Sir / Madam I have recharged for Rs.178 2G internet pack on[protected] afternoon thru Payzap. But I did not received internet connection till night. So I again Recharged for Rs.175 at midnight. What happened to my first recharge for Rs.178? Money was deducted from my account. Pl clear my doubt.     I have recharged with 34 rs (340 Local and STD SMS) on 1 Jan 2015. and After then I sent some SMS, but 16 rs has been cut for SMSs. When I talked to airtel customer care (198), they told we have given information on airtel website, but No information was given at the time of recharge on airtel website. Kindly provide my money back, as i could not use given offer on 1 jan 2015, because of lack of information by airtel website.

          Name: Arnab Roy Mob No. [protected] ================================================ I've a victim of Airtel's double standard my plan from past few months. Many times Airtel Customer Care Representative told me that only unused data can be carried forward to next month and unused voice can not be utilized in next billing cycle. So today 31st Dec 2015 10.30 PM I called the Airtel Customer Care and told the representative to shuffle my plan which is allowed once in every billing cycle. I told them to move the unused 5 voice packs to data. Every month 2nd my billing cycle starts. So as per policy now today after changing the my plan whatever unused data is in my account should be carried forwarded to my next billing cycle but the Customer Care representative argued with me the unused data can not be carried forwarded to next month. Can Airtel confirm me what is the data carry forward policy? Because I'm sure the Customer Rep is lying. Also I can see my request for moving the unused 5 voice packs to data have also not been done. Also last month when I tried to change my plan through airtel website it was not working. When I called customer care they told system is down. Now becuase of that I lost my unused data packs and the Customer representative told they can't help me. I've to accept that my voice packs are wasted and move on to next billing cycle. I've discontinued already Airtel Broadband because of their dishonesty and time now to port to some other service provider for mobile also. Airtel is just can not be trusted now and they're trying to loot customers money.

          I again called today at 1.30pm and again the same response from the Customer Representative. Unused data can not be carried to next month. Whereas when switching to My Plan postpaid I was told many times that it's possible. I now understand the trap Airtel have made to fool customers and make money. Another scam is when you call on the last day of billing cycle to shuffle the packs Cust Rep will tell server/system is down! If I'm asking for porting from Postpaid to Prepaid they say it's not possible.

          I also have similar query: can we carry forward unused data of a month's myplan? I heard it is possible but I need confirmation from the highest level so that I can trust them unlike some customer care executive who can do anything to fool the consumers

              Hi, I have a airtel braodband at my place (account #[protected]. Airtel was putting up new braodband lines/cables in our area (sector-21, panchkula) in Sept and somehow had an issue with the existing lines leading to connection disruption for our entire lane of 4-5 houses (of which 2 have airtel connection). After repetitive complaints on their customer care by us & our neighbour nothing was resolved. I had to take social media route in early november and after following up daily, the first response received was that airtel can't do anything and we can go-ahead and get our connection disconnected. My persistent follow-ups on facebook & twitter led to escalation of the complaint and by last week of Nov, airtel put up external wiring to make the braodband work. By that time, I had received my next bill. Even though i paid the bill for Sept & Oct when the connection was not working, I have been following up with airtel to adjust the sept & oct bill against Nov & Dec which they are not doing despite of my tweeting & posting on FB daily. Everyday they send a SMS to my mother to pay the bill else connection will be disconnected. I want to file a complaint for two things: 1. Adjustment of Sept & Oct bill already paid as service was not provided 2. Harassment of following up daily

              Despite of my multiple follow-ups on call with customer care, on facebook posts and tweets on twitter - I have not got any response from airtel. Instead they have barred my outgoing.

                Having sever network issue in the Kalibari, Mandir Marg, New Delhi - 110001 area for last 6 months. Problem has now getting worse as we have signals rarely. Most of the time its no network, or if the network comes the signal strength is too weak that we are unable to talk.

                    Today[protected] . i recharged my mobile internet pack of 2 days 1 gb. So tomorrow it is going expire. But today till now internet is not working or it very very slow for 3g and 4g also in my mobile. Even after changes internet settings. It means I lost internet services not works tomorrow. It means I lost that services today.

