I was taken advance one day internet package of Rs. 5/- on[protected] with balance in my account. When I recharge of Rs. 100/- on[protected] then AIRTEL recovered 15 additional charges. I talk with customer care they reply to me this is advance net package charge of Rs.15/-. I am not satisfied with customer care reply. I feel cheat. How to possible advance charge Rs. 15/- (without your account balance) more than one day internet package charge of RS.5/-. This company are cheating to all customers. I want to file suit against this company

    On 18th August, I filed a complaint with Airtel that the Airtel Alarm Service had been activated on my Fixed Landline Number,[protected]. I have been following it up with the Customer Care, the Nodal Authority and the Appellate Authority, but there has been no update on the issue. I received emails from them, stating that they are looking into the matter and will revert back with the update, but haven't done so yet. I received the bill on 28th August, and it stated that the due date was 22nd August. They agreed to extend the deadline as the bill was received after the due date. I informed them that I shall only be making the payment once the compaint is resolved as it was taking a lot of time to resolve a simple matter. On 8th September, they barred the outgoing service and on talking with the customer care I was informed that the services have been barred due to non payment of bill. I told them that the complaint is still unresolved and I shall pay once the complaint is resolved. They agreed to reactivate the services and resolve the complaint. My complaint hasn't been resolved even till now, and Airtel has barred the services yet again. This, is my view is complete extortion as there is no penalty on Airtel for delaying the resolution of a complaint. Also, they activated a service without any authorization, and if this keeps happening in the future, I would end up paying for those services without authorizing them, which is a big concern. Now, as a compensation for the harrassment and extortion, I am expecting Airtel to waive off 2 months bills for their failure to resolve the complaint in addition to deactivating the Airtel Alarm Service, and a written promise of not activating any service until and unless they receive an email from the registered email id.       I am contacting Customer Care (121) from last 5 days to convert my Mobile data from 2G to 3G but they are not able to resolve it even all the formalities has been completed last week.They have only one reply that system is down please contact after 2hrs. unable to understand why they are using so bad system that it is down sever times in a day. Two day back they informed that they will contact me in next 24 hrs but they have not contacted yet for my Mobile No ([protected])

        I would like to draw your attention to an unfair trade practice being following by Airtel. I had purchased a 4G dongle (MOBILE NUMBER: [protected]) in Aug 2014 in Bangalore. But from the first month itself, I started to have problems. I spoke to customer service several times, written emails, raised the issue with Nodal office but nothing really worked. I never got 4G connection and even 3G wasn’t good enough. And this is in the city of Bangalore – at my home in HSR layout, office on outer ring road, office in Dairy circle and few other places. I rarely could use the dongle but religiously paid my monthly bills for 8 months. My point is if Airtel cannot provide 4G service in city like Bangalore then why sell such a service? Also Airtel is struggling to provide 3G network quality which is so common now. Their response has been - this is the best we can offer, as if they are telling you to move out if you don’t like the service. I paid close to Rs 8000 without using the 4G dongle. I would appreciate if you could look into it and get this money refunded to me.

          Unfair deduction Sir, I m Vrushali Lanjewar from Amravati and a Airtel Prepaid subscriber [protected]. I have done a recharge of Rs 120/- due to advance loan 10/- also deducted which is fine. My current balance is Rs.105.5 on 10/09/2015 after complaining in Airtel care. Before making on 8/10/2015 at 10 am from [protected] complaint it was Rs107.00 (which is also after deduction balance) But after that my daily balance is deducted 1 or 2 or 1.5 Rs. So, I complaint them about this but did not work. Please find why balance is deducted as there is no services activated and no calls or sms carried out till the date. So, kindly handle this query about deduction.

