I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 12th November 2015, and after numerous calls & reminders, the connection was given to me on 11th December. In just 2 days, the connection has got severed now! I get absolutely no response/help from customer care tollfree number or from the person who did the installation. Customer care number went on an IVR loop infinitely and there was NO option to register a complaint. Getting fed up of having to follow up with the worst service ever! Appreciate any help on this regard, so I can start using the broadband atleast! My account number is [protected] The connection is for a flats in Thoraipakkam, Chennai - 600097 Regards, Divya K

    This is in reference to bill plan of my broadband relatioship no: [protected]. In this regards, I wish to inform you that the bill plan which is activated on my number is not as per my customer enrollment form. Please note that I got this connection installed in the m/o Oct’15 and your sales representative Mr Radhey Shyam told me about the bill plan as under: For the very first bill :- Monthly rental 1199/- plus ST and benefits: 15GB download at a speed of 4MBPS and 1000 Local/STD calls. From next bill onwards:- Monthly rental 799/- plus ST and benefits: 15GB download at a speed of 4MBPS and 1000 Local/STD calls.(Monthly rent reduced since I was a MTNL customer as confirmed by your SR) First bill, I already paid last month and now I am in receipt of 2nd bill which is not as per bill plan mentioned above. When I contacted your SR he got my plan changed this month 2-3 times but not as per the plan mentioned above. Now when I try to contact him, he is not taking my calls and is very rude in his behaviour. I have everything in writing in this regard and the above mentioned bill plan was also written on copy of customer enrollment form bearing number: 4105649 and signature of your SR Mr Radhey shyam. I have the customer copy of that customer enrollment form. Now I am feeling like I am being cheated by Airtel as your SR Radhey shyam was representing Airtel and I got my previous connection disconnect on his advice. I request Airtel team once again to do necessary changes (as mentioned above and in my CE Form) in my bill plan and confirm me through e-mail. Also, If Airtel cannot fulfil the commitment made to me I’ll get your connection disconnected and you will have to bear the re-connection charges charged by MTNL failing which I’ll sue Airtel in court of Law for such false promises. Contact detail for your sales representative Mr Radhey shyam: [protected], [protected] I have sent this email many times to your customer care at "[protected]@in.airtel.com" and to your nodal officer at "nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com" but no response is received till date.     Customer service at Airtel is very poor. Issue still not resolved rather buggers are asking for payment.
    but you guys will have to face consequences of these cheap tactics of acquiring customers. Shall definitely sue you in court of law.

      Date : Between 1st to 20th Nov : I have called to Airtel customer care from number ([protected]) to inquire for shifting my connection to other address below are the details provided to me : I need to check whether my connection can be shifted to other address. I need to place a request for relocation. Within 24 hours of logging a complaint my connection will be deactivated Post which my relocating activity will take place and within 5 days my connection will be installed to new place. After installation, within's week time I need to submit my address process. I have provided all my details post which agent gave me consent that airtel can be shifted to my new address. Date : 1st Dec 2015. Around 8:30 Pm, I have dialed 121 from my landline ([protected]) and requested to lodge complaint for relocating my connection. Representative took my details (new address) and raised a ticket for the same. Date : 3rd Dec 2015. I have dialed 121 from my office landline and explained my concern post which agent said it is under process I was not satisfy with the answer given therefore spoke to senior on floor who informed me the relocation is not possible, I asked him to mail me this for which he denied. I was shocked and kept and phone. After some time I dialed up again from my registered mobile number where I was informed that "Sir, you don't need to worry I assure you that your connection will defiantly shift.At the very movement I raised the request for a new Airtel IPTV/Broadband/Landline connection. I started receiving calls where everyone agreed to give me a new Airtel IPTV/Broadband/Landline connection at the same address. Date : 4th Dec 2015. I have drafted a mail to Airtel (attach mail), Post which I was informed that my broadband connection can be shifted but due to some temporary technical reason IPTV cannot be shifted, After listening to this I requested representative if it is a temporary technical issue, than it is fine I can wait until it resolve but pls shift my connection. Listening to this he kept my call on mute and after some time he came back on call and informed he, Sir shifting is not possible. Date : 5th Dec 2015, I again drafted a mail (pls refer attachmail). Date : 6th Dec 2015. I have received a call from Nodal officer stating that Sir, you don't need to worry I assure you that your complaint will defiantly resolved and I am forwarding your case to concern team.(Same was drafted on below email) Now, I do not understand when it is written on there website that Airtel IPTV is in available in Delhi/NCR how they can deny for the same.

