I had applied for a new broadband connection with Airtel on 27th Nov. Bharath (Airtel representative [protected]) asked me to send the pic of my ID over whatsapp. Once that was submitted, an account no. was generated and after that he stopped taking my calls neither was bothered whether the connection is installed or not. I called the customer care and again initiated a fresh request. As soon as the request was raised, I started getting calls from multiple representative saying, please send the picture of your ID proof over whatsapp and we will install the connection immediately. There was one lady out of all these who claimed that she is the authorized representative of Airtel. Her mobile number is [protected]. I had forwarded my documents to her. Once the documents were submitted, she stopped taking my calls. Do these people work only to get ID card copies of customers !! I again called the customer care on 14th Dec to raise this. A complaint number was generated 62573642 and they told that they will fix it by EOD. There was no response on 14th Dec. On 15th Dec, I again called customer care and today they told that they have exceeded that maximum capacity of connection they can give on one DP box and hence cannot give the connection at this point. Is'nt there any value of people's time ? They could have told me beforehand if this was the case. There are other residents in my same society who are using Airtel broadband. I had already disconnected my existing TATA DOCOMO connection and faced lot of issues without internet. I have again activated TATA DOCOMO but need solution to this issue: 1) Need urgent action against Bharath ([protected]) 2) Need urgent action against that other Airtel representative ([protected]) 3) What is this process of sending ID cards over whatsapp. The representative should not get any credit because of submitting ID cards.     Dear sir My mobile no. [protected] I have paid the bill in September 2015, And I surrendered my no. in September 2015 via 121 call. And again I received the bill in November 2015, then I call 121, they replied me your no. is not surrendered because of some technical problem. You don't worry now we will surrender your no. And now today I received my bill of 548₹. So kindly resolved my problem, It's not my side mistake because I am not using this no.so I am not responsible to pay the bill amount.         Hi, I am Amit Kapoor owner of Number [protected], I just wanted to raise a serious concern that has troubled me a lot and not expected from a company like Airtel. Suddenly, in September¿15 my plan got changed (my previous plan RAIOCUG199, NEW PLAN GOLD549, INTERNETPLAN) for which i never placed any request, interaction id who has requested this plan change (a1542117), which is not me but some MS Sales Corporation. Thanks to your staff who helped me out (Shakti Swaroop-a1bhpmw4). Firstly, i just failed to understand before changing plan you guys didn¿t ever bothered to ask a customer . Due to all this i faced harassment like recorded message that i have not cleared my bill, long waiting to talk to your customer care executive. Now, i want you to resolve this issue in minimum time otherwise i need to switch over my number to some other operator if you guys can¿t take care of old customers then it¿s better to change the operator and send me the corrected bill. You guys need to understand if customer doesn¿t pay the bills on time you call him or send reminders but before changing the plan there is no matrix that you guys follow, reselve this matter on priority otherwise i have to reach consumer form for harassment that i faced in last three months.

        This is in reference to your email regarding change of bill plan without consent for your Airtel mobile number [protected].

        I regret to inform you that, I am unable to initiate a plan change to your old plan RA 10 CUG 199 as the same is withdrawn from the market. Since old corporate plans including your plan (legacy plans) are no longer offered, switching to the same will not be possible on migrating to myplan.

        I am also including all available plans for your reference. With myplans, you have the flexibility to construct your own plan with free packs made available with each plan. In case you wish to change your plan to any of the other rentals of myPlan, please write to us confirming the plan name and pack configuration. You may either write to us confirming the pack choice mentioned above or indicate your preference.

