I am a postpaid customer of Airtel 4g 5Gb data plan since 2013. From 15th August 2015 i did not get 4g service through my dongle. I register a complaint for 4 times through airtel customer care number but i am facing the problem till now. They did not do anything for this. I am facing problem for 1 month. Every time when i call to customer care they generate a complaint no and told within 3-4 days the problem is resolved. But nothing happens...