                        Hi, My landline no is[protected] I am frequently facing issues with my internet and landline phone. In last 2 years, I have registered almost 15 complaints and in most of the cases resolution time was 5 days or more. I was asked to reduce the connection speed from 16Mbps to 8Mbps but still issue persists and I am frequently facing problems with internet and phone. It has really become difficult for me to continue with Airtel with such poor service. Here is the list of complaints raised in last 10 months:- 63116516 58627600 56800604 54914034 53627030 I am paying 2000K Rs per month for my plan (8Mbps and 60GB) and this is the quality of service from airtel. I have escalated the issue with Nodal officer and logger complaint too. If you can help in some way or the other to resolve my issue then i would really appreciate. Thanks and regards, Saurabh Mehta

                          Dear Team, On December I had applied for new broadband connection account no [protected] from Airtel agent Punnet#[protected] but when my bill had been generated I had received two mails in different mail IDs both had been owned by me. When I investigate about another broadband connection account no [protected] I come to know that its on my name Sudhir Kumar Basnet but with different address # 3186 Sector 35B chandigarh when further I dig the matter the no registered is Mr Mandeep Sharma # [protected]. today on further investigation I come to know that ID used on that connection was my PAN Card and on address they used DoCoMo statement whereas I never possessed the DoCoMo connection in the town, Kindly look after the issue and do rightful justice to us. regards, Sudhir Kumar Basnet #[protected]

                            I received a txt jst some time back i.e. at 14:40 hrs today informing me that Rs 20 is deducted from my account for subscribing to a "HOT CHILLIES" site that I m completely unaware of and when called and inquired from the airtel centre, they told me that they cant help it & their response was not satisfactory. I would like to bring to your notice that before the subscription or the deduction no conformation was taken from me and the instant deduction left my main balance with 0 rs.                                 My AIRTEL mobile number - [protected]. This was taken during 2008. Since then having same "Hello tune". Every month amount of Rs.36 charged to my account. The last renewal of Hello tune was on 29.12.2015 and SMS sent for this. Today again one SMS saying your hello tune has been deactivated and call 543215 for activating hello tune. On contacting customer care, I was diverted to call 3 to 4 numbers (121 to 198, 198 to 199 and back to 121). Working in an office, it is really painful to spare time for this hello tune. There is no clarity at customer care, every person gives a different answer. But SMS keeps coming for having charged Rs.36/-. PLEASE REMEMBER, RETAINING A CUSTOMER IS MORE DIFFICULT THAN GETTING A NEW CUSTOMER. Hope there will be some response to this mail.

                                  I was roaming from Panchkula To Ghaziabad. My Airtel 4g services was working fine in pachkula but in the evening when i reached ghaziabad airtel 4g services was not woking and ghaziabad is a 4g city. so i contected cutomer care support on 121 around 4 times and they haven't provided me any solution instead of that they just kept my call on hold for several minutes by saying we are transferring your call to our senior and then after keeping on hold they disconnected the call all 4 times i called them. now i'm going to switch all my families all 5 airtel connections to another telecom services.

                                    Sir / madame With reference to the complaint no. 66988410 my airtel no [protected] I have been calling airtel customer care on 121 and 198 since 28 dec and have no solution, i have not been able to use or access data on my no. [protected] the bill has been paid and 11 gb of data pack is avalable i have visited the airtel store and gotten a new sim issued under the same no viz [protected] i have also visited apple store and checked all my hanset settings it has been difficult to handle so much. all my work is dependent on my phone and access to data emails whatsapp etc no one from your entire teaM HAS CALLED ME YET . my issues remain unsolved after numerous conplaints and visits to airtel store please treat this utmost urgently and resolve. The most unhappy customer of airtel thank you Rachana.

                                        I bought new airtel sim on which i got 1 gb 3g data for 28 days, now after getting activated when i connected it via wcdma mode having full network in my home firstly it took almost a minute to get connected and after the speed was very poor i could not even open google home page no browsing nothong i was shocked then i reconected it then also same problem i then connected it on my laptop via dongle there also full network of 3G but no response from host. When i switched to 2G then i was able to do browsing. I did a complaint regarding this on one of the stores they had noted my address and all details and said that representative will call u but its been 1 week and no sign of respone Phone no.
