Regarding new broadband connection - CEF no : TBLR 7057614

I applied for Airedale Broadband on 10 Dec, 2015 (CEF no : TBLR 7057614), but its been week and I have not received any phone call/sms/notification about my connection. I am speaking to Sales Representative (Shiva [protected]), who doesn't even care to pick up the call. Talktime and internet data not received

I recently port in my number in airtel. The FRC has done after three days from porting. The FRC benefit is Rs. 40 Talktime and 300MB 2G data. But til now i have not recieved the same. I request to cust. care and he gave me a complaint number i.e. given below CBNRD[protected], mobile no. [protected]. he told me that your complaint resolved 16 DEC 2015. But complaint not resolved. when i talk cust care he cut the phone....

Conversion from post to prepaid of same number

I changed payment scheme for my Kolkata A.Tel No. [protected] to Prepaid on assurance received from Airtel Gariahat Sales office in South Kolkata, that my conversion will be effected by same evening of 14th Dec, 2015 and upon calling to Customer Verification BPO No.59050 my same old (Postpaid) no. should work within 15 minutes. At my surprise I had to call 3 times to above verification no. and every time it was charged and my Prepaid card...

Not able surf in 3G mode

Frustrating call drops

We have moved from tata indicom to Airtel for last 6-7 months . There has been absolute frustrating experience with airtel and nobody is there to listen to . There is Call drop every 3 seconds of talk . Connectivity at Bara is horrible . We as a company are facing severe customer complaints . Its a state of 1005 dis sat we have to handle . Airtel must do something about it, else we shall change to other connection immediately...

Even after email and telephonic communication, my connection was not closed or resolved issues for signal as Similar Card faulty. I did not find time to visit arc n get duplicate sim so WHY SHOULD I PAY RENTAL?? Requested shifting one month ago - no response

10 rupees balance deduction

Respected Sir, I have 12.59 rupees Balance in my airtel mobile no. [protected]. At 3.30 I checked mobile balance then found my mobile balance 2.59 rupees. I not make any call and SMS today but 10 rupees deducted from my balance. So please refund my balance....

Fake internet plans for mobile

Postpaid activation & security money

I made a request for new postpaid connection on the site, they sent a guy to receive security money of Rs 250 and after that they reply that address verification is been negative, they will send again for verification. When I call them everyday they say today it will be done, and next day again the same It had been more than 11 days, no action taken. And when I asked to refund, they are denying to return security money. ....
