    My name is anil kumar ramlakhan devbansh.my airtel number is [protected] which was postpaid and my aircel number is [protected]. My complain is related to airtel number which is [protected]. I have received bill of 2023.68 rupees of august month 2015(Bill no. –[protected].this bill is included with internet data pack which I have taken for the one month but without any intimation airtel company has continue for next month .during internet pack I already informed costumer care that I required this data pack for one month only and they said that they will call before continue for next month but they have not call and continue with internet data pack. As I received bill of 2023.68 for august month I was continued follow up with airtel company . after one month follow up the have sent bill of 3522.35 rupees for september month 2015.also as per bill my credit limit is 6300rupees but bill collction agent is start coming on my residential address which I fill bad feedback from airtel company. Then i decided to close this number & talk to airtel gallery which is located near garware house, koldongari, sahar road.airtel gallery person has promised me regarding this issue. He discussed with customer care and he said you pay 2000rupess as adjustment to close this number. I was ready and I have 2000rupess as a adjustment. I have asked any paper work to close this number but gallery person told me that as it is default it will get close automatically. Now after this I was removed my sim from my mobile and kept a side as I understand that it is closed as airtel gallery instruction. After this I have received bill of 2626.36rupees for October month(bill no. –[protected]. I was shocked as I am not using this number and already I have discussed these thing with aitel company but still number is continue and 2000rupess is mentioned as a payment not adjustment. Again I was discussed with customer care and gallery . they have change with their statement. Now they are saying that you have to give written instruction for closing of this number. they have said that they are ready to close this number if I will pay 2000rupees as adjustment. apart from this costumer care is continuously asking for payment till today.hope they might send collection team in future.       It all started with our decision switch to Airtel 4G using MNP facility from Vodafone (Mumbai) to Airtel (Mumbai). We went for a family plan, with my number s the primary one. The process started on 26/11/2015 through the Airtel site. Promptly a call came detailing the offers and we took an appointment with their representative for the subsequent Saturday i.e. 29/11/2015. During the appointment we gave all the necessary documents and received the sim cards for our new connections. We were told that upon the completion of porting, the sim cards will be ready for use without any delay. Post the meeting we received no update during the first week, we called up their customer care during the weekend and received a response that the request in under process. However we didn’t receive any update in the second week as well. By now basis the experience we decided it was better to continue with Vodafone. Then all of a sudden on 16/11/2015 we received a message that “The porting request validated and accepted. Porting time 16/12/2015, 23.30.00.” My number got ported out of Vodafone at that time and as instructed we tried to activate the Airtel sim that was provided but the sim failed to register on the network. When we enquired with the customer care on 17/12/2015, we were advised that the connection is active. I was further advised to visit the nearby Airtel store. When we visited the store we were curtly told by the representatives there that they have done the porting to a wrong sim no which again made me regret my decision to port out. We were told that they have registered the complaint & that the matter will be resolved in 24 hours. When we received no update, we again called the customer care the first call was disconnected or I suspect that they hung up. On the second call I repeated the entire episode to the person right from the beginning and after checking I was told that the porting will be done only by 22/12/2015. We started the process when the Vodafone billing cycle was about to end (ie 26th of every month). This process of porting took the entire cycle period. We also were asked to remit the outstanding payment which we did. Now for no fault of ours and solely because Airtel negligently activated the wrong sim, my number for last 7 years is not active. This has caused major inconvenience to me especially since this was the number that all my associates and family know of. If Airtel had invested at least a fourth of the amount that they spent on marketing, in their services division, people like me didn’t have to write long mails like this. Now I’m waiting for the 90 days to end so that I can switch back to Vodafone (not that Vodafone service is anything great, but between the two, Vodafone fares much better). Hate the Airtel experience from the beginning on account of the non-professional behaviour of their customer care. Lack of investments in proper sales and service force can destroy this company in the long run. The sooner they realise it, the better.

          I had raised a port out request for mobile no [protected] from Airtel on 4th-Dec-2015, Porting id is AZ622622. I recieved a verification call from Airtel relationship team during which I clearly told them that I want to Port out this no. On 12th December, I recieved a message from new operator that this request has been rejected by Airtel with rejection reason as contractual obligations, declined by donor. On 14th Decmeber, I went to Airtel gallary in Pune Wanowrie Area to check the reason for rejection & I was asked to call 121 from my mobile & raise a request for the same. They said they can't check this in system from their side. On 15th December, I called Airtel customer care at 121 & raised a ticket to know the rejection reason for Port out request. Ticket no is 66731733. On 15th December, I received a call back from Airtel & I was told that the port out request is not rejected from Airtel side. It is cleared from Airtel side. Based on this confirmation, I asked the new operator to resubmit the request on 15th December. On 18th December, I have received intimation from new operator that Port out request is again rejected by Donor. Reason is same 'Declined by donor'. I called customer care at 121 & was told that they can't raise a complaint for same. Now they have left me 2 choices 1) Either stop paying my bills since they are forcing me to use their services 2)File a case a consumer court. Nearest consumer court to my place is Bibewadi Area, Pune . Cost Rs 2000 including lawyer fees & waste of precious time is 2 days. Airtel executive who handled my ticket is Monisha DS. Also note:- 1) My number has been on Airtel for more than 4 months. Legal requirement is 3 months. 2) I have made a payment of RS. 800 more than my outstanding/due amount to ensure that request does not get rejected. Rahul Bhojwani Mobile No [protected]

              I had set credit limit as Rs. 500/- but I received bill amount as Rs. 659.57, so I have not paid my bill amount, I have also verified with customer support but didn't received clear information on that. But they have deducted bill amount via ECS (I am not sure how they did it) but I have activated ECS mode for Airtel broadband, I think using that they would deducted. I am chasing them for the post one week but could not get any resolution and so posting the complaints here. So please do not opt for ECS mode of payments then you wont have payment control with you.

