To Manager Airtel broadband Respected sir My self Raghvendra Shrivastava and i am one of your customer from area plot no 95, Shrdi Puram, Kolar road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh -462042 and I have applied for new broadband connection 28 nov 2015 so for that i had gave the 5700 rs cheque(cheque no :660100, Bank :canra bank) in the favour of Bharti Airtel. To your marketing manager Udya vir jhat. So as per Udya commitment the connection has to be start with in 3 days to 5 days i.e.(3 dec 2015 ).So after that also connection is not there till the date(16 dec 2015) . for this issue i had concern with your technical manager Aloak choudhary at Malavi nagar, bhopal . so as per aloak choudhary aitel don't have any connection set-up in the area plot no 95, Shrdi Puram, Kolar road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh -462042. So I don't had any connection and my money has been debited from my account .So of there is no connection facilities then how can your marketing manager can accept the new connection request . so that mean he is miss guiding the people on such big brand name . and he is completing his target by taking advantage of innocent people .     To, The Airtel Customer Care Chennai Sir, I have applied the Airtel Broadband connection three months back and I received the Airtel Phone number[protected] and the A/C No-[protected] one month back. however I have not got the connection till now. Whenever I call to the sales guy he is telling he will provide the connection by next week and several weeks have gone. In my area (New India Colony Extn, Ullagaram, Madipakkam, Chennai-91) only BSNL connection is available and I had the connection too. But the BSNL service is so worst and the BSNL infrastructure is the far worst. I had the connection for four long years and it was nightmare for me. Every alternative fortnight the wire will be cut and the maintenance will be taking another fifteen days. Since the Airtel comes near to my street I was happy and disconnected from BSNL. Now Airtel is not installing the connection. I am not sure to whom I can contact in this regard. Being in Metro we are not able to avail any facility. People are getting frustrated for this.       I made a request for new postpaid connection on the site, they sent a guy to receive security money of Rs 250 and after that they reply that address verification is been negative, they will send again for verification. When I call them everyday they say today it will be done, and next day again the same It had been more than 11 days, no action taken. And when I asked to refund, they are denying to return security money. .

        I state that the Internet data is wrongly deducted for mobile No. [protected] for not using the same and the same issue is repeated inspite of mails and complaints against the Airtel Company I understand that the Service Provider Airtel are unable to provide the data usage details from their end as there is no provision for the same. But replying to my complaints and issued faced by saying the balance is deducted as it is used by me without any clarity. I demand an explanation of Company's unfairness and deduction of over 600 Mb in just one time usage and that too for a very limited time provided when all running applications are closed ? I also demand explanations for all wrongful previous data deductions i faced since a month. An Internet Data Pack which is used for a month gets over in a time of 10 days and half of the Mb of the next pack which is subscribed gets over in a day time is simply unfair on part of the company. I am raising this issue faced by me because the same is not used by me and in general such amount deduction is not made by the Company. Is there any provision in their Company Rules to deduct unfairly from customers and give them a unfair reply for their loss? As a customer of this Company from past 6-7 years and with no major problems before, I am in a state of Shock and tortured by the Company's present practice. Kindly help me out to take this ahead and find a solution to the issues faced by me for the wrongful acts and unfair practice of the company.

            Myself Rajendra Jalela. my mobile no. is [protected]. i have taken Airtel datacard connection in May 2015 for which i have given disconnection request via call in June 2015 as i was not requiring it but their excutive has asked me to pay till date payment which will come in next bill and accordingly i have paid Rs.100/- for billing period 08/06/2015 to 07/07/2015 but after payment also they continues to send bills and making calls for payment and harrasing. request you to please help.

                I had a talktime balance of around rs. 275 yesterday and it came down directly to rs 112 without any reason. The cause it showed for deducting the balance was exceeding the data limit but even after that i had 20 mb left in my data pack thus making it unreasonable.

                      I bought the Airtel 4G LTE hotspot about 2 months ago, here is the 4G hot spot number [protected]. For the 1st month i was able to get the 4G network, but starting from the 2nd month, the speed reduced to 3G network and I couldn't able to get the 4G network. I tried multiple time reaching out to the Airtel customer care technical team but did not get any success then twice i have logged the complaint through email in last two weeks, but no action been taken yet from the Airtel support team.                             Hi Team, Any update on this, I dont want the customer's will be the victim of miscommunication and seeking for a resolution for others as well. I hope you can assist me with this. Today at 5.30 am I had rechared a 3g pack, but recieved a message your recharge has successfully with 4g pack of 186 and validity 14 Days, why should I use this plan when I dont have 4g in my mobile. I called to customer service and explained all these and asked if this can be reversed or please change this plan with particular 3g pack of 194 where the validity is 21 days, but they didn't listen from a customer's point of view where the mistake is happend only beacuse their app is not showing the full information. The same data of 650 mb was for 3g pack last month I rechared, so thought the same validity and I will get by this as well. I accept its my mistake as well, but they are going to help customer in anyway, which says they only know to earn or cheat customers. Mob- [protected] Thanks Samir

