I purchased new connection for airtel its the worst experience. I bought my new sim n i was told it wd start after 24 hrs, i got a msg on alternate no n thn i insert sim and there was no network i went to airtel store n they asked to resubmit the docs, after 4 hrs network came n went in 2mins. Again i took the issue to airtel store n they gave new sim n told it wd work in 4 hrs n it never did.

    We are unable to browse 3G internet in our area because of very poor 3G network coverage in our area only only single signal of 3G and we want 3G installation in site id: DHNKH1, Vill. Tarajuli, Dist. Udalguri, City- Rowta, Pinno. 784508.
    I have filed a complaint about this to Airtel on their official website but no response from them.

      I am data plan for Rs 299 per month. Somehow out of no where Airtel has charged me a whopping Rs 4065 for Aug -Sep. When I called their customer care representative, they were not able to justify the bill. They said they will arrange call back from billing department, which didnt come.Now they are threatning to stop my outgoing calls for non payment of bills! This is nothing short of mental harasment of the consumer by the company.They want to extract money no matter what. I have saved all the messages and bills to prove how wrongly these guys have charged me. I want to log a case against Airtel with all the proofs I have. Apart from making them revert this bill I want refund of my money back charged for calling their customer representatives.         Hi, I have been using my Airtel Post paid connection for past 8 Years. As per my bill plan ( 3G - free for 0.317GB) . But while my bill generation, they have charged me Rs.55.47 for 2G and Rs.126.39 for 4G which i have never ever activated. Also for 3G, they have charged me Rs.787.95, But up-to 0.317GB it is free for me as per bill plan. But that too i never activated it. Also i didn't get any intimation that it is chargeable, before bill generation. But i was using only Wifi for internet surfing, I don't understand how they charged and the bill generated is wrongly calculated totally.

          I had applied for number portability from Vodafone to Airtel on 30/09/2015. I submitted address and identity proof to Airtel on 02/10/2015. Validation and verification of documents completed on 06/10/2015 and forwarded to Vodafone for clearance on 07/10/2015. Porting time reported on 10/10/2015 at 22:41 and Vodafone discontinued the services. But, Airtel dis not activate my SIM and services disrupted. On 11/10/2015 morning at 9AM I called up 59059 for tele-verification and activation of SIM. But the operator, service manager, nodal officer, appelate authority did not do anything. Everytime I contacted for tele-verification, I was informed that the documents are not available with them for verification and advised me to wait for 4 hours. It is now 20 hours the service is disrupted and I am not able to contact anyone nor able to receive valuable calls. I am frustrated and disgusted with this type o[censored]nprofessional and unethical services of Bharati Airtel.

          i am also facing this problem but airtel service is not up to the mark they are not able to give the solution.

            I paid the bill partially via paytm in three transaction of Rs 100, 400, and 400. but only 500 is credited instead of total 900. i shared a succesful report of paytm wid airtel and raised complaint on 30 Sept 2015 and they asked me to wait for 6 days and after that no update on complaint than sudden i got a call on 10 OCT 2015, and guy asked me fr the proof of succesful payment, i informed him that i already shared it earlier, he said ok i wl mention it n u will get update, than i called airtel customer care today on 11 OCT 2015, and asked fr d status of my complaint than i got to know that complaint is already closed on behalf of the call i received on 10 OCT 2015, that no proofs provided... They are playing with my money and nt giving proper response and withiut any concerned they closed my complaint as well... I am totally harrased because of them... Kindly help me out to resolve...               Since from last 1 month I am trying to port my number([protected]) to Vodafone due to too much postpaid bill, but Airtel team is purposefully not allowing to port to Vodafone, every time giving silly reasons and rejecting my port request and every month you are you doing robbery to me(you are generating too much amount/bill) so please process my MNP request otherwise I will complaint to consumer court, so please do the needful.

              Airtel is a worst and third class network because service is too much worst so I want to switch to Vodafone as soon as possible.

