Since I taken so called 4g sim I am facing network problem, customer care not responding well. I just want to show this message to airtel chairman that AIRTEL IS THE MOST WORST COMPANY .CHAIRPERSON AND HIS TEAM GOT EGO since airtel started 4g. I pray to god for decline of airtel company as soon as possible. I want shut down of airtel. This is India that's why no one is responding for individual complain. That's why I hate Indian policy too.

    Error shows'Unable to receive signal ' .waste of recharge 350Rs. Complaint was registered but no reply. 4 months back same problem and they charged 400rs to change some equipment. Again same problem, they are asking 150rs just to look into what problem it is. Fraudulence everywhere.

        I received my Airtel mobile postpaid bill for the month of August 2015 and I was shocked that it is having total amount of 467 Rs, whereas I am expecting charges around 250 Rs, as I had discontinued 3G internet service already and before the initiation of Aug bill period as stated by customer care executive and also confirmed the same by him, he assured me that I will not be charges with 3G 1- GB internet plan and it is revised with 3G 250MB plan. I called customer care executive regarding this extra charges in my bill, after verifying the details he deducted the extra amount of 200 Rs. and told me that now I need to pay only 267 Rs for Aug month. Note 1: Customer care executive told me like because of system issue this extra charges get applied to most of people and Airtel is deducting the charges for people who are calling to customer care for this. Now he has deducted only extra amount as a part of 3G service but he hasn’t deducted the 14% tax which should also get deducted as previously generated bill is including 200Rs which is deducted now. Total bill amount before deducting the extra charges. 409.7 Aug month billable amount 57.36 14% Tax 467.06 Total bill amount After deducting extra amount, revised amount I need to pay should be 230 Rs. 202 Revised Aug month billable amount 28.28 14% Tax 230 Total bill amount I called customer care executive again and told the same, but he is not listening to me and telling me again and again that I need to pay Rs 267 only (in which 14% tax is not deducted for extra 200 amount) I tried to explain him simple mathematics of 14% tax but he is not in a mood to understand me. After some time I called customer care executive again and this time talked with another guy and explain him the situation, he understood that and deducted the extra 14% tax and confirmed that I need to pay only 230 Rs now. Note 2: He also told that Airtel never deduct tax from already billed amount like this and customer need to pay the amount as it is i.e. after deduction of extra service charges from the previous bill amount. He also told that in case I raised a complain to customer care or 121, I will not get any response on this and I need to pay the amount in any situation till last day of bill payment else again late fee charges will get applied on that. Though I am lucky that he deducted the extra tax and now I need to pay only 230 Rs. (PFA word document having screenshot for reference.) Now all in this scenario, what I understood is, this is not a system issue/bug/fault because of which I got extra charges but its Airtel peoples mentality who- after knowing that extra charges are applied to customer, not deducting it by their own and waiting for customer to call them. If some customer haven’t notice the extra charges then it is obvious that Airtel is not going to deduct it by calling him or will adjust the charges in next bill. J Also it’s a billing system, application functionality like to deduct the extra amount with tax from the original billed amount, and I can bet that I am not the first one who is raising this issue. Also don’t tell me that Airtel don’t have any billing system or solution architect/intelligent billing management who not yet noticed this issue. In simple words this is the way telecom companies can get extra amount from the customer. If a telecom company have 50, 00, 000 postpaid customer and extra amount of 5 Rs get charges in billing amount and customer didn’t noticed it then simply telecom company is in profit of 250, 00, 000. It takes number of years for common man to earn that much money.

            We have been trying to reach this airtel digital customer care but no proper response at all... 4days back they have deleted our recording option without any reason and they keep on saying give us 4hrs, 24hrs, 4hrs to rectify the problem but it has been 5days still we are not able to record. Pathetic service and executive doesn't even know how to interact or solve our problems.if we call them, they put us on hold for more than half n hr and disconnect the call. Please guys don't ever go for airtel instead you can go with Tata sky or any other service.

