I requested for conversion of my Airtel postpaid number to Airtel prepaid ([protected]) on Jan 1st at Airtel store in Indirapuram, NCR. Postpaid number got de-activated on Jan 2nd, but prepaid number did not get active as yet. Airtel store people changed the sim 3 times each time saying that earlier sim was faulty and this would work. None has worked yet. We have made numerous calls to customer care and made numerous trips to airtel store, but the attitude of Airtel is depressing. They do not seem to want to help, even though it is their problem where they should have taken ownership to ensure that the number worked fine.

    On DEC 7th, using airtel account online i have recharged 73 rs tariff 1.2ps/2sec which is mistakenly written as 1.2ps/sec since another tariff 1.2ps/sec is costing only about rs.15 for the same validity so i recharged withit anyway, it was the third time that i recharged with this pack on dec7th, first two times i got the tariff 1.2ps/2sec but the third time recharge which is on dec7th but my tariff is only 1.2ps/sec.when i called customer care they told me that i got what i recharged for and also to recharge one more time from local dealer for 73rs to get the same plan. mob.no:[protected]

      Hi, I have taken 4g post paid hot-spot last month. My plan was, 999 rs p/MultiMPI with 10gb and 10mbps data. But they failed to provide the same. Now they are saying that at my place there are no 4g network is available. And now they are not ready to take the hot-spot device for what I have paid 2250rs.and without 4g data it is use less.

        I was totally shocked to see the behaviour of the customer care executive. There was sudden cut of Rs.250 from my balance when i called to ask the reason they said its because i exceeded my data limit. After getting my phone recharged again i lost Rs.16. I called to ask the reason the executive spoke to me in a totally undesirable and rude manner. She said how many times will you call for the same problem. I said i had certain doubts that is why i called again and why are you talking in a rude manner. In response she said your doubts will never get over and i will talk like this only. I asked to transfer the call to a senior she denied and said i wont. On saying that i would forward a complaint she said that do whatever i dont care. I am totally shocked as this is not expected from a name as big as airtel. Akshay raj

          Dear Sir/Madam, I am resubmitting the complain as nothing has been done on my last complain and don't know why was it closed. I am really fed-up and frustrated with the level of service provided by Airtel to me in spite being the customer of Airtel since last 15 years. I have been paying the bill month after month without using the service at all. In summary, my problem is frequent disturbances and non-availability of the internet/broadband line and no one is able to rectify the problem. I have raised number of request towards the same since last few months and every time the service request is closed without even checking with me if the problem has been rectified or not. Every new engineer which comes will give some damn excuse but will not solve the problem. Last engineer which came to see the problem told me a shocking solution to the problem ‘ Move from 8 mpbs speed to 2 mbps’!!! So I need you help to get my issue closed ASAP and also Airtel should return back the money I have been paying them since last 6 months. I have hardly used the service and they can check the same from their records. Surprise to see bill of this month is again generated. FYI No one from the Company has contracted me till date, so please keep this complain open till issue is closed and I request you to escalate it as I can see even after complaining at consumer forum, service provider is least bothered.           Just a reminder of you issue. Problem is still open and I am expecting someone to close it ASAP.

            Sir, I bought a Airtel SIM in june 14. With security money. Then in Aug 2015. I surrender the sim and demand for security money. Till Sep15 i was taking a follow with mail. Then finally i came in india 28 nov and again request for refund. They people deny for refund and told me that the said refund amount already send by cheque and cheque cleared.

May I know how below services got activated on my Postpaid and that too on DND number. Got below messages:- 1) MASTI CLUB service has been [protected]@Rs75.0 for 15days. Txn ID N[protected], 14Oct15 05:53. Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, click http://203.115.112.5/NzMastiClub (Data charges apply).To deactivate, call or SMS STOP to 155223. For more services, call 56789 2) VIDEO CLUB service has been [protected]@Rs99.0 for 30days. Txn ID N[protected], 14Oct15 07:45. Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, Click http://bit.ly/1OMLqTY (Data charges apply).To deactivate, call or SMS STOP to 155223. For more services, call 56789 I even don't use GPRS service normally so its even more surprising that the service got activated. Airtel vendor is doing such fraud thing, I seek penalty for this..                 Very Poor Network we are facing lot of problem from last 03 months and when we call to complaint at as i have done complaint almost 03 Times at 121 our phone is being disconnected for Customer Care Executive, calls are been dropped while talking and we have to pay full bills, a lot of harassment we are facing because of airtel network my clients are being lose as they tell us our numbers are always switchoff, This is an new way to get bills, today my mobile is not working from last 2 hours and airtel customer care has told me to go to Airtel Showroom to pay and get my sim changed where as we are having 03 Connections all are not working, instead of giving solutions she told me we cannot do anything. 04 Jan, 2015 ( Date of Incident ) [protected] ( Client Number ) Solution : As i am facing this problem i want refund for 02 Months Billed amount credited in my Account.

                As per the call received by me, your executive from customer care and told there is serious problem in the terms of network issue in Tagore nagar & some other area, because it was totally no network was available on 7 to 10 Feb total Network Failure and has an huge loss because of you and your company, i have change my Number by using porting facility to some other network, as you can see in your records i have paid full year advance rental for unlimited internet & Rental Plan on monthly basis to your company, its an last warning to you to please give me back money i have paid you and for harassment & loss i have suffered because of your company, or otherwise i would go legal against your company and will sue Bharti Airtel. Please respond at the earliest. i have been waiting now more then 4 months no solution given for poor network problems.

