I applied new connection of airtel broadband and airtel agent told me yours broadband line is ok and we give you new connection within 2day but after taking security from me they couldn't respone me even not picking the call .means i am totally dissatisfied this services. After sale they said we are checking

    I had purchased the airtel 4g usb modem in august 2015 and apart from the first month the performance has been very poor. the connection is never stable. sometimes it is too slow for any use at all and at its best speed is never anywhere near the speed that they promised. my phone with a 3g connection operates much faster than this. as of late i have noticed that their home screen itself shows the 2g symbol instead of 4g. After paying 2000 for the dongle n 750 per month post paid for 4 gb data i get absolutely nothing. the phone no of my connection is [protected]. please fix this.

      Hi, Phn: [protected] Name: G Bhanu prakash Reddy. On Oct 7th, I had activated 256 3gb 3G data plan straight from *121# menu. I have got a confirmation message for the same. I am attaching the received message screenshot to this mail. The 3gb 3G data is credited to 2G balance . I have called to the customer care on Oct 7th when I found out data is wrongly credited to 2g balance. On this complaint I spent about 60 mins waiting and taking to your executives, which costed me 20 rupees in these 2 days. It was such a mental torture which i have experienced from your executives having no point of contact instead escalating to higher executive. Customer Care executives provided NO help since 2 days. I was tired of waiting on call, putting me on hold to transfer call to their higher executive. I have talked to higher executives for 4 times and no solution is provided. I had asked to register a complaint 2 days back but the complaint was actually registered on Oct 9th. One of your executives, argued with me that i recharged 2g pack and calling customer care for 3g balance. She cross checked with the 121 menu and confirmed that i recharged 3g pack. Such a customer support is what you are providing. Please look into the issue and credit the 3gb data to 3G balance immidiately. Regards, Bhanu

        I recharge my account (data and talk time) through net banking and I receive confirmation from Airtel on the same (via message) but recharged currency and data didn't get credited to account. When I checked with Airtel customer care, instead of verifying and resolving the issue they said we are not supposed to use net banking to recharge and they are not responsible for it. According to them, we need to recharge only through the link they keep sending to our inbox alerting/advertising data and talk time plans. This has not been mentioned any where in there website or any where. When I questioned about this, they were rude and said they cant put it on website and next time I should remember not to recharge through net banking. I asked the name of the customer care representative and his manager, the person said he himself a manager. Karthik M. Employee ID 124889, Mysore city. I am not sure whether this is accurate information or not. I recently moved to India from US and service here is terrible. I regret taking Airtel sim card.

          Dear officer, I am Ashok Kumar Reddy Kambham, permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh and currently staying in Bangalore. I was using the above mentioned number i.e., [protected] from last 4 years with Airtel service provider. After using first two years as a prepaid customer, I converted it as postpaid connection. While converting the connection, they said that I don't have eligibility to get post paid connection and they asked to produce any of family members documents. So I produced my cousin, Mr. Manoj Kumar Reddy Kambham, who is working from IBM India pvt limited from then to till date. They converted me as a post paid customer. Two years went well. In this year May month I shifted to Bangalore, (Karnataka) from Hyderabad. They sent me a mail in the month of June that my outstanding Airtel bill is Rs. 8990/-, which made me surprise. I had some discussion with few of their employees in this regard, they refused to revise it and they stopped service on this number as well in some days. So I decided to proceed legally. Mean while, "Professional Associates, Hyderabad" (franchise of Airtel) contacted me twice and i replied that i want to proceed legally, but they started calling to my friends and relatives by opening my call log and they spoke to them like I produced fake documents to get connection. So, I called them back and I said to them like I wanna settle my bill if they activate my number. They agreed for Rs.6, 000/- to settle my bill. I asked them to write a mail to me by mentioning the amount and about reconnection in the mail. They did too and on the same day I paid my bill as well. Though, they didn't activated my number and even not responding properly. Officer, please kindly help me in this issue.             After several reminder to disconnect my service for 4G DC since 3/7/15. I am now fade up of Airtel services. I have already mentioned them to disconnect after clearing my bills on 2/7/15. But still every month they will raise the bill, and ask me to pay the bill amount. I have sent escalation mail to nodal officer too, but nothing worked out.

            Hi Mr Umesh

            As discussed with your representative yesterday morning over a phone call, again I am sharing the request I have already shared to for Cancellation of 4G Dongle service [protected]. Please go through the below detail and attached saved mail conversations.

