Dear Sir/mam I have recharge amount 150/- on my mobile no [protected] on dated 30th Sep'15. I have received recharge message also on same mobile no. On 4th Oct we have received message "SIM card registration failed" then we have talked with customer care, on advise by him we have changed SIM from Airtel office Hisar. Now I Have received call from airtel regarding "Number can't be activated and asking to deposit new SIM". My complaint is "When number was not using from long time then it should deactivated when we insert SIM on 30th Sep (that time it was showing low balance amount 4Rs ) there is no meaning after recharge” Now I request for return my recharge amount from Airtel as soon as possible.     Sir I am use 3g data dt 09/10/2015 time 7.40am via mobile but data cut 270 mb this is totelly wrong debit in my data balance I want to lodge a complain in calling 198 customers care complain no but my complain not accepted and refused by sinior.

      Dear sir
      i rohit rana using your airtel no.([protected]) from last few years. But i faced soo many problems. Airtel company cut automatically my phone balance.I compalint for it soo many times but i didn't get sollution. I recharged my no. On 7/10/2015 amount of 250rs. But now in my phone have zero balance. Never i use internet and other value added services.I don't know why they apply unauthorized charges to me.
      Sir i know that airtel is a big brand but i faced this problem soo many times.

      Is this type of airtel give service to customers?

      please look into this matter and resolve my problem and revert my balance.

        I am still not able to use my interet each time i called got an incorrect information no help given by the represntatives fake information and promises made each time i am extremely depressed this time with the services and the assistance provided. No help given till now csr's kept saying request in progress wait for next 4 hours i dunno wats going on.

          This is regarding verification and activation of my mobile number which I have ported from BSNL to Airtel . The SIM has already been ported to Airtel and is having signal but no outgoing and incoming call/message are allowed on the number. I discussed the issue with airtel customer support for which they suggested to 59059 for number verification, I as per their tried the same but in vain. I again contacted airtel customer care with the issue via mail / teletalks for which my alternate airtel contact number details were asked by them which I provided to them with no waste of time. On getting the details they assured me to activate calls on number on or before 06/10/2015 but on promised date they asked for another 2 days. Now the two days has also passed and it is about 3 weeks I am waiting for my number to get activated.this number is of great use to me each of my known is aware of this number and important information used to receive on this number due to which I am facing lot of problems. I am also asking airtel to give me portal code to switch to another subscriber if it is not possible to resolve my issue but still no prolific response received yet. It is therefore kindly requested to intervene in this matter immediately for the resolution of the issue at the earliest.

            Hi, I have been using Airtel prepaid number- [protected] for more than 8 years. I was travelling abroad last few months . Now the sim card is deactivated due to no outgoing calls . When i went to the store for clarification and reactivation, their attitude was only indifference . I believe TRAI does have guidelines on this and found few as below. There shall be no deactivation if the balance in prepaid consumer account is Rs.20/- or more. A consumer whose connection is deactivated shall be given a grace period of 15 days within which he can reactivate the same number;. Consumers shall be transparently communicated the terms and conditions of deactivation of SIMs due to non-usage. I believe I had considerable balance and validity. I have not been given notification well before time mentioning a due date. I request you to verify and reactivate my sim at the earliest. If the number cannot be reactivated immediately, please send the statements of activity and charges taken since my last recharge. Please respond at the earliest, so I can pursue further with right authorities.

                I have been using Airtel 3G dongle for three years and i got a call from Airtel for an upgrade to 4G and they have promised me the same plan and tariff will be applicable to 4G. I have purchased Airtel 4G SIM and 4G device from Airtel Service centre. Since then 4G is not active on my number([protected]). 1) Spoke to 121 and 4G technical department. No one knows why 4G is not getting activated. They blamed my device. I tried on different device and it did not work there and i used another 4G sim on the same device and it works which proves it is not device issue. 2) Spoke to Nodal team with no resolution 3) Spoke to Appellate team and till now no resolution. Service request number 64759780 I have no clue where to escalate this and get my 4G services up and running. I have tried all possible ways and it has been over a month and no resolution. Can someone help me!!

                    1.On daily basis i was getting the messages from airtel for an offer of 1GB + 1GB 3G data free for Rs 297 for 28 days. 2. Yesterday night i have received the same sms, so i have recharged with Rs 297 and didn't got any benefit instead i got the benefit of 2000 local A2A mins for 28days. 3. Today in the morning i called upto the customer care and they were of no help. Attached are the screenshot of messages. I feel I have been cheated.Pathetic service, i won't recommend anyone for airtel.

                      I registered for Airtel broadband connection on 30th of September 2015, and as expected got a call from a representative Nagraj- [protected] on 1st of October, he came to my place and first thing he asked, madam payment??.. he took my documents required. After that day he has been ignoring my calls, i called customer care airtel and they too are least bothered i call them like 4 to 5 times a day. the only thing they say is "we will raise a complaint" its been over a week now but i haven't recieved any call from them for installation of internet connection. Now they finally are saying that the box ( DP) is full so the delay, i asked them to refund the amount so that i can take another connection but in vain. my request id: 60296138

                        Mr Mittal I am not happy at your Company 4G services launch in India.I am an NRI who is on business trip to Hyderabad (AP) and 5 days back purchased a new pack of 4G from the retail dealer in Hitech City (Madhapur).Later I come to know that the Service is not getting activated because your Sales Team has sold me a pack with a wrong SIM number and wrong Mobile Number.The case has been registered with the local Airtel Sales Team but no response since 3 days !! What is this going on .. I am a Telecom Engineer myself and amused at this pathetic service.You can reach me on at [protected] & Twitter @WajahatIqbal2.Simply putting great Billboards on Banjara Hills & Jubilee Hills will not help if the QC and Sales/Support process is weak.I have worked globally and know the service turnaround of other Telecom Providers very well.                         The Issue has been resolved but with great help not of AIRTEL but the poor subdealer who was on heads of the Sales and Support Staff of Airtel to get this resolved after 6 days .The Subdealer at Madhapur is Mr Dileep Kumar (Mobile No: [protected]) should be commended .

