    Hi, I hold Airtel Postpaid Number [protected] from last 10 years and from last year May 2015, i have been complaining that there is no network ZERO network in my house. I have sick parents who cannot reach me. What should i do. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR NO SERVICE ? i have emails written to all can please ask Airtel to see howmany times i called customer care to complaint nothing happened till now. Surprisingly see the email list i wrote to all but no use is all the email ID owners just seeing this email has waste. So it is clear a common man cannot fight against a company is it ? then why are we democratic country ? can one officer act on this. Even after writing so many times there is no resolution. I thought at least one out of the email list will help me. I think you all would have not read my email for not bothered to reply or forgot the issue. I have network issue meaning no network ‎ from Airtel. I hold [protected] and I am 10 years old customer from last 3 weeks I am requesting the call back from the managers no one is bothered to call me till date and time. WHY? Haven't I paid my bills duly all these 10 Years. Now when I am not getting any network from you in my home and you guys have agreed that there is network issue why are you BILLING me. You fix the issue nodal officer wrote me an email last 3 months back it will be fixed ASAP. When will this happen. Can SOMEONE take absolute ACTION on this compalint and resolve. Dear Nodal officer, DO NOT remove others from the email. Please fix this issue or waive of my bill. It was told my Airtel manager Shailesh and Kaur not to pay my bill. Why is the bill generated when no network is provided. Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone.

      I have Taken the connection on December 25 and the services went well up to Jan 2 and from Jan 2 to Jan 7 there is no internet sue to service outage and now on jan 14 I got a mail stating that I have consumed 40 GB of data out of 60 GB, I was surprised and checked the usage and could see the Data was running round the clock and even there is data download at the midnight also when i have raised the query with airtel they say that our back end team is working and will get back to me I am not really sure what the back end team is working they are trying to prove me that I am cheating them, I challenged them by asking an engineering to come anc check at my house and what are the devices there to run the Data round the clock. and today even my speed has gone down when i raised the ticket they say the enginner would come tomorrow bt in the call I was been told that i would be provided the resolution by End of the day. i really want to lodge a complaint on them. they are really torturing them. I am seeing my self as a big fool in taking Airtel broadband service. Can anyone help me in telling where can I a lodge complaint on them.

        Airtel customer executive call me for porting a sim in airtel network .they gave me a porting plan, including 1gb 4g data then 2g unlimited, 560 local minutes and 320 std minutes under 299 rental plan .i am ported aircel network in airtel network but they didn't give me any internet plan and their customer executive also didn't receive my call and their service provider is also helpless .so plz help me .I have also call recording of their customer executive.

            [protected] acct number. In 7 says 30 gb is exhausted. When first warning came, I called the technician then he said there are 2 networks for the same ip address and both are enabled.one is secured and the other is not secured. He fixed it . After he fixed I have 6 gb left. Now after 1 day, got a message that total gb is exhausted in one day, no one are there in the house and even we came back home and watching gmail for this message. Mere cheating . U guys are cheating wuth the customer. I have given mail to airtel.In and they are not responding at all. I have used bsnl for 1 year with 8 gb. Same way I am using airtel but I am getting warning messages that data is consumed fully. Sarcastic. I did a mistake from shifting to airtel.

              I have been using MTS card since 2014 and bought to Airtel 4G in the month on November for enhancing data service, so disconnected MTS and bought Airtel 4G. As there was heavy rainfall and flood in Chennai in the month of November & December 2015, I was initially told by the Airtel front office executive of Valasaravakkam branch that the service disrupted due to rain, I understood the issue as I heard from others that other service providers also was disrupted due to Chennai Flood. But days have passed from 10th December where Chennai was back to normal and I have been writing emails to customer care about poor service of 4G data. But there is no response. Multiple technicians have come to house and they have produced report saying the site where the tower is placed in front of our house is down as there is a issue with the landlord and they are not able to commit a resolution to my issue. Today when I had returned my dongle with the email proof they are not willing to refund my dongle cost of 2290/-. For the poor service of data and loss in my existing connection and frustration I have been going thru needs to be addressed in this forum

                I use an Airtel 4G hotspot device, mobile number [protected], in Wakad, Pune. For over a week now, the internet speeds have been pathetic - around 100-200 kbps. I called your customer care and was told that the downtime issue in Pune would be resolved by today morning, but that didn't happen. My work is getting affected big time. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

                  I along with my family hold seven prepaid connections of Airtel and also a Broadband connection. There are no mobile signals specially inside the house. A written complaint submitted about three months back at Shopprix Branch office, Sector-61, Noida of Airtel has also not been responded to by the company. If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will forced to switch the mobile operator and also initiate proper proceedings against the company.