              Hi Umesh,

              My Airtel NO: [protected], my alternative number to reach out is: [protected].

              In the post 10 days I am facing issue with Airtel, spoke to so many customer support but no use of it. Every time i reach out different support persons and all the time i need to explain whole story from starting then i will end up with the same response. Note that I have never opted ECS at any point of time for Postpaid bills, it has been confirmed with Card holder Bank but I receive same reply from all your customer support is "without your request can not activate ECS" which is really frustrating.

              Is customer support is for clear customer queries OR just answer something and close the thread?????

              Every I felt this kind of worst situation with Airtel. I have been using this number more than 7 years but i now end up with closing this connection and moved to some other network. I will never opt for Postpaid connection any more in my future, such a worst behavior from Airtel and it is hectic.

              I have been informed that I will receive call from closing department before they close my connection but sadly I have not received any call and the connection has been closed with out closing my issue :[protected]

              So I am not in a mood to start it once again from the beginning with you, please see all my threads from the beginning in your records and just do refund of the UN-authendicated transaction that you have done otherwise I will fill cyber crime on Airtel and I dont have any other option if you fail to refund.

                Hi My name is Naresh Manam, by mistake I have recharged wrong number date of transaction 16/12/2015 time 11:20 PM wrong mobile number [protected]. Transaction ID - 221605 Amount (Rs.) - 300.0 for this above transaction I have used my SBI Credit card ending number 7401. I have contacted and requested very politely to the person and asked him to please recharge the money 300 rs, initially he said he will recharge the 300rs on my number [protected], after one day he recharged with only 150RS on 18/12/2015, and gave warning that don't call me again for the rest of money, it is not good for you, the mobile number through which he warned me is [protected]. the way he warned me I did not expected, Please help to get revert back rest the money 150rs on my mobile number number [protected]

                    Hi, I got a new nano sim yesterday but it didn't get activated till now, my old sim got deactivated and now I am basically connectionless from past 18 hours. I request you please process it asap, since I am missing a lot many important calls due to this. I went to the Airtel relationship center thrice but they are not able to help me out. Also I have exchanged like 10 emails from [protected]@in.airtel.com, they all say that its in process from past 18 hours. Please help me out in this matter as I trust Airtel a lot and being an Airtel loyal customer, this is the first time I am facing such inconvenience like this, I don't want to switch to another operator.                         Vide email dated November 16, 2015 I was given a confirmation that my mobile plan will shift to Corporate Plan w.e.f November 23, 2015(Start of billing Cycle). On December 08, 2015 I noticed that my plan was not changed to Corporate Plan. I wrote a email to company that I was assured that my plan would change to corporate plan w.e.f November 23, 2015 and still it was not changed by the company. I requested them to make corporate plan effective from November 23, 2015 ( as they confirmed by their email dated November 16, 2015) Company in response by their email dated December 15, 2015 stated that corporate plan will be effective from December 24, 2015. this is real fraud, they assured me that corporate plan will be effective from November 23, 2015 and now they are giving effective date of December 24, 2015. I have written several email, still they are not confirming the fact that I am shifted to corporate plan w.e.f November 23, 2015.

But actually it was not recharged on my no. [protected] and response as unsuccessful vide txn id 15121 So please help me out eirther by refunding my money or recharge the amount on my no.

                              I applied for Airedale Broadband on 10 Dec, 2015 (CEF no : TBLR 7057614), but its been week and I have not received any phone call/sms/notification about my connection. I am speaking to Sales Representative (Shiva [protected]), who doesn't even care to pick up the call. Any ways, I have lost all my trust on Airedale, and just hoping, if I can get my money back (Rs 1000/-). Menawhile, I would like to add that, whenever you make payment by cash, sales people doesn't provide any receipt/bill for the cash payment, in return they say that you should not apply for the connection if you need a bill for the payment.

                              I don't see anyone is looking into this.. I know there's feasibility of New Airtel Broadband connection in my apartment, as many of our neighbours have same too.. But still when I speak to customer care, they tell need to check on the feasibility & never comeback..

                              This is all just wasting our time & our patience which is of no use.

                                  I recently port in my number in airtel. The FRC has done after three days from porting. The FRC benefit is Rs. 40 Talktime and 300MB 2G data. But til now i have not recieved the same. I request to cust. care and he gave me a complaint number i.e. given below CBNRD[protected], mobile no. [protected]. he told me that your complaint resolved 16 DEC 2015. But complaint not resolved. when i talk cust care he cut the phone.

                                      I changed payment scheme for my Kolkata A.Tel No. [protected] to Prepaid on assurance received from Airtel Gariahat Sales office in South Kolkata, that my conversion will be effected by same evening of 14th Dec, 2015 and upon calling to Customer Verification BPO No.59050 my same old (Postpaid) no. should work within 15 minutes. At my surprise I had to call 3 times to above verification no. and every time it was charged and my Prepaid card balance of Rs.41 now reduced to Rs.25 but till 3 days past and no action taken to activate my number. Since this is my prime number and do my retired livelyhood by Stock Trading, I am at a loss and considering to TEST OMBAUDSMAN'S POWER TO HELP CONSUMER else some legal action as to who will compensate my loss. I contacted customer care no. 198 which is first recieved by Vandana but she was unable to help. Then i said to transfer to senoir which is recieved by Pradeep.
