On my Airtel 4G SIM Rs 350/- recharged on 12 Oct 2015. And just after three days a got a message indicating Nil balance on 16 Oct inspire the fact that I don't use it for calling and 4 G data was hardly used. I observed similar case earlier where my recharge was quickly disappearing. I rang up the Customer service but their response is dissatisfactory even after repeated calls at 2000h on 16 Oct. After listening to the complete story they just say that they can't hear me. It's sorry state for a reputed company like Airtel to respond like this and their pathetic response has forced me to lodge a complaint.

    I am Premlata Robinson My prepaid cell no. [protected] . I applied for the post paid service for same no. on 13 th Aug. that time net pack & also for talking was recharged. after applying after 18 th Aug my prepaid service also stop I have received call for conformation and address proof. but they were not satisfied for because the address I have given was not in their side, after than continuously I was calling or massaging in costumer care. After they asked twice to give documents . I have submitted . I have given this cell No. in all important places for service. My no given every body relatives, friends job, bank, and other important cards. I am not receiving any in formations. It is inconvenient from there side they are not giving any response only working on that. I want my no.[protected] to be started.. again. .

      This Complaint Is Regarding Airtel Broadband Services, From The Last 3 Month we Are Continue Complaining Regarding Poor Broad Band Services. Once it Is Rectified The Problem Reoccure Within 15Days. We Are Greatly Disappointed From Airtel. If The Bill Payment Is Delayed The Company Charges The Fine. So Will Bear This loses Of Consumer. Is This The Brand Image Of Airtel.

        Hi Team, From Airtel mobile app I have done recharge of Rs.142 of 3G data pack. In the Initial page of recharge, the number which was showing was my number but after completion the recharge has been done to a different number which is my mother number. I want the money back or the data plan to be added in my number

            The Airtel Mobile service Provider is producing immense nuisance, headache and irritation to the customers with their unwanted customer service for premium prices.Without asking the Airtel service proders are sending SMS very frequently as follows: "MUSIC-MUSTI service has been renewed at Rs, 10/- from your airtel mobile. To deactivate. call or deactivate, call or SMS STIO ti 155223. More services. Click http://56789.airtel.in" Even though several SMS replies were sent to aitel to the number mentioned by them, and delivery report received by me from them, the Airtel Service Providers do not care to obey the request and stop sending such SMS. It is not known whether AIRTEL has deducted any amount from my Topup amount. These continued harassment BY THEM causes mental tension and agony to the customers, especially senior citizens, which is unwanted. If the AIRTEL does not stop sending Ads and also samesake SMS for their unwanted services and then unilatelerlly deducting amount from our account, the AIRTEL will face the CONSUMER COURT PROCEEDINGS AND THE BEGIN TO LOOSE VERY MANY CUSTOMERS IN THE DAYS TO COME

              Dear M/s Airtel, MNP of mobile no: ******0698 Complain NO: 65492461 It is really unfortunate, frustrating and disgraceful service provided by your customer care executives and airtel store managers (isanpur) to complain off. Mobile No :******0698 Connection Type: COIP (post paid) Request: MNP grant to other service provider Reason: call drops, network problems, billing irregularity MNP grant was intentionally denied/delayed by providing one or other false reasons. Detailed description: Mobile no. mentioned in subject was asked to grant portability with all due and advance payment to airtel dated in september. but mobile number (postpaid) was intentionally delayed to grant portability permisson (yet awaited) by different contact persons of airtel service providers. Service provider company was falsly misguiding customers regarding partabilities. Airtel store personal(isanpur): said that protability will be granted after advance payment of all dues and next month bill amount. Custemer care executive 1): Not possible to do portability as it is CUG connection (but already had portability transfered from airtel to vodafone in past also evnthough it was CUG connection. Customer care executive 2): said portability can be given only if you convert your CUG plan (149) to my plan of 199 rs. and he deliberately asked me to do payment of only 111 rs additional. this was money fraud on face. Customer care executive 3): said portability can be given if you submitt you hardcopy of NOC letter to airtel store manager (who is unavare of such procedures) and he will forward your request to MNP departement. after all these discussion, I requested to take my NOC on mail or on phone as store personals are unaware and denied same procedure to do. then he agreed to take noc on phone and gave assurance to forward MNP request grant. My complaint with service provider is that how deliberatly they are taking it granted after post paid connection. In past there have been many complaint against Airtel billing services. These is kind of official fraud being run by so called reputed public limited company. I am having all these communications recorded with me for proof if anybody wants. I am about to ask TRAI to come up with some guideline on postpaid billing rules, CUG portability myths. these was really not fastest but fraudster service provider regards Amish

                I activated the plan on my airtel number [protected], it costs me 195 rupees they were offering me 1gb 2g internet and std calling @ 50 paise p.M but when i recharge this number with 195 rupees they only provided me the 2g internet pack, and no change in calling rates, when contacting airtel they told me i am lying, i told them i have got message for the same mentioning internet pack and call rate discount. I am also mentioning the same message here under kindly act and provide me the full feedback.

