I had Airtel phone number [protected] of West Bengal circle. I am been transferred to Dehradun, Hence I had applied for MNP twice. However the same was not done. When contacted the dealer/ relationship office or the complaint cell, they donot give give a reason for their inability to do MNP. my last complaint to Airtel is ref no: CDMNP[protected]. I was promised a reply by 21 Sept 2015, however there is none till far. I hope they give me a reason for their inability to do MNP.

    My port request from Tamil nadu to Karnataka for the number mentioned in the subject was approved on 10th sep with all procedure and documents submitted on 9th Sep 2015. My Tamil Nadu sim got deactivated on 11th Sep and my karnatake sim had not been activated ever since . I have tried reaching out to customer care every day multiple times and all the answers and complaints have been futile with no one providing the right solution

      On 7th Sept, I had asked to change the plan for my 3 mobile numbers and to be consolidated under MY Plan 999. (Primary - [protected]) (Secondary - [protected] / [protected]). On 9th sept, I found out that only primary number was put on MY Plan 999 and secondary numbers were still on old plan, When i enquired at call centre they said it cannot be consolidated as my numbers are on corporate plan and that I would need to visit the store, so if that was the case why did airtel chaned the plan for primary number?? Later when i visited the airtel store at Santacruz on 10th sept, your representative Sreedhar said he would change the plan, since it was not done i again visited him on 14th and he had no clue about my plan not being changed and again he assured me that he will do it and asked me to wait 24hrs, again i allowed 2 days and as it was not done, i visited store for the 3rd time and he made an excuse stating that request has been put through and its stuck in a system and that he was going to eacalate it to IT and told me to wait for another 3 days. Later i called call centre and spoke with Vipin/Supervisor and to my shock he said there is no such IT related issue and that he would get both my secondary numbers added to the primary on My plan 999. Now, he has done half job as he only managed to add just 1 number and my other secondary number [protected] has still not been added. It is very frustrating that no one in your company is competent enough to do the right thing and ready to take any responsibilty, everyone seems to be jus passing the buck. Its annoying to know that you guys can't change a plan in 15 days, that makes your company sick.

        Account number [protected] reference number is 59706882 We are also facing same issue here Plan is for 8Mbps but upload is coming 0.5-0.6Mbps which is about 5-10% only Its clear fraud by Airtel that they don't say anything to customer about upload speed. They are clearly cheating customer about upload speed. I have other broadband from different service provider and there we used to get 50% o[censored]pload speed. I raised complaint asap I realized this and I am asking them to refund amount I paid in advance for the post paid plan, but they are saying they will not be providing good upload speed nor will provide refund for the advance rental I have paid. What options we have here to raise this issue. Regards Anil

          This Pavan from HYD, Airtel number [protected] called Airtel helpline on 22nd Sept 2015 around 9.15 AM
          Got the reference number : CBDMO[protected]
          Explained the situation to the Representative named (Mani Kanta) that the balance is cutting off from main balance even though Whatsapp 38 plan 200MB is activated. The bloody rep (Mani Kanta was so rude). When asked to connect Supervisor for almost 5 times - he just say, there is no Supervisor available. He does not have a concern about customer issue. When informed that I will complain about the call, he just say go ahead - I have provided the correct information and do whatever you can do.

          This not about the 38 rupees, Airtel is very good service. Because of Manikanta I was forced to write this complaint.

          Please take necessary action to the representative

            This is with reference to CAF NO HY[protected] NO AND ACCOUNT NO.[protected] FOR DEACTIVATION AND REFUND. I have applied for a new connection in the name of Kailash Agawaral and paid 6500/- cash to airtel customer executive for new connection. As the connection was delayed we have requested to cancel and refund the money. The airtel executive said the refund will be processed within 15 days and to wait. I was wondered how they will return my money when executive has not taken any bank information for return request neither he has filled any form. After waiting for 15 days i have called customer care and they said to mail to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com which is south India grievance department. Unbelievable response from them stating refund has already initiated to some account and we are closing the case. I have check with all my banks and there is no refund at all. And the bank details they shared also does not belong to me. I immediately replied to them and they request to share my bank details after 2 months of following the issue. After 2 month they replied that shared cancellation cheque has no name printed they want bank statement. I immediately submitted to them. After no response for 15 days i again mailed them and got the same reply that refund already done in some other account and they cannot help. I request consumer team to help me. Its already being 4 months and the same story continue. Airtel has cheated me by transfering money in there personal account .. Not expected such things from airtel like company Please request ti help us in this case

            Dear Umesh,

            I have posted in consumer only because even the griveance team has failed to resolve my issue.

