4g service issue (Worst service ever)

Hi,

I have ported from Docomo to Airtel on 1st of this month to my plan infinity 1999 and i had an issue while porting. The outgoing calls where working, where as my incoming calls and SMS service also was not working. They took one and half week to solve the issues after escalating almost every day and changing sim 3 times. finally after one and half week it got resolved but with another issue. 4G services were not working...

Unable to restart my broadband connection from 11 days

Unethical service

National MNP

I had Airtel phone number [protected] of Punjab circle. I have been transferred to Bangalore, Hence I had applied for MNP twice. However the same was not done. When contacted the dealer/ relationship office or the complaint cell, they do not give give a reason for their inability to do MNP. Pathetic Uplod speed on my new 8Mbps broadband connection

I have taken the above connection at salem on 18/09/2015 . Only the wifi was activated as the landline instrument was not brought by the executive gowtham at around 7.30pm. When asked he replied that the sales executive rajsekar will bring and deliver the next day.