                    Airtel 4G Dongle is not giving a 4G Speed. I'm able to acess only speed less than 200kbps for a 4G Service. Request raised to Airtel but no effect since 3 weeks.

                      On my no [protected], a 3G data recharge was done on line, worth Rs 153.00 for 1 GB and 28 days validity recently. but till date, after recharging, I am unable to access the net, in spite of the fact that, that signal is showing 3G. Complaint was lodged over customer care no [protected], since last 3 days, but the problem remains unresolved. its not a phone problem, because from the same phone I am getting access to a voda phone sim already.                           First of all Airtel is worst in customer service. A pie chart on daily usage is not getting updated daily... since three days the pie chart is showing the same old data where as ive used much more than that... then suddenly it would send a message that ur data has been 100% consumed... this is mere cheating... my 8GB is getting over within 4 days...

                              I have done Airtel 2G recharge of 126 (Mobile : [protected]). But without asking my permission, they have put me on Auto-renewal service. So on Jan 12, I received an sms stating that the service will be renewed. I called 121, and followed the instructions to deactivate 2G mobile internet. Now I didn't receive a confirmation message from Airtel. That is true. But I believed that the deactivation was successful. I didn't know I had to receive some sms for that. On 14 Jan, I got an sms stating the service has renewed and I lost my 126 rs. I called up 121 to complain, and they replied that my deactivation process didn't go through. They said it is my fault that the deactivation sms didn't come. I was not redeemed my money. I was extremely upset. My complaint is about this Auto-renewal process. Few months back I had called 121 to ask them to stop this auto-renewal process for 126 Rs recharge. They said it has been stopped and it did. But I didn't know that the next time I do the recharge, I will be on their auto-renewal process again. This is what happened this time. Either Airtel must ask customers if they want to be included in auto-renewal process or before they deduct the money for the service, they should ask the customers - "Do you want the service?". They have neither in place. It is a shame that a company like Airtel is using schemes like these to exploit common people.

                                Sir i have done 3g net pack 1gb on 1/1/2016 but i m not using my net sir i have done complaint on airtel costumer care but no action on my request 14 day are left my net pack but i don't use any 1mb net .

                                  Date- 14 jan 2016 Mobile no-[protected] Hi Team, Today when I woke up I saw a message saying "Thank you for choosing HOT CHILLIES on your airtel mobile.You have been charged Rs 49.00 for 15 days...". After that Rs 50 has been deducted from my account. I never activated any services and still money is getting deducted. please take care of such issues as it is impacting user experience with Airtel.                                   Yesterday I got the similar message. I didn't activate any services. I was charged Rs. 99/- for Hot Chillies service for 30 days. This is not the first time Airtel is activating services in my account on their own. I'm very unhappy with Airtel
                                  The same thing happened with me, too.
                                  This is the second time 99 rupees is being deducted.

                                  Stop scamming your customers please, and initiate a refund ASAP.

                                    Hello, I had purchase new airtel postpaid plan and with mobile portable of my older number. And I had given 500 Rs as activation charges but for some reason the card is not activated. And since last 20-25 days i repeating calling to airtel dealer or airtel office. They always say we will call back or we send our representative to refund my money and document. till they not send to any guy to my office. So please take my genuine request and please consider.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been getting e-mails regarding [protected] mobile number on my e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com. [protected] is not mu number and I have been living in USA. I have complained a lot about this and every time I got the response that we have made the necessary changes.
                                      Why are you guys sending me e-mails for a number which I don't own. You are the worst customer service I have ever come across.
                                      Improve your BS system to avoid such kind of issues.