            They keep asking me new details and again reply the same story then money is refunded to my account which does not belong to me atall.

            neither your team has taken any refund form and any account information.

            The amount was trasnfered to some personal account belong to airtel team.

            I need this to be clarified and my refund amount.

              Hi Myself jithin dev.I took an airtel postpaid connection on aug 2015 and on that entire month i got service only for 4 days .Reason they told is background verification got failed.But the address i shared was correct and it was fault from there side. But i got a bill at the month end asking to pay entire month rent.i would have pay entire rent if got the service correctly.my airtel no is [protected]

                I called Airtel twice, because of the network issues that i was facing with Airtel. the first time i called them, they arranged a call back for me. I never got any call back from them. I called them again and asked to speak to someone in the cancellations department because i was not happy with the services as they did not keep the promise that made of calling me back. Someone again arranged a call back and said this time within 4 hours you will receive a call back from someone . Its been more than 3 days now, no call back received. Not happy, would not call them now. will rather write about them on Facebook and Twitter.

                  I have taken the above connection at salem on 18/09/2015 . Only the wifi was activated as the landline instrument was not brought by the executive gowtham at around 7.30pm. When asked he replied that the sales executive rajsekar will bring and deliver the next day. I tried calling rajsekar mobile no: [protected] for more than 10 times on 19/09/15, but he did not answer my calls nor the instrument delivered.

                  Again today 21/09/15 morning i started calling sales man rajsekar, he answered my 3rd call and informed that he is on his way to my place at around12.00pm . Finally in the evening at around 6.00pm another sales executive delivered the instrument.

                  After installing the landline instrument, the other sales executive left but within a few minutes there is no network connection and the landline also dead.

                  I called the sales executive rajsekar and informed him about the problem, rajsekar airtel company sales executive spoke very rudely with me, when i told that i am going to complaint against him, i was shocked to hear him telling to go ahead and complaint wherever you want i am least bothered as the company airtel don t respond to any complaints nor take any action.

                  So this is the way airtel appoint their executives and train them to talk rudely, to be irresponsible and dont give after sales service to the customers.

                  Very good airtel keep up the spirit of such rude executives.

                  First thing in the morning i am going to your sales office in salem and surrendering the above non working connection.

                    My 78 year old grandmother has a basic model mobile which doesnt support any facilities like internet.In her mobile amount is deducted for activating facebook.I have already spoke to customercare to stop such subscription messages.Even after that she is receiving such messages.Most of the villagers who use mobile phones, dont know to read messages and they activate services without knowing and loose their money.Mobile companies are earning money by cheating these people.In order to subscribe these value added services, people must be asked to speak to computerised voice or something..they are simply deducting money for pressing some keys without their knowledge.

                      My name is rajnish and number is [protected] I have a cug connection of airtel. these people always search new ways to bill more. sometimes says the plan has been changed. sometimes other excuses. and I haven't seen the worst customer care ever. they will tell you 10 policy with they bound in not helping u. but they dont have a single policy which can help u.

                        In the months of July and August 2015, for a total period of 17 days there was no network in my house. Nothing was done to resolve the issue and all my mails to Airtel got a very standard unhelpful response. A few days back outgoing calls were disconnected and no attempt by them to resolve the issue and subsequent amount due.

                          This time it is literally ridiculous work done by the airtel compalint holders .I didnt get any answer by Airtel employees.3-4 months have been passed and till today i didn't get any response from them.If you don't take cares about your customer then what is the need of showing so much by this making complaint box .This is nothing just panicking the [censored] customer.

                            Yesterday i received the invoice for the last month as per the bill cycle. It is amazing to know that no action has been taken on the disputed amount till date. As it is still reflecting in the invoice along with lpc.

                            No one from airtel has contacted me till date on email or call despite me writing to you.

                            Heights of incompetence.

