          Firstly i would like to say that i have done a mqistake that i have bought a conection of Airtel Digital.they have a very pathetic service.lot of times i faced issue regarding signal and i had to call call center for that.so i did not recharge airtel tv for a long time. But day after yesterday i trusted again and recharged my account with Rs 1643. When i switch on the tv again signal issue. Yesterday today i lodge a complaint and after few hour representive named amit came and he harrased me alot.sometimes he says that there is cable issue you have to change cable, sometimes says that issue in set top box you have to purchase a set top box of Rs 600. I was with him almost half an hour but he could not rectify the issue. Then i just went away for 5 minutes and he changed the part which just infront of dish. And says that it was defective. How can he judge the issue in 5 minutes and also rectified it. He just wanted to change the part which he did when i was not there even he did not asked for that. And told we have to pay Rs 360 /-.when i spoke with his senior he told me that it is not the cost what he said.so he was making me fool. When i said that plz place my old part. Then he annoyed on me. And said that this is not my duty but he changed and left away. He has a attitude problem.Still my issue is not solved but i got sms that my issue is resolved. Very bad experience i faced.the worst thing is that i recharged with Rs 1643 and my tv not working.

                  *I was raised issue with AITEL from last 8 month, AITEL is unable to resolve my issue since 8 month and still AITEL is required 3 month to rectify the same as AITEL Team confirmed,
                  *I was intimidated to AITEL TEAM with email that I will not pay the bill until resolving my issue, Just think if customer delayed paying 1 month payment AITEL will charge us for the late payment fine, but AIRETEL will give response and service always delay, In this case who is going to take the responsibility customers problem faced by AIRTEL and the pain of the customers, Did the AITEL paid any fine to customer's so-for,
                  *Instead of giving fake advertisement to attract new customers like 4G Challenge and life time bill free, I recommend to give the best service in time to the existing customers, than new customers will come automatically

                    Hi have purchased a pocket wifi 4g elite from airtel shope gee gee telecom bathinda date 5.8.2015 and pay advance rentel 9000 for 8 month in this plan they give me 8 months free useges of net but now customer care calling me for the pendng bill i have copy of plan voacher and a reciept of payment

                      My internet connection is not working since 20 days and I have been calling to the customer service number 10 times atleast. No one is bothered. Even I got a call to renew my service and when I told them that the current connection itself is not working they told me that they would send someone but alas I never received any call. A pathetic, fake, full of liars. I have been suffering like hell. After a lot of patience, 1 engineer comes and fixes and the result other day is the same as before. The internet connection comes and goes away. I am never ever going to us their service. It has pissed me off badly.

                        I am already sent the mail to you eairlier, regarding my pending bill last three months. My mobile no. -[protected] and i have some issues for generating my bills like that i am calling to some person for duration 59 seconds but you generate the calling duration 1 minute 02 seconds. I am watching my calls and bills last three months, i am found in all ougoing calls have extra 02 second to 15 seconds. I am also comlaint to your representative Mr. Mohanraj, Mr. B Murali Mopoori and Mr. Vageesh V by mail and i receive the mail from your side but not give any solution from your side. As per your representative Mr. B Muralai Mopoori, they confirming that for crediting of Rs.285/- towards call charges in your account on[protected] but this isusses not for few calls, that’s for all calls in my last three months bills. So, as above mention issuse kindly resolve my peoblems and deduct the actual amount in my account and also deduct the late fee of last three months of my bills.                           I wanted to install a broadband Wifi connection at my house. I chose Airtel and send a request on-line. On Sept 11, I was approached by an Airtel rep who checked my location and the airtel connections on the side street next to the house and confirmed that they would be able to install the broadband connection. I was informed of the various plans and I chose one with a monthly rental of RS 1099 with 4mbps speed. I was asked to provide address proof and a check for 1000 for installation. I was assured that the installation would be done in one day. The name of the agent was Kuldeep. Nothing happened the next day. On 13th I was informed via sms that my request had been processed and installation would be completed in 3 days. ie by 17th. That was the last i heard from Airtel. I made repeated complaints on their customer care number, I was promised that there had been some confusion about the address but someone would call within 2 hours. There was no call. Suspecting something was wrong I called Mr. Kuldeep again. After keeping me waiting for 2 days he finally called to say the installation is not possible because there is no port available. There has been no formal intimation from Airtel so far and my check has not been returned. I find this service unacceptable. If they were unable to do the installation they should not have accepted the check and debited it. And when they knew they could not install, they should have informed me on their own so I could make other arrangements. This is the second time this has happened with Airtel at this house. Is this some kind of scam?

