This complaint is regarding Airtel Broadbrand Account No: [protected] and Fixed land line number[protected]. Escalation No - [protected].
Internet connection was setup in our home on 30th September night. It worked for that night and did not work from next day afternoon i.e. on 1st October. We called the customer care and the technician came and fixed it on that night. It again worked only for about 12 hours and did not work again from next day afternoon.
We again raised a complaint on 2nd October. We have called customer care atleast 10 times and Airtel Sales person (Manju-[protected]) 5 times till now but the issue is still not resolved.
When we called the technician again, he told that there is some problem in our area and issue will not be fixed. Then, why was the internet setup in our home at the first place. Why cant the Airtel guys simply say that there is some problem in our area and refuse to give connection. Why are you people wasting our time?
AIRTEL HAS WASTED 8 DAYS OF OUR TIME. We got fed up with airtel service. We will not recommend airtel to anyone.
Please remove the connection, take back all the devices and refund our money.
We dont want this kind of service.
Even if the issue is resolved now, we believe it will be just a temporary fix and not a permanent one. Also, if we face issue again, we are sure that it will take minimum 1 week for you people to fix it.
Today Airtel customer care has given me the number of technician who is assigned to fix my issue, his name is Vijay kanth (mob : [protected]) to know the status, when i called him he simply told that he is not dealing with my complaint. This mean no one knows who is going to fix my issue & the customer care & escalate teams tells us every day that the issue will be fixed by eod today which is not happening since 8 days.
So, we want to quit airtel for lifetime. Remove the connection and refund our money asap. We want to go ahead with other ISP at the earliest. You can check our account details and find out when it is activated and from when it is not working and what is the usage.
I will never ever recommend airtel to anyone. This is the mosy stupid & irresponsible people i have ever seen.
I need my money back. during 8 days, its a big loss to me as I'm unable to work at any time.

I have called the customer care Thrice for stopping my daily pack Rs 2. but they told to try *129*4# to stop it. but there is no option to stop the daily pack. next time i called to the customer care and told the problem they told to try *000# to stop the one day pack, even this did not work. once again i called to the customer care for stopping the daily pack, they told that they need 48 hours to solve this problem. now 168 hours has gone, but still the problem is not resolved. my money is detected daily. now my balance is insufficient to call, detected all my valuable money. and wasted my time, i want proper solution and remedy for this.
