This is regarding the Airtel Landline/Broadband connection I had bearing Number: +[protected]. I called up Airtel on 7th August and requested for cancellation of my Landline/Broadband. Airtel requested me to provide 24 Hours to solve my issue, if not they will proceed with disconnection. The informed me that the speed cannot be increased beyond 8 Mbps hence i asked them to proceed with the cancellation. Airtel informed that the incoming will stop and within few days the line will be disconnected. In the month of September i received pro-rated bill and made the due payment. In the month of October I again received a bill of Rs.1651, which got auto deducted from my card. This is not ethical behaviour by Airtel and they need to refund Rs. 1651 at the earliest.

    Except whtsaap i dont use any App of internet, 11/10/2015 i have check my data usage and i have consumed 339 MB, after 1 week i have check again and msg i have got ki i have consumed 1600 MB . How could b this possible when apart of whtsaap i dnt use any internet aap and i don't even any downloading . I would like to back my net pack which you have detect without using net whether it was mistake or you usually do with the customers . Pls take this case on priority .

      I have done a recharge on 13th Oct with 259 inr amount through Paytm on Mobile no [protected]. you can still see that in front of this amount it has written Local 28400 sec (screen shot of the same is also attached), but after recharge when i am using the call on some non airtel network my mane balance got deducted. after checking i got to know that from this recharge i got A2A 28400 secs and not on other mobiles. when i called to customer care Mr. Utkarsh firstly was asked to call after 4 hours becasue system was not working when i insist to transfer the line to someone senior then he transfered line to Mr. Mahender who told me that i should check before recharging that what in actual i got to know and when i discussed more with him he told me that if i have some more problem please visit to any near by airtel office? can someone please help me out what wrong i have done by recharging through Paytm and why these peoples in customer care are talking like this??

        Airtel sales guy in City Center 2 convinced me to convert prepaid to post I warned not to mess with the no he said it wont take much time and I will get 60GB 4G. So I applied on 16th Of Oct 2015.
        After Successful verification on 18th morning got SMS that says conversion will start shortly then my prepaid sim got deactivated.
        Then I have waited for 25 hours - till the activation has is pending for my Airtel no [protected].


        I cannot take official calls from yesterday
        I cannot do transaction as my no is associated with my banks .
        I could not receive official courier.

        I did not expect this harassment from Airtel. The guy who took my docs and photos and said only 2/3 min the phone will be deactivated - now cannot say when it will get done. He gave me his boss's no who actually ask me to wait only.

          HORRIBLE.I am an Airtel customer unfortunately with [protected].I have recharged for 200Rs on Oct 18, 2015 and in a day without any outgoing calls lost the complete amount and I have a 3g data pak activated where I am not reciving the same connectivity instead I get E connectivity. I have been loosing money since the past few recharges without any explanations.I need a clarifications for all the deductions in the past as well a now. Day light robbery. No response frm the cust care as well. I have nt activated any plans why does airtel steal money in disguise why cant they sit and beg. We the customers would throw some money on there face

            I shifted my Vodafone number in to air-tel 6 months ago.
            in month of July when i receive bill i locked a complaint in air-tel regarding discounts offer while MNP (Ref[protected]. 570 rs waiver of from bill after two days. from month of July every month i have to call air-tel customer care regarding discounts which is offered.
            last month i called Customer care for above issue and they agree about discount amt was not added in bill and also they assure me about late fee will not be applied for me(REF[protected]. after that call i didn't received any call from customer care but i received October month bill with same issue and late fee.
            for every month i received faulty bill and for that i need to call them
            i fed up from such a poor services offed by Air-tel

              Its Already Been More than 24 Hours No One From Airtel even bothered To Call Me Regarding This Issue instead I Called Customer Care 8-9 Times From last 24 Hours Every Executive Tells Me That Backend Sa Aapkoh 2 Hours ma Call aayagha. But No One Bothered. So Irresponsible. im Being Mentally Harassed By Your Company. if My Issue Will Not be Solved In Next 24 Hours I Will Surely Fill An Harassment Case Against airtel.