                28 days has been activated at rs.195.0. Pack will be renewed post validity

                  Hi Team, I recharged my number (i.e. [protected]) on 10th Oct'15 of Rs 349/- because it was showing that we will get A2A unlimited calls for 28 days.Please find attached screenshot for reference. But after recharging I came to know that it is applicable for Local calls only however I thought it would be applicable for STD also. It was not clearly mentioned in Airtel website whether it is applicable only for Local call. Now it seems that my rs 349/- got wasted because I don't want to use it for local calls. When I called in their customer care I got reply that it is only applicable for local number and same reply I have received via email as well. Please follow below mail trail for the reference.                     I have purchased a mobile (Moto G3) in flipkart and I am assured with airtel double data offer. But when i accessed airtellive.com/offers using mobile data from my new mobile and airtel sim it says You are not airtel customer. I am using airtel for past 6 Years. When i called customer care they said we activated it now and you can use 3G in 4g speed. So i recharged for 127Rs 3G for 14 days. But i have not received double data. When i called again they said it is not possible for us to activate from our side, you only have to activate. First they said it is activated and made me to recharge now they are saying it is not possible. And also they said we will resolve your problem in 48Hrs but it has been 1 week nothing happened.

                      Very rude talk and 0 % helpful.
                      As your bad and rude behavior with your existing customer, I should be PORT my all numbers to another network……

                        This is with regard to our fixed line connection[protected] with account [protected].

                        We have made a request on Oct 12 asking to shift the above said connection of ours to our new address as follows, for which we got a responds from your side saying the feasibility is very low in the said location and shifting the connection is not possible. Where as we checked about the same with the local agent and came to know that there are many airtel connections being used in our apartment as well as a few other properties near by. We have been using the connection for over 04 years and we are not in a position to change the number as this is being used both personally and officially. According to your representatives, are we suppose to discontinue the service? How can this ever be a customer service if a service as simple as relocating the connection from an existing location to another place within 10kms is said impossible? while your adds says shifting to any serviceable city is hastle free with Airtel. I want the actions to be taken at the earliest, we are shifting today and this should be done in a day or two or I may approach legal support. I am insisting, because many of the other inmates of the very same apartment are using your service and I have no clue why you denied serving me.

                          I tried to recharge my Number [protected] for Rs.255 & Rs.451 through Airtel app.Money was debited but transaction has failed.I got a message to continue the failed transaction again through a link and I did it.This time I paid Rs.451 again and was a success but instead of 3GB, 3G data, I got only 2GB, 3G data.Also I did not get Rs.255 & 451 refunded.Do clarify me on this issue.

                            Does one have to pay more so that one can get an equal share of the network signal? What's the use when you can't even surf the web properly for atleast a few minutes? Major cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and the likes get good signals whereas in towns, it's a whole different story. It's not like there is insufficient amount of airtel towers.

                              Airtel...pathetic customer service...Thats all I can say


                              Its such a pain to call customer service. It asks to key in landline number with STD code and once I key in that it says number is incorrect and call gets disconnected. Its been happening for more than a year and I have reported this almost 10 times. Still airtel has not been able to resolve this. This is really pathetic. I can't keep on going through ordeal to call customer care. Please do something or I am shifting to another service provider. My number is [protected].

                                    I had got a call from Airtel porting team to cancel my airtel porting request and retaining me to same network. The agent who had called me committed and communicated to me as there is a Tariff plan of Rs.1499/- with unlimited local calls for mobile and landlines and Unlimited SMS and 5 GB of 4g data. And he said we will be activating this plan in 2 days. And its been nearly one month there is no update from Airtel team. I am following up with them continuously through the e-mail on ( [protected]@in.airtel.com ) . But no proper response and i am getting monthly bills more 3000Rs/-.

                                        I am Postpaid user of AIRTEL for more than 10 years. My bill never crossed Rs.400/- for the last 10 years. Recent past I changed from AIRTEL to another network service provider using MNP. I have a security deposit of Rs.500/- with AIRTEL. I thought AIRTEL will refund the amount. Once I changed, I got the bill from AIRTEL that I have to pay an amount of Rs.124.36 after adjusting the security deposit. After making a complaint with AIRTEL and several reminders, I got a mail that Rs.124.36/- amount is credited in your account on 05th Oct 2015. When I checked my account, no amount got credited. I informed the same to AIRTEL. AIRTEL responded that no amount is due to you. So no refund is applicable.
