    Please consider it as an emergency . I got a bill for my airtel postpaid no. [protected] for an amount of Rs:1359 INR, I have been trying to contact your customer care centre for the last two weeks. I didn't get any response from your side. The only answer I'm getting is your server is down. I checked my bill and found that the amount billed is for my internet usage. I'm using your airtel network last 5 year as a prepaid connection but now i was changed my mind & switched into postpaid network i took a Rs-599 rentle plan and another number with Rs-199 ( [protected] ) . your customer Executive gave me suggestion to use the My airtel Apps & how to check your daily data & services by it so i installed it .but your company don"t need postpaid customer i felt like that, now problem is started i have got too much bed expirence by your service & apps .i used 1.2 GB Data on 21 DEC 2015, and your apps also shown 1.2 GB Data, but when i have used 50-60mb data for updation my apps since 22 dec 2015 still your apps shown 1.2 GB Data so it"s not my mistake or your apps fault. i know what is data charges If i used 1.3 GB Data with my rentel plan so why I exceed 4G DATA which will be pay by me as high charges .I cannot pay this huge amount without any specific reason.it"s your Apps faults why i pay for it. i get already complaint with your customer care but your side ain"t any kind of solution. when i reached at your airtel store which is newly open in NAVYUG market at GHAZIABAD U.P so A men suggested to me you can PORT your number sir, i will not help you . what the pethtic services by you serve to customer . Is this AIRTEL COMPANY. if you want to disconnect my number so i ll happy for it .but you will lose too many customer by these feedbeck. i will suggest to my fnds & family don"t move in postpaid network & also i ll follow legal action with your company it"s the totally faults by your employee & apps. The only wrong suggestions by your company executives . I taken is I chose your postpaid network. but now i felt i was wrong i was happy with my prepaid service The same kind of mistakes happened previously from your side with my friend he switched the company network into VODAFONE And i spoken to your official and they helped me to sort out the issue. Now the officials not allowing me to talk to their superior officer. I believe this is your business tricks to cheat the customers. So after a long thought I decided to move to Consumer court for the justice.. I'm waiting for your response. I'm pretty confident that I can prove my side . I recorded all my data usage count.         I complaint about Airtel they r regularly reducing/changing ts tv channellist, recently they removed Colors (309) which is not good. We r paying hefty amount for the services n rhey r changing w/o information, should regain the list n shouldn't provide the channels at their will, it should be based on customer's interest instead. I suggest a bill cut off if they do the same continuously.

          Hello sir My name is Naveen Kumar Saxena My 'Airtel Digital TV HD Recorder' is not recording shows anymore nor it showcases any previous recordings, also it hangs a-lot (Error Code HDD001). I discussed these issues with Airtel Customer Care (Toll Free no. '12150') on 29th December 2015, they assured the setup box will be REPLACED BEFORE 5th January 2016 as it is under warranty period. We have been calling them since 4th Jan daily regarding this issue because they just say 'sorry It will be done by tomorrow 3 pm', also 'our technician will call you before coming to your house'. Nobody calls, nobody comes. Few days back they even said that our technician has left his house with your new setup box and he will reach you within an hour, as usual nobody came and no calls. So we decided to lodge a written complaint on http://www.airtel.in/dth/leads/complaint/lead.html I used [protected]@gmail.com email-Id to file this complaint. It says 'our representatives will contact you shortly'. Even that didn't work out, no call received yet. Desirable solution: Replacement of the setup box as fast as possible. Setup box ID no.             This is to inform you that since 07 January 2016, we are not able to find COLORS channel - channel no. 309, on Time Shift TV. We are not able to watch the default recorded programs . We request AIRTEL Iptv to kindly arrange for the same asap or Airtel should refund money for Settop box for which we paid huge money This is kind of fraud or cheating on customers with false promise on number of channels on TSTV Airtel is making to people to lure

                This complaint is about my mobile number that has been barred from 6th of January2016. Its been four days already still have not got the resolution and the number is still deactivated. I have contacted the customer care, have spoken to all the floor supervisor, the next level to that, have tried contacting Nodal officers, appellate officer, but have not received any help from them. Every time I have called for the number to be activated everyone has given me different timelines and told me that the number will get activated. I have spoke to at least 25 people regarding the same issue and nobody has given me a single reason for why the number has been barred? every time I have got different reasons and people has been so casually taking this issue and it was really a bad and worst experience with Airtel customer care. There were no logs maintained for the issue for which the customer has called 25 times, I have repeated the complete story to 25 people for a single issue. Some of the statements which I have been told by Airtel customer care agents: 1) Has this service barred from Airtel or you have barred it ? 2) Mam we will not be able to help you till Monday as weekends our back end team doesn't work. These statements really showed me the seriousness of the way this big issue is being handled by Airtel team and really not bothered even if you loose your customers . It was really sad to know that if 10, 000 customers are facing this issue as told me by one of the customer care agent, escalations have been raised for that issue, problem ticket has been raised, everyone is aware about the issue still no updates, no information to the customers about this issue. I really don't understand when this big issue has happened and still people are not available to provide you specific reason or timeline for resolution. Never ever expected this kind of customer satisfaction would be provided by Airtel.

