtel branch, the token number system is not proper and the numbers jumps from 45 to 50. when asked, the person infront of computer responds that your token number is not showing up. This is happening to many when i was waiting for my token number. Being a preferred network and good customer satisfaction, Please rectify all these issues and do needful.                                     Airtel call center is calling more than 4 times in a day to port my current number to Airtel. I have told them n number of times that I DONT WISH TO MOVE TO AIRTEL but still I am getting sales call EVERYDAY. This is an harassment that any company cannot call anyone if they have been informed multiple times that I DONT WISH TO USE AIRTEL. They are not even making a note of it and calling all odd times. There is no supervisor to resolve this issue and their IVR system is OUTDATED and USELESS.

                                      This mistake has costed me a lot (around 5000.00 on both numbers [protected] and [protected]) I am fail to understand when ever i try sorting out this issue in store and over the phone. they are not able to help me although they are good in apologizing a lot and ask me to log a complaint against guy in store Indirapuram, i bought the connection from . but this not i want .When i was clear enough to convey my message to your store representative that i need one more CUG number under my office id. so that i do not get charged to make calls between both numbers [protected] and [protected]. he agreed on that and provided me new CUG number [protected]. but this was not done and as a result i am being charged from day one between [protected] and [protected]. and so far i have paid 3600.00 for [protected] and 1300 for [protected]. Being a reputed telecome company no body bothered to me ring and inform me that this your both CUG numbers are not free to call each other. Gods know what did he do or forgot to do . before this i had great faith on Airtel because i have been using [protected] since last more 3 years . Never looked at my bill and paid on time being loyal to airtel this is really disheartening when one some get this . this kind of irresponsible behavior from airtel now airtel has broken my trust and forced me to change my mind. Now i am so much dissatisfied and angry .I have paid 5000.00 extra from my harden money to airtel . which I could have saved for kids future . I am sure there would be someone who really can understand my pain and frustration and anger and help me to get on this. Out of frustration and dissatisfaction i am not paying for any bill from both numbers ([protected] and [protected]) till then it is sorted and i get credit back .
