3G Plan Full benefit not received

Sir we Recharge on Airtel number [protected] Rs.153 for 1GB 3G scheme then we received only 375MB data balance and remain balance not received . We also Call on Airtel customer care number of Airtel Company they told me wait up to 5 oct. this is not fair why Airtel company send msg for that scheme which was not fullfill by their norms...

Wrong bills for the last 4 months

Against my # [protected], Airtel is charging Rs 226 fee for [protected] also. Each of the last 4 months, I called up 121 and got it corrected. Even in the latest bill they have done same mistake.I am unable to get this fixed permanently from Airtel. Pls help. FYI - [protected] was active for me more than a yr back. Airtel knows it is wrong to charge....

Hi, Had the worst customer service experience ever. The agent and the supervisor do not realize that they are working for salary and their work is to at least “try” to help customers. Both the agent and the supervisor gave me an impression that they are working for charity so they can talk in whatever tone they like and make loud breathing sound to show they are more frustrated than consumer.. Anyway, I was using the postpaid connection...

Airtel not giving me double data as promised

I purchased Samsung Galaxy J5 recently and i have airtel number and galaxy j5 provide double data offer on airtel i completed all the steps to complete the activation and and i recharged 3g plan worth ruppes 299 as it mentioned in the attached image.I am so tired of calling customer service they make stupid excuses and lastly they say u didnt activated the offer now they saying i didnt activated the offer lol.. Please do something...

Postpaid no.8379065911 Extra Bills for Sep.2015 months

Dear Sir/Madam, above mentioned mobile company have given me 3334/- bills.This bills higher price .l have complaint there customer care but they say your less only 250 Rs. actually my postpaid plan is 299 Rs. this plan (plan 1200 Local & Other call minute, 300 sms & internet 500mb) l have used 566 mb internet uses. so l calling many time but they said you pay Rs.3084 with lets fess 100 Rs. now my all calling service stoped....

Dear Sir/Madam, I am (T.D.Thomson) Prepaid customer of Airtelindia and I have Paid Rs.997/- on 24/09/2015 vide Transaction ID[protected] for my USA trip through online payment. While I was crossing Abu Dabhi (Airport) on 29/09 early morning I was able to operate International Roaming facility. But once I landed in USA on 29/09/2015 I am not getting any Operator Response to enjoy international roaming for which I have paid Rs.997/-...

Land line and dsl not working

Wrong deduction and customer care

Huge one time charges after portability

My number was registered with Delhi, I got it converted in Karnataka number. They charged me for 2525/- as one time charge. I have been continously emaling them that tell me the breakup and detail of this amount. I am pissed with Airtel now, I have other works as well apart from emailing them and calling customer care. Most pathetic service provider. I wish I could take it to higher management of Airtel and get this sorted out. Not sure...

Port my number to mts

I sent PORT message to 1900 to port my number [protected] on 2nd sept 2015. But AirTel activated some plan to my number without any information and didn't released my number to port it. It happened twice with me. Please help me to port my number ....