              Airtel guy asked me to replace standard Set top Box to HD under special scheme whereas I have paid 770/- underbuyback he mention me that I can record channel unlimited as and when I connect 16 GB USB which I did and now neither I can record any channel nor the executive ever come to show me demo.. and now he is mentioning that if I have to record the channel I should buy 6000/- box.. This is really disgusting.. Please look into this Makarand Wadekar

                I recently converted my Airtel connection from post to pre. today the Post connection was disconnected the inserted pre sim that also is not activated. I immediately called the customer care no one knows correctly for more than hr they were transferring calls to different ppl some say post is disconnected some say its active still.than they transferred to pre I was shocked they say no data. At least I was happy there a gentleman explained correctly its still not activated. now I don't know whom to ask. I stay in JP Nagar, I submitted Doc in HSR layout, as next day Sunday outlet is closed. now who is responsible for my loss for all my important calls.this is really very bad as iam with Airtel for more than 15 yrs, earlier the service was good now its really very very bad. Even ppl in outlet also have no proper response.

                  1. Companies do not allow customers to buy hardware of their choice. It is mandatory to purchase hardware from the company. So customer has no control on the quality of the hardware purchased by him. Thereafter for any issues in the hardware (after expiry of warranty period), customer is fleeced in the form of Service engineer visit fee + hardware fee. Shouldn't dth company be held accountable to provide troublefree service of its hardware... 2. Standard response time is 24 hours. That means, one can be without his/her tv for 24 hours. Is it acceptable considering that tv is integral part of our living these days. 3. Slightest of bad weather and no signal. Elsewhere in the world, even in the worst weather, no signal loss. Then why is it so in India. Is it that DTH companies here are using old and outdated technology but still charging hell of money from the customers.

                    Excess phone bills due to extra use of internet but as per my received messages from operator i didn't use extra internet on my phone. As you can see After this attached messages in PDF we have deactivated our mobile data connection instantly. So please reduce our phone as its original bill so we can afford it for pay it otherwise we are not able to pay this bills because we are didn't use extra internet and other on our devices.

                        My son, Amey Naik, is using prepaid connection # [protected] for past 3 years. This number was ported to Bhubaneswar Circle in last week of July 2015. It was working perfectly fine. On 31-Aug-2015, an ongoing call got dropped and happened the above-mentioned story. Airtel transferred this active number to a third party on without our knowledge or any authorization. TRAI mandates complete verification of identity proofs and authorization before any porting. But AIRTEL has not done any verification at all. For last 4 days, we have made numerous calls to customer care, escalations, emails to Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority. BUT NOONE CARES. All we came to know that this number now belongs to one Mr Sajjan Kumar in Postpaid mode. The porting request was initiated at some dealer in Pune. Who submitted documents, who verified them before porting is unknown.

                          Iam Syyed sadiq Pasha I had taken the Wifi broadband connections last fifteen days before and that connection provider guy had login use last week and he had putted a WiFi roter and aur plan has started last week and we hadn't use the net a signal kb and due to no signals and we had putted complaint to customers care and they are telling that it will solve in with in 24hours and today is the third day still I am not having Internet.                             I have raised a request towards Airtel customer care to terminate my broadband connection with number[protected]_dsl on 30th Jun. Airtel representative suggested me activate safe custody instead of disconnection and there will not be any charges for same and I can re-activate connection once I relocate. There was no action on safe custody activation, I have not placed any request to re-activate my connection at my new location. Still Airtel is keep on generating bill. I have communicate same when 1st bill was generated and now they have generated bill for 2nd month as well. Please sort out my issue and take serious action against operator.                             Sorry to inform that I did not get resolution to my complaint till now.

                            I doubt Airtel will keep generating bills on monthly basis irrespective I have given written application to disconnect my connection.

                            Please take necessary action asap.
                            This weekend I visited personally to Airtel outlet in Velachery Chennai to give written application along with fiber switch & wifi router to settle it down. But they denied to accept and give receipt of such communication, as it's different state.

                            I wonder how then Airtel Executive in Gurgaon suggested me to continue connection even after changing state, if surrender request is accepted by another state.

