Hi,

Please Terminate my 4G post paid dongle connection with immediate effect and let me know how much due i have to pay for the dis-connection.

Reason for disconnection:This was my company connection which i got from my previous company & as i am no longer in the company i want to terminate this connection immediately.

I had raised another request for connection termination around 45 days ago after which i got a call from the relationship manager.He was not at all ready to terminate the connection and giving me various alternative which i didn't agree.Finally i salted for converting the postpaid connection to Prepaid connection as per him.He told me to go to the nearest branch and apply for the change.I went to the Infosys campus, electronic city phase 2 outlet, Bangalore and submitted the papers and paid for new sim card.As per them they told me it will be done within two working days.

After one week when i didn't get any reply from them i went back to that outlet for update they told me this cannot be converted.This is very frustrating i went for this change to postpaid as per relationship manager confirmation only and after doing all paper work, submitting documents & getting new sim card i was told this is not possible.What kind of service is that & my bill still continues to generate.

I have all the documents and proof collected from the concerned airtel outlet & if you don't terminate the connection immediately i will be forced to lodge a complaint against this harassment in consumer court and will also not be paying a single rupee from next month as after numerous request also you are not closing the connection.

    I made a complaint regarding my airtel no. [protected], of data being consumed at a much faster rate than normal...evn if i open jst static web pages or facebook or gmail without refreshing the page, still 80-90 MB 2G data gets finished per 1 hr...its happening since the past few months..i use the sim on huawei net setter and my OS is ubuntu... I had made the complaint on 25th Oct and it was promised to be resolved within 3 days...i registered my alternate no.-[protected] also to b called upon by the customer care executive, but they nvr rangup themselves..then manytyms i again called them, and they jst kept re-registering the complain and promising to call back within 2 days, each time...but 10+ days have passed, i haven't received any call and issue is still persisting..

    it has been more than 2 months and there has not been even an effort to provide resolution for this. Since my last comment here, there again has been no action or even contact made by the company officials.
    this month again, i just used the net pack for browsing, and 3gb was expired at an unbelievable speed.

    A fast resolution is needed, as the longer you are taking, the more loss you are bestowing upon me...Any time limit possible has also exceeded..

      Since 5 Nov 2015, all i received was the above reply and a call stating that the grievance would be addressed after discussion with the reporting person.

      I have asked for the revised bill for the said billing cycle . if the revised bill is not sent I will not be able to pay the correct amount by the due date 15 Nov 2015.

      Please act upon it.

            During past two-three months I am facing issues with the mobile internet
            service provided by you. My mobile data pack balance is coming to zero all of a
            sudden without actually I using it. Initially I ignored it thinking some
            mistake from my end.

            But today it happened again. My mobile data balance before going to bed
            yesterday night was more than 1.5 GB. Today morning when I started the data
            service, I received the message stating 100% data usage alert. Please note that
            I have 3123MB of data plan activated with billing cycle starting from 26th of
            every month. My mobile internet usage is limited to only reading news paper,
            Gmail browsing and nothing else. I update all my software's only while in Wi-Fi
            network in office. I am unable to digest how 1.5 GB of data can be consumed
            with disabled data service during night.

              I have got connection of airtel digital Tv on 3rd sept 2015. I requested to change the plan to Malayalam south pack with monthly subscription 179. after one month I got only few channels and malayalam. I thought my plan was changed. Now I got message that my plan is 456 pm.Yesterday I tried to change online. But no use. There is no link for 179 plan change. Today I called [protected] and requested to change my plan ..But some1 gave me another number [protected]. But getting some recorded messages only.                 I have Made a Recharge of RS.14 on 20th October 2015 at 7 pm in the Evening.Recharge was Successful but the benefit which was local Airtel to Airtel 10 Paisa and Airtel to Local any number at 30 paisa for 180 days. I have called customer care on 20th october, they told me that wait for 48hrs its will start working then after 48hrs I have called them they told to again wait for 48hrs in the same way again I have called them on 24th, 26th 28th, 30th october all day they are taking the complaint regarding my isues but when I have called on 30th oct, they told me that there is no any complaint regarding yours issues.then they have taken complaint on 30th oct.i.e CBNRV[protected] by Bhadrash Paraya he told me that wait for 48hrs but after 48 hrs again I have called thy told me that camplaint solved but still my call rate was same and power was not activated.Again he told me the same and again taken complaint number i.e.CWC[protected] by pradeep and told me to wait for 72hrs and again I have called them they told the same thing and again they taken the complaint and complaint number is[protected] taken by Badri Das Vaisnoand still its 5th nov, 15 my problem my complaint was not solved.I request you to please make a complain on AIrtel that dont make the customer time waste and dont make them full. Please take strict action against this.

                    Am using AIRTEL prepaid sim ([protected]) for past 8 years, I am experiencing the worst signal problem from the date of buying in my home and around my location. More then 700 people are living around my village. So i requesting to increase signal strength or else erect a BTS (Base Station) in my village to un intrepted airtel connection.                       Its been 3 days that I am not being able to call somebody or receive any incoming calls on my phone. Technically, my phone is dead. Tried to contact the customer care but that too not getting connected. Have been using airtel for long time but never experienced this kind of problem.                         My land line connection in name of Manisha chordia with number [protected]. The connection is since 2 years and nearly a year back we were offered 16 mbps line with 60 gb down load at Rs 1100 and an value added charge of Rs. 500 for free unlimited local and std call. Since they upgraded the scheme the problem started and we had frequent breakdoen of net connection. Nearly 7 to 8 complaints are rsised every months. Durind ehich they had replaced wiring at our cost but no dolution and also they forced us to change three modems at our cost for none of our fault. They have inexprieced service team and negligent attitude. We have discovered before three months that airtel is probiding free unlimited out going for local and std to all connections having airtel broadband services. Ehen ee questioned them they first misleaded us and then gave us evading reply and only intimated us not to charge further but did not comment on the refund of excess amount collected from us till date. Sunce last month the problem pricipotated more and we were not able to use net connection properly and a complaint is pending since last two days with no resolution. Today even the land line has gone dead when reising the complaint, they refused to take new complaint stating already one complaint is pending, so no nee complaint shall be raised. We had also mailed the complaint to airlel complaint cell but no responce to it. I pray you to raise the issue at appropriate forum and render us justice for finincial loss, harrashmen caused to us

