World's one of the worst companies is Aitel. Only money minded very poor public service. We requested for shifting our airtel broadband line to our new house in mid-November. So far nothing happened. Only bill is coming to our new house address. customer care nos. 121, 198 other have no response except computer voice. Airtel is a dirty company. my land line no.[protected]. Mobile: [protected].     Dear Sir/Madam, I had been charged extra amount for 3G Data for the months (October and November 2015). They told me that, Rs. 450/month will be charged for 2GB 3G Data. But they had charged Rs. 166.67 & Rs. 188.71 extra amount apart from Rs. 450/month respectively for October and November 2015. And for your kind attention, I had not used 2GB data/month in both the months. I request you, to reimburse the extra charged money. I had complained this matter on 15th December, 2015 and reference no. is PO[protected]. I got a reply from them that, they will get back to me with in 2 hours. But till now, I have not received any reply from them.

      Hi, i am a user of Airtel from last one year. On 21/11/2015 i got a msg from airtel that i have used 100% data allocated. So i have waited for new bill cycle which is every month of 2nd. But in the new bill cycle also i haven't rcv the 4G data. So for the same i have call customer care on 4/12/2015 and raised a complaint with reference number[protected]not able to use data service). And they told me to wait for 5 working days. But still i am facing the same problem. Even i have escalated the problem to Nodal officer and as well as appellate team. But no one knows the solution. Simply they are saying that i have consumed 100% of allocated data. So request airtel team to answer my below question : 1) On 21/11/2015 i got the msg stating that i have consumed 100% allocated data for the bill cycle. Than where is my new bill cycles allocated data (960 mb). 2) If i have used the data (mostly in between 03-04/12/2015), than pls provide me the usage details. 3) Who will pay the call charges money for what i have called to your nodal desk and appellate team. They are putting hold for minimum 15 min every time, as they will check the details in your system. Please help me on this. Sunil Nayak

      Which is not correct. I have raised the complaint on[protected] stating that i am not able to use 4G services. As per my bill plan 960MB in 3G/4G and after that 2G unlimited. So can you tell me that what i have used the above data is in 2G, 3G or 4G. As per your customer care person that i have consumed 960 MB 3G/4G data before 4th December. And because of that i am not able to use 3G/4G data from 4th December. Can you return my 4G data 960 mb what i have paid in my last bill.

        Hi, I have opened a initial SR SR66385678 on Nov 7 for refund of excess amount and sent the bank account statement as well as cancelled cheque as requested. when the issue is about to resolve on Nov 27. they have closed the SR on NOv 22 and asked to send more proofs. when i sent for more proof, they opened a new SR 66403578 and told will be resolved by Dec 13. they confirmed they have all required documents and escalated to highest evel and will make sure will be resolved asp. Again on dec 1 they asked for more documents and when i sent they closed the present Sr 66403578 and opned a new one.SR 66529934 when i asked them why they have opened and all, they told for tracking purpose. the issue will resolved by Dec 13 only. When i have called for next time, they told Dec 22 that the maximum time for resolution and its system generated and we are helpless. How many times they will cheat the customers. Now again they asking same documents, if i send they ll close the present Sr and opened a new one. this is how they are playing around customers. whenever i call, they will tell this is the last give 48 or 72 hours, but till now no update. I really felt mental harassment from u guys. i have all the mail proof as well as recordings from the beginning . Friday will be the last day, i'll be waiting for issue resolution, if not will be moving to court with all proofs. Thanks, Prashant [protected]

        As per present SR the last date for resolution is Dec 22. I dont want it to be again extended in any case.

              Dear Sir, I made a purchase of SIM [protected] from a retailer made a road campaign stating that we need to pay Rs.40 for First Recharge and collected the money after the activation, the recharge is not made and yet and the offers committed is unavailable. As per the promise, talktime of Rs.99 will be available with 100MB data and 10 paise A2A for 6 months. None of the features are not available after activation please check and resolve this issue

                My postpaid no is [protected]. last week I did MNP. Yesterday I got the message that your no get portable so now you can insert new SIM and call to 59059. I changed my SIM and call on that no. after the call my network disappeared. I contacted customer care 6 times and raised 3 tickets, but still it is not resolved. So finally I am writing this mail keeping some hope(Airtel giving priority to its customers) that it will be resolved ASAP.