                  Dear Sir, Friendzzz This New Year's came as surprise for me from Airtel's end.. They surprised me by disconnecting my internet on the 1st of Jan'16 evening... Since that evening until now 4th Jan'16 2:45pm I have called up 121 which is the Airtel backend over a dozen times... Every executive sitting there is HELPLESS as has a different stories to tell BUT rant able to SOLVE my problem till date.. First excuse was TECHNICAL ISSUES - which take over 48 hrs to solve : Ridiculous to hear in today's world where such IT issues are solved within minutes BUT our AIRTEL requires at least 48 hours !! WAITED & WAITED foe more than the stipulated time but to vain NO RESULT!! On 3rd/4th Jan '16 morning I receive that the issue has been solved kindly follow the procedure of switching ON/OFF the cell to get the network... Alas ...again to my VAIN im back to square one as of 1st Jan' night... I am surprised by this CARELESS attitude of this Co. AIRTEL... thus I had to post it up here... IHOPE SOME SENIOR MANAGER IS HEARING MY CRY!! This how they treat their so called PLATINUM CUSTOMER !!! Firendzzzzz plz do think twice before buying an Airtel connection !!

                        Hello, My postpaid number is [protected], as per my plan data limit is 750MB. If i reaching my data limit i will receive SMS likel chargers will apply 10p 20kb on my mobile. I have not received such messages on my mobile i have used data connection. Now my bill is 1338 rs usually i will pay 345rs average. I called customer care executive and i have sent multiple mails to them they are not ready to refund my amount. Kindly advice someone can i go to consumer to complaint about airtel fraud services.                             Dear Sir, I checked the 3G internet plan offer and got information 300 mb 3g data for rupees 101, validity 30 days.But when i recharged with 101 rupees i got a different plan which was not needed.I got local airtel @20 paisa per minute. From last 22 days i am not able to access my internet on my number...in my phone every sim is working only my number is not accesing internet...regarding that issue when i call to airtel customer care your senior executive can disconnect my call every time...without giving me resolution on my problem...seniors are only disconnect my call...its my biggest mistake to choose airtel and want to use the data services...tell me 1.Suraj(two times) 2.parveen(three times) 3.kavita 4.aashish kamal(two times) 5.arun kumar 6.ratan(two times) 7.manish kumar 8.sunil kumar 9.Deepika(two times) 10.amanpreet(two times) 11.Honey(three times) 12.ashok Lots of name i dont remember more When i contact to appellate desk 2 weeks back on this desk again my call has been disconnected from ur appellate officer and misbehaving with me no response or call back till now then where should i go dont know 1.Utkarsh verma 2.kusum 3.prateek pawar 4.punit Still my internet is not working then what should i do ...tell me...you will give my internet in this year or not...ur data pack validity is 28 days already 22 days are over without internet...                                   My Story of pain with Airtel started on 5th Dec 2015, when I took decision of bringing Airtel DTH at my home. On very same day 2 guys came to Collect money for DTH installation and to tell me about the monthly plans. I asked them for HD quality (as I thought its really good), but after hearing the Prices of HD..i said that is expensive than other DTH Connections in market. They replied, '' HD ki jaroorat nahi hai sir, yeh hi kaafi clear hoga...aap yahi lagwalo aur non-HD expensive bhi nahi hai" (now I realized that it was said just to sell that connection or he just wanted to meet his selling targets, and I was going to be poor victim of Airtel). I took magnum connection from him with Non-HD and I thought that Its going to be my best deal ever. But very next day after installing the DTH, I asked Airtel person that Channels are not clear and picture is breaking. to which, that person replied, "Sir abhi installation chal raha hai, 2 hour baad check karna". But the problem was still same. After 3 days one guy came to inspect the DTH, but I was not home and asked him to come later, but he checked only wiring and never came back. after getting fully irritated with services I called customer care number and lodged the complaint no. 48571472 for same. Today that guy inspected it and asked me that i'm facing this problem because I've LED TV and I should have opted for HD only, he agreed to the problem and continued by saying that, " sir aapka clear video nahi aa raha hai aur aayega bhi nahi kyuki aapke pas LED TV hai..aapko HD hi lagwana padega, pata nahi aapke kaun yeh connection lagane aaya tha, usko HD hi lagana chahiye tha...ab hum kuch nahi kar sakte" Well after hearing that it sounded like I was trapped by AIRTEL guys. After that I called another number provided by that person because now I was fuming with irritation, And I dailled no.[protected], this call was answerd by some Mr. Bisht and he said he is just a cooridinator so he can't do any thing for same and asked me to call some one else. to which I replied that I've mail id Of Mr. Sunil bharti mittal... then he said, " yahi mail kar do, shayad kuch process ho jaye aapki problem" that is my pain story with Airtel DTH, i'm also using Airtel WIFI at my home, and i'm your regular customer, but now either I need resolution for my problem and agony or I need my money back. now I cant stand with this thug done by Airtel guys with me. From past one month i'm regularly complaining and still no one is listening to me ... do any one care about suffering customers...I Promise I'll not buy any Airtel product in future and will noit recommend any one to buy same.
                                  that is my pain story with Airtel DTH, i'm also using Airtel WIFI at my home, and i'm your regular customer, but now either I need resolution for my problem and agony or I need my money back. now I cant stand with this thug done by Airtel guys with me.

                                    Just in 4 month after remote replacement, the remote ask for battery replacement every 4-6 days. fed up with this. The same set of batteries work fine in other remotes. i m using this DTH since 2009. airtel ask to replace the remote again. I need airtel to rectify the problem or replace the same.