        Hi, I've already have 2 complaints and waiting for the solution (please refer my early complaint on airtel). As till today Airtel almost called me 28 times for 1 single complaint. They call me every day asking for the problem and give me new complaint numbers everyday for just 1 complaint. In fact they keep calling everyday but don't fix the problem ever. I'm sure these people do involve in SPAMMING. Although, I did not get any solution for the problem which I had before 46 days. And the complaint is "Airtel did not provided the broadband connection even after everything is submitted with money." Today is 47th day that I am awaiting for the broadband connection which I already paid. Reference ID for Proof: KKPB236650 By the way the airtel person gave me Postpaid forum instead broadband forum. Please share your worst experience with Airtel on TWITTER AND FACEBOOK.

          I have applied new broadband connection . airtel executive came and collect the documents and money his name is muzamil nafees ([protected]) . He is taken 1100 Rs and he is not given any reciept to me .i have asked for amount reciept but he didnt give . now i try to reach to him i called him more then 100 time but he is not responding. Even airtel office who send muzamil . her name is Nirmala([protected]). i am Doolchand my contact no [protected]

                Dear sir, As in previous complaint I informed u how airtel 3g services is not meeting the data rate they cry for in 3g packages in my Bengal airtel no: [protected]. Even more it's poor 3g services hits my other airtel no., [protected]. Most of the time I have to struggle to get the good data rate with connection keep alive feature. I am enjoying 3g in the aforesaid no., ie, [protected] with INR 449 pm. The services to both nos are getting worworse day by day. Most of the time the service got inactive and did not meet the basic 3g data rate. Connection has been turned as "close " by the operator. Sir, your sincere and fast action is required in this case. Thanks.

                  I am getting bill even my subscription#[protected] is over, which was for 7 months only. I had informed to your team to disconnect it before my subscription got over and even after 10days verbally as valuable & responsible customer. As you are well known brand, service should be continue after customer conformation or approval. So as I had signed agreement with airtel for 7months only as per your salesman* and I had paid in advanced for 7months subscription. But your team continued it without my knowledge and without my approval and sending bill due, so I am not responsible for any due after 7months. So, my humble request to your team to disconnect it ASAP. It's giving us mental torturing for me and my family. My landlines number for your reference is [protected].

                  Airtel's salesman told me that it will be for 6 months only and they if you want we will continue otherwise we it will disconnected. but It's wasn't and you had continue our connection without inform us and without our authorization and Airtel team keep sending mail to us.

                  We already paid 6 months rental in advance to Airtel. Our purpose was solved and we didn't need any more so we hadn't call your team to continue.

                  And it simply mental harassment for me and my family. Please we (chintan Rajanikant Patel) want to disconnect our landline broadband connection.

                    I have complained to airtel about poor customer service at two of thier galleries. I wanted clarification regarding high bill charges and discontinuation of my CUG plan. I had already got no response from the galleries and artiel customer services hasnt bothered to reply to my mail sent on 11th dec 2015.

