I have useing airtel postpaid, issue is my december month billing. i have 1536mb data free in bill plan. asper airtel sefcare i have used 1534.5mb only on 4th of december night 11.45pm next 5th december onwards new billing cycle ll start but they have charged 1146rs. i am not ready to pay extra charges please resolve this issue. thanks.

    Hi, This is regarding my request for porting my Airtel number from one circle to another which I submitted on the 7th of November. I had submitted all required documents to Airtel JP Nagar, Bangalore store as requested by their manager. I had also submitted the original NOC document from my previous company on whose name the connection was. After 48 days, 30 calls, 4 visits to the Airtel store, I think I have wasted enough time and faced a lot of harassment but still my number has not been ported. False commitments have been given every time I've called Airtel customer care or visited Airtel store. Now I have been requesting Airtel to return my original NOC and other documents since I cannot wait anymore but they are not able to do that as well. Mr. Veeru, Manager, Airtel JP Nagar store wants me to submit some new documents from my old company as he says the process has changed now. My question is, if the process has changed after I submitted my request, why should I face the harassment? This is the worst experience I've ever had with any service provider. Airtel has proved that they take their customers for granted. Worst network in Bangalore, and on top of that, such poor service, I don't know what they boast of. I have lost all my patience. I want my documents back so that I can change my service provider and take a Vodafone connection. I believe they are much more professional than Airtel with a much better network. Airtel should stop advertising about 4G and get their basics correct first. They are not even equipped to handle 2G services. Regards, Saurabh Nagpal [protected] (Airtel Mobile)

    Dear Mr. Umesh,

    This complaint is still unresolved. I did get two calls from Airtel customer service and they again assured my complaint is being worked on, but neither did my number get ported, nor have my documents been returned. How many times should I listen to your false promises. It has been more than 2 months now. Request you to give me a solution asap. Or my next step would be to go to the consumer court and file a harassment case against Airtel!

          Please de activate the above sim, because it was earlier belongs to one trader, the shop was burnt subsequently no response with them, The same sim was allotted as new . After few months past we have received a call that the number was assigned for requesting, they contacted Air tel they advised that you have an under standing with the user then we will re allott the same to the trader. So that is the reason we will give this number to the trader and we have obtained a new 4G number for us .             I am having a CUG349 plan. I changed my sim from my blackberry to iphone. At that time I called your customer care to give me suitable plan for mobile internet, at that time they told me that I was already having 2 GB internet facility in my plan. But after few days o[censored]sage i got an SMS from your company that my bill amount is going to be around Rs.3000 and immediately I called your customer care and informed them about internet usage bill amount. They in turn informed that you already have around 900 MB unutilized mobile data still left. Your executive assured me that they will look into matter and correct the bill amount and they will not charge me for my internet usage till 2GB of internet. I regret to inform you that you have billed me Rs.2863.18(earlier my bill amount usually come around 500 per month from last 3 years). I got fed with your services because I was charged unjustifiably for my internet usuage and everyday I got repeated assurance from your customer care department that they will correct the mistake(which they didn’t correct till now). I then called Customer care and requested for number portability because I was frustrated. Then they offered me a discount of Rs.500/- as per their authority. My average billing amount for last 3 years is about Rs. 500/- which you can see from your record itself. You are requested to look into matter and waive off the internet charged as internet plan was already part of my plan as per information provided by your customer care. You can see my conversion with your customer care executive which is already recorded in your system. I am looking forward for a positive response from your side without further delay. I hope you will look into matter and waive off the internet charges and inform me as soon as possible. In the mean time I am paying Rs.2290.68 under protest as asked by you just to avoid the late penalty charges. I reserve the right to move my complaint to court/consumer court at your risk and cost.                   Airtel activated superstore service without any confirmation from my end and deducted rs.35 from my account balance . I've requested to deactivate this service within 1 hour with full refund .. What they've said once service has been activated due to company policy we can not refund it. Even though manager denied my request . due to company policy why customer will do suffer ? And why they've activated this service without my confirmation ? I'm requesting to get proper justice .. This is a kind of fraudulent activity done from company end and from there service end. Mostly uneducated agents are sitting to provide service to there valuable customer . I'd like to get a refund . please take an immediate action on this. Thanks in advance .

                    Complaint no:48779936 Our airtel digital TV often has connectivity issues..the engineers don't come on time to resolve the issue and even before they come they ask for service charge even though it's free service because its under warranty.. The customer service is bad..they don't understand what we speak and they hang up.. This is really disappointing because its our second month with airtel and we have an expensive cable connection as well..but what's the point if we can't watch cable..because of connectivity issues..

                      Hassles I went through when I attempted to convert my Airtel prepaid to postpaid. 1. Nobody came for address verification but they marked as false address. 2. Area pincode was not available so in the outlet they fed some random area pincode of their choice and processed the req. 3. I somehow found that as I was very particular about billing address and asked them to correct, but they said my area pincode is not available in their system. When I tried to explain all of these to the customer care through email, they did not understand whatsoever. Eventually I cancelled postpaid conv req and now switching to Vodafone.

