What is the progression of this complaint from 1st-Aug-2015... It's been 4 months now.. ... I have visited 4 ARC in Bangalore ( Last 4 Months ) & Submitted 4 times documents & Received 3 New SIM Cards ... Made 78 Phone Calls to 121 including y'day... in that 34 Escalations... Received 29 Complaint references... Overall I spent 120 days & 2880 hours... ... Sent 29 emails to Customer Care ( 121 ) & 13 escalation emails to Nodal Team & 9 Fire Mails to Appellate Team ******** 3 EMAILS TO TRAI REGULATIONS... But still THIS COMPLAINT WAS NOT CLOSED... SHAME... SHAME... SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE... Why am I Still struggling to get activate my new SIM CARD...     Hi, My name is Vijay i supposes to do recharge to [protected], but by mistake i recharged to [protected] I made recharge amount of 855 Net balance amount on 21-12-15 at 7:59 pm. I contacted Paytm Customer care and Airtel Customer care they both are diverting the issue to each others. I strongly feeling that Airtel only have the chance to resolve this issue. Because both the phone numbers belongs to same company. Its my mistake i can understand but the way they are treating the issue or giving the answers totally irresponsible. Please help me to resolve this problem, I waiting for your valuable replay.

    I contacted 198 Airtel CC no some cc representative talk to me she said we are unable to do any thing for you from our side and suggested me to contact Paytm CC I asked her please foreword this call to any of your supervisor (Narasimha rao, Hyderabad cc office) she did it he also singing same song I requested him Both the numbers belongs to same company there is a chance to clear the issue but he doesn't care my problem and he provide [protected] Airtel nodal office number, I said i don't have chance i am going to consumer complaint forums he said go and launch the complaint no problem. Then i asked he details he said Name Narasimha rao, Hyderabad cc office don't know how much correct info.
    i dialed this number in that call it is saying that please contact 198 for complaints and 121 for QA that's it he cheated me with wrong number.

    The number i wrongly recharged [protected] is in switched off status continuously.

      From the month of August 2015 cycle, i.e. 26th July 2015 to 25th Aug 2015, I noticed that 4 to 5 International SMS being charged in my post-paid bill. This is again being reflected in the September 2015 cycle and November 2015 billing cycle.
      Please be informed that (a) the cell number is exclusively used by me and the cell phone is always in my custody (b) I do not have any contact or relative staying abroad. Later on receiving itemised bill, I notice that the number is o[censored]K. The same number is repeated every cycle.
      This leads me to believe that my cell number is being hacked /purposefully misused by dubious means, and my cell number is used to send International SMS.
      With number of Terrorist activity growing worldwide, I am afraid that my cell number is being tried, and if corrective measures is not taken, this may lead to some irreparable damages.
      As a responsible citizen I have informed airtel on 29th August 2015, 29th September 2015 and 28th November 2015. Till date the issue is not resolved. If tomorrow something wrong happens, AIRTEL Kolkata will be sole responsible. Details of the complaint with the respective Airtel personnel’s are appended below. Those details interaction will prove my inosine and entire responsibility will rest on AIRTEL Kolkata.
      Since no action has been taken by AIRTEL Kolkata, so far to rectify and corrective action taken, other than waiving the charges, I will be compelled to (I) inform the local police officials and if required inform the Central Bureau of Investigation / CID (ii) inform consumer forum (iii) Inform Grievance redressal cell (iv) lodge a complaint with the consumer court.

          Eventhough I refused to change my plan during a service call, they changed my plan automatically mentioning that my bill plan will not be changed but in the next 30 mins I received a text mentioning that my bill plan has changed. I contacted the customer care immediately where it i was told that it will take 24 to 48 hrs to change plan. so if they want it they can do it in 30 but if we want it it will take 2 days?. Even after 2 days the plan did not change. I raised for termination of services. A customer care employee called and said that we will be offering you a low rental plan please stay with us hence I agreed and was assured that the plan change will happen in 24 hours. even after 2 days the plan did not change when enquired again the customer care guys have no knowledge of any of the previous agreements. this level of incompetency is not good. Finally they again changed my plan to the wrong high rental one. The plans in their website and plans with customer care do not match.