          Sir we are using 12 postpaid connections from 15 years but from last 4-5 months ATL is not providing service. If we deposite cash so they do not give reciept and we give cheque so they posted in other number. Last month we deposite bill aganist cash but they did not deposite timely.             Recently I have bought a new airtel broadband connection (60 GB 16Mbps). I was told that it is a free installation. However the service provider collected Rs 1000/- in the name of installation charge (which is refundable within 3 months time of cancellation). When I enquired this through the customer care twice (I dont remember the executive name), the information provided was correct and they added that the amount will be refunded (Rs 200/month) in 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th month bill. When I got the bill statement (Rs 293/-), I find the controversy on what I was told and the reality. I called the customer care and I spoke with the executive and his manager. Manager (name : Younis khan) answered that the offer got over. The actual bill was 1293/- and the Rs 1000/- whatever paid got subtracted and the net of 293/- has to be paid. I said that as per the confirmation from customer care I have proceeded for installation, so I cannot pay the amount. Please look into the issue and get me the refund amount of Rs 1000/-.               I am new customer for airtel and bought new 4G sim, mobile Number is [protected], before 1 week which is activated on 08 Dec 2105 and contains RS 99 talk time balance. Call rate for 3 Month Airtel to Aritel is 10 paise and other mobile is 30 Paise. Next Day 09 Dec 2015 I recharged My Airtel SIM RS 300 along with 1GB data pack. Within a week from 09 Dec 2015 to 14 Dec 2015 I maintained amount more than RS. 250. Today Suddenly I am seeing 0 Balance. After 5 attempt I connected Customer care person and he is saying that, your net pack finished so Main balance RS 250 is used for internet. I did not get any notification message for Data pack that I have consumed around 90% percent of the Internet pack. Without any notification or alert message how can you people deduct my main balance. I have 4.6GB in Other SIM too. If they have notified me in advance I could have stopped using using internet via Airtel. I need compensation for this. Within a week frustrated about the service and no proper support, it is taking 6 attempt to connect with customer care.

                We bought a new modem last year and it has stopped working. The technician was rude and misinformed saying the modem is out of warranty. After we found the bill and showed that it was less than a year since the purchase, Airtel is only replacing it with a refurbished one and not extension the warranty. What is the point of warranty then? The Internet has also stopped working after we made the complaint against the technician Somesh. It's been over a day without the Internet. And no one has come. Also - We should either get a new modem or get the warranty of another year on the refurbished one. Airtel is clearly taking advantage of being a monopoly. Please help!

                  Iam the Airtel prepaid customer from last 7 years and my number is [protected] and from last 6 months I am not getting and Airtel signal inside my home and all other operator signals are working fine except Airtel. I have raised this issue several times to the customer care and there is no action taken seriously. I am more upset about the fact as my home is located at the center of the town.

                    Hi Team, I hope you can assist me with this. Today at 5.30 am I had rechared a 3g pack, but recieved a message your recharge has successfully with 4g pack of 186 and validity 14 Days, why should I use this plan when I dont have 4g in my mobile. I called to customer service and explained all these and asked if this can be reversed or please change this plan with particular 3g pack of 194 where the validity is 21 days, but they didn't listen from a customer's point of view where the mistake is happend only beacuse their app is not showing the full information. The same data of 650 mb was for 3g pack last month I rechared, so thought the same validity and I will get by this as well. I accept its my mistake as well, but they are going to help customer in anyway, which says they only know to earn or cheat customers. Thanks Samir

                      Actually my postpaid bill is of 9292 Rs. This is because they don't provide me any information about the plan.after the issue begins I have already talk with near about 15 executives. The resolution is finally comes as I have to paid 4000rs as a bill of month Nov.2015. And I have paid 3000 rs to start my services on 11/12/2015 but still the issue is same.                           Hi All, I am a platinum customer of Airtel broadband services in Bangalore for almost 4 and half years in HSR Layout. I wanted to shift the connection to AECS Layout where the service is available. I requested for connection shifting and they checked the feasibility and came up stating connection can be provided without changing my present number but they said the plan would be changed and I agreed for that. The pain starts here, every day one person will and say they are gonna provide connection today and again another person will say connection cannot be provided. Infact one day a technician by the name Sunder/ Sounder came to my new location and was about to provide the connection but it was 6 in the evening so he left and said he will provide tomorrow and never turned up. Almost 4 to 5 people called me and keep on saying the same thing. When I researched there are other customer using broadband in the same locality and the funniest part is the Airtel broadband office is in the same street where I requested the shift. I never thought or expected that Airtel would provide such a worst service where I used to get best service in HSR Layout and all my issues used to get fixed and will not take even 24 hours. I inquired with the local people and came to know that the service people work with some Airtel sales team so they are indirectly forcing the customers to close the present connection providing and causing these many problems so that I will close the connection and go for new one and these people will get a sale and incentive. I am going through this pain for almost 3 weeks without a concrete and final destination from Airtel. My Airtel landline number is [protected] and my alternative contact number is [protected]. I strongly recommend other not to take these kind of pain for shifting the connection because in this case Airtel is at the worst side of customer service. If at all Airtel want to get in touch with me and resolve the issue, the best time to reach me would be after 3 PM IST.

