So I called their customer care and complained about it and told them to rectify it. I recharged my no. [protected] with 495 from my airtel app. As as per their app 495 recharge fetches me 2.2gb data. I recharged therefore and recharge was successful. I'm raising complaint with Airtlel which is from Past 6 months which has not been resolved till now, when I raise the ticket after 3 days the ticket is closed stating resolved. I never received a call for the confirmation that the issue is fixed or asking anything about the complaint raised. I reach customer care through there toll free number, through E-mail, reaching out the Nodal officer for my raised queries, till now no one turned...

Airtel nowadays are promoting 4g everywhere. If they can't even provide a proper 3g network, then how are they going to give 4g (Their famous tagline - If your network is faster, we will pay your mobile bills for life.) I am residing in New Chouksey Nagar, Lambakheda area (Pin code 462038) of Bhopal. A tower of Airtel is existing in my colony. But 3G services of Airtel are not coming from the tower. Instead it is giving 2G services as yet. Airtel is claiming that they are giving 4G services in Bhopal but still we get 2G signals from the tower. Kindly upgrade the same at the earliest....
