Hi,
I have opened a initial SR SR66385678 on Nov 7 for refund of excess amount and sent the bank account statement as well as cancelled cheque as requested.
when the issue is about to resolve on Nov 27.
they have closed the SR on NOv 22 and asked to send more proofs.
when i sent for more proof, they opened a new SR 66403578 and told will be resolved by Dec 13.
they confirmed they have all required documents and escalated to highest evel and will make sure will be resolved asp.
Again on dec 1 they asked for more documents and when i sent they closed the present Sr 66403578 and opned a new one.SR 66529934
when i asked them why they have opened and all, they told for tracking purpose. the issue will resolved by Dec 13 only.
When i have called for next time, they told Dec 22 that the maximum time for resolution and its system generated and we are helpless.
How many times they will cheat the customers.
Now again they asking same documents, if i send they ll close the present Sr and opened a new one.
this is how they are playing around customers.
whenever i call, they will tell this is the last give 48 or 72 hours, but till now no update.
I really felt mental harassment from u guys.
i have all the mail proof as well as recordings from the beginning .
Friday will be the last day, i'll be waiting for issue resolution, if not will be moving to court with all proofs.