                          I spoke with one of the technician from Airtel this morning and he clearly said that connection can be easily provided without any issues and the feasible speed available is also 8 MBps. FYI that technician name is Laxman. This airtel office is less than 100 meters from my new residence where I am requesting to shift the connection in AECS Layout, B Block.

                            Please help as on 12th November I have received message from Priti [protected], for new post paid connection and asked me to Whats Up the document on [protected] I have send the documents on this number . she has called me 5 times before sending the document and told me that she will send the sim card till evening. I have send copy of my adhar card, company id card and photo on this number. later on she send me executive number [protected] . the executive neither call me i have called him 10 times but he never comes and giving me bullish reasons. I have doubt on airtel service. Even i asked her 25 times to prity her address so that i can collect my sim but she never responded .                               Date of Incident : November and December Bill - Over charged Rs 3000 more each bill (Bill#[protected],[protected] Account number: [protected] Mobile# [protected] Airtel charged me Rs 3000 more on November and December 2015 bills (for the total over charge of Rs 6000) for the 20GB smart data booster WHICH I NEVER REQUESTED. I had terrible time explaining this issue over and over to different Airtel customer care respresentatives and their response is really frustrating with partial adjustments, not the reversal of entire over charged amount. I just wanted one person from Airtel should own this issue and try to resolve this to the fullest and I do not want to here partial response or action and then i need to followup month after month. Again, i never requested the 20GB smart data that you had been charging for the last 2 months, but i'm going through all kind of trouble because of your fault. Plesae treat this as urgent and expecting a reasonable response or action from Airtel at this point onwards.

                                As i have recharged through my airtel app for internet data pack on this [protected] of an amount of Rs 1099 on 17th November 2015 my amount got deducted and got the message as txn ID 601510 has failed due to technicalissue and refund will be processed within 7 working days after complaining so many time regarding the issue the organisation is not refunding my amount, as i am that no. in my dongle please contact on this no.                                     Dear Sirs, I am using airtel dth 2 connections @ 2 different location, but due to unavoidable situation I cant use 1 of the connections so I have not recharged the same. But this airtel guys call me frequently to recharge, they also threaten me to take action in case if you not recharge or surrender. One of the guy also misguided me to recharge of amnt 210/- and you connection will be active for 6 months and no call from airtel during that period. So I have done the same but then after a month the call flow begins actually they get recharged it for 1 month according to my plan without any use. Even I dont know that settop box is airtel property bcoz during purchase they have not informed it and they have charged me for settop box while purchase. Now kindly suggest the way what should I do.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I am really fed-up and frustrated with the level of service provided by Airtel to me in spite being the customer of Airtel since last 15 years. I have been paying the bill month after month without using the service at all. In summary, my problem is frequent disturbances and non-availability of the internet/broadband line and no one is able to rectify the problem. I have raised number of request towards the same since last few months and every time the service request is closed without even checking with me if the problem has been rectified or not. Every new engineer which comes will give some damn excuse but will not solve the problem. Last engineer which came to see the problem told me a shocking solution to the problem ‘ Move from 8 mpbs speed to 2 mbps’!!! So I need you help to get my issue closed ASAP and also Airtel should return back the money I have been paying them since last 6 months.                                       Sorry my problem still exists and there is no resolution to the problem. Surprise to see bill of this month is again generated. Please note as complained earlier, I need the immediate solution to my problem and also refund of last 6 months of payment because of the harassment faced and ZERO usage of the service. FYI No one from the Company has contracted me till date, so please keep this complain open till issue is closed and I request you to escalate it as I can see even after complaining at consumer forum, service provider is least bothered.

                                        Had requested for porting from Airtel Gujarat to Airtel Delhi. The backhand porting team did not give proper UPDATES. On complaining about it, on 7th and on 14th they first refused to take any proper complaint. The Floor manager, Piyush Khatri himself put complaint of "Delayed Portability" while I told him to lodge complaint that updates are not being sent to customer and other places like Airtel Delhi Relationship Centre. Even after visiting the Relationship Centre in Delhi 5 times, the customer people instead of taking proper complaint tell to visit the centre and make the customer run around and do not want to do their job properly.
