Reason of request: Wrong phone entered while making payment Problem faced: both online and phone executive unable to help. Have talked to paytm also they have successfully transferred payment to airtel. Your back-end executive not able to trace the payment and continuously insisting to contact paytm and are not able to sort the problem.

    I recharge from 99 on airtel my plan app on dated 23.12.15 for data recharge for bihar, jharkhand no. But this 99 plan for data is valid for delhi circle.In app i choose the DATA option. then how change my tariff plane not recharged data. When 99 plan for delhi circle for data then it why change my tariff plan in jharkhand circle . I choose data recharge option in airtel my plan app. So this app not working properly and my Rs 99 has been froudly taken by company although my data not recharge. So back my money from co. Airtel.

          The highest chargeable network with worst service is Airtel 4G LTE, , , We are paying the highest LTE bill which is 2400 for a month for 25 GB which is huge compared to any other network. My LTE is very slow and getting disconn very often. I raised this to customer care for last 4 months. The response which I got is "in my area there are doing some work in the network and it will be resolved".I don understand for how many decades they will do this work? I stay in Marathahalli, Bangalore.Last time customer care guys even said 20% they will give discount in the bill but they didn't give actually and i paid my full bill. My Airtel 4G number [protected].When i open any channel in tv, airtel calling for 4G challenge in their ads which is very funny!!!

            Please be infomred that i am filing a dispute in court for the poor service provided by your company there is no signal strength in my house from last one month only 1 or 2 tower i have to go outside for calling u making public fool ...AND I HAVE A 3G DATA PLAN IN MY POSTPAID BUT OF NO USE PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY WHICH YOUR TAKING FROM US AND NOT GIVING THE SERVICE NOW WHAT .I WILL SAY TO YOU AS YOU ALL ARE SHAME LESS YOU ALL KNOW THAT PUBLICE HAVE NO OPTIONS AT THE END THEY COME TO US ONLY ...I HAD CONTACTED SO MANY TIMES FOR THIS ISSUE BUT NOO RESOLUTION WAS PROVIDED...               Dec 10 Morning - Put in a request to port. Receive a call from your rep and the date for document collection is set as 11 Dec as i was not carrying a photograph. However, your executive shows up at my office on 10 Dec itself despite being told that i dont have a photograph. He insists on collecting the document and assures me i will not face any issue without the photograph. I hand over my photo ID card and latest vodafone postpaid bill. He provides me with a SIM card. This is to Mr Amit +[protected]. Dec 11 - I get a verification call and it is completed. I receive confirmation by SMS that address verification + document verification is completed successfully. Dec 15 - SMS received that porting is validated and accepted. Porting time set as 16 Dec 10pm to 17 Dec 5.30am. Dec 16 - Early morning i find my vodafone sim is deactivated and then i insert the Airtel Sim provided to me in the phone. No signal. Wait for hours and still no signal on SIM. Call customer care and they suggest to wait / clean sim / restart phone etc. I send a mail to nodal officer and the replies are in the trail Dec 17 to Dec 21 - I have called up customer care / the executive / airtel store / verification department all these days and no one is able to give an answer. Im told my verification was rejected - How is that possible when i have received SMS confirming address + document verification is complete. While some others say you did not do televerification by dialing 59059 - How will i do that if my SIM is not active? I resubmit my documents by email to [protected]@airtelworld.com on 19 Dec. Document receipt confirmed via phone by one Mr. Neeraj and I am assured that all details are in order and that a new SIM will be sent to me on 20 Dec. 20 Dec - No SIM received / no communication from your end. 21 Dec - Call up your verification department at[protected]. Kept on hold for almost 10 min. Im informed SIM has not been dispatched / verification pending. Again assured that new SIM will reach me by evening of 21 Dec. Till now nothing has reached me nor have i received any call from your end. There was a call from +[protected] which im certain is from the Nodal / Appellate authority of airtel. Call was disconnected by the person as soon as i answered. Dec 22: Just spoke to one Mr. Neeraj at[protected]. Im informed that SIM has been dispatched on Saturday evening!! He says that the SIM will be delivered by today evening and SIM will be active by tomorrow morning. However as i write this its 9.30 pm on 22 Dec. No SIM has reached me yet.

                  Broadband reported not working on 23rd November 2015 through service request #61815804. I understand there was huge devastation due to floods but still the customer service hasnt rectified this yet and keep on saying it will be fixed in next 24 hours. I have seen many 24 hours pass by like this. The bill for the month got generated successfully without any hassles for the service they provide. I am totally disappointed with the service and customer care. Please be cautitious while going for Airtel Broadband service.

