I am facing problem with messege delivery and messege outgoing since last 3 days.calling for support.evertime i was told it will resolve in 1 hr 4 hr 2 hr bt nothing happened.i have very imp transaction pending.cant even get otp.now they have block my number for 121.cant even port my network without sending messege.its very big mess for me. The WORST experience with airtel....

Hi, i have been billed excessively and charged for data which i never activated since i took the connection 7 years back, i did wrote this to airtel many times my avg bill for the month for last 7 years is around INR 600, this month recived a bill for INR 3500...

Out lot of escalations, Airtel Team not considering about costumer concerns, simply closing issues (not intimating proper resolution to us). but Bill payment team insisting us to make the payment, not considering user concerns.

why need to make the payment if you are not providing the services to the customer.
if this is the case why u need customer care technical services?
