Hi, I have been using airtel for than 5 years. Recently i have changed to postpaid. From last month on wards there is no network or less network. People cant call me either they get Switched off or not reachable. Raised a complain in airtel.[protected]@airtel.com Ref:PO[protected] Your mails says 2 hours will call back. But it has been 24 hours now....

I have changed sim to nano on 4th August, it was informed that after 48 hrs sms service will be activated but till now it has not been.I have tried complaining about the same at your customer care centre at 121 and also visited your service centre they have assured that service will be activated in within 24hrs. Airtel send me bill of Rs12141 for 2g internet usage for the data that I have never used according to the "DATA USE" information that I got from there system I had a airtel postpaid connection(no:[protected]) under CUG plan, in which I have 2G data pack subscribed @98 rs and a rental of 149. Please find the status of these Service Requests: SR 61438708 and 62934772 as closed and it reads "No Network Issue". I want to know who is the right person to get the information about how the customer care has updated "No Network Issue" and closed the SR without resolving it.