            On 3rd July 2015, My due was Rs 3485, after I made the payment for the due amount (transaction ID: 643951 - Successful Payment) I raised a request for cancellation at 03/07/2015 11:00:00 AM. Please see the cancellation request and successful payment transaction as attached mail ('03_07_2015_MailConversation.pdf' and 'PaymentConfirmation_643951.pdf') respectively.

            On Jul 3, 2015 at 11:07 AM, I received a reply from your representative that my account has no outstanding amount, so it will be deactivated within 7 days.
            Please see the mail attached as '03_07_2015_MailConversation.pdf'.

            On Aug 17, 2015 at 11:47 AM, I received a mail from Airtel to pay the bill outstanding amount of Rs 1138.86, immediately I replied to Airtel stating that I have already raised a cancellation request on 3rd July 2015. The time stamp of my replied mail was 17/08/2015 01:37:27 PM. For which I got a reply as 'I am sorry to inform that this request cannot be processed as there is a different email id registered to this account, so please update the email id and send the request from the registered email id.'.
            Now how it is possible as I am getting the all the notifications in the same e-mail ID I am using. Earlier your representative was not having any issues with this email ID while it was in operation for more than two years. Please see the attachment named '18_08_2015_Mail_Conversation.pdf'.

            On Sep 29, 2015 at 4:51 AM, again one more bill has came of due amount Rs. 3, 616.58. Again I replied on Sep 29, 2015 at 2:04 PM to all the Airtel Email ID I found over the internet, so that someone can take care of this issue. But all in even this time reply came from Airtel. Instead of this I will get calls from Airtel Collection department to pay the bill amount on a daily basis. Please see the attached mail named as '29_09_2015_MailConversation.pdf'.

              I have ported out my mobilke number-[protected] from Airtel Delhi to Bangalore and it got activated today morning. By today morning every Incoming calls i receive are displayed as unknown irrespective of the fact that these numbers are saved in contact. kindly fix it asap.

                Airtel scammers all over gurgaon!!! This week i was in deep need to setup an internet connection at my office based in gurgaon so called a few companies for that on urgent basis and this guy named manoj ([protected]) from airtel called me for the same and i gave hime the required info / he did the inspection an all at my office at building 346 a, phase 4, then told me that they can provide e 4 mbps speed connection at the max, as i required 8 mbps i simply told him about it and looked for other options as tripleplay, etc. But this guy kept calling me and said that he has managed to get a connection at 8 mbps now from his higher authorities, , neways as the brand (Airtel) name followed him so i trusted this guy and rejected others, tho other were ready to get my connection the very next day on urgent basis. This prick came to my place took cash from me and my docs and asked me to watsapp the agreement pics on his cell. I did that too. Since then he stopped answering my phone call since he promised me to get the connection done by next day. I kept calling him like anything but he hardly bothered by answring once or twice and said airtel has server issues so cant process my docs at noida, nxt day i called him again the same story repated and gave number of his senior dont rembr his name ([protected]), , and when i called this guy the other guy manoj was on conference and they tried to fool me again neways another diaster and mental stress for me, now today i was hoping to get this thing sorted but again the same story repeated manoj made this guy named arun ([protected]) again from airtel called me and said that they are not getting any dial tone in their some airtel box at my office building.. I am frustrated / irritated / screwed mentally by airtel and their staff .. I am so stucked where i cannot even order another connection from someone els cuz i rejected them over this airtel and feel embrassed to call them again... This has been a terrible experience with airtel and you guys are flaunting yor 4 g ... First get your staff corrected.

                  [protected] my number wrong deduction of balance for net browsing.please refund.i had recharge on28/9/2015 ₹96 net pack of 1gb for 28days and also had 200 mb 10days pack.on8/10/2015 200mb over and u deduct my account i can't get my 96₹ offer.

                    Respected sir/madam My complaint Ref no: CBDM[protected] registered on 02-oct-2015. I have called the customer care Thrice for stopping my daily pack Rs 2. but they told to try *129*4# to stop it. but there is no option to stop the daily pack. next time i called to the customer care and told the problem they told to try *000# to stop the one day pack, even this did not work. once again i called to the customer care for stopping the daily pack, they told that they need 48 hours to solve this problem. now 168 hours has gone, but still the problem is not resolved. my money is detected daily. now my balance is insufficient to call, detected all my valuable money. and wasted my time, i want proper solution and remedy for this.