                            Below is written communication, which I wanted to submit @ Airtel outlet, Velachery Chennai. WIth this update I consider my concern is closed now. If there is any Airtel should update there feedback on this page.

                            Regarding Broadband Connection –[protected]

                            Attached communication:
                            • 30-Jun-2015: Connection termination request raised
                            • 06-Jul-2015: Airtel executive suggested to activate Safe Custody instead
                            • 18-Jul-2015: Safe Custody activation email initiated
                            • 22-Jul-2015: Reminder email sent to activate Safe Custody activation
                            • 04-Sep-2015: Email to nodal officer
                            • 05-Sep-2015: Complaint raised in consumer forum (ID: 1137104)

                            There is no action from Airtel on my request raised on 30th Jun, 18th Jul & 22nd Jul and continuously bill got generated for next 2 months. Same communication I have sent to nodal officer and also raised complaint in consumer forum, but there is no response from Airtel side on these complaints. Instead I am getting multiple reminders to make payment for connection which I have never used since 15th Jul.

                            I have used this connection only till 15th Jul and raised safe custody request on 18th Jul, hence I should not pay anything beyond 18th Jul. But I am getting multiple reminders to make payment of 3000+ Rs.

                            With this communication I am handing over equipment (Router & Fiber switch) at nearest Airtel outlet.

                              Dear All Airtel is Brand for Customer, Sorry to Say, Not It becomes cheater / Fraud . I really feel happy to change from Number from Airtel to Idea on 2011. ý I have applied for Portability connection, Number of times i had given document but couldn't be converted in Airtel. Now Airtel had automatically active a new connection, without my confirmation, and charging false bills. No body called me and confirmation call received on alternate no. I am complete blank.Why Should I Pay After that I had tried multiple times in 2015 and had given document to convert from Idea to Airtel. Now 27 Aug 2015, I got a message, funny this, I don’t know the Airtel no, against which bill is generated. “Dear Customer, You have received an alert regarding your Airtel Account No- [protected], Having an outstanding of Rs -665.93. Request you to make the payment at the earliest.” After the I contacted to customer care- Vikram ( Mumbai) on [protected] regarding this issues. I had not applied for new number and neither given any New Connection and also I didn’t get any confirmation message or call from airtel to verify this numbers. My Question is : ý Why Airtel is harassing customer ? ý Who has applied for this number ? ý How Can Airtel issues number without verification of residential & Official ? ý I had not been initiated for this ? Action Required ü Need immediately close this matter, I am not involved for this connection issues. Don’t expect for false billing . ü Don’t send this message again otherwise I will go to police station & consumer forum for complaint registered. ü Need the name of person who had submitted my document, how they have got my document? ü Need the Action against that person for forgery action. ü Need compensation for harassing customer .                                   When i took the dth connection airtel CC guy told me there is free 2 language packs free for lifetime now there are not giving me that. they are 1st told 45days it will be free but i am getting only 30 days . Please never ever buy Airtel Digital Tv. I paid 1600.Rs and i didn't even get wires they used my old cable wires. Airtel Broadband has amazing service but please dont buy Airtel Digital its very bad

                                      I have made online recharge of 115 in my prepaid no [protected] but the credit was not received. I complained to airtel and they assured to come back in 2 hrs and the referance no was PRO82800229 THE REPLY WAS ON 28/9/2014 FEOM [protected]@in.airtel.com Till now neither reply nor credit. again i rechargesd on31/8/14 under transaction id[protected] again there is no credt for Rs 115 and after recording my complaint there is neither acknowledgement of complaint nor reply my payment of 115 +115 in not accounte and no credit received till now

                                        Hi, I made a recharge of 500 rupees on dec 2014 . I travelled to USA for short duration. Last month, I inserted my airtel sim in mobile . I found out that the sim is deactivated by airtel. In last 8 months, i have not made any calls, sms, net browsing on airtel sim . However, money was deducted for no reasons and sim was deactivated. I also made a recharge of 300 recently. Please activate my sim as this number is registered for all the banking transactions.