            I am based out of Indore. I had applied for Combo connection of both Broadband and Voice through an authorized Airtel outlet named Yuval Infotech on 11 August 2015 in Annapurna area of Indore. I was told that connection will be installed in 4 days, but later on after 8 days I was told that due to some technical issue combo connection could not be installed. A local sales executive named Mr. Kailash Joshi ([protected]) contacted me and asked me to apply for a new internet broadband connection without voice. I applied for the same and he told me that my earlier connection will automatically get cancelled and deposit amount of Rs. 1000 will be refunded. Meanwhile, earlier combo connection I had applied for, also got activated and in time new broadband internet connection also got activated. So, now I have two active connections one combo and other broadband internet in my name. This all has happened due to misguidance and false commitment of the sales person. I tried contacting the same sales person many a times and all the time I was told that I do not have to worry, I will be billed only for one connection and he told me that my Combo connection will be cancelled and soon money will be refunded. Meanwhile my Combo connection was not cancelled and I started receiving call from Airtel for the payment of both the connections. I raised this issue several times with Airtel Customer Care and they gave me complaint number : 58981800 on 27 August 2015 and I was told that this complaint will be resolved in 5 working days by 31 August 2015. It has been 15 days since the complaint was registered but no body from Airtel ever contacted me. On 10 September 2015 I again contacted Airtel Customer Care to get the status of my complaint, I was told that I will receive a call back from senior officials in 2 hours, but to my shock those 2 hours have really not come in last 15 days. Airtel has harassed me to the fullest and now they are not paying any attention to my complaint.               After a lot of frustration with Airtel's ridiculously low FUPs, I have finally moved off from Airtel to BSNL. My BSNL got up and running, after a few initial hiccups. So now, I want to terminate my Airtel connection, for which I have called their Customer Care and got a "Complaint number" with an assurance that they'll get in touch in 7 days. I have looked up a little over the internet and have read a couple of horror stories about Airtel broadband customers trying to get their connection terminated. So, I want to ask those who have had experience with this: 1 How long does it take to get an Airtel broadband disconnected? 2 How do you fend off the retention cell guys? 3 Can you outline the process you have to go through to get your subscription terminated? 4 What do I have to do to ensure that I am not scammed anyway (like being billed after my connection is supposed to have been terminated)? 5 What are the possible scams that the Airtel guys might be up to? Obviously I cannot get these queries resolved by the Airtel Customer Care people. Thank you in advance.

                    I raised a ticket stating signal issues with airtel in my area chandanagar, hyderabad. Surprisingly the ticket was closed in half an hour stating that my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Complaint resolution reference number provided is [protected]. No one bothered to call me and no action was taken. There is a call drop issue due to weak signals.

                      Hi, On August 10 2015 I applied for porting to port from Airtel Tamil Nadu to Airtel Kerala at Trivandrum, Kerala. After repeated calls and really hard times my sim got activated finally on Aug 21. But to my surprise am not able to make outgoing calls and send sms. But am able to receive calls and sms. When am in roaming am not able to receive calls also. and the sim just sits inside my phone draining my battery. Am able to connect to net. Every time I try to make a cal, the call gets disconnects with just a beep sound. I even replaced the sim again, but no use. I am really fed up and frustrated by repeatedly sending mails to 121 and calling 198 and the Airtel showroom where I took the SIM (Strore number:[protected]. Every one says that there is a technical issue and they will escalate this issue to higher officials. I get calls from Airtel saying that the issue will be resolved withing 48 hours. But a month is over now and my issue is still not resolver. Dear Airtel, this is how pathetically you treat your loyal customers. The worst customer care service you have. I have mailed this issue to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com and got a call from Mr.Baskaran saying that they will update the status regarding the issue. But till now I didn't receive any calls. Please do take some SERIOUS action ASAP, as I use this a my primary number. You guys are responding well, but the issue is always unresolved. And even my balance is also not carry forwaded from the old sim (Am porting between airtel to aritel) My airtel number: [protected] alternate contact number: [protected] Thank you for your wonderful service, Narayana Swamy

                      After some repeated calls to the store from where I took the sim, the issue got resolved. I also posted a complaint in Airtel facebook page and got a response from them. I also mailed the Nodal officer. After all these attempts, my problem got finally solved. But still Airtel is very slow in processing the request. Calling 198 is really a waste of time.

                        My airtel datacard number is : [protected] My dongle was broken for more than 6 months and hence was not able to use it.I asked the customer care to disconnect my airtel services to them on phone.They are keeping it active and each month sending me bills to pay and how can i pay for something which i have never used and cannot be used.Just because they want money they are asking to pay bills and not terminating the service. Airtel is the worst service i have ever used and the worst customer care service. Please get me this problem solved as each day they call and torture me to pay around 3000.They even use harsh words which is not even hearable.