                Hi, i have taken a new wifi/ myfi dongle from bapuji nagar store in bowenpally on my name that is santosh kunnath after two days of activation it got disconnected and when i called the customer service they informed me that adress verification was failed. I am staying at the same adress for 25 years and its my own house. i guess this was coz i dint pay anything to the verification executive. when i went to the store they convinced me to get a new connection on my wifes name and this time no verification executive has come for verifing the adress. This connection was also disconnected on the same basis with dongle number [protected]. i have informed to customer sevice on [protected] but they said the complaint cannot be taken as i spoke to ashvini.s at around 22:00 hrs on 10/10/15. please help

                  I have a roaming pack active on my number from July 2015 till December 2015. I get international calls on my number but never my balance was deducted before. Today(10/10/2015) I had a talk for about 59 minutes, and 27 rupees were deducted, when I asked the CC executive, he tells me that it got cut because you got an international incoming call. How and when did they start charging for it? This is not even legal. This is completely wrong and Airtel is now cheating their customers. Please help me get the refund or at least a proper justification for my balance deduction. Hope to get my complaint resolved soon. Thank you

                  I have also registered my complaint with a senior customer care executive of airtel, and he assured me that the issue will be resolved by 13th October, 2015 by 1600 hrs and the money deducted too will be refunded back but yet no response from you guys.

                  This is such a shame that you guys being the number 1 Indian telecom service provider can't even resolve a customer's issue in 3 days.
                  You deserve some great escalations.
                  I will make sure that happens if my issue doesn't gets resolved by today.

                    Please I subscribed to Airtel club business on the 8th of October around late in the evening.I received an immediate response:An error occured while processing your request.But my 1000 naira was deducted which was the maximum service on the package, that I intended to subscribe. I was given a four- digit CUG ID which I confirmed from customer care agents. Each time I tried to accept members like I used to do, there comes am sms:Sorry you do not belong to an active CUG.
                    Please this is not what customer care agents can do. They will only fill in their Remedy CS application & nothing is being done eventually.I am a software expert engineer & computer scientist.Please trust me when I say it is a technical fault I am not skeptical about it.I will be grateful if this issue can be resolved for me.My no:[protected].Thank you in advance.

                        #airtel pathetic service even before i could get my broadband connection. Account number[protected]. Taken up a new board band fixed line connection. 9th october the technician who came for installation, tried configuring for 3 hours and at 6:30 pm he said there is a backend problem and would fix the next day. 10th october the technician (Prashanth) came back at 11 am checked again and said he found what the issue is and took the router and promised this will be fixed in an hour and left.After waiting for two hours i called him and he says he will come back tomorrow to fix it, i said if it's not today pleased take off the wiring.. For which he says that's fine go ahead!!! We called up the toll free-number and the person who answered (Dhinakar-coimbatore)our call was even more pathetic... Very unprofessional way of handling the customer...This is how the call center employees are trained???This was least expected from a wellness reputed service providers. #airtelsupportsucks

                          I am facing voice call break issue from past 2 weeks in sholinganllur, New kumarn nagar, 10th cross street, chennai-600119. I raised many complaints to airtel it was not resolved yet. As advised i changed handset and carrier mode in automatic/manual but there is no resolution. I confirmed them as issue at particular area. But not at all bothering on this, every time they say we are re-forwarded but no resolution from network team, not even status on that. Kindly address ASAP, don't make customers wait.                           When we are raising issues though mail (121.airtel or call to 121) no I issue is getting resolved . As I checked more than 9 people in this area is facing this issue . Hope you address this issue ASAP before I take further step.
                          One more issue, one of my colleague from same area went to Airtel store (phonix mall- vela chary ) to give compliant where they directly said we can't take if it's one or two people facing the issue. Off course it's more than 9 is facing this issue in same are now. But, how can they deal like that, why for one customer they won't check ?

                          If it's prepaid they won't check ?

                          Finally we found airtel outsourced his customer support, who works on SLA not on resolution.
                          Very pathetic is Airtel will deal differently with postpaid and prepaid, in postpaid also they give preference based on the bill range, people with more than 10, 000 bill has specific person to resolve there issues.

                          what about others?

                          so we along with 15 to 20 in our company ported from airtel, they called for reason and specified and acknowledged that is with network and they need to install tower, but they can't confirm time limit.so, why we need to wait for the service provider who can't even assure on complaint for past 30 days.

                          Let us all ignore service providers who don't provide proper service in proper time. Let them come down. For people info.

