On 17 december 2015 at 8:19:14 AM I tried to recharge 3G pack of Rs. 96 online and so Rs. 96 debited from my sbi a/c no.[protected] Ref. no. [protected]IG0BDUYCT0. But actually it was not recharged on my no. [protected] and response as unsuccessful vide txn id 15121 So please help me out eirther by refunding my money or recharge the amount on my no.

    I applied for Airedale Broadband on 10 Dec, 2015 (CEF no : TBLR 7057614), but its been week and I have not received any phone call/sms/notification about my connection. I am speaking to Sales Representative (Shiva [protected]), who doesn't even care to pick up the call. Any ways, I have lost all my trust on Airedale, and just hoping, if I can get my money back (Rs 1000/-). Menawhile, I would like to add that, whenever you make payment by cash, sales people doesn't provide any receipt/bill for the cash payment, in return they say that you should not apply for the connection if you need a bill for the payment.

    Hi,

    I don't see anyone is looking into this.. I know there's feasibility of New Airtel Broadband connection in my apartment, as many of our neighbours have same too.. But still when I speak to customer care, they tell need to check on the feasibility & never comeback..

    This is all just wasting our time & our patience which is of no use.

        I recently port in my number in airtel. The FRC has done after three days from porting. The FRC benefit is Rs. 40 Talktime and 300MB 2G data. But til now i have not recieved the same. I request to cust. care and he gave me a complaint number i.e. given below CBNRD[protected], mobile no. [protected]. he told me that your complaint resolved 16 DEC 2015. But complaint not resolved. when i talk cust care he cut the phone.

            I changed payment scheme for my Kolkata A.Tel No. [protected] to Prepaid on assurance received from Airtel Gariahat Sales office in South Kolkata, that my conversion will be effected by same evening of 14th Dec, 2015 and upon calling to Customer Verification BPO No.59050 my same old (Postpaid) no. should work within 15 minutes. At my surprise I had to call 3 times to above verification no. and every time it was charged and my Prepaid card balance of Rs.41 now reduced to Rs.25 but till 3 days past and no action taken to activate my number. Since this is my prime number and do my retired livelyhood by Stock Trading, I am at a loss and considering to TEST OMBAUDSMAN'S POWER TO HELP CONSUMER else some legal action as to who will compensate my loss.               Dear sir I am not able to open homepage in my xiaomi mi4i mobile phone while using 3G mode but it is ok in 4G mode. I contacted customer care no. 198 which is first recieved by Vandana but she was unable to help. Then i said to transfer to senoir which is recieved by Pradeep. He told that he has taken the complaint but no message has been recieved yet. I am facing this problem since yesterday. The call has been made at 18.56 pm.                 We have moved from tata indicom to Airtel for last 6-7 months . There has been absolute frustrating experience with airtel and nobody is there to listen to . There is Call drop every 3 seconds of talk . Connectivity at Bara is horrible . We as a company are facing severe customer complaints . Its a state of 1005 dis sat we have to handle . Airtel must do something about it, else we shall change to other connection immediately

                  Even after email and telephonic communication, my connection was not closed or resolved issues for signal as Similar Card faulty. I did not find time to visit arc n get duplicate sim so WHY SHOULD I PAY RENTAL?? I will pay actual outstanding Rs. 1583/- which is due for Sept and Oct which was actually paid but bank issues got reversed. Since then lot many issues with your connection. Even your technical executive cofirmed. Why should I pay for Nov n Dec??? Customer Service 0. I know you need just payment. MY CONNECTION IS CLOSED SINCE NOVEMBER AS I M HARRASED BY ITS SIGNAL CONNECTION ISSUES AND NOT USING SINCE THEN. Thank you. Ganesh

                    We asked shifting of broadband line to ou new house, nothing happened so far, except bill arrived promptly to our new house address. Useless airtel. Money is only motto of Airtel, not service. dam it. We'll not pay the bill and will go to consumer court.

                      Respected Sir, I have 12.59 rupees Balance in my airtel mobile no. [protected]. At 3.30 I checked mobile balance then found my mobile balance 2.59 rupees. I not make any call and SMS today but 10 rupees deducted from my balance. So please refund my balance.