                          Sir Bharathi Airtel is not allowing me to migrate my connection from postpaid to prepaid for which they are giving me the reason as documentation is not clear While submitting my documents I have provided PAN CARD PASSPORT Election ID Card and Airtel Post paid bills which was rejected by the CSO team I am struggling with this issue from 1st august 2015 till appellate team i have been escalating but i am not get the satisfaction answer or response hence i need your intervention with Bharathi airtel team to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                            I have generated my UPC on 2nd Sep it will expire on 17Th Sep.Retailer says that to wait for the UPC expire date then only start the new process it takes one more week
                            Pls do it asap without submission of new application

                              Airtel recently billed me 2700 k for using internet on my number ([protected]) which is being used by my mother for past 7-8 years. I have not asked them to enable data service . As per them they sent a message in feb 2011 for free enablement of this service for one month and thereafter didn't disabled and other statement is this service was enabled from day 1 in 2008 when I didn't even had the smart phone. They don't have any confirmation on from my side. How these fools can say by sending the SMS they have enabled the service. ?? If the services is enabled as per my knowledge why I haven't used it for so many years.AM I fool ...??? More over I have been charged o[censored]sing 403airtelgprs.com which I don't know what is it... Similar complaints for charging due to this can bee seen on Google. Facebook and consumer complaints forums This is sheer case of cheating. I have asked them to disconnect the numbers and told them I will not pay until they adjust this wrong charges.

                              Both number [protected] /81 were taken same day. You can check their outstanding billing records but i guess you dont need customer like these...

                                  Hi, I had Airtel postpaid connection on [protected]. Now I kept visiting galleries for converting it to Pre-paid as I was not satisfied by the bills they generated which was not as per what their agent had committed while selling me this connection. I visited 2 galleries in Mumbai, Hadapsar Pune gallery 3 times and Amanora Mall gallery Pune, 4 times. They kept giving excuses like server is down and come on Monday or come after bill due date, like this but never really tried to convert my number. So when I stopped using this connection because of frustrating service, they kept producing bills and when I told them I won't pay until my number is first converted to prepaid, they issued a legal notice against me. Now, I want to claim my money, time and mental peace that I lost because of frustration by Airtel. I have few emails which I can use to file a case against this treatment meted by Airtel.                                     Hello, Am switching my phone number from Tata docomo Prepaid to Airtel post paid with plan 399 Name :Lalitha N Company :KPIT Technollogies Ltd Phone Number :[protected] I submitted the documents and two people came for verification (one for Office address and one for my house address) Now my problem is my Tata Docomo number deactivated(08/09/2015) and got airtel signal for verification of name and address. I called for 59059, call not connecting for verification.                                         My mobile no. is [protected] I've ported my number from UP East circle to Karnataka circle on 27 August 2015, and from that point of time, I'm not receiving any incoming SMS. I'm only receiving SMS from Airtel numbers. I've an alternate number from BSNL and when I try to send an SMS from that number to my Airtel number, I do not receive that SMS. I'm not receiving any kind of OTP bank alerts from Banks or Airtel (sent by My Airtel app). I cannot even access my bank accounts due to this. After contantly complaining 4 times till now, it seems like you people do not care much about your customers. Now that you've wasted so much of my time, I'll make sure that I'll write this complaint and send it to consumer courts and forums so that other customers may realise, how pathetic your services and customer care actually are. I've been contacted 4 times by a representative of a Technical Team and all 4 of them told me that it is a problem of DND. And when I told them that according to TRAI website, DND never blocks Solicited alerts, they don't understand or has no knowledge of such rules set by Telecom Department of our Country. I never thought of getting such poor customer support from a company of your stature. When you take customers for granted and do not work for resolving their issues, then there is not point in Advertising that you're the biggest network of this country. In my point of view, you're the sickest of all if you cannot resolve one small problem of not receiving incoming SMS. Such a waste you are. The feedback from service request with Reference No. 64682094 and 64621259 says "NO IMMEDIATE SOLUTION" I know that I've wasted more of my time by writing this complain, but I'll not stop here. Do some good for your own sake BHARTI AIRTEL. You're leaving me with no choice other than to moving to another Mobile Service provider.