                        HI Airtel, [protected] This is my Airtel number, and i sent PORT message on 7/12/2015 and received unique PORT ID: AA766715 and expire date[protected]. same i submitted to Reliance store. But with out activation from Reliance my existing Airtel Service disabled from 13/12.2015. still this number not activated. may i know why it got disabled and why Airtel rejected my MNP process with Reliance. PFA screen shot from Reliance store. Let me know when my Airtel SIM will activate ? Let me know how to get my old number now?

                          There was a add in a newspaper saying that one will get sms sending job from home. They said me that to make a affeidevite before applying for this job and deposit Rs. 2100 initially. So I believed them and did so. Then on 15 dec 2015, I pay that Rs. 2100 to start. After taking this, they again demanded me for company insurance worth Rs. 1100 which also been paid by me on 19 dec 2015. After that for transfer of cheque, They ordered me to pay Rs. 1000 and however this was done on 19 dec 2015. For suring the job, originally It was agreed to pay only Rs. 2100, but the other amount had been given by me as FAQ. PLEASE EXCEPT MY AGREEMENT AND TRY TO REFUND MY AMOUNT RS. 4200 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... THANK YOU.

                            I called to Customer care to provide me the current usage of "999 my Plan" offer since when I type *121#, its not showing anything on Data usage and in unbilled amount its been charged more than what I have used. Couple of times, I spoke to Customer care to get its resolved but they dont care and reply ...sir we don't have any details about your account.So in that case I just need to pay amount even its incorrect data.                               I have paid 2410 on 08/09/2015 and got confirmation SMS that I am activated for 12 months subscription under current plan. Yesterday i.e. 23rd Dec 2015 I received SMS saying my subscription will be expiring in next 5 days.. I have spoken to your call center and the lady said it is your server mistake (technical issue) and she will rectify the issue and address to her seniors and today again I got reminder SMS saying my service will be expiring in 4 days. what nonsense this is..                                 Dear Sir/Madam, On 19 Dec 15, i did an online recharge for Rs.11 from Airtel website (Ref no.[protected] dt 19 Dec 15). The offer was STD [protected]@35p/min for 9 days. On completion of recharge i got a message from Airtel saying that the offer is activated for 7 days. Further when my family started making STD calls she noticed that balance deduction was not according to the offer. We contacted the 198 and registered a complaint with respect to balance deduction and non-activation of the offer (Ref no. CBNRV [protected] dt.22 Dec 15). We were told that the problem would be rectified soon. On 24 Dec 15 i contacted 198 for no solution given till date (CNBRV[protected] dt 24 Dec 15), the Care Executive informed me that the offer was not activated due to technical reasons and the amount of Rs.11 will be refunded. Now the complaint is that when the offer was not activated due to technical reasons, how did the balance get deducted. Point no.2, if there was a technical problem with offer activation, how did the activation message come to my mobile number([protected]). Finally all these days no one from Airtel cared to get a solution to my problem. Moreover i was going out of station and i activated the offer for my family to be frequently in touch with me. The unusual deduction resulted in my family ending up with no mobile balance and the trouble they faced is unexplained. Airtel is cheating its customers and this is not the first incident with me. Earlier similar incident occurred and i could not complain due to scarcity of time. Stern action need to be taken against Airtel for avoiding such cases in future. There are lot of poor and unaware Indian citizens whose problems might be going un-attended.

                                Now the worst part is when everi call the Airtel customer care, i need to explain the whole story right from the beginning. Tired of explaining my problem again and again and again... When i told the executive that they can view my complain reference number for details, the answer was they don't have the data. So much irritated with yhe service that i am planning to change my service provider. There are better service provider in the open market today.

                                    This is in reference to your mail regarding the non refunding of the charges deducted for activating Supermodel club In this matter I wish to point out that Rs.99.00 is not a huge amount but this shows the credibility of Airtel people who are now wishing to increase their profit by leving services which are being not opted and confirmed by the customer. Sir, for the last many moths services like Tiny Tv AND Supermodel CLUB has been activated by you numerous times and everytime a complaint has been sent to the Service centre and a mail has also been sent to you at [protected]@in.airtel.com to permanently deactivate all services from my number Every time you had refunded the levied unjustified charges only after I had mailed to you, but you have not taken any step so that the services ae permanently stopped and the harassment towards writing to you again and again is avoided. Two days ago the same Supermodel Club services were activated and the deactivated and the deducted amount refunded . From the mail sent to you will see that a request to permanently deactivate the service was requested but you took no action towards it and again activated this service. Now you are justifying the unjust charges levied by you and are not refunding the same. How can you justify the charges for the service that has not been opted by me and deactivated many times in the last few months? It is a mystery that every time you had refunded the amount agreeing that the services of TINYTV and Supermodel club were unjustified.Sir it may be noted here that I will opt for the portability of my all Airtel numbers and also go to the suitable court of Law to recover my dues and also ask the court to give me any other relief as per the law.                                       I have airtel Post paid connection and they are charging extra amount of Rs. 245/- each month and after raising so many complains they are not taking any action, Each time complain is being closed by them without resoling the issue/contacting. Very poor server

                                        I have Airtel telecom sim . I have apply for porting request of sim from Tripura to Delhi .but company deactivate my previous sim and didn't activate new sim. 24 days have gone to apply and 13 days have gone to receive porting meaaage . They are geving me different essues while talking with costomer service .