            Your customer service centre @ Porur Chennai had taken the money for 4g hotspot device and has not provided the device. It is almost a week since they have taken the payment. The service centre is the worst ever I have found.

            On what basis do you people form this slogans for your services. That too when you have such lousy Customer Care centres.

            First please teach your Customer Care Centre employees to attend the calls of the Customers. Don't know how daringly they give their nos. to customers and ask them to call them if any problem. Take my word, the problem starts there.

            Today the Customer Care Centre Manager, (Don't know whether he really is the manager or just goes around telling like that) picked up my call (after umpteen no. of calls from Saturday morning till Monday Morning 8.00 o'clock) and told that he would deliver the hotspot dongle within one hour. His one hour didn't even come. After that I myself called him and asked him what happened you had promised me to deliver the dongle within one hour. he told he is at some customer place. And will deliver the dongle after he finishes with the customer. Still now he has not delivered It is now already 5.30pm. For your reference I would give you their nos. and name.(Dilip(Calls himself Manager) - [protected] and Sundar - [protected]/[protected])

            Suggest to take some action on such bluffers or your Slogans will remain only as slogans with no meaning in it.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have sent multiple request to cancel my airtel number ([protected]) an there's no response. I haven't used the service since three months as I was abroad and I still keep receiving the bill and I have no idea of what is happening. I got a call today regarding this issue and also the lady who called said that my other number will be disconnected if i dont pay for what i have not used for. This is not right. I will be paying for what I have used and the rest three months even though I requested for cancellation there was no response. Please do the needful. Thanks

                              I have recharged a night pack 19 rs for YouTube pack and I got a confirmation of pack activation but data was not given instead deducted from my data balance. I called customer service and he asked me to call for refunds in the morning and I did in the morning and no proper response and they told unneccasry info and said I did not use net yesterday but I received the message of data usage for yesterday night . The service is not given and no proper info is given
                              Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Still no response is it customer service of airtel or let the customer wait . I want to port to other services really disappointed NY great service of AIRTEL

                                I am a resident of Ahmedabad havind broadband plan of Rs.599/month alongwith Rs.99/month local/national call plan.I paid Rs.4697/- for 6 months vide cheque no.458987 on 19th September, 2015 which is shown debited to my SBI Savings account. Eventhough I paid the amount for 6+1 month scheme, Then also airtel disconnected my line saying the bill has not been paid.On complaining the same to local Airtel store, They said to again deposit the same amount of Rs. 4697/- and assured us that previous cheque will be refunded back to us.After depositing again Rs. 4697/- on 3rd December, now they again disconnected the line saying non payment of bill.Neither the previous amount has been refunded nor the disconnected line has been activated.Pathetic service by airtel company.Vl not recommend anybody.Take immediate action

                                  Sir, On 08 dec 2015 i have done recharge of rs 246 2g data unlimited. And on 20 dec 2015 i do another recharge of rs 129. On 21 dec 2015 my balance was deducted from my main account. Now balance show in my account is 5 rs. When i call on customer care they said the plan was changed there is no unlimted 2g data on recharge of 246. I told them that i was got message from company also that i have got 2g unlimited data. Coustmer care executive said-" ok we'll register your complaint and team will decide that weather you will get your bal refund or not after 24-48 hrs". Sirr it means that I'll not use my net for 2 days.

                                    Hi I am airtel customer. Every time i make outgoing call its playing promotional offer. its annoying and irritating. I called customer care and logged complaint three times. But no one fixed it worst!!!

                                      I taken new connection its worked only 4 days after not working i given complaint not response from airtel side, before and after connection not proper support. i inform show many time still not resolved issue.
