On 23 September I recharged my airtel prepaid sim to an amount of Rs. 390. Yesterday morning the balance was around Rs. 450 (there was a little amount of money left in the phone before the recharge). But today when I checked, the balance is 0. I didn't use the internet through data charge and didn't possibly call so many people. Online recharge txn ID-125913

    Please check my mail on dated "Sent: 23/09/2015 03:57:13" with the proof i sent 3G is not activated and you verified and acknowledged to solve the problem by 29th September (so funny you said you will solve the problem by 29th September when my recharge of 755rs was ending on 27th September upon that you told the it will not be carry forwarded for the next month in spite the mistake was from your end ) Please show me the proof that 3G/4G Was really activated for this number for the September month .and stop your false allegations and mental harassment and lies . I need truth and only truth, the more false statements you are building is going to create problem on the legal battle later .       I had done an online topup for my airtel prepaid mobile for Rs 300. As in other networks like aircel and Tata docomo, I expected an online payment receipt popping up after the transaction was over. But on the contrary, no such receipt appeared, though the transaction was successful. As it is an official mobile, I requested for a payment receipt atleast to my email ID. But the response was that they have no provision for the same and cannot issue any receipt. Are they not legally bound to provide a receipt for any transaction?

        Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have Purchase a Airtel 4G Connection only after taking a demo in demo Airtel Executive shows me the Device Speed 35MB and then on Speed test I have change the location for server testing then its tested and result was 15MB and demo done on 4G signal. Now when I have paid the amount as well I am paying the months bills but I have found that Location area where Demo was given as the same location I am not getting the 4G Signal. When I have complained for the same they have shared the reference number and without doing and verify they have closed the complaint. Now again when I have asked for the complain they give me the another reference number and today I have seen still not getting the speed which committed by Airtel In this area.             I am using my no. [protected] as prepaid connection in airtel.it has been around 7years using the same no. before 5-6 months I converted my connection into postpaid. as I am working in idbi bank, they suggested me for corporate plan. I submitted my documents including my declaration.there is no signature n documents other than mine. now there is no airtel office in my city and I have to go 40 kms for getting new sim as my old sim getting damaged. I requested but they told me to go 40kms away office which is not feasible fr me. so I applied for portability in vodafone for same plan there and deposited documents but airtel rejected. they are saying its corporate sim. you have to give NOC signed by your bank authority. While taking sim and plan, every where it was my declaration and signature.bank is not involved in any way. now airtel harrasing me. Forcing me to continue in airtel as they know that I have to go 40kms to airtel office. I don''t want to continue.while connection it ws my declaration, then I can switch with my own wish.             Problem not resolved. airtel has not confirmed portability.
            Airtel has not confirmed my portability. airtel has not made any contact to me. I am still facing problem which is very important on priority basis as I want a new sim for my phone.

                  I am Rafiuddin Quazi, having 3 CUG connections, in which (Relationship No.[protected]) Airtel no. [protected], I am facing problem of wrong bill amount calculation. According to my plan i have free calls of Rs300/- worth, and my total calling during the bill period is Rs237.13 (without service tax) which is below the limit of Rs300/-, but i am over Billed by Rs109.24 (including Service Tax). and now they claim the limit of 300/- is not applicable on special numbers whereas at the time of providing connection agent has assured that this limit is applicable for all calls. Moreover my credit limit is Rs500/- but my out going calls are blocked from 25.09.2015 even though i am within my credit limit. and even after repeated complain customer care is not resolving my issue. I even mailed to airtel (dt 27.09.2015) at [protected]@in.airtel.com, but they simply attached my bill in reply, that we already have.

                      On 17th sep, 2015, i have purchased samsung tab a (T355yzaa), along with that i got an offer 2gb 4g data free for two months and it is mentioned that, that offer will activate when i will go to airtellive.com / offers using the airtel sim from my samsung tab t355y. For that i have purchased one airtel 4g sim - [protected]. When i went to that link, that offer is coming, but when i try to activate that, i am getting message “activation failed. We have received your request, however our system is taking time to process it. Please wait for a confirmation sms on the status o[censored]r transaction”. But i never get any message for that. Then i called airtel customer care 121, but airtel representatives don’t know anything about that offer. Then i went to airtel outlet (Airtel, mathikere, near mathikere bus stop), but they also don’t know anything about that & don’t want to listen anything about that.
                      Then on 26th sepetembet, 2015 i have send mail to '[protected]@in. Airtel.com'. From that day, even after giving all details many times regarding this offer till now i didn’t get any solution. When i contacted samsung, they told that airtel is the service provider for this offer, so this issue is related to airtel only.