                          Hi, This complaint is regarding Airtel Broadbrand Account No: [protected] and Fixed land line number[protected]. Escalation No - [protected]. Internet connection was setup in our home on 30th September night. It worked for that night and did not work from next day afternoon i.e. on 1st October. We called the customer care and the technician came and fixed it on that night. It again worked only for about 12 hours and did not work again from next day afternoon. We again raised a complaint on 2nd October. We have called customer care atleast 10 times and Airtel Sales person (Manju-[protected]) 5 times till now but the issue is still not resolved. When we called the technician again, he told that there is some problem in our area and issue will not be fixed. Then, why was the internet setup in our home at the first place. Why cant the Airtel guys simply say that there is some problem in our area and refuse to give connection. Why are you people wasting our time? AIRTEL HAS WASTED 8 DAYS OF OUR TIME. We got fed up with airtel service. We will not recommend airtel to anyone. Please remove the connection, take back all the devices and refund our money. We dont want this kind of service. Even if the issue is resolved now, we believe it will be just a temporary fix and not a permanent one. Also, if we face issue again, we are sure that it will take minimum 1 week for you people to fix it. Today Airtel customer care has given me the number of technician who is assigned to fix my issue, his name is Vijay kanth (mob : [protected]) to know the status, when i called him he simply told that he is not dealing with my complaint. This mean no one knows who is going to fix my issue & the customer care & escalate teams tells us every day that the issue will be fixed by eod today which is not happening since 8 days. So, we want to quit airtel for lifetime. Remove the connection and refund our money asap. We want to go ahead with other ISP at the earliest. You can check our account details and find out when it is activated and from when it is not working and what is the usage. I will never ever recommend airtel to anyone. This is the mosy stupid & irresponsible people i have ever seen. I need my money back. during 8 days, its a big loss to me as I'm unable to work at any time. Thanks Ravi

                            Sir, i want to inform u that on 07 Oct 15 1700 hrs (appx) i made a recharge of rupees 350/-to wrong subscriber [protected] in place of right subscriber number [protected] through a retailer. Immediately after the recharge i realizes the fault and same matter informed to call centre. They informed me to send a msg in specified format.i did the same and got this reply .Circle detail is not found in the system for wrong subscriber number [protected] or Right subscriber number [protected].Please contact to circle coordinator.Then immediately retailer talked with an executive for sorted out the matter.I am astonished by the reply of the executive that he was not able to sort out the things as some technical problem.Now I want to know through you that whether i would be able to receive/adjust my money.I have initiated the procedure for reversal of the amount at the right time so when and how my money will be back.Thank u

                              I live in virar east ( phoolpada ) and have been facing problems with the 3G internet networks issues.I have take one of the expensive plan. But unfortunately Airtel is not bothered to resolve the issue even after numerous calls n complaints just giving lame excuses if network issues. How are they being given license for higher networks when their existing networks they r not able to service...

                                I applied for porting on 21 Sept and till date my number is not active. My Complaint ref no. PR[protected] on Airtel site Dt:06/10/2015. The complaint not resolved but shows status closed. Been to the airtel showroom number of but no result. Yesterday again 07/10/2015 i was given new sim and was told will be activated in 4 hours... Airtel staff playing blame game and giving me different numbers to call and know that status.

                                  I am working here in TCS hyderebad, when i go to native i don't have signal in my village.I observed recently that we are getting signal in some points in my village. So my query is why can't we increase the signal strenth to availability in my village.

                                  We can't achieve the digital india without having tower in villages and the caption of our airtel needs to be changed that still we don't have connectivity every where.

                                  I am responsible that i can assure minimum 2000 strengh of my village will start using the airtel if we place a tower in my village.I can assure you that i will responsible for approvals of land and other things if you start a tower in my village.

                                    Sir, I Amrit Lal Meena, have port my sim from Idea to Airtel on 30 sept 2015, and i received sms from Airtel Quote" Porting request validated and accepted. Porting time :[protected] time 23:00:00+05:30 for Mobile[protected]." Unquote. than i called Airtel on 59059 to activate my port sim card and get verification of name and address but since last 24 hours they always replied saying "wait for next 4 hrs to get activated" .                                       Have been following up with airtel since last 10 days to get my broadband fixed I am facing frequent disconnection and my business is getting impacted because of this. Everyday the complaint is closed without my consent and it has to be re-opened again when I talk to Airtel call center who says the issue was resolved where the truth is the issue still exists and I am the one at the receiving end. If you can't provide the service then let me know clearly, will look out for alternatives. complaint No. 60033636 which was originally logged on 27th of September, closed multiple times without my consent, again rechristened as 60375338.
