    I got my airtel postpaid number ported from UP west circle to delhi and upgraded 3G to 4G. they issued me a new sim card. it has been 2 months almost and my internet services are not working on my phone. even signals and messages are bad shape. i have complained more than 15 times, got my sim changed, requested aitel kalkaji office more than 10 times, visited them more than 5 times but no resolution has been done. today even the incoming number details are not showing on incoming calls.

      I am K.R.Chandrasekaran residing at Dindigul and I am a very old customer and a retired officer in the govt sector and I was holding the number [protected] for the past 8 years and I have provided this number to all my accounts in bank, Aadhar card, income tax and many others. I was at UK for the past 6 months to visit my daughter there. I have received a message from the airtel on July 31 while I was at UK stating that "[protected] has not been used from last 90days. Please recharge immediately to enjoy continued service". When In returned in the month of Sep 2015 I could not able to recharge my mobile causing me a lot difficulties.I request you to allow me to get my old number either in prepaid or post paid basis. Even when I approached the dealer at Dindigul they have not replied well and no proper response from them to proceed further to get my old number. Kindly help me to get my old number. My new contact number is [protected]

        Airtel deducted my balance 256 Rs. on 5th october 2015 and told me that I used internet while i did not use internet by SIM . I was using wifi network. Airtel is continuously saying that i used internet but the point is that how can we prove there fact wrong as we dont have any proof that we did not used internet . Please guide me and tell any portal where we can lodge complaint for these telecom companies.

        same case with my uncle's number [protected] they deducted 49 rupees saying the internet was used while the device was old nokia phone . Internet was never used on that mobile not even internet setting was enabled.

          I port my number from Vodafone to Airtel I think I made a big mistake. Since my airtel services are active I am not getting from from Airtel number and from STD number. Customer service is pathetic. Agents discount the call 7 time but the issue was not resolved. Help me

            I decided to stop using my Airtel broadband as I was getting another broadband service with cheaper rates. Airtel customer care informed me that I am a valuable old cusomer of Airtel so my plan will be modified and I need to pay less and urged me to continue the connection. Now after receiving my monthly Airtel bill I don't see any change in plan. I contacted Airtel customer care at [protected]@in.airtel.com, but I have not received any reply yet. Last month I spent more than 100 Rs in Airtel customer care call, due to immature customer care executives of Airtel. I am not sure whether someone is really monitoring these email on Airtel side. It's very frustating customer service from Airtel. Even I forward the same mail to regional heads of Airtel but no gain.

              I have taken MNP from reliance to airtel on 22.09.2015, on that day onwards i am facing problem bcz in coming calls has not coming from other net works except air tel . i was given complaints no. of times, here i am giving a few references "CICPL [protected] on dtd. 28.09.2015, CICPL[protected]on dtd 06.10.2015. These two only i am mentioning but i am having 5 complaint references. Replies from you CICPL[protected]-against to this complaint your personnel was given as your problem has been resolved. switch off & switch on ur mobile on the same day but no change. your customer care personnel has not responding properly. they are not try to resolving the problem.                 My connection was installed 5 days ago, against details below. Your installation team has collected Rs. 1000/- but they haven't completed the services. The instrument for the connection has not been provided in-spite of repeated reminders everyday.

                Now, the person who has installed the connection is acting up and is weird. These people are mis-behaving on the phone and are not ready to close the issue.

                hi Airtel team,
                about 4 months ago i requested for new airtel connection from airtel website and a person name AJAY (+91-[protected]) called back and promised me that he would provide a a cash back of rupees 500. But till today i haven't received any sort of cash back. My landline number is[protected] and email address is gaurav.[protected]@gmail.com.
                Can anyone of you please look into this matter on urgent basis and make sure frauds like ajay are suspended, as it is only creating bad impression of AIRTEL

                    Sir, I have a uttarakhand airtel sim which has been crashed, so I need a duplicate sim from Mohali because currently I am residing in Mohali . but there is too much delay . I need that sim urgently with my complete balance because that number is distributed to many people.