                  The company has illegally deducted Rs. 25 from my account and sent sms that e recharge for Rs. 25 is successful. I have not made any request for e recharge as stated by the company. I had sent two emails to the company and also called customer care deptt but no but I have not got any satisfactory reply. Secondly I had sent 5 messages to DEL [protected] to 121 but every time I get message that Unable to process your request . Please try again later. Thus company is resorting to unfair means and deducting balance illegally without any service request

                    I have opted for a different service provider as Airtel service was pathetic. I has informed the consumer care in October to disconnect the service and collect the device. There was no further action taken and noone from customer care guided me on the process. Since then I have told every customer care call to disconnect. Airtel has still not taken action and keeps generating the bill every month. Now Customer care calls me for bill payment. when i tell them about disconnection they are asking for proof and process from nowhere. I am sure they have the usage tracker and check the usage for past 3 months anytime. This is cheap money minting strategy.

                            I'm a prepaid airtel user(unfortunately) and I'm staying in the lingampaly, Hyderabad. My airtel connection goes down for each 15-20 mins. I always recharge my mobile with 3G data pack and I hardly get 2G data at my location with network interruption as a bonus. Thanks to Airtel for spending money on Airtel 4G advertisements rather on network issues.

                              I had the shock of my life yesterday when my mob number[protected] that I have been using over 5+ years was re-issued to someone else. When I contacted local Airtel branch, they were simply incompetent and unhelpful. I finally managed to get in touch with 198 to register my complaint. The reason Airtel Customer Rep gave was that it was not recharged for more than 90 days. That is completely Bogus. This is my primary active mobile number and I had recharged it myself only 1 week ago with a local Airtel retail shop. Airtel just cannot take my Active mobile number and reissue it to anyone else. This is not what I expect from the Indian Telecom leader. I want Airtel to take this seriously, urgently and re-issue my number back to me with an apology. If I am forced, I will not hesitate to lodge a serious complaint with TRAI and other regulatory groups. Completely unacceptable!                               Airtel called back to say that they had received a lost-sim complaint from a similar number ending with 2310 instead of 3210. They added that it was a mistake from their end to disconnect my number. Though I do NOT buy this story, my number thankfully has been reactivated. So problem solved for me.

At my residence 155 Harsh Vihar, Pitam Pura, Delhi -110034, I have been getting very poor signals. Despite complaining again and again Airtel has never provided a solution and its attitude has been pathetic. I need a solution to this ASAP, if not then Airtel should as a principle stop issuing SIM card in areas where it cannot provided network.                                     To whom it may concern On 02nd Jan'16 i have called at 121 (customer support number)& connected with Mr Samarth . The concern was tk know the clarification about the my last bill which was so high as per usage. Post discussion, i get to know the amount got charged for extra usage of internet (Which i didn't) cause on 21-Dec-2015 at 09:58 pm i requested to know the current usage of my internet for the same i send DATA USE at 121 (As advised by your team earlier) & i was varying within the assigned data under my current plan. Also on 18th Dec, i had a word with Ms Nisha Fatima @121 & asked about the current internet usage under the interaction ID[protected] where she confirmed that your are under assigned usage. Then how come i have received bill more than usage. This is not the first time, i am escalating the concern. For the month of Nov'15 i also waived off Rs 500 (approx) from my bill (as that was also wrongly charged). Request you to kindly take the necessary action against below points & confirm me 1 : Waive off my late fee (As i never informed about the late fee charge) 2. Waive off the additional amount (approx Rs 500) from the bill of Dec'15 bll & confirm me on mail, so that i can pay the due amount. Cc : CEO of Airtel (Mr Gopal Vittal) Expecting positive support.                                       Hi, I am writing to file a complain of the severest nature against Bharti airtel chennai covering jafferkhanpet area. We have been a longstanding customer of airtel, who was previously of the opinion that your corporation valued your customer and treated them with respect as human beings. We do not have Broadband connection since the last week of november in 2015 up until jan 1, 2016. So for a whole month of december, 2015 we did not have any internet and we still got billed for the entire month amount, and were asked to pay by jan 3-4, and the internet which came back like a week ago was cutoff even before we could have a conversation to settle this dispute - which to any sane person would sound unfair. Especially considering the fact that the AIRTEL chennai, was delaying our connection for about 4 weeks after the rains quoting some electricity issues. How hard is it for a multimillion dollar corporation to fix an electricity board in the server room? We had to call almost everyday which were addressed with false promises of " you will get internet today sir", on and on, and only after 39days later!! This was customer harassment at its best WHY do i have to pay for a month of NO internet service?!                                         I have recharged my mobile no.[protected] with Rs.92.00 on 09/01/2016 after confirming from *121# service to get 1GB 2G data for 28 days, but received only 200 MB 2G data for 10 days. called customer care they asked me to dial *129*08# followed by 00 but still i could not find my remaining balance. Please let me know within 24 hours why there is such in discrepancy with your given offers. This type of services is not at all expected from such a big company like you.