I had even approached the Nodal officer, for which they were waiving some partial amount from the bill and asking me to pay. They have now stopped my outgoing call services on my mobile. I am using the same no. for 10 years. I am looking for a revised bill effective from Jul-15 @199 bill plan instead of the current bill which is generated @399. As per my calculation the bill should be generated with 199 plan effect from Jun-19 which will come to 600/- + taxes. if this is done i am read to pay my bill immediately.                                 I would like to bring to your notice that I have been getting promotional calls & SMSes of various schemes of rate cutters/data packs on my number "[protected]" ever since I ported out from Airtel and ported into Aircel on July 16, 015. I was registered for the fully blocked category of NCPR/DND before Port-Out & have now already re-registered after Porting-In to Aircel. The SMSes keep coming from a particular "AO65000X series" Channels at 10:30 A.M everyday. I have intimated them on multiple occasions & requested them to stop this activity with immediate effect and delist/unsubscribe my number from such channels. They asked me to provide screenshots which too, I provided. But they refused to acknowledge & kept on dodging my requests giving vague reasons like "contact your current operator to get a resolution" & later stopped responding over email completely I continue to receive their SMSes till date though the frequency seems to have reduced from 4 to 1-2 per day. Request to please look into this & do the needful.

But everytime they says Server is down for card payment.                                       Hi Team, I am using your Airtel Postpaid number, comes under corporate plan CUG99. After many times calling to your customer care, your executives are not able to resolve my problem. Here is the story I want to explain you. 1. On 10th march, 2015 I have subscribed advance rental plan which is of 4250 Rs.[4GB-3G data] Same amount has been paid on time. As its validity 6 month, it needs to activate till 10th Sept. 2. On 12th july, 2015 I called to your customer care for internet issue. As per conversation happened between me and your executive, I came to know my monthly 4GB data already got consumed. Hence I asked him to activate smart byte of Rs.250 on my number. 3. Instead activating smart byte, he activated some 1gb 4g/3g plan. I don't remember the plan name. 4. My billing cycle is 20th to 19th of every month. Since 12th july to 19th july, I was facing mobile internet issue. I was not able to use internet on my no. 5. Around 21st or 22nd july one of your executive Mr. Jainul Ansari, taken action on my problem. 6. He explained me what was the issue. As per his and my conversation, here are the words.Mr. Ansari told me, on 12 july my plan was deactivated by airtel executive and some 4G related plan got activated my number. This causes problem on my number. 7. On the same call he again activated my previous advance rental plan which of 4250 Rs.[4GB-3G data] and promised me to provide waiver of pre deactivation of advance rental plan(from 12th july to 10th Sept)+ 1gb 4g/3g free plan+ tax amount 8. Around more than 2100Rs. Amount needs to be waiver. 9. I have already called to your airtel customer service centre and they told me that I need to wait for 7 days. 10. By writing this mail, I would be looking for immediate response on my complaint.

                                        Hi All, This is one of those incident that has been prevailing till date, I have an airtel broadband connection at home([protected]) and my father received a call from an airtel representative suggesting that they would provide a cordless phone and some scheme of postpaid if he ports his existing reliance prepaid mobile number([protected]) to the airtel postpaid mobile number. My father submitted the required documents to the airtel person who came to our home and he told that the number would be activated and he’d also be getting the cordless phone within 7 working days, by that he meant 15th September 2015 as he had completed all the required formalities on 7th September 2015. On the eighth day when my father called the airtel person who came to pick up the documents, he insisted my father to call another person who eventually didn’t receive his call and on receiving my father’s call they told him that they are out of the cordless models and the number also has not been ported till now due to some issues which he wasn’t aware of, WOW! My father kept calm and didn’t take any action as there would have been some delay due to some obvious reasons and human err. For the coming week he was told the same story every day and his number wasn’t ported, the person whose came to pick up the documents didn’t receive his call and the person who was supposed to process the docs didn’t pick the call as well. As we all are living in the digital era its very tough to get your daily business done without the mobile as we all receive all our banking and business notifications through that. My father cannot perform any banking transactions as he cannot receive any OTP’s. Whenever he tried calling them they didn’t pick up the call and Fortunately if they did they kept telling me that “Sir app usse call, kar lijiye” and the other guy also blabbered the same deal. After a couple of days whenever he tried calling them they never picked up his call and they used to message him with this very statement “Sir xyz number parr call kijiye” All he wanted now was his mobile number to work, coz he had lost hopes of a cordless phone, mobile number also hasn’t started working till now, today is 23rd September 2015 and they are still beating about the bush, when I called one of the person today, he told me to come to the office which is 15 kms away from home. If they can’t resolve a small issue of providing a sim to a customer, I wonder how they the so calling fastest 4G network providing company works and provides the fastest network, really something which they should work upon. I thought airtel is a very good company in terms of providing the customer its services and alas I was wrong, unfortunately they aren’t.