                        Hi, Airtel has been a huge disappointment for me, I had a 10 gb data pack on my datacard, but with the service quality that that Airtel has been providing I was unable to open simple gmail and google. After musltiple complains on 121 and a lot of false promises from Airtel I chose to distroy the sim. I have informed your 121 customer care multiple times to disconnect this number, since in Udhampur you guys do not have an Airtel store, but they have failed to do so. I will not be paying any bills on this number from 1st July 2015 since I have not been able to use this service due to horrible connectivity that Airtel is providing.                           I had given a request for migration on 26-sep. my number is closed on 30-sep and the number is reporting invalid. i had reported complaints to the outlet as well as the nodal officer. but i am getting no solution everyone is telling that it will be be solved i dont know when my number will start working. the migrated number is [protected]

                            2 sep 2015 airtel call me and say sir please recharge 199 rs and get 30 days broad casting. then i reply first of all remove my ess service which are providing by airtel because i am not intrested in all that type of sports sevices.then customer care rply me that service confirmly remove by ous you can go now and recharge with 199 for 30 days .that time i done my rechage 199 and after that none type of service provide 30 days untill 24to 2 oct sevice intrupted by airtel.

                            if any one reading this one on site complain then i suggest that no one purchase airtel digital connection bcoz i have one and i am too tired of these type of services...

                              Dear sir/mam They are not sending detail statement to my mail id.and telling to pay bill.if i ask them for detail statement they are telling it is not our duty.they are to iresponsible and rude..they are not giving proper answer.they are to ur.and while getting new connection they told outgoing calls at 30p but when i got my 1st statement in that call rate was 50p.at that time i cald to customer care they had not answered..Airtel is too worse network nowdays.at the same time they had introduced 4G.but not able to use 2G itself.becuse of superb network coverage..

                                I'm forced to write this email after the pathetic unprofessional treatment i received from your personnel with regard to a new Airtel broadband connection.
                                I stay at SG Palya, CV Raman Nagar and applied for Airtel broadband connection on 19th Sept paying Rs 200 to your local guy who collects papers in my area. I was promised a connection in 2 days.
                                What followed after that is a series of follow up from my end with frustrating responses every time that the connection will be set up in next 1 or 2 days.
                                Finally i was told there is some technical problem in my area which will be resolved in a week time. More than a week has passed but no one from your side has bothered to keep me updated the status of my new connection request. I need to call up the customer care every day and find out the latest and as expected there has been no progress so far. Seems like you are not interested to sort out issue or provide any more services to customers.
                                Here by i am canceling my application and request you to refund the money i paid immediately. I will surely make it a point to let people know not to apply for Airtel broadband to spare them the harassment. The details of my application is as below.

                                    Sir we Recharge on Airtel number [protected] Rs.153 for 1GB 3G scheme then we received only 375MB data balance and remain balance not received . We also Call on Airtel customer care number of Airtel Company they told me wait up to 5 oct. this is not fair why Airtel company send msg for that scheme which was not fullfill by their norms

                                    Sir please do something hurry . I make a Video which saw you that your short cut key *121# show information was wrong because in msg you give 1 GB 3G balance just in Rs. 153 but actual we received 375MB data. It was fraud or not . tell me hurry because we need net balance if you not rembureshment then we recharge another plan and make complaint in front of Higher authority because you not taken action with in prescribed time. We can wait another 2 hrs only if you not solve my problem then you liable further responsibility

                                      Against my # [protected], Airtel is charging Rs 226 fee for [protected] also. Each of the last 4 months, I called up 121 and got it corrected. Even in the latest bill they have done same mistake.I am unable to get this fixed permanently from Airtel. Pls help. FYI - [protected] was active for me more than a yr back. Airtel knows it is wrong to charge.

                                        Hi, Had the worst customer service experience ever. The agent and the supervisor do not realize that they are working for salary and their work is to at least “try” to help customers. Both the agent and the supervisor gave me an impression that they are working for charity so they can talk in whatever tone they like and make loud breathing sound to show they are more frustrated than consumer.. Anyway, I was using the postpaid connection ([protected]), On 28th Feb'2015 I've called to customer care and ask for about my packs to convert in Roaming Packs & also active the Roaming incoming pack too. But they have active only incoming pack. After one month saw my bill, I shocked and call to several time @customer care for adjust the billing amount and resend the fresh invoice with need full correction. But As on till, I have not received the fresh invoice & number also blocked in may'2015;I have lost my social contacts, data & banking services due to this. Pls look into this & do the needful.