                        My mobile number is [protected] and rs 338 was deducted from main balance as a charge of internet browsing on 5th oct 2015 at 16:15 instead of balance deduction from netpack balance. From that day, customer care always telling the refund of balance within 24 hrs and even within 4 hrs, but all complaints were closed without any resolution. It's like begging your own money from company. Is there any solution or only port out?

                          Hi team, I am new Airtel customer of your MNP plan. My details are as follows : Name - Anmol Shinde Mobile NUmber - [protected] Plan - MY Plan 499 Changed to Airtel in July. I have raised this query many times to Airtel customer care. I cant wait now. Airtel have fined me late payment fee for bill of September. Query : At the time of MNP from Vodafone to Airtel following offers given to me as MNP customer : 1. 900 Local minutes 2. 1GB 3G data 3. 2G unlimited From above offers Airtel representative cheat me about 3G data. At the time of confirmation call they have told that you will not get 1GB data, you will get only 840 MB of it. Because as per My Plan 499 has all this benefits. you will not get more than this. After this i called your representative who gave me all the offers about My Plan, she told me that she has to send mail to Airtel about extra benefits. But after 2 bill cycles no one took this my request seriously. I am providing you the number from which i have been asked for MNP to Airtel.                             Dear Sir/mam I have recharge amount 150/- on my mobile no [protected] on dated 30th Sep'15. I have received recharge message also on same mobile no. On 4th Oct we have received message "SIM card registration failed" then we have talked with customer care, on advise by him we have changed SIM from Airtel office Hisar. Now I Have received call from airtel regarding "Number can't be activated and asking to deposit new SIM". My complaint is "When number was not using from long time then it should deactivated when we insert SIM on 30th Sep (that time it was showing low balance amount 4Rs ) there is no meaning after recharge” Now I request for return my recharge amount from Airtel as soon as possible.                                 i rohit rana using your airtel no.([protected]) from last few years. But i faced soo many problems. Airtel company cut automatically my phone balance.I compalint for it soo many times but i didn't get sollution. I recharged my no. On 7/10/2015 amount of 250rs. But now in my phone have zero balance. Never i use internet and other value added services.I don't know why they apply unauthorized charges to me.
                                Sir i know that airtel is a big brand but i faced this problem soo many times.

                                Is this type of airtel give service to customers?

                                please look into this matter and resolve my problem and revert my balance.

                                  I am still not able to use my interet each time i called got an incorrect information no help given by the represntatives fake information and promises made each time i am extremely depressed this time with the services and the assistance provided. No help given till now csr's kept saying request in progress wait for next 4 hours i dunno wats going on.

                                    This is regarding verification and activation of my mobile number which I have ported from BSNL to Airtel . The SIM has already been ported to Airtel and is having signal but no outgoing and incoming call/message are allowed on the number. I discussed the issue with airtel customer support for which they suggested to 59059 for number verification, I as per their tried the same but in vain. I again contacted airtel customer care with the issue via mail / teletalks for which my alternate airtel contact number details were asked by them which I provided to them with no waste of time. On getting the details they assured me to activate calls on number on or before 06/10/2015 but on promised date they asked for another 2 days. Now the two days has also passed and it is about 3 weeks I am waiting for my number to get activated.this number is of great use to me each of my known is aware of this number and important information used to receive on this number due to which I am facing lot of problems. I am also asking airtel to give me portal code to switch to another subscriber if it is not possible to resolve my issue but still no prolific response received yet. It is therefore kindly requested to intervene in this matter immediately for the resolution of the issue at the earliest.

                                      Hi, I have been using Airtel prepaid number- [protected] for more than 8 years. I was travelling abroad last few months . Now the sim card is deactivated due to no outgoing calls . When i went to the store for clarification and reactivation, their attitude was only indifference . I believe TRAI does have guidelines on this and found few as below. There shall be no deactivation if the balance in prepaid consumer account is Rs.20/- or more. A consumer whose connection is deactivated shall be given a grace period of 15 days within which he can reactivate the same number;. Consumers shall be transparently communicated the terms and conditions of deactivation of SIMs due to non-usage. I believe I had considerable balance and validity. I have not been given notification well before time mentioning a due date. I request you to verify and reactivate my sim at the earliest. If the number cannot be reactivated immediately, please send the statements of activity and charges taken since my last recharge. Please respond at the earliest, so I can pursue further with right authorities.
