I am using 4 g airtel sim, , earliar i was using 3g sim and everything was perfect, connectivity and voice clarty both were good, , day i change to 4 g sim, , and when i start 4g voice clarty goes nil to terribly bad and when i shift to 2g data voice clarty is good so my question is when we are paying to airtel for both seperately for voice call and for data service y we are getting only one service at a time and one is good and one is bad in all circumstances i want a quick resoultion and answer on this

      Dear Team, I have submitted documents for porting my airtel number on 30-nov-15 at sec 39, unitech cyber park, gurgaon office for porting mobile number ([protected]) from mumbai to ncr region, but didn't get any update. As my unique porting ID will expire soon and my mobile in roaming too, so please assist and do the needful. I have visited to the center as well they told me ki "ho jayega". I am not expecting this from Airtel Service.

        I am using Airtel services from last three months and after one month the device i brought "Hotspot 4G Dongle" goes faulty and i have been complaining airtel for this from last two months(23 oct) and still there is no response from airtel. As my dongle is in warranty period it should be replaced but airtel did not replaced my dongle and now gave a plug-in router which is also not woking properly.This replaced plug-in router is faulty. Airtel is cheating me and not responding properly . I have been paying for the services which I am not using. I want some serious action to be taken against Airtel company for mental harassment and bluffing with their customers and not providing services properly. I have talked to three supervisors name- Mr Satyam, Mr Sayed and Mr. Parmesh, and each supervisor committed that the device will be changed by tomorrow and still i did not get any resolution. I want my device to be replaced and my 4g data to be refilled.

        I am using AIRTEL 4G no. [protected]. Since october i have been facing problem with the AIRTEL hotspot device. And i have been complaining since then and writing to AIRTEL customer support but still airtel is not resolving the issue. Airtel provide me a plugin router which is faulty and for that airtel is charging me .After 3.5 months i got my hotspot replaced and still they are charging me for that, i am also facing billing issue with airtel as i have paid my bill for october and november month still airtel is not updating that and the relaxation on the bill provided by airtel representative is not updated by the company and now company is harassing me by barred-ing my number again and again. I had a word with Mr. DEEPAK KUMAR supervisor who called me and told that he will take care of the billing issue and still airtel barred my no. and not providing me proper service. I had a word with supervisor Ms Lakhwinder, Mr.ARIJIT and he said that he dont knw when my services start working fine.I asked him to unbarred my no. but he said he cannot do it. As the issue is within airtel departments so airtel is responsible for it not the customer(me) but they are harassing me from past 3.5 months as the are not responding properly to my complaints and and charging for services which artel did not provide me. On 28th December Whatever waiver amount airtel supervisor promised to leave they are denying that and now they are making my life hell by barred-ing my number again and again . I have to call airtel every third day so that i can use my internet, I have to beg for the services for which i am paying . I request you all not to use AIRTEL 4G services they will make u suffer until you die and your life will be hell. Airtel has the pathetic 4G services and worst customer support team . There are other 4G services like IDEA 4G, RELIANCE JIO, Vodafone please use these services they are far more better than Airtel services. I want very serious action to be taken against airtel .

            Few days back I have applied to a new broadband connection from Airtel. Please find below my details. Rahul Shah Address: 1st Floor, 40-Shreyas Park Society, Nr, Prernatirth Jain Derasar, Ahmedabad, 380015 Contact No: [protected] A person named Sufiyan ([protected]) came to my home to collect documents and check. I handed him the Axis bank check with amount Rs. 4097 with my ID proofs, Residential Proof and a passport size photo. He informed me that the connection in my area is available and will be done within 5 to 7 working days. Its almost 15 days till then. I received a message from Airtel with Fixedline Account No. [protected] and Installation Order No.[protected] He also gave me a contact no. of team leader - named Mehul ([protected], [protected]) who never attended my call. Now the first person named Sufiyan also don't care to attend my calls. Yesterday a person named Shohaib Shaikh ([protected]) called me and told that it will take other 3-4 days. This is ridiculous approach from a company like Airtel. There is no care for customers. I tried Airtel customer care contact numbers but none of them get me to direct talk with any employee. If my broadband connection is not going to be attended I will need all my documents with the payment check back asap.

            The amount of ₹ 4097 is already debited from my account, and today I am getting a call from appellate office that there is no network in my area. Didn't you people knew this while collecting my documents and amount payment cheque?

            When will I receive my amount back?
            Do I need to file FIR against Airtel for the same?
            None of Airtel employees are concerned to answer my call.

                Hi Airtel, I am Sruthi, owner of the data card connection [protected]. I am not using this from last 6 months, and 54 months back only Airtel deactivated this service. 2 Months back i got lot many calls from Airtel asking me to complete the payment so that they will close the connection. At that point of time the outstanding amount was 3300 something and I got a waiver of 500 and paid 2800 INR. The person contacted me told once the payment is confirmed they will be closing the connection. Again after 2 months I started getting bills and calls asking to complete the payment. This is a very bad experience. I will never think of Airtel anymore in my life. To cancel the connection they asked me to visit airtel shop and then i did the same. from there again they redirected me to this mail id. Please take this as my cancellation request. i wont be paying anymore bill for this. Thanks, Sruthi

                  This is to inform your airtel company is cutting my pocket. Till last year if we recharge for 1 GB . 3g net pack it was running for 1 whole month . then reduce to 15 days. And now only 10 days. Even tho 1 year before I had highest use of net . I wanted to complain long back. But lack of time i was able to do. If my complain is not resolved with in 24hrs. I will use mobile PORTABLE LAITY OPTION.