                Hi, I am Swapnil Dongre from Abbiah Reddy layout, Kaggadaspura, Bangalore- 560093. I applied for new broadband connection from airtel in Vignan Nagar. A guy name Sudhakar([protected]) collected necessary documents along with Rs.1000/- installation charges and told me that, connection can be done within 2-3 working days on 28-Sept-2015. Still I didn't get airtel connection. Whenever I call him(I need to call him around 20-25 times then he reply with an sms) he reply, it will get it done in 2 days. I went to airtel customer care near Vignan Nagar, they are saying that It is done by third party and they can't help on this. I asked them to refund my money, for that also they are saying that, they can't do anything on this as this is handled by third party.They gave me Sudhakar's Manager number. Now, his manager Anand ([protected])also not responding for the call.

                  My 4G sim is not activated and my previous sim is deactivated and it's more than 6 hours. So I don't have working sim now...due to which it's too much trouble and loss for me. If Airtel cannot do what they promise then shut your stupid company down...it's ridiculous.

                    D/Sir I purchased a SIM 14.10.2015 mobile no [protected].Distributer told me that 3G internet for 1 GB & activated in evening 14.10.2015. But it was activated on 17.10.2015. But next day i go for FRC but he told me that 1GB plan was not give. after he done FRC i received 40rs only and my SIM was not showing activated. he give me back. I call to another distributer he told me that this Sim is very old. this SIM will not be activity. & i went to distributer (SIM Purchased) he told me that i am not give you this SIM. I told him that he give me SIM NO mention on SIM approximate 16 no. kindly solve this problem. I am very harassed last 5 days i call to customer care. but they did not give me solution.                         Hi, I'm facing serious issues with airtel 198. My balance is 0, I'm not able to add balance it and hence not able to send any SMS. Here is what happened in detail: I recharged airtel 198 on Oct 12th. As per this plan I won't get any balance but I'll get some seconds (I think, 15500) of talk time free. I was able to make calls. But since the balance is 0, I was not able to send SMS. So on Oct 14th I paid 200 and added balance of 200. I was able to send one SMS. The next day I realized that my balance has gone back to 0 (almost). It looks like my balance is converted to 198 plan and got few more seconds added. This is clearly not what I wanted. I want balance to send SMSes, not extra seconds of talk time. I contected customer care center. Different guys in the customer care say different things. One say my recharge on Oct 12th was not successful (if that was true I should not be able to make any calls on 12th Oct, but I did) and another guy says I sent an SMS on Oct 14th after the 200 recharge with some code to convert balance to 198 plan (I didn't. I don't even know the code he is talking about). Another irritating thing is that when I try to make call, I get message like "your balance is low. you cant make any call". This happens sometimes and doesn't happen sometimes. So I have to dial in a few times and wait for it to get connected.

                          I was fan of airtel from 5years, but in six month now it when 3g release in darbhanga (Bihar) i recharge at starting was good love one month But from this six month it get very very bad service in day Time even i could not be download 1mb file in day time. i reaching 1500/- every 15days to 20days. at night after 12am it better service in night after 12am .but what to do at night, work is in day time

                            I requested for the broadband connection to airtel. then 1 guy came from airtel and he took 1000 cash and my id from me and told me that we will provide you broadband in 2 days. but nobody came and i even called them many times and they told me that they will send someone tomorrow. after few days they told me that broadband is not available in your region and they told me that they will refund my money within 30 days, but after 30 days the refund check was delivered to me. and then again one came, my name is misspelled on the check. now, what should i do to get my money back.

