I have been a customer with airtel from quite a long while now, but I have never experienced such bad customer service from you folks. Firstly I was disappointed on a fact that I wasn't informed about the services in a proper manner, secondly the rude behavior of the people from customer service team is so not acceptable.
This is in context to the Complain No. # 60639986 on 19 Oct. 2015
and the conversation I had with your folks in regarding this complain.
Making Long story - short:
I recently applied for a new Airtel Broadband + Landline connection (Connection No. #[protected]. About which I was never informed that there is going to be an activation cost for extra 1000, over the top I'll be paying the taxes on this amount. Money is not a concern here the concern is your people aren't doing their job properly, A customer must always be informed up front about whatever he's paying for and a customer always do have a right to ask "what I am paying for".
Even though I repeatedly ask this from your sales person what are the charges involved .. She repeatedly replied. Just the usual bill (Monthly Rental) + Taxes. I asked again If I need to pay some installation cost. She denied. She also confirmed that I'll be getting a BeeTel Modem free of charges. I again confirmed that I don't need any modem as I do have 2 modems already, but she confirmed that I don't need to pay anything for that too. It is all included in the plan.
When the bill was generated for the first time I received a bill of Rs. 2721, so finding this a little wired I checked my bill and found out there is something of which I wasn't informed about. Your activation charges. I didn't get it what kind of activation charges are these and why I wasn't informed about this.
When I tried to enquire more about this on 121 they said that this is a regular charge which airtel is charging to customers since last 1 year or so.. I said that is okay but atleast I should have been informed about this. So they escalated the case, and promised me a call back, this conversation happened on 121 and the call lasts for almost 23 Min. 56 Sec. on 16 Oct. 5:09 PM

I received a call back from some Krishna from some landline number from Gaziabad ([protected]) this call last for almost 10 min. The person was so rude he asked me in a very rude manner "Aapkko jo karna hai kar lijye yeh charge toh aapko dena hi hoga." I replied him " I'll do whatever I have to do, but I promise one thing to you now I am not going to pay this charge, do whatever you can do, as this is not a way to talk to your customers."
I have been a customer with airtel from a long time. and I appreciate good services and that's why I prefer airtel as I like quality, I don't care about the prices much.
I hold 2 postpaid connections, 2 landline broadband connection one Airtel DTH connection. have referred several lease line and corporate connection. In Udyog Vihar Phase 4, 5, 1, Sector - 18, I have referred several lease line connections in past almost 6 of them are running right now.
I will never recommend airtel to any one from now, as once airtel has been a good service provider, but now I really feel sorry to say this, this is the worst kind of customer service experience I have ever had. I have been in this industry for more then 7 years now but this was the worst experience with any service provider.