                          I have applied through online for new broadband connection after that i got the call from Aitel office (Parmila) she was telling she ll send a person to collect money and documents. Around 4 clock person (Muzamila Nafees) come to collect the documents. He took documents and 1100 RS .even he didnt give receipt also.i asked for receipt the he said we are not providing any reciept for that. He has wrriten on customer copy he has received 1100 Rs . last couple of day i am calling him but he not recieving any call. Application no 7059700

                            Hi I have been an airtel valuable customer since last 8-10 years but in last one year I have been suffering a lot due the broadband services...I have been levied high amount and in return of which my wi fi services do not even meet such standards that a song can be downloaded without hindramce or goo[censored]ps. To my utter dissapointment my calls are never addressed, never iam provided redressal and then you claim to be number one network. I hope this time it is addressed.

                              Hello, From past few months the 3G service of Airtel is so pathetic and its hard to connect 3G, when enter to Bangarpet the network automatically changes to 2G. Or some times it connects to 3G for sometime and then it goes back to 2G. I have complaint about this to there customer care and they closed say no immediately solution. NOW What do the mean by NO IMMEDIATE SOLUTION. 3G was working fine all these years we are facing this issue from past few months. Do they really care about the customers ???

                                Hi, I m regrets to inform you that Airtel is no more longer giving the proper customer service.Even after calling multiple times for the same issue still no complete resolution from Airtel.Once i had called customer care to share my issue and get the solution but it was horrible experience for me. I still remember I have spoke with Vishal on 15th Nov 2015 for my balance deduction of rupees 54 but not satisfactory answer and he was not knowing why my balance deducted.He transfer the call to another executive by saying he is senior whos name is Nagesh and all of them were giving same excuses and ssying that i have used the data . Spoken with Harish their senior manager but stll no go. And last night again i have been charged and deducted 150 Rupees from my main balance. I m fed up by calling again and again and asking for refund or to stop this nonsense for same kind of issue but this time i wont call again coz this time I m foing to post this in social media and make the people aware what is Aritel and their services and also soon going to change the service provider to some other well known network.So poor nd pathetic customer support and services.I will never recommend anyone to buy or use Airtel. I hope you will soon take an serious action for this as now this going to spoil company image and reputations in market once i will display this post on Fb or other social platform and i promise you this gonna be worst for Airtel.                                   I have written in this forum earlier, a week back, when even after 20 days my airtel money wallet's debit freeze was not removed! Its going to be a month in 5 days, and still i could not get back the 6350 in the account. Interestingly airtel is allowing crediting of the account, but it wont let me use any money! So if an account got an issue, it should be blocked totally, not partially. So Airtel is okay to take the money, swallow it and wont give it back to the original owner of it. E wallet scam! Airtel money is scam! I have mailed all the verification details including VOTER ID CARD, PAN CARD, BANK ACCOUNT, POSTPAID CONNECTION BILL, ELECTRICITY BILL. And Airtel Presence Department's staff Shweta Kaushik told me to submit them to unblock the debiting of the wallet. But 3 days passed i have mailed them, but still they never unblocked the wallet. Whenever i write on facebook, they just copy paste same line - We are looking into the matter. Please allow us sometime. Very funny! If the staffs money was at stake they would have understood how it feels like. And when the actual person has proven her identity i dont think there is any valid reason to keep the account blocked. If they had any effing problems with a transaction why did they let it pass anyway? Is the airtel money system so bogus that it cant filter which transactions should go in and which should not? Or is it because they love looting people's money on any false pretext. The airtel number is [protected]. Even the sim card is in my name. But Shweta says my voter id card is invalid, they cant trace any details. How lame is that! Its the same document with which i got my sim card validated and received the new connection a month back. So Airtel money got NO standpoint. Previously in this forum when i wrote, Mr Umesh Arora assured me for a quick resolution from the Airtel Presence department. Where has the person disappeared now i wonder! You guys are fantastic! Such nice skill of customer handling should be really rewarded.

                                      I m using airtel 3G data pack. my ph no [protected]. I had unused data about 100 MB. But only after using few MB, not only my whole data consumed but also a lump sum amount in excess pf rs 100 got deducted from my account. even customer cr personal did not help me. It's so frustating talking to them. Please do the needful. and arrange to refund my balance thanks... Regards. . [protected]@gmail.com.