                              I've recently ported my no from vodafone postpaid to airtel postpaid. Airtel claims that they are the leading and the best servc provdr in the market but after using there servcs i would say that they are the worst servc provdr. I was using voda frm last 8 years it was my fault that i got fooled by there 4g advertisement. Unexpected frm airtel

                                My name is Dinesh kumar and my contact no - [protected]. I've very bad experience with airtel and their bill amount. I went to Dubai last month. I called customer care department and asked about tariff plan for ISD roaming. I didn't get proper information about ISD plan and what will be the call charges in ISD roaming. When I saw my bill amount is increasing like hell. I got notification messages like you were charged 6000/- 7000/-. They send this notification messages after 2 days. When I came back to india bill amount reached around 8000/-. I called customer care department and told about this what bases you charged this much. They told you were charge 180 per minute for outgoing call and 90 per minute for incoming. I told you should have told this information when I called. They have taken feedback but not action. Second I saw my credit limit was 3600 every month. How these airtel guys are letting me allow to make calls more than 3600/. I should have got alert you are crossing your credit limit and we are going to deactivate your outgoing calls but that didn't happen. One side they have given me credit limit for a month. Second side they allow me to call more than 3600-/. How is this possible. I called and asked about this matter many times but they didn't give me the detail about this. They are telling they charge based on pluses. If they are charging based on pluses they why would they have given credit limit for my number. Anyway they will charge according to how much we do use but there should be a limit. When I asked about this they are saying sorry but not taking action. Because of their mistake I'm suffering. I called many times but they don't have proper answers to give the explanation about credit limit for my number. I asked If I make 50000/- rs of call from this number you people will allow me to make then what is the use of this credit limit. II'm very confused with their answers and mail. They are not taking it serious and not have proper answer. Please take action against this otherwise I need to suffer because of their mistake.

                                  My mobile no ([protected]) has been blocked and taken by someone who is doing AirTel sim brokerage From last month. I have been using this sim for the past 10 years. I tried to contact Airtel customer care and the person who has my sim but it's not working they are expecting money and I am so frustrated . I traveled to USA for company work on April and I was using my mobile number to receive calls and OTP pass-codes from banks for online transactions and online recharging accounts but suddenly it's blocked by some Airtel sim selling broker and took my number and asking money to give it back, then I contacted AirTel Customer care but they are not giving proper response. I have been using this number more for around 10 years it was on my name Saravanan G. I need this number it's very important for me and to protect my bank accounts.                                   I post the same in airtel presence Facebook page also but there is no proper response or any action so i am planning to go to TRAI and file a complaint if i am not getting proper response in another 2 days.

                                  My mobile no ([protected] sim number[protected]). I have been using this sim for the past 10 years. I tried to contact Airtel customer care and the person who has my sim but it's not workout they are expecting money and I am so frustrated .

                                    Dear Sir, I Anil Mishra is a regular customer of Aurtel since 3 years. I request to activate a data pack of Rs 58 on 9 oct 2015 and it was activated. it was expired on 16 oct 2015 midnight. on dated 17 oct 2015 my pack was reactivated without my consult and Rs 58 was deducted from my main balance. i made immediately contact at customer care at 10.35am on the same day and talk to miss gyaneshvari and requested to return my money as i do not want the service any more she said that she is help less and forwarded the call to sr executive Sangita. The sr officer told me that your plan has been reactivated and your money will not be refunded and you hv to use this balance. here it is pertinent to mention that this is not the first time that i hv used the short interval data packs. i used it frequently whenever i m out of town, but this is the first time that the plan is reactivated without my consultation. as this activation is executed without my consultation so i requested you to please return my balance thnks. anil mishra cell no; [protected]

                                      I am active customer of Airtel 3G dongel services. My details are as follows:- Airtel Dongle number: mob - [protected] Plan : 3G Last complain logged on 17oct2015: 65720290 I am facing issue related to connectivity. My internet connection is disconnecting again and again. I logged a complaint regarding this in airtel customer care. I got reply that my complaint will be resolved in next 15 days. Is it that what we should get from number 1 internet service provider. I didnt get the reason that why it will take so long to resolve the issue. Also why should i pay for that duration while my internet is disconnecting again and again in every 10 minutes and i am not able to work at all. I am disappointed with the customer care feedback. Also where we cannot live without internet for a single day then how airtel can think to resolve the issue so late.