                    Airtel is advertising so much about 4G Connections. People are facing problem having J series of Samsung phones. We dont receive calls on 4G instead we receive message o[censored]ndelivered call. I lodged complaint with Samsung as well Airtel. Noone listens. They blame each other. Airtel staff says with time U R problem will get solved. I am doctor by proffession & senior citizen I cant run here & there everyday to get this problem solved. I recently switched to 4G.                       Airtel sim no.[protected] - internet disconnected since 7.12.2015. I have been complaining online since that date. Not yet rectified. As response, I am getting only prercorded messages only like " Hope your concern has been resolved to your satisfaction ". I visited personally, Airtel Service Centre at Paramount Towers, Velachery, Chennai. They checked the settings in the mobile and found everything was in order.They promised that the problem will be resolved yesterday and I will get a message to that effect yesterday itself. But, till this time the problem is yet to be solved

                        I bought the 4G LTE hotspot about 2 months ago, For the 1st month, the connectivity was ok. But starting from 2nd month, the speed reduced to 3G and i couldn't able to use the Airtel 4G prepaid connection. I tried multiple time reaching customer care technical team but did not get success, Two weeks back, I have logged the complaint through email, but still no action has been taken from Airtel end.

                              Hi my number is [protected]. I have recharged [protected] with airtel app with 110 INR on[protected]. The money got deducted from sbi account but didn't recharge the transaction number from sbi isTXN#[protected]. Later in the app it said recharge unsuccessful. Kindly refund my amount. I complained it to airtel but they didn't respond. The called customer care of SBI bank. They said they cant register a complaint. and The details are not updated. Kindly refund my money regards, vijay [protected], [protected].

                                I had applied for a new broadband connection with Airtel on 27th Nov. Bharath (Airtel representative [protected]) asked me to send the pic of my ID over whatsapp. Once that was submitted, an account no. was generated and after that he stopped taking my calls neither was bothered whether the connection is installed or not. I called the customer care and again initiated a fresh request. As soon as the request was raised, I started getting calls from multiple representative saying, please send the picture of your ID proof over whatsapp and we will install the connection immediately. There was one lady out of all these who claimed that she is the authorized representative of Airtel. Her mobile number is [protected]. I had forwarded my documents to her. Once the documents were submitted, she stopped taking my calls. Do these people work only to get ID card copies of customers !! I again called the customer care on 14th Dec to raise this. A complaint number was generated 62573642 and they told that they will fix it by EOD. There was no response on 14th Dec. On 15th Dec, I again called customer care and today they told that they have exceeded that maximum capacity of connection they can give on one DP box and hence cannot give the connection at this point. Is'nt there any value of people's time ? They could have told me beforehand if this was the case. There are other residents in my same society who are using Airtel broadband. I had already disconnected my existing TATA DOCOMO connection and faced lot of issues without internet. I have again activated TATA DOCOMO but need solution to this issue: 1) Need urgent action against Bharath ([protected]) 2) Need urgent action against that other Airtel representative ([protected]) 3) What is this process of sending ID cards over whatsapp. The representative should not get any credit because of submitting ID cards.                                   Dear sir My mobile no. [protected] I have paid the bill in September 2015, And I surrendered my no. in September 2015 via 121 call. And again I received the bill in November 2015, then I call 121, they replied me your no. is not surrendered because of some technical problem. You don't worry now we will surrender your no. And now today I received my bill of 548₹. So kindly resolved my problem, It's not my side mistake because I am not using this no.so I am not responsible to pay the bill amount.                                       Hi, I am Amit Kapoor owner of Number [protected], I just wanted to raise a serious concern that has troubled me a lot and not expected from a company like Airtel. Suddenly, in September¿15 my plan got changed (my previous plan RAIOCUG199, NEW PLAN GOLD549, INTERNETPLAN) for which i never placed any request, interaction id who has requested this plan change (a1542117), which is not me but some MS Sales Corporation. Thanks to your staff who helped me out (Shakti Swaroop-a1bhpmw4). Firstly, i just failed to understand before changing plan you guys didn¿t ever bothered to ask a customer . Due to all this i faced harassment like recorded message that i have not cleared my bill, long waiting to talk to your customer care executive. Now, i want you to resolve this issue in minimum time otherwise i need to switch over my number to some other operator if you guys can¿t take care of old customers then it¿s better to change the operator and send me the corrected bill. You guys need to understand if customer doesn¿t pay the bills on time you call him or send reminders but before changing the plan there is no matrix that you guys follow, reselve this matter on priority otherwise i have to reach consumer form for harassment that i faced in last three months.

                                      I regret to inform you that, I am unable to initiate a plan change to your old plan RA 10 CUG 199 as the same is withdrawn from the market. Since old corporate plans including your plan (legacy plans) are no longer offered, switching to the same will not be possible on migrating to myplan.

                                      I am also including all available plans for your reference. With myplans, you have the flexibility to construct your own plan with free packs made available with each plan. In case you wish to change your plan to any of the other rentals of myPlan, please write to us confirming the plan name and pack configuration. You may either write to us confirming the pack choice mentioned above or indicate your preference.
