Hi, This complaint is regarding Airtel Broadbrand Account No: [protected] and Fixed land line number[protected]. Escalation No - [protected]. Internet connection was setup in our home on 30th September night. It worked for that night and did not work from next day afternoon i.e. on 1st October. We called the customer care and the technician came and fixed it on that night. It again worked only for about 12 hours and did not work again from next day afternoon. We again raised a complaint on 2nd October. We have called customer care atleast 10 times and Airtel Sales person (Manju-[protected]) 5 times till now but the issue is still not resolved. When we called the technician again, he told that there is some problem in our area and issue will not be fixed. Then, why was the internet setup in our home at the first place. Why cant the Airtel guys simply say that there is some problem in our area and refuse to give connection. Why are you people wasting our time? AIRTEL HAS WASTED 8 DAYS OF OUR TIME. We got fed up with airtel service. We will not recommend airtel to anyone. Please remove the connection, take back all the devices and refund our money. We dont want this kind of service. Even if the issue is resolved now, we believe it will be just a temporary fix and not a permanent one. Also, if we face issue again, we are sure that it will take minimum 1 week for you people to fix it. Today Airtel customer care has given me the number of technician who is assigned to fix my issue, his name is Vijay kanth (mob : [protected]) to know the status, when i called him he simply told that he is not dealing with my complaint. This mean no one knows who is going to fix my issue & the customer care & escalate teams tells us every day that the issue will be fixed by eod today which is not happening since 8 days. So, we want to quit airtel for lifetime. Remove the connection and refund our money asap. We want to go ahead with other ISP at the earliest. You can check our account details and find out when it is activated and from when it is not working and what is the usage. I will never ever recommend airtel to anyone. This is the mosy stupid & irresponsible people i have ever seen. I need my money back. during 8 days, its a big loss to me as I'm unable to work at any time. Thanks Ravi

    Sir, i want to inform u that on 07 Oct 15 1700 hrs (appx) i made a recharge of rupees 350/-to wrong subscriber [protected] in place of right subscriber number [protected] through a retailer. Immediately after the recharge i realizes the fault and same matter informed to call centre. They informed me to send a msg in specified format.i did the same and got this reply .Circle detail is not found in the system for wrong subscriber number [protected] or Right subscriber number [protected].Please contact to circle coordinator.Then immediately retailer talked with an executive for sorted out the matter.I am astonished by the reply of the executive that he was not able to sort out the things as some technical problem.Now I want to know through you that whether i would be able to receive/adjust my money.I have initiated the procedure for reversal of the amount at the right time so when and how my money will be back.Thank u

      I live in virar east ( phoolpada ) and have been facing problems with the 3G internet networks issues.I have take one of the expensive plan. But unfortunately Airtel is not bothered to resolve the issue even after numerous calls n complaints just giving lame excuses if network issues. How are they being given license for higher networks when their existing networks they r not able to service...

        I applied for porting on 21 Sept and till date my number is not active. My Complaint ref no. PR[protected] on Airtel site Dt:06/10/2015. The complaint not resolved but shows status closed. Been to the airtel showroom number of but no result. Yesterday again 07/10/2015 i was given new sim and was told will be activated in 4 hours... Airtel staff playing blame game and giving me different numbers to call and know that status.

          Hi team,

          I am working here in TCS hyderebad, when i go to native i don't have signal in my village.I observed recently that we are getting signal in some points in my village. So my query is why can't we increase the signal strenth to availability in my village.

          More Details Found on CINDL[protected]...

          We can't achieve the digital india without having tower in villages and the caption of our airtel needs to be changed that still we don't have connectivity every where.

          I am responsible that i can assure minimum 2000 strengh of my village will start using the airtel if we place a tower in my village.I can assure you that i will responsible for approvals of land and other things if you start a tower in my village.

            Sir, I Amrit Lal Meena, have port my sim from Idea to Airtel on 30 sept 2015, and i received sms from Airtel Quote" Porting request validated and accepted. Porting time :[protected] time 23:00:00+05:30 for Mobile[protected]." Unquote. than i called Airtel on 59059 to activate my port sim card and get verification of name and address but since last 24 hours they always replied saying "wait for next 4 hrs to get activated" .               Have been following up with airtel since last 10 days to get my broadband fixed I am facing frequent disconnection and my business is getting impacted because of this. Everyday the complaint is closed without my consent and it has to be re-opened again when I talk to Airtel call center who says the issue was resolved where the truth is the issue still exists and I am the one at the receiving end. If you can't provide the service then let me know clearly, will look out for alternatives. complaint No. 60033636 which was originally logged on 27th of September, closed multiple times without my consent, again rechristened as 60375338.

                  Airtel is the worst company ive come across. They miss spelt my name(Postpaid connection). In the first month bill i noticed and called them. They said they will correct it and it will be applicable in the next bill only.
                  This is their own typing mistake.