                              [protected]@gmail.com Request to waive off incorrectly charged internet charges I received Airtel postpaid bill of around Rs. 8000 this month (December 2015) which shocked me.When I called Airtel customer care they mentioned that It was due to usage of Internet while on International roaming.I repeatedly told them that I had not used the internet as my phone was always connected to Wifi.But the customer care claims that the phone was connected to GPRS and 10mb was used which cost me around Rs. 8k. I repeatedly told them that I was not notified of any usage either through SMS or email.I sent repeated emails to Airtel asking them to waive off the charges but they are asking me to pay the amount.This is outrageous!! extortionate!! and appalling customer service.This is what you get when you are a loyal customer of AIRTEL.

                                World's one of the worst companies is Aitel. Only money minded very poor public service. We requested for shifting our airtel broadband line to our new house in mid-November. So far nothing happened.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, I had been charged extra amount for 3G Data for the months (October and November 2015). They told me that, Rs. 450/month will be charged for 2GB 3G Data. But they had charged Rs. 166.67 & Rs. 188.71 extra amount apart from Rs. 450/month respectively for October and November 2015. And for your kind attention, I had not used 2GB data/month in both the months. I request you, to reimburse the extra charged money. I had complained this matter on 15th December, 2015 and reference no. is PO[protected]. I got a reply from them that, they will get back to me with in 2 hours. But till now, I have not received any reply from them.

                                    Hi, i am a user of Airtel from last one year. On 21/11/2015 i got a msg from airtel that i have used 100% data allocated. So i have waited for new bill cycle which is every month of 2nd. But in the new bill cycle also i haven't rcv the 4G data. So for the same i have call customer care on 4/12/2015 and raised a complaint with reference number[protected]not able to use data service). And they told me to wait for 5 working days. But still i am facing the same problem. Even i have escalated the problem to Nodal officer and as well as appellate team. But no one knows the solution. Simply they are saying that i have consumed 100% of allocated data. So request airtel team to answer my below question : 1) On 21/11/2015 i got the msg stating that i have consumed 100% allocated data for the bill cycle. Than where is my new bill cycles allocated data (960 mb). 2) If i have used the data (mostly in between 03-04/12/2015), than pls provide me the usage details. 3) Who will pay the call charges money for what i have called to your nodal desk and appellate team. They are putting hold for minimum 15 min every time, as they will check the details in your system. Please help me on this. Sunil Nayak

                                    Which is not correct. I have raised the complaint on[protected] stating that i am not able to use 4G services. As per my bill plan 960MB in 3G/4G and after that 2G unlimited. So can you tell me that what i have used the above data is in 2G, 3G or 4G. As per your customer care person that i have consumed 960 MB 3G/4G data before 4th December. And because of that i am not able to use 3G/4G data from 4th December. Can you return my 4G data 960 mb what i have paid in my last bill.

                                      Hi, I have opened a initial SR SR66385678 on Nov 7 for refund of excess amount and sent the bank account statement as well as cancelled cheque as requested. when the issue is about to resolve on Nov 27. they have closed the SR on NOv 22 and asked to send more proofs. when i sent for more proof, they opened a new SR 66403578 and told will be resolved by Dec 13. they confirmed they have all required documents and escalated to highest evel and will make sure will be resolved asp. Again on dec 1 they asked for more documents and when i sent they closed the present Sr 66403578 and opned a new one.SR 66529934 when i asked them why they have opened and all, they told for tracking purpose. the issue will resolved by Dec 13 only. When i have called for next time, they told Dec 22 that the maximum time for resolution and its system generated and we are helpless. How many times they will cheat the customers. Now again they asking same documents, if i send they ll close the present Sr and opened a new one. this is how they are playing around customers. whenever i call, they will tell this is the last give 48 or 72 hours, but till now no update. I really felt mental harassment from u guys. i have all the mail proof as well as recordings from the beginning . Friday will be the last day, i'll be waiting for issue resolution, if not will be moving to court with all proofs. Thanks, Prashant [protected]

                                      As per present SR the last date for resolution is Dec 22. I dont want it to be again extended in any case.