                    Hi, I have migrated from BSNL to Airtel 12 days ago. Since then i was not able to get any incoming calls. I complained to the customer center more than 10 times but still there is no action taken. I have personally went to the airtel store 4 times, but still the employees did not take any action. Yesterday they have given me a new sim and said it will be activated in 2 hours. The new sim is still not activated and my old sim got deactivated. Now i am left with no incoming or outgoing calls..                       I changed my sim from BSNL to Airtel and opted for basic plan 99 but when i got my first month bill i noticed that my plan is activated by 299 and not for 99. so i informed to customer care and they said that they will rectify it so i paid for the month but it continued for the next consecutive months and so i stopped paying the bill and informed the executives to change the plan but each time when they call me to pay the bill i request them to change the plan and reduce the bill according but still now i didnt get any solution.Currently they disconnected my connection and my bill reached Rs.500 Today i got a call from Airtel office and female named "Selvi" from Santhome office and spoke very arrogantly saying "even u r not able to pay bill then why you are buying like this.." she was telling. and she disconnected the call when i was speaking. i just want a solution for my problem and need a action on the concern girl.

                        Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am paying the post paid charge for every day from last one month.

                        And now I am not able to pay this monthly charge. In the dec 2015 I paid more than 500 to convert the post paid plan into prepaid but my request is still not resolve from your side.

                          Dear sir/madam I have purchase a new sim card on one month ago, after that i have activate call rate cutter plane recharge with 16 Rs ur call rate will reduced 25 Paisa local & 30 paisa STD for one month. but after raising complaint again & again i am not getting this call rate. whatever the extra balance is cut this will not credited it.

                            I just reached fom Singapore 4 days before and got a sim from airtel Brookfield office Coimbatore. They said it will be activated in the same day and still it is not activated. They got rupees 300 cash for rechage and cheated me and a very bad customer service.

                              Without my request airtel subscribed vas (vastu tips) on my mobile no.[protected]. two months ago. When i tried to deactivate this vas they reply me that you have not subscribed to value any added service. After some days Again i tried to call CUSTOMER CARE on121 but every time it get disconnected. So i want to deactivate this service and refund of money.

                                  Hi, My name is Vijay i supposes to do recharge to [protected], but by mistake i recharged to [protected] I made recharge amount of 855 Net balance amount on 21-12-15 at 7:59 pm. I contacted Paytm Customer care and Airtel Customer care they both are diverting the issue to each others. I strongly feeling that Airtel only have the chance to resolve this issue. Because both the phone numbers belongs to same company. Its my mistake i can understand but the way they are treating the issue or giving the answers totally irresponsible. Please help me to resolve this problem, I waiting for your valuable replay.

                                  I contacted 198 Airtel CC no some cc representative talk to me she said we are unable to do any thing for you from our side and suggested me to contact Paytm CC I asked her please foreword this call to any of your supervisor (Narasimha rao, Hyderabad cc office) she did it he also singing same song I requested him Both the numbers belongs to same company there is a chance to clear the issue but he doesn't care my problem and he provide [protected] Airtel nodal office number, I said i don't have chance i am going to consumer complaint forums he said go and launch the complaint no problem. Then i asked he details he said Name Narasimha rao, Hyderabad cc office don't know how much correct info.
                                  i dialed this number in that call it is saying that please contact 198 for complaints and 121 for QA that's it he cheated me with wrong number.

                                  The number i wrongly recharged [protected] is in switched off status continuously.

                                    From the month of August 2015 cycle, i.e. 26th July 2015 to 25th Aug 2015, I noticed that 4 to 5 International SMS being charged in my post-paid bill. This is again being reflected in the September 2015 cycle and November 2015 billing cycle.
                                    Please be informed that (a) the cell number is exclusively used by me and the cell phone is always in my custody (b) I do not have any contact or relative staying abroad. Later on receiving itemised bill, I notice that the number is o[censored]K. The same number is repeated every cycle.
                                    This leads me to believe that my cell number is being hacked /purposefully misused by dubious means, and my cell number is used to send International SMS.
                                    With number of Terrorist activity growing worldwide, I am afraid that my cell number is being tried, and if corrective measures is not taken, this may lead to some irreparable damages.
                                    As a responsible citizen I have informed airtel on 29th August 2015, 29th September 2015 and 28th November 2015. Till date the issue is not resolved. If tomorrow something wrong happens, AIRTEL Kolkata will be sole responsible. Details of the complaint with the respective Airtel personnel’s are appended below. Those details interaction will prove my inosine and entire responsibility will rest on AIRTEL Kolkata.
                                    Since no action has been taken by AIRTEL Kolkata, so far to rectify and corrective action taken, other than waiving the charges, I will be compelled to (I) inform the local police officials and if required inform the Central Bureau of Investigation / CID (ii) inform consumer forum (iii) Inform Grievance redressal cell (iv) lodge a complaint with the consumer court.

                                        Eventhough I refused to change my plan during a service call, they changed my plan automatically mentioning that my bill plan will not be changed but in the next 30 mins I received a text mentioning that my bill plan has changed. I contacted the customer care immediately where it i was told that it will take 24 to 48 hrs to change plan. so if they want it they can do it in 30 but if we want it it will take 2 days?. Even after 2 days the plan did not change. I raised for termination of services. A customer care employee called and said that we will be offering you a low rental plan please stay with us hence I agreed and was assured that the plan change will happen in 24 hours. even after 2 days the plan did not change when enquired again the customer care guys have no knowledge of any of the previous agreements. this level of incompetency is not good. Finally they again changed my plan to the wrong high rental one. The plans in their website and plans with customer care do not match.