                        I have requested for airtel connection on 28.11.15 through online.airtel executive came and got signed customer form, collected id and address proof from me on 30.11.2015.he didn't gave CAF number or receipt for the amount 1000 rupees i paid.i was not aware of this CAF number before.he said the connection will be given in two days.i have made numerous calls to that person but installation not done.finally i went to that airtel vendor office "ascent management solutions" on 10.12.2015.they gave me CAF no and receipt on 10.12.2015.later, i called to airtel customer care and explained everything and gave CAF no.they said doument is not uploaded and they have taken complaint for this and finally i received sms that documents uploaded to airtel.customer representative told that installation will be done in 3 days but installation not done for even after 7 days.i called to customer care [protected] they said "due to techinical fault could not give connection to my area and we will process for refund".first they said the connection is feasible, now they are saying technical fault.pls look into this

                        I got call from airtel presence today.he said technical issue in my area so can't provide the connection now and he is processing for refund.he asked to come back for connection after few months.
                        Airtel should have said this when i applied for connection initially.This is waste of time for me almost 23 days.

                        In future please check feasibilty before getting application form.

                          1. I have made complaint to air tel digital t.v for non getting signal for dish t.v. 2. They have sent the engineer who have done some checking and after t.v. started. 3. After 2nd days it was again found that there is no signal and i am not able to watch the t.v. and therefore, again i have made complaint with air tel dish t.v. 4. Again they have sent same engineer and he checked, he found that the wire was separated from the dish. 5. After one week again there was some problem for not showing the picture on t.v. and thereafter I have made complaint for the same. 6. Air tel dish t.v. company has sent engineer for checking the problem. The engineer attend the problem and he had takeout the smart card from set top box without our knowledge saying charger is not working and he went away . 7.After so many time personally talk to air tel dish t.v. customer care but till today card has been not replaced by the co. Now I want to refund of money from the day of installation of dish. Their services is very poor. It is just harrashment to the customer.

                              I just saw data service offer for 2g it was clearly mention that Rs 93 for 450MB/ 10 Days...n when I had re charge I got other plan which is nt use full for me...they activated 3g plan for me tht to 1GB/2 Days...soo they cheated very badly...Airtel is cheater company...while speaking to them they said they don't hve such plans on 2G. even today I can show plans on my mobile ...they r big cheaters...my airtel number is [protected]..these are some screen shots where clearally mentioned the 2g plans for rs 93...but airtel people are nt admitting there fault only...

So as per Udya commitment the connection has to be start with in 3 days to 5 days i.e.(3 dec 2015 ).So after that also connection is not there till the date(16 dec 2015) . for this issue i had concern with your technical manager Aloak choudhary at Malavi nagar, bhopal . so as per aloak choudhary aitel don't have any connection set-up in the area plot no 95, Shrdi Puram, Kolar road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh -462042.                                   To, The Airtel Customer Care Chennai Sir, I have applied the Airtel Broadband connection three months back and I received the Airtel Phone number[protected] and the A/C No-[protected] one month back. however I have not got the connection till now. Whenever I call to the sales guy he is telling he will provide the connection by next week and several weeks have gone. In my area (New India Colony Extn, Ullagaram, Madipakkam, Chennai-91) only BSNL connection is available and I had the connection too. But the BSNL service is so worst and the BSNL infrastructure is the far worst. I had the connection for four long years and it was nightmare for me. Every alternative fortnight the wire will be cut and the maintenance will be taking another fifteen days. Since the Airtel comes near to my street I was happy and disconnected from BSNL. Now Airtel is not installing the connection. I am not sure to whom I can contact in this regard. Being in Metro we are not able to avail any facility. People are getting frustrated for this.                                       I state that the Internet data is wrongly deducted for mobile No. [protected] for not using the same and the same issue is repeated inspite of mails and complaints against the Airtel Company I understand that the Service Provider Airtel are unable to provide the data usage details from their end as there is no provision for the same. But replying to my complaints and issued faced by saying the balance is deducted as it is used by me without any clarity. I demand an explanation of Company's unfairness and deduction of over 600 Mb in just one time usage and that too for a very limited time provided when all running applications are closed ? I also demand explanations for all wrongful previous data deductions i faced since a month. An Internet Data Pack which is used for a month gets over in a time of 10 days and half of the Mb of the next pack which is subscribed gets over in a day time is simply unfair on part of the company. I am raising this issue faced by me because the same is not used by me and in general such amount deduction is not made by the Company. Is there any provision in their Company Rules to deduct unfairly from customers and give them a unfair reply for their loss? As a customer of this Company from past 6-7 years and with no major problems before, I am in a state of Shock and tortured by the Company's present practice. Kindly help me out to take this ahead and find a solution to the issues faced by me for the wrongful acts and unfair practice of the company.