                            Please note, this number is installed at my parents residence (Brigadier sukhwindar singh) in noida and is primarily used only for broadband services. We have had a relationship with airtel for the almost 10 years now, and never in the past such a thing has happened. If you check our history the bill has never crossed rs 1500 per month and all payments are made timely barring a few, in case, we are travelling.

                            Furthermore, we have done our internal investigation, and concluded that no one i. E., me and / or any member of the family has availed this service. It is extremely shocking that the time stamped mentioned on the bill is the day when no one was available to access the phone lines.

                            I called 121 in the morning, thinking they will help in taking corrective measures. Unfortunately, they are the most inadequate and unhelpful bunch of customer support executives. I spoke with ms. Geeta who conveniently transferred the call to mr. Pushpendra (So - called escalation manager). Upon explaining him the entire matter, rather than being helpful mr. Pushpendra was rude and extremely non - cooperative. He was more interested in putting his point across rather than listening to me or resolving the matter. I understand, you have outsourced this service to a third party call - center but they need to be at least equipped and should have wherewithal of basic customer service etiquette's, leave alone keeping the airtel brand values or standards. Since, all calls are recorded for training & quality purpose, i suggest you listen into the call and ask your service quality team to do a dipstick. The calls time stamp is 22nd jul 2015, 10:17 (12 mins call) from my registered mobile no.

                            I'm extremely disappointed and sad after all these years airtel behaves so inappropriately. The point is not that i can't pay this amount but i would pay for services that have been rightly used. At no stage, i will pay against wrong billing. However, i'll pay for the monthly rent and broadband usage charges, which is the remainder amount.

                            I have taken the liberty to mark the consumer protection court and dot under cc in this mail.

                            Request you to help resolve the matter.

                            Unfortunately, AirTel team has been working on it for the past 2 months. I dont understand how can anything take so long to resolve. Apart from that I get at least 5 email by the system daily auto-generated as a reminder to clear my due immediately.

                            Why am I being harassed by AirTel for no fault of mine? This is extremely disturbing. Plus the system is adding LPC (Late payment charge) on the disputed amount. Are telling me, even if you resolve the dispute I will have to struggle with your company to waive the LPCs for another 2-3 months?

                            Can you please look into this extremely seriously?

On 22.08.15 Airtel Company offer me to get a postpaid connection in Airtel with 299 plan - 360 mins local call, 300 sms L/N & 500 mb 4G net pack. For this connection i have to pay 300 Rs on that day for & this 300 will be deducted in next 3 months. But in 299 Plan i only get the 360 min call But no sms pack are given in my no, ichecked it from the Airtel customer care. & where the plan is with 500 mb net pack i only have 480mb in my plan. they are cheated me. After getting the bill I observed that where the bill period is 11th Aug to 10th Sept.- Rs.694.53 where my sim started on last week of August, probably 28-30th august. I was complaining again & again but no reply from their side. The number where I complain Before is - [protected] (Executive - Remo Banerjee). Please rescue me from this connection, I have the money receipt on-22.08.15. They continuously charging me till today. My last bill date is- 01.10.15.                                     Hi, First of all, I would like to express my dissatisfaction towards AIRTEL. I am a new customer for Airtel and I have taken a new prepaid connection last month (Number- [protected]). My internet package was valid till 28th Sept; however, my balance kept on deducting. I recharged my account for Rs 500 today and in just an hour, my balance went to Rs 321. To this, I called the customer care department on 20-Sept-2015 and had a word with Ritika (executive) who was very very rude and without my permission she transferred the call to Sandeep (Senior as per him from Chandigarh office). I explained entire detail to him once again but in vain. He did not understand what I want to explain (though I spoke in Hindi) and I asked him to transfer the call to his manager, He clearly said he cannot transfer the call to manager and gave me this email ID. CONCERN: I did not get any message when my Internet pack was about to expire, I did not even get any message when money kept on deducting. Top of that, a brand like Airtel hiring such useless people who are not even properly trained and they give silly excuses, they are rude. I ANYHOW WANT THIS TO BE SORTED. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH VODAFONE FOR LAST 8 YEARS AND EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEM. THOUGHT OF GIVING A TRY WITH AIRTEL BUT USELESS. WOULD NOT SUGGEST AIRTEL TO ANYONE. I would also try to highlight this to everyone possible. People should not only be aware about airtel just launching 4G, they should also know how unprofessional and incompetent they are.