                      Activation of ported number [protected] (airtel punjab to airtel delhi) 1. I had submitted completed application on 26th november received new sim. 2. Got sms on 27th stating airtel activation request no.[protected]. 3. Now my new sim number [protected][protected]u is to be activated for [protected] ported from airtel punjab to airtel delhi with all the facilities including international roaming which i had. 4. I had applied after receiving a mail about the rules from airtel 121. As per these rules of porting, my old sim was to stop in night after prior sms to me and new activate with all the facilities as in the old sim within 4 hours between 10 pm to 5 am, within 7 working days from application. On my request all their service people promised that it will be done before 2nd december as i told them that i am flying abroad on 2nd night for 10 days.. Considering a smooth non disturbing transaction i had applied for it. 5. On 1st december i had contacted airtel 121 to enquire about the status, it was not clear. So i requested to complete the process before 2nd night or else hold it till 13th so that i can continue using old sim with international roaming. 6. My old sim was deactivated on 4th noon, without any prior sms and new is not activated due to various limitations & short comings in airtel. 7. 23 mails have been exchanged in addition to various phone calls in this regard but the problem is not solved. All the phone numbers given in airtel mails or website are connecting to machines only and there is no option to talk to any human being on any of those. 8. On 8th i have been contacted by airtel on, assuring of quick activation and got a mail stating ‘(basis our discussion on +[protected], i would like to inform you that i am transferring your concern to the respective department and they will get back to you with update at the earliest.)’ 9. On 9th i received a mail saying my request is received on 9th december. And process will take 7 working days. It also stated that they tried to contact me on my number [protected] which is stopped and is in the subject matter and another [protected] which i never owned and never mentioned in my mails. I am surprised where they got it from. 10. Every mail gives me a different reply from a different person without link or continuity to the previous communication. I got various replies e.G. It will be active by 10th morning, it cannot be activated when you are abroad, it has to be activated when you are in india and then you apply for international roaming. Airtel mail reference numbers mentioned in their mails are 23270505, 23304728, 23260542, 23260159, 23268216. I had mailed through different channels when i was not getting a positive response form any phone or mail. 11. I would like to mention here that earlier dealing with govt. Telephone company used to be tiring. Then private companies came and served better. Today i fells private have become like govt. Of 1980 and mtnl provided me new telephone connection at my home in rohini delhi, with instrument, with broadband active, within few hours of my telephonic request to their customer care on saturday 28th november 2015. I called around 1 noon and phone was active by 6 pm. They collected all documents & completed all formalities etc. From my home. At every point there was positive human interaction and well linked communication from one step with the other. Brijesh Kumar Sharma

                            I have been complaining Airtel from a long time but seems they do not want to help. Its been over 10 years I am with them but always faced issues with them. This time it is really serious and I am really ready to take all legal actions against them. I have all the proofs needed. Till now I have been recharging for 2g internet for month to month and every month i use to have data balance left because I only use it for normal purpose and I have a WIFI connection for other things at home. From the last few months they have started deducting my data balance so fast for the same usage. I use 2g always and they started deducting is as if I am using 4g useless service. I cannot even open FB page like earlier which means they have made the 2g speed more slower but deduct the balance like 4g I always use normal internet with Airtel so I recharge 2g pack only. I complained so many times to give my Rs 500 back and check properly why they are deducting so fast but these guys are not willing to help. They just keep on sending me the common template as a reply but no help. They Abused me over the phone, Disconnect my phone RUDE behavior but trust me no help at all. I have many customers who are ready sue them along with me. I have emails I sent them in these years so how unsatisfied I am as a customer.

                              I am relay sorry to say that you people better close the broadband customer support i never had such a bad and worst experience with customer support the agents are sooo rude dont know how to handle the issue and also they are asking for the proofs for the issue i just want to know are people running customer support are court what the logic is that sorry for u use such a language and check my call recordings how you people irritated me and also they are putting customer on hold and disconnecting calls and also not answering i tried more than 20 time through IVR but it always says your agents are busy when call connected your agent giving the experience that never use airtel i am requesting if you dont improve kindly cancel my connection we have lot of options i also know you have lot of customer ball in your court now i am expecting reply ASAP if you dont replay i will consider as that you cancelled my connecting i will not pay bill also

                                  We have contacted [protected], for a new broadband connection on Friday evening. The person asked us to wait as he will contact the concerned person and a guy called us regarding the connection. We gave the rental agreement and passport scan copy through email on [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com on Saturday morning. They came and took 1300/- in cash and told us he will do the installation next day. The contact number of the person who took our money is [protected]. Its been a week almost, these people are not picking up the call, after calling them multiple times they are cooking up some stories and delaying the connection.

                                  amazing service provided by Airtel, after eating the money and telling me yesterday that the installation will be done within 3 working days, today they told me it has been rejected as there are some technical issue.

                                  What more can be expected from a fraud company like you, where one representative assure about the connection and next one talks about something else.

                                    My number was given for a port from Vodafone to Airtel. I have submitted my documents and signed on all the required papers. It's been almost 2 months since I gave my documents at the Airtel store in gulbarga. My account has not been activated so far. Now recently my number has been disconnected and I'm neither able to use Airtel nor Vodafone. NOTE: I have submitted my documents twice because my documents were misplaced when I gave it the first time.                                         I have already contact your customer care for this network problems but still remain same. All the time their is no network around my work place. No hearing in the office even though i have personally complaint 8-10 times in the airtel office and the marketing person who sale the numers to us. This is airtel services..Poor & useless services.

                                        And moreover the activation of services has been activate automatically without any reason. When i called up ur customer care then he said only that's mistake on my part. When i had choose that service then why should i had called you reg the same.

                                        At the end, airtel is now going to finish i say so pls update yours services to carry on.

                                        If you can solve my prob den ok otherwise i will port my num to another one, choice is urs.
