Hi,
I have a airtel braodband at my place (account #[protected]. Airtel was putting up new braodband lines/cables in our area (sector-21, panchkula) in Sept and somehow had an issue with the existing lines leading to connection disruption for our entire lane of 4-5 houses (of which 2 have airtel connection).
After repetitive complaints on their customer care by us & our neighbour nothing was resolved. I had to take social media route in early november and after following up daily, the first response received was that airtel can't do anything and we can go-ahead and get our connection disconnected. My persistent follow-ups on facebook & twitter led to escalation of the complaint and by last week of Nov, airtel put up external wiring to make the braodband work. By that time, I had received my next bill.
Even though i paid the bill for Sept & Oct when the connection was not working, I have been following up with airtel to adjust the sept & oct bill against Nov & Dec which they are not doing despite of my tweeting & posting on FB daily.
Everyday they send a SMS to my mother to pay the bill else connection will be disconnected.
I want to file a complaint for two things:
1. Adjustment of Sept & Oct bill already paid as service was not provided
2. Harassment of following up daily

Updated by groverruchika Despite of my multiple follow-ups on call with customer care, on facebook posts and tweets on twitter - I have not got any response from airtel. Instead they have barred my outgoing.