                      Hi, I have recently got internet enabled on my mobile (No- [protected]) with 4G -1 GB HCL plan on August 2015. The 1 GB got exhausted in couple of weeks. When I enquired through the call center they replied that I have used the data and it¿s exhausted. The 4G was enabled again after my billing date i.e. 20th September 2015. To my surprise it¿s too exhausted couple of days back i.e. within 5 days. When called to the call center I got the same reply. I didn¿t surf very much and being in Admin department I know my data usage. I am totally disappointed with the billing and my4G internet usage. Request you to take the necessary action at the earliest and revoke my data. If the answer is negative I could close my account with Airtel and switch on to another honest network. Regards, Abhilash.                         One Mr.Raju Singh, Senior Area Manager (mobile no.[protected]) of your Koramangala, Bangalore Office collected Rs.1000/- with a promise to give Broad band connection on[protected] vide Customer enrolment Form TBLR 7008584. Even after a month, neither the broadband connection has been given nor the amount has been refunded. Mr. Raju Singh has not been responding to the calls made to his mobile. This does not speak well of your company. Is this the type of service expected from co like Bharti Airtel? Pl. arrange to refund the amount in cash immediately. Sagar R Hegde

                            I had raised a request for Airtel Broadband in Viman Nagar Pune. The Executives had come over to take my documents and asked me to pay online. I paid online and then after 2 weeks of waiting when I chased for my connection details they said that broadband was not available in the society that I stay and that I should go for 4G. This is an absolute lie since multiple apartments in my society use Airtel broadband. I live in a rented apartment here and I already have an Airtel broadband line drawn in the Apartment. All this after I was asked to pay the amount. Now I have to go through the long process of requesting a refund. This absolutely incorrect way of handling things by Airtel. I am sure many others have faced the same issue.

                              I am facing major network issue on my Airtel number [protected]. I have discussed the same with customer care services & network team but there is no response from them. I resides at Uttam Nagar East and my office is in Noida sec 62, i am using 4G services but almost i can not brows anything. Earlier i was using 3Gservices with 3G phone and almost the problem was same(better then present situation ) i had registered complains so many times but as usual nothing happened then one day a gentle man from airtel customer care team asked me to buy a 4G sim & that will solve my problem then i bought a 4G sim and i have been assured by the C.C.E. that i can use a 4G sim in 3G phone to use best 3G/2G Internet services. Then i started using it but the problem remains same then again i approached Airtel customer care and asked about the problem then suggested me to buy a 4G phone as the problem is with 3G phones, then again i bought a 4G phone and now i am experiencing life's worst Internet service. Request you to urgently look in to it and resolve this ASAP or else in result I'll have to discontinue my Airtel services.

                                My cell no [protected] i mr jitendra m. doshi had being done the paymnet of amt of 771/- paid in cheque on 04/9/2015 in the favour of airtel mobile srevice of saraswat bank, being cheque cleared on the above date then too we are receving the above amt as outstanding in the next month bill we visited borivali link road gallery 3 to 4 time wrost attitude by the boys and girls from them, no response also bank statement scan and mailed, then too matter pending and outstanding amt shown in the next month bill staff over borivali link road gallery have wrost attitude towards customer, head of the dept also show bad attiude and no resopnse if will complian of staff we have visit 3 to 4 times, also my son visted with bank statement for evidence, but still my complian is pending we also have work and meeting and lots of my travelling expenses have been lost for the above matter include my peak time also so pls kindly solve my problem and pls feed back me

                                  I am getting poor signal at my home & office, both are in Ghorpadi Gaon area, Pune. There are call drops, our no. s become unreachable & very poor signal strength hence even 4G runs at less than 1 kbps many a times. Problem has been acute since lat 2 - 3 months. I tried all the methods suggested by Customer Service guy and they always act up as if there is a problem with my phone or SIM... which is definitely not the case as many Airtel users in my area & society are compalining.

                                  If the issue is not resolved within 7 days by sending a technician I have no choice but to switch over.

                                    I have been using Airtel Postpaid for a month and i am sick of its poor network coverage. I have a 4G enabled SIM but unfortunately the network coverage for 4G is unbelievably weak. the call drop rate is very high and people cant reach me after several tries even when i have signal strength. leave alone the fact that i find it hard to make a call in one go. apart form all these, the 4G speed that airtel boasts about is not impressive at all. i am not allowed to switch to other service provider before 3 months so i am stuck.

                                      I bought airtel 4g dongle as corporate offer for HP employees. The connectivity is worst. I raised a high priority request to solve this issue the day when I bought the dongle it's been almost a weeks time nobody did cared about to fix the issue. Airtel advertise saying v.fast internet connectivity if not they ll pay life time mobile bill. I wanted to raise a severe consumer case on airtel 4g.
