Digital Tv/ Very rude customer service on calls

Hi, My Digital tv account number is [protected]. There is a double charge by technician which was forcefully taken from my servant even after promise made "charges will not be taken for the visit" by calls representative. Misleading recharge combination

I am residing in New Chouksey Nagar, Lambakheda area (Pin code 462038) of Bhopal. A tower of Airtel is existing in my colony. But 3G services of Airtel are not coming from the tower.
