Wrong bill was presented after changing my postpaid plan. Not informed of the percussion of changing a plan in middle of the month. They charged my free data usage as normal usage and presented bill of around 12000/-. I have been paying regularly but this is extortion....

Dear Airtel Management This is to bring into your notice and for action, since last 3 days there is no connectivity of 4G network at Borabanda, New Allapur which is my residence area for the same I have raised complaint via your call center but as per them it can be resolved by 19th Sept. Recharge not credited but amount debited from SBI Bank Account I had done a recharge of Rs.120 on the mobile number [protected] through net banking. I didnot use my 4G wifi from 20th and 27th june 2015. When I attempted using the wifi it was very slow inspite of it being the start of the billing cycle. Have initiated broadband connection request on 17th Aug. A week later they have collected doc and amount for the same- on 24th Sep. But till now, I have no update from your side on connection. Airtel 3G Network is very inconsistent even in Chennai. I am working in Siruseri which is an IT Corridor. I dont get 2G and 3G data in Siruseri.