                          Hi, First of all its our wish when we want to recharge. No one mentioned intially that there will be IMF charges. I would like to understand what you have done when we didn't recharged on time? Did you called me and remind me ? did you do any thing specific for me to charge that? This is not at all acceptable .. I will recharge my account when i have money. It is same like my prepaid account. If i have balance i can able to enjoy the show, if not then i will not. AIRTEL - DTH team you have to answer it.

                              I am using Airtel number-[protected] from last 2 years and was happy with the services but last week of october i recieved a call from Airtel stating that There is an offer for your number if you change your plan to 599 you can avail the mentioned benefits as:1040 STD mins, 360 local mins and 1040 3G benefits after consumption of which unlimited 2G will be given.I informed them that i am shifting to Delhi next week so will i be able to use these benefits there and what about the roaming charges? To this question they replied that this is National MNP offer for you and you can take these benefits in Delhi as well.Then they sent their associate to my home for collecting documents and changed the plan. Now i am in Delhi and whatever the commitment was made is FAke.I contacted them via there Call center, showroom and email but they are now telling me you are not eligible for this offer and i need to port this number again and take 799plan.No other option is left.I cannot even go to my earlier plan of JK. I dont know what to do.I cant throw this no.out because i have given this to all my contacts but i cannot even bear such charges.

                                I have subscribed to the Corporate Plan of Airtel, where-in I have been promised 135 MB of 3G Internet, where-in, I have been observing that I have been provided only 120 MB of 3G Internet without any prior intimation. I have raised a number of concern with Airtel from past couple of months, but it has been not resolved. After my complain they provided 135 MB of 3G Internet, but again changed it to 120 MB of 3G Internet. I strongly feel that there is big fraud for which customers are made scapegoat. This issue i have raised with Company Appellate Authority of Airtel, but in vain. Mr. Siddhant rathore, Ms. Ramyakumari has made false promises for reactivation from 120 MB to 135 MB of 3G Internet Access. Kindly help.

                                  I have recently ported my number [protected] from airtel delhi to airtel Mumbai. Since my porting of number into Airtel Mumbai I am suffering like any thing.
                                  Firstly the ARC at Thakur Village (Rapid Televentures) had issued the wrong MNP sim as a result my number was not working for 3 days...when they gave me the new sim it worked for 5 days. After that SMS services was barred.. The SMS issue was resolved after 5 days.

                                  For 5 days the number was working fine but again number was barred coz of documentation issue...

                                  its been 2 days now my number is barred and still not activated even after submitting the docs...

                                  Can I get some help...as the the customer care and the Airtel store is of no help as they simply vomit the script they are given...

                                    I migrated from Vodafone to Airtel (post 15yrs) of being with Vodafone ONLY because the airtel marketing executive told me about the 4GB corporate data plan ( with 4G connection). Post activation to my rude shock I got to know that the plan given to me is only on the call ( MYPLAN 199) and no data plan. Since then have been following up with the airtel supervisor and there is NO RESPONSE. Pathetic accountability & unable to comprehend that such a reputed company can CON gullible customers

                                      I would like to mention over here that, how intelligently airtel cheats customers.

                                      I had changed my postpaid corporate plan to myplan (499), where i had chosen 2 packs for data.

                                      When i requested 121 for data usage after 7 days of new plan activation, using "3g use", they replied saying 700mb is available

                                      Data to be consumed with in the bill cycle.

                                      Cool, i am supposed to get only 270mb - agreed, but that message made me understand like data is available from previous bill plan.

                                      Any person in the world who has common sense.. Would understand in the same way.

                                      Then.. I just followed the confirmation given by airtel. And consumed the data.

                                      Now i was charged for that extra 700mb data usage.: (After writing multiple emails to customer care, they are stating that charges are appropriate as per bill plan and no over charge.

                                      From their perspective may be they are right,.. Because they can't see the message received on my mobile.

                                      After long email chains with 121, when i particularly asked for the clarification on the message, they gave a silly reply saying

                                      To "ignore the message".

                                      Now my concern is, they can send erroneous messages to customer and make him use the services out of his bill plan
                                      But when you go with proofs, they are asking customer to ignore the message and pay the bill.

                                      This is absolutely their mistake to send wrong information, and should accept the mistake.

                                      They are arguing like, messages could be sent with some errors sometimes.

                                      How can i be responsible for their mistakes and why should i be penalized for the mistake i have not done.

                                      Yes.. I have consumed data.. But on whose confirmation.. Answer me on this..

                                      I am looking forward to see a response from airtel saying "charges are waived off".

                                      Until then.. I am not going to pay the bill.

                                        I have raised multiple complaints about denial of service from Airtel for my multiple requests for a landline connection at Manikonda. After many emails exchanges, I was told that there was a network connectivity issue due to which they are unable to provide landline connection. There is no proper mobile signal at my residence and I am in dire need of a landline connection. I have raised 4 to 5 requests over the past 1.5 years. Inspite of so many requests, Airtel is not doing anything to resolve the matter.
