Hi,
I am Amit Kapoor owner of Number [protected], I just wanted to raise a serious concern that has troubled me a lot and not expected from a company like Airtel. Suddenly, in September¿15 my plan got changed (my previous plan RAIOCUG199, NEW PLAN GOLD549, INTERNETPLAN) for which i never placed any request, interaction id who has requested this plan change (a1542117), which is not me but some MS Sales Corporation. Thanks to your staff who helped me out (Shakti Swaroop-a1bhpmw4).
Firstly, i just failed to understand before changing plan you guys didn¿t ever bothered to ask a customer . Due to all this i faced harassment like recorded message that i have not cleared my bill, long waiting to talk to your customer care executive.
Now, i want you to resolve this issue in minimum time otherwise i need to switch over my number to some other operator if you guys can¿t take care of old customers then it¿s better to change the operator and send me the corrected bill.
You guys need to understand if customer doesn¿t pay the bills on time you call him or send reminders but before changing the plan there is no matrix that you guys follow, reselve this matter on priority otherwise i have to reach consumer form for harassment that i faced in last three months.

This is in reference to your email regarding change of bill plan without consent for your Airtel mobile number [protected].
I regret to inform you that, I am unable to initiate a plan change to your old plan RA 10 CUG 199 as the same is withdrawn from the market. Since old corporate plans including your plan (legacy plans) are no longer offered, switching to the same will not be possible on migrating to myplan.
I am also including all available plans for your reference. With myplans, you have the flexibility to construct your own plan with free packs made available with each plan. In case you wish to change your plan to any of the other rentals of myPlan, please write to us confirming the plan name and pack configuration. You may either write to us confirming the pack choice mentioned above or indicate your preference.
