Vide email dated November 16, 2015 I was given a confirmation that my mobile plan will shift to Corporate Plan w.e.f November 23, 2015(Start of billing Cycle).
On December 08, 2015 I noticed that my plan was not changed to Corporate Plan. I wrote a email to company that I was assured that my plan would change to corporate plan w.e.f November 23, 2015 and still it was not changed by the company. I requested them to make corporate plan effective from November 23, 2015 ( as they confirmed by their email dated November 16, 2015)
Company in response by their email dated December 15, 2015 stated that corporate plan will be effective from December 24, 2015.
this is real fraud, they assured me that corporate plan will be effective from November 23, 2015 and now they are giving effective date of December 24, 2015.
I have written several email, still they are not confirming the fact that I am shifted to corporate plan w.e.f November 23, 2015.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Request your confirmation on this portal and on my email that my CUG plan is effective from November 23, 2015