                            I raised request for mobile number portability on your website. After that I received a call from your executive asking for the documents and a fee of Rs 250/- for the service and said which would be adjusted in bill with in 3 months and gave me the receipt. It has been more than 15 days that no action has been taken. And when I called your customer care number and asked the reason, he just said there is no request raised for this number and to verify please visit the nearest airtel store. When I visited airtel store: 1. There was no request raised for my number. 2. Rs 250/- was also charged maliciously as there was no need to charge because i was porting from postpaid to postpaid. 3. The plan which was verified by your executive on cal of 399/- had never existed. This was not expected from Airtel. I have to say airtel is moving down on its ethics.                             It's a sheer displeasure to say that I have received no communication regarding my issue till now and it has already been a week since I raised the issue. I am putting this on consumer forum. I think that's only place Airtel hears the problem of the consumers. It is disheartening to know that airtel doesn't care for the customers anymore. I am again getting bug calls from executives pretending to be airtel customer executive and asking me to forward the details on the personal email ids. Kindly check that issue as well.

                            I have raised my request with Vodafone for MNP. If this is how you care for your would be customer, I doubt how would you care for your current customers.

                                  I had purchased the airtel 4g usb modem in august 2015 and apart from the first month the performance has been very poor. the connection is never stable. sometimes it is too slow for any use at all and at its best speed is never anywhere near the speed that they promised. my phone with a 3g connection operates much faster than this. as of late i have noticed that their home screen itself shows the 2g symbol instead of 4g. After paying 2000 for the dongle n 750 per month post paid for 4 gb data i get absolutely nothing. the phone no of my connection is [protected]. please fix this.

                                    Hi, Phn: [protected] Name: G Bhanu prakash Reddy. On Oct 7th, I had activated 256 3gb 3G data plan straight from *121# menu. I have got a confirmation message for the same. I am attaching the received message screenshot to this mail. The 3gb 3G data is credited to 2G balance . I have called to the customer care on Oct 7th when I found out data is wrongly credited to 2g balance. On this complaint I spent about 60 mins waiting and taking to your executives, which costed me 20 rupees in these 2 days. It was such a mental torture which i have experienced from your executives having no point of contact instead escalating to higher executive. Customer Care executives provided NO help since 2 days. I was tired of waiting on call, putting me on hold to transfer call to their higher executive. I have talked to higher executives for 4 times and no solution is provided. I had asked to register a complaint 2 days back but the complaint was actually registered on Oct 9th. One of your executives, argued with me that i recharged 2g pack and calling customer care for 3g balance. She cross checked with the 121 menu and confirmed that i recharged 3g pack. Such a customer support is what you are providing. Please look into the issue and credit the 3gb data to 3G balance immidiately. Regards, Bhanu

                                      I recharge my account (data and talk time) through net banking and I receive confirmation from Airtel on the same (via message) but recharged currency and data didn't get credited to account. When I checked with Airtel customer care, instead of verifying and resolving the issue they said we are not supposed to use net banking to recharge and they are not responsible for it. According to them, we need to recharge only through the link they keep sending to our inbox alerting/advertising data and talk time plans. This has not been mentioned any where in there website or any where. When I questioned about this, they were rude and said they cant put it on website and next time I should remember not to recharge through net banking. I asked the name of the customer care representative and his manager, the person said he himself a manager. Karthik M. Employee ID 124889, Mysore city. I am not sure whether this is accurate information or not. I recently moved to India from US and service here is terrible. I regret taking Airtel sim card.

I was using the above mentioned number i.e., [protected] from last 4 years with Airtel service provider. After using first two years as a prepaid customer, I converted it as postpaid connection. While converting the connection, they said that I don't have eligibility to get post paid connection and they asked to produce any of family members documents. So I produced my cousin, Mr. Manoj Kumar Reddy Kambham, who is working from IBM India pvt limited from then to till date. They converted me as a post paid customer. Two years went well. In this year May month I shifted to Bangalore, (Karnataka) from Hyderabad. They sent me a mail in the month of June that my outstanding Airtel bill is Rs. 8990/-, which made me surprise. I had some discussion with few of their employees in this regard, they refused to revise it and they stopped service on this number as well in some days. So I decided to proceed legally. Mean while, "Professional Associates, Hyderabad" (franchise of Airtel) contacted me twice and i replied that i want to proceed legally, but they started calling to my friends and relatives by opening my call log and they spoke to them like I produced fake documents to get connection. So, I called them back and I said to them like I wanna settle my bill if they activate my number. They agreed for Rs.6, 000/- to settle my bill. I asked them to write a mail to me by mentioning the amount and about reconnection in the mail. They did too and on the same day I paid my bill as well. Though, they didn't activated my number and even not responding properly. Officer, please kindly help me in this issue.