                  Second month bill came. Again same error. And same explanation. It will be updated in next month bill as it was corrected in the middle of the month.

                  Now these as% [protected]@l#s did the same mistake in the third month bill. Like a fool i believed them and paid yet again.

                  Fourth month bill i have decided not to pay. I want to file a case on them. I have sent 100plus mails. Made 50 plus calls(All recorded). Yet they are taking this lightly and not rectifying the issue. Please guide.. [protected]@gmail.com

                      My number is [protected] and this number was used by me from 2004 till date and I had no issues with airtel and i love using this network cos of the best reach among the nation.I was suprised when recently a dsaster blew my hopes for airtel.I bought a new mobile which as 4G as you know my sim card is very old and needs to be updated so I went to the retailer in coimbatore near my office and for my suprise he said that the sim does not exist and he also asked me to wait for 3 months and he shouted back at me telling me to contact 121.He threw my application and also refunded Rs.30 which he got for activating.I still want to use airtel cos of few people the name is spoilt but the number was with me for 10 years and I have all my contact details and my clients call to that number.Kindly give me a suggestion.Call me at [protected]

                        I had purchased a 4G LTE service from Airtel on 3rd Sep. However the suspended my service saying incorrect address. When I asked for the refund to the Airtel store, I was redirected to contact 121 customer care and on contacting 121 they are redirecting me back to retail store. I have lost 3500 Rs. on this.                           I have recharged Airtlel for Rs. 200 using Airtel Mobile App on 06.Oct.2015. Airtel was offering Full Talk-time for Rs. 200 recharge using Airtel mobile app and applying a coupon. However, it has recharged by Rs. 172 Approx. ONLY and deducted Service Tax + other Tax for about Rs. 28. This Coupon code was automatically popping when navigated through Mobile App. It seems Airtel has cheated me about Rs. 28 Requesting for Rs. 28 approx refund at the earliest.

                            Facing problem with Airtel Hotspot from 19th september. complaint raised on the same day. SR. No. 64987973. Issue is the device is not working properly. Which means though it shows 4G signal but internet is not working...very slow or many times not responding. After continuous follow, it was informed by Airtel that they are having some issue with signal and need to go for a Tower. I strongly feel the handset is having some trouble and not related to the signal. Airtel is not interested to listen my request to check the device. Best Regards, Mercy

                              I had done recharge of Airtel through SBI net banking on Oct 06, 2015 at 10.30pm of Rs 200. I received a message from SBI that transaction is successful and amount was deducted. But I received message from Airtel that transaction failed. I contacted customer care executive he said you will receive balance within 2 hours. I want strict action should be taken against the executive as I not received balance amount.                               A person claiming to be an Airtel executive called from [protected] at 10.20 pm and was asking debit card number, Expiry Date, CVV from which transaction was done. As told by banks I didn't reveal sensitive details like CVV number.
                              Further the executive said the request to transfer deducted amount will be cancelled.
                              I request you to credit balance in my Airtel account as I cannot reveal card details.
                              I can give account details only if needed.

                                  I got my airtel postpaid number ported from UP west circle to delhi and upgraded 3G to 4G. they issued me a new sim card. it has been 2 months almost and my internet services are not working on my phone. even signals and messages are bad shape. i have complained more than 15 times, got my sim changed, requested aitel kalkaji office more than 10 times, visited them more than 5 times but no resolution has been done. today even the incoming number details are not showing on incoming calls.

                                    I am K.R.Chandrasekaran residing at Dindigul and I am a very old customer and a retired officer in the govt sector and I was holding the number [protected] for the past 8 years and I have provided this number to all my accounts in bank, Aadhar card, income tax and many others. I was at UK for the past 6 months to visit my daughter there. I have received a message from the airtel on July 31 while I was at UK stating that "[protected] has not been used from last 90days. Please recharge immediately to enjoy continued service". When In returned in the month of Sep 2015 I could not able to recharge my mobile causing me a lot difficulties.I request you to allow me to get my old number either in prepaid or post paid basis. Even when I approached the dealer at Dindigul they have not replied well and no proper response from them to proceed further to get my old number. Kindly help me to get my old number. My new contact number is [protected]

                                      Airtel deducted my balance 256 Rs. on 5th october 2015 and told me that I used internet while i did not use internet by SIM . I was using wifi network. Airtel is continuously saying that i used internet but the point is that how can we prove there fact wrong as we dont have any proof that we did not used internet . Please guide me and tell any portal where we can lodge complaint for these telecom companies.

                                      same case with my uncle's number [protected] they deducted 49 rupees saying the internet was used while the device was old nokia phone . Internet was never used on that mobile not even internet setting was enabled.

                                        I port my number from Vodafone to Airtel I think I made a big mistake.
